Tony Stark x Enhanced Daughter!Reader; Steve Rogers x Stark!Reader
summary: The Sokovia Accords are on the table—and her father fully on Team Accords.
word count:
warnings: protective!Steve, angst, swearing, hurt, tears, a bit of fluff in the end
author’s note: I don’t know where this came from. Maybe from a post on my feed, talking about the Accords. And maybe because I rewatched Civil War not too lang ago.
;
“The past four years, you’ve operated with unlimited power and no supervision. That’s an arrangement the governments of the world can no longer tolerate—but I think we have a solution.”
Ever since Ross had spoken those words and Tony had been awfully quiet in his chair far off the team, something very cold had settled in her body. She couldn’t shake off the feeling that something would go terribly wrong as soon as those pages had hit the glass table in the conference room—the name alone made her nauseous. One look at Wanda and YN had known that the woman felt similar, pushing the booklet over the table, away from her; passing this monstrosity around so that everyone could take a glimpse into a future non of them ever wished for.
Well, except for her father, apparently.
YN knew Tony Stark like the back of her hand, so she immediately knew something was off with him. The suspicion was corroborated as he had lifted his gaze from his hands and the ground, glancing over at her, and he wasn’t able to mask the guilt in his eyes entirely. Not for her, at least. She could read him like no other person in her life, not even Steve, after four years of teamwork and two years into a loving relationship.
Now, she stood in the lounge, Ross long gone, the Accords resting in the hands of her boyfriend, blonde brows deeply furrowed. She had her arms crossed in front of her chest and had taken a relatively wide stance right in Steve’s back, gazing over his shoulder and skipping through the paragraphs. YN didn’t need to read every single word to know and understand the overall notion and meaning behind the wording.
She had studied law at Harvard—she still knew her tea, even though her studies seemed as if they were part of another life.
“This is bullshit,” the Stark mumbled under her breath, shaking her head so slightly one could miss the movement entirely. Steve’s super soldier hearing picked up on it anyway, and he hummed in agreement, not turning around and continuing to flip through the many pages of regulations. “This isn’t what we stand for. That’s the opposite,” he added with a low voice so she was the only one who could hear the words. YN sighed and unfolded her arms, taking hold of one of his broad shoulders and gripping onto it as if her life depended on it.
Steve felt the discomfort—the fear—through her touch, so one hand traveled upwards to cover hers with his. He gently squeezed her fingers and could hear how she took a deep breath to slow down her rising heartbeat. But it wouldn’t work as usual, and Steve let the Accords drop to the coffee table to rise from his seat and pull her into his strong, protective hold. He wrapped her in his warmth, pulled the smaller woman into his chest, and leaned his cheek on the crown of her head; closing his eyes at the feeling of her arms locking around his waist.
“I’ll never let them take you,” the blonde whispered into her hair and pressed a kiss to her forehead. YN nodded, knowing that he meant every single word, felt protected by him though she could handle herself pretty darn good on her own. At least one thing bestowed upon her by Hydra itself she could use for the good of this world—and to protect herself and the people she loved. “I know,” she whispered back, accepting his soft lips on her own for a quick—but loving nonetheless—kiss before she turned to her father, who sat there without uttering a single word, staring up to the ceiling, a hand covering the rest of his face.
“Will you say anything about this?” YN asked him after letting go of Steve and taking a step in his direction. Tony moved his eyes to her, a dark brow cocked. “I think I made myself clear, don’t you think?” She shook her head and took another step towards him. “Maybe, but I don’t believe you understand this situation in its entirety,” she shot back and ignored the worried glances changed by the rest of the team. Tony rose from his slouching position and rested his forearms on his knees, staring over at her. “Caution, YN,” he warned, and if the usage of her full name weren’t a hint to his decision, his tone would’ve been the key. But she couldn’t let go, not when her freedom was dangling on one loose thread. “I told you what I think about this, about the Accords. We can’t keep going like we used to, can’t run havoc on the planet like we used to, destroying everything in our way.”
YN scoffed, and anger bubbled up in her body. “It’s not like we do it out of spite, Tony.” She could see how he flinched at the offbeat name she called him. YN couldn’t care less at that moment. “We are saving lives when running havoc, as you put it so charmingly. We are not Hydra or any other of these bad boy groups who destroy this planet for fun, who destroy lives out of pure fun and hurt people out of pure fun. We are not them, and we will never be them even though you seemingly think we could be—I could be.” She swallowed thickly, feeling the memories of her capturing trying to push back to the surface, trying to haunt her again during daytime though she had managed to chain them to her nightmares. “Did you ever read this fully? Did you ever think about the wording, just for a second?” Tony started to say something, but YN couldn’t control her anger anymore, the rage too all-consuming in her mind. “If you agree to this, you agree that they can take me and lock me away when I—in their eyes—overstep. No one is controlling them, and no one is telling them what an overstep looks like, not even their precious book over there.” She pointed to the Accords still resting on the coffee table. “Don’t you understand? They can decide that I overstepped, and I’m gone. They can think I’m too dangerous or that they simply fear me, and they can conjure some ridiculous boundary violation up, and I’m at their mercy. Did you ever think about this while making up your mind? Did you ever think about your daughter, Tony?!”
YN knew that she used the exact same words Pepper once screamed into his face at the early stages of their father-daughter-dynamic, right after CPS had dropped her at his front door, and Tony, by far, wasn’t ready to be a father. He had continued to party around the world, leaving his daughter to his assistant, and only returned when she was so sick Pepper had to admit her to the hospital. She had screamed those words in a brightly lit hospital hallway in which Tony finally had a mental breakdown—or breakthrough as he liked to see it—and realized what a shitty father he had been—just like his own.
So, she knew what those words would do to him, but she had to have him understand this situation they were facing now—the situation he would put her in if he continued to think that the Accords were a good thing. But instead, she could see him shut down just as he always did as soon as the emotions inside him became too much or too heavy to bear. He clearly didn’t want to think about the possibility of her being locked away, but he didn’t want to stand against it either.
“Maybe that’s the point, YN. Maybe you are too dangerous for this world,” her father suddenly said the words YN would’ve never thought possible. Her breath caught up in her throat, trying to suffocate her, and the tears, already ready to overflow, escaped her eyes. “Tony!” Natasha whispered, shocked to her very core, and even Rhodey gasped for air.
She desperately tried to suppress the rising sob wanting to escape her mouth while taking a step back, hitting a familiar broad chest, and felt big hands grabbing her shoulders in a steadying but soothing grip. But she couldn’t stay here—not in this room, not in this building, not in his vague proximity.
“Go to hell,” YN spat out and pulled away from Steve’s hold, turning around to leave this goddamn place, not witnessing the horrid realization growing on her father’s paling face.
—
With tear-clouded eyes, YN ripped open the double door of the closet in her room and started to pull every single piece of clothing article from its designated spot on several hangers—ruining her much-needed tidiness in the process of it. Her mind screamed at her to stop being headless and do this task thoughtfully, but she just couldn’t stop herself or her hands from throwing everything on her bed, right next to the duffel bag waiting to be filled again.
At first, she didn’t notice the figure leaning in the door frame. It only dawned on her that she was being watched when her favorite pair of combat boots flew through the air and hit the ground with a deep thudding sound, hitting the dresser, and she had turned around to see how her favorite vase almost fell victim to her headlessness. Steve had caught the delicate item mid-air and put it back in its place before moving his sky-blue eyes back at her, blonde brows furrowed again.
“What are you doing, darlin’?” His voice was as soft as always but was now laced with worry at the picture of her state of mind. YN shrugged while grabbing the last shirts from her closet and brought them to her bed before moving to the dresser right next to her boyfriend. “Leaving,” was the only response she could press out of her lungs and throat, both still constricted by the amount of still unshed tears. She pulled open the drawers one after the other to find all the essentials she needed while finding the courage to utter the next words on her mind. “You don’t have to come with me. I know how much my father means to you, and I’m sure you’ll work through this, but… but I can’t stay here and just watch.” She piled pairs of socks in her arms, followed by her underwear, before dumping everything on the growing pile of clothes, ready to push everything she needed into her bag and leave this place.
“Darlin’,” Steve gently called her, but YN shook her head, not daring to look at him. “You don’t have to feel guilty or bad, Steve. I’m a big girl; I can survive the outside world.” Money was not a problem, after all. She heard his deep, rumbling sigh while she started to put her combat boots into the duffel bag, directly followed by underwear and t-shirts—she even had sneaked one of Steve’s shirts into the pile.
“Would you please look at me, pretty girl?” At the sound of one of his many pet names for her, YN sighed as well and slowly glanced over at him. But her eyes widened at the sight of a fully prepped duffel bag leaning against the door frame and his favorite jacket thrown over his broad shoulders. “What…?” The Stark couldn’t end the question hanging in the air between them. “Did you really think I’d stay here and accept something endangering you?” He now smiled her beloved smile and walked over to her. Steve’s big hands—which always treated her like the most precious possession—cupped her cheeks; his thumb tenderly caressing her cheekbone while his blue eyes observed her face intently. “I would have never let you go alone, darlin’. I promised you something four years ago, and I should be damned if I don’t keep it to the moment of my last breath after I already failed you one time.”
YN let her hands rest on his chest and softly shook her head. “It’s not your fault,” she whispered with worried eyes because she knew that Steve would always feel guilty and responsible for her kidnapping by Hydra, even though they both knew that it wasn’t his fault. But Steve only sighed and stepped closer and only stopped as he felt her body gently pressed against his. “I’m following you until the end of the world, and I will always have your back.” She tried to blink the tears out of her eyes but failed. “Even when it means you have to go against governmental orders?” Steve smiled and bent his head down to her. “Even when it means going against governmental orders,” he agreed and kissed her with all the love he had for this woman.
;
It’s short and I’m really not happy with the ending, but I have to get back into the flow and have to distract my mind from the upcoming anxiety inducing things in my life lol. Hope y’all liked it tho. As usual: comments, reblogs, and likes are much appreciated!

He turns at the sound of the door to the observation area slamming open. But in all honesty, he feels her before he even hears her.
“How is he?” She asks. A question thrown out into the air, addressed to no one but born of worry and desperation. She’ll take whatever she can get. He can tell—so will he.
Guilt, however, is an unfearing emotion.
He doesn’t answer. He stares at her.
He stares at her, and he stares at Romanoff who’s shouldering her weight. He stares at his sister, desperate and pleading and all he wants to do is tell her to fuck off.
Instead he drags both women outside, out of sight, to a balcony.
“The doctors say he shattered L4 through S1. Extreme laceration in the spinal cord,” Tony replies, finally. “Probably looking at some form of paralysis.”
“Fuck,” Y/n whispers. It sounds almost involuntary, like it spilled out of her mouth without thought. Like she barely realizes that she’s said it. But then maybe the sound of her own words hit her cause inhales abruptly and screams out, “FUCK!” She’s grabbing at her hair, barely able to contain herself from pulling them out. She’s pacing up and down the frankly modest stretch of the balcony.
“Y/n!” Romanoff shushes her. She doesn’t want them to get noticed, they cannot risk standing out. They already have a target on their back, Tony knows cause he’s the one who put it there.
The rebuke, however, falls on deaf ears. Y/n seems too engrossed in her journey of self-deprecation to even notice Romanoff, let alone her plea to quiet down.
In any other fucking moment Tony would’ve felt like an absolute fucking dickwad about it but in this one?
Well, let’s just say, he’s unfearing.
“Fuck indeed, Stark!” He bites back. He watches her steps halt and her jaw clench. Her eyes shut at his tone, her head jerking away at the crudeness in it. She even takes a step back, holding on to the railings, trying to keep herself tied to the present. Tony, though, carries on without fear, “None of this would have ever happened if it wasn’t for you.” Pointing at her, he adds, “It’s all your fucking fault!”
“I know,” she replies in a small voice. “I know,” she hits herself over the head, regret laid bare in her every action. “I should have… I should have calculated better, worked faster, tried harder to slow his momentum.” She’s rambling. “I tried to—I tried to do it in my realm, but I’m not used to that place. I should have been able to control him but I barely take anyone in there. I just… Lack of practice. I was so afraid of my powers I never… I never thought I could use it to help people so I never… I didn’t…”
Fuck.
He can’t take this anymore. “I meant siding with Steve.”
That seems to shake something awake in her. “For fuck’s sake, Anthony. Were you always this conceited or did I punch you a little too hard during drills?”
“That would make this your fault too.”
Y/n smiles then.
Just like that. There she is.
That’s his sister, Y/n Stark who’s always been synonymous to the word ‘unbreakable’ in his dictionary.
He sees her shift from being absolutely lost to something very close to livid.
She doesn’t need to hold on to the rails anymore. She stands up straight, meeting him eye to eye—her determination is back.
Tony has to adamantly remind himself that he is not going to regret his words.
She smiles and he can see Romanoff step away from the siblings—she’s the only team member who’s spent enough time with them to know to let the Stark siblings fight it out amongst themselves.
“Maybe you are Howie’s son after all, huh?” The words fall out of her mouth all twisted and angry, coated in venom. Before Tony can retort, she continues, “You wanted to lock us up to find a way to feel less shity about the fact that you created the fucking Terminator. Well, guess what? You’re on your own, kid. I’m not walking the plank for you. Not this one!”
“Oh fuck off!” Tony rebukes, cause when the fuck will his sister get off her high horse? “I never asked you to do that! I’ve never fucking asked you to sacrifice anything for me.”
Y/n straight up laughs at him—mocking and cold. “Yes, yes. And Tony Stark isn’t Iron Man. it’s just a machine playing at being a bodyguard.”
“I never—”
“Tony, you might not have said the words but you knew damn well what you were signing me up for the moment you told the world you’re Iron Man,” she tells him. “You’ve never had to ask me to do anything for you but that’s simply because you didn’t fucking have to.”
“That’s completely unfair. Being Iron Man was my thing!” He beats his chest, “Mine.” Walking closer to her, “You shoved yourself into this gig because you just presumed I wouldn’t be good at it.”
She chuckles, hollow and unkind. “If you want to pretend that the bullshit you’re spewing makes sense, I’ll let you fucking continue but do not fool yourself into thinking you’re some undefeatable hero.”
Tony takes another step towards her. “I don’t think I am undefeatable! I just know I am more than capable of holding my own.”
“Yeah. ‘Course. That why you sporting that busted lip?”
It’s a taunt through and through. The lip’s bust cause she landed a (frankly—and Tony would deny it till the day he dies—damn near artistic) blow straight to his face. He’d provoked her to do it—thrown the first punch and then taunted the shit out of her. All this while knowing full-well she was completely on the defensive.
She loves them all too much.
The Avengers are the closest thing she has to a family, he knew she wasn’t going to lift a finger unless he made her. So he may have said a few colorful things, itching for a fight.
And now, he’s getting it.
“You proud?” He strikes back—he’s never been to back down from a fight. Why start now? He’s going to meet her punch for punch, word for word. He is not in the mood to lose any more today. He doesn’t have the luxury. He backs down now, it was all moot.
“Excuse me?” Y/n asks, all her previous cockiness gone.
“I asked if you were proud of it? I mean, you must be. It was a good hit.” The tone’s so harsh he throws himself off too. He knows—well, he’s consciously aware of the fact that he is the one speaking the words but they sound distant. As if he’s just a passive listener as the whole scene unfolds.
But he isn’t.
“Tony! That’s not fair!” Romanoff speaks out, clearly shocked at Tony’s insolence.
Makes two of us, he thinks.
“What’s not fair is that my sister, my best friend, the one person in this whole fucking world who was supposed to always, always be on my side, is siding with her perky blond boytoy,” he exclaims, heartbroken. Because could this shit be any worse? No, seriously, could anything be worse than this?
He’s been repeating himself, shouting himself hoarse and he knows it seems like he’s overreacting—like he’s blowing this all out of proportion. But he is not. You have to understand that while he’s had the most extravagant upbringing, he’s always been comfortable and well off, he’s been alone for most of it. His father was—well, his father was Howard Stark. And his mother, God bless her, couldn't bridge the gap between him and his father no matter how hard she tried. Despite that he cherished it—having them—even in this broken way, he really did love his parents. Then he lost them. Both of them, together in one fell swoop.
Then there was that bitch Obediah.
We don’t talk about that bitch Obediah.
Tony was too fucking smart for most of the people he’d met, no one could keep up. Some were jealous, while others just wanted to get closer to him to bask in his limelight. All of them, all his interactions throughout his life were always… transactional. He was always alone.
Except her.
Y/n came to pick him up from school, not because Mom or Dad had asked her to. Nope. She came to pick him up so she could take him to Chinatown and have spring rolls. If Tony ever asked her why she’d pick him to go along with her, her answer was always a confused look and annoyed string of words asking him, ‘why would I take anyone else?’
And the question was always, always genuine. Because Tony was her bestest friend in the whole fucking world.
Now, think about it. How would you react if your best friend sided with Steve ‘Golden Boy’ Rogers?
“Fuck you, man. I know you think you’re the center of the universe but you’re not. I’m not siding with him!” Y/n bites back, angry and overwrought.
But that’s not his point. She’s missing the fucking point. “You’re not siding with ME either!”
Her head falls then. “Tony,” she exhales heavily, hands on her hips. She’s wearing the tattered up remains of her clothes from the fight. If he looks for it hard enough, he can see her exhaustion, almost feel it. Even as she speaks, the fight’s leaving her, he can see that too. “I spent my entire life running away from this. I cannot go back. You don’t understand because it’s not the same for you…” He’s never seen her this… this jaded.
He can’t afford to get distracted.
“Because I haven’t had shit hauled at me?” Tony challenges, undeterred and unwilling to move even an inch. He may not have gone through what she has but he’s had his own share of shitty fucking experiences.
“I am not saying that, Tones. I’m not. I’m just saying it’s different for you than it is for us,” she explains, her tone patient and sympathetic.
“She’s right, Tony,” Romanoff cuts in. “We’re not downplaying your experiences, we’re not trying to take away from it. We’re just saying it impacts us differently than it does you. We have lived very… different lives.”
“We’re a little wary of ‘organizations’ insisting on controlling our actions,” Y/n surmises.
What comes next is not one of his best moments.
It’s not something people will talk about in his greatest hits. Nope. Never. It will, however, make the top-three-dumbest-shit-Tony Stark-ever-did list.
Fuck—Tony will look back on this moment for years to come. He’ll come back to it time and again, think and then rethink his words. He’ll spend night upon nights, sleepless and disturbed—knowing that he fucked up here. He’ll know that this was where he fucked up. His words won’t be held against him, no. Not by her, never by her. But he’ll still know it was the most horrible thing he could say.
But Tony doesn’t know that yet.
He doesn’t know that yet because guilt is an unfearing emotion.
“Aren’t you a little tired of this schtick?” Tony asks, cocking his head with a cruel, hollow smile. “Aren’t just a little bit tired of using that same old fucking sob story for every single decision you ever make in your godforsaken life?” He looks around, chuckling at the thought. It’s a chilling sound. “At some point you’d have to stop milking that shit, don’t you think?”
It’s only when he finally looks at her that he realizes he’s fucked up.
Her face is hard—harder than stone. There’s a fury in her eyes he’s never seen there before, even for her enemies. He’s never seen that look on her face in his entire life. It sends a chill down his spine.
When she speaks, her words are low but prominent. “My trauma is not for you to use as a punchline for your baseless argument.” They leave no room for an argument anymore. They leave no room for anything but shitting your fucking pants.
He overstepped.
Big time.
Fuck.
“Tony,” Romanoff cuts in, clearly able to sense that this discussion could lead to bloodshed. “I’d suggest you take a step back.” Her eyes are pleading him to be more cautious with his words. “Think before you speak.”
“I—” He doesn’t know what to say. He clenches his fists. Trying and failing to gather his thoughts.
The pause that hangs in the air is so heavy it’s almost painful. He thinks maybe it’ll never end.
But it has to.
“I get that you’re scared but what happened before won’t happen again. This isn’t like Madripoor. You’ll be safe. I’ll make sure of it. And, I mean, com one, you might not trust the Accords yet but you joined S.H.I.E.L.D. right? So why not give this a shot too?” Tony questions in a softer voice, but his desperation persists.
“Because S.H.I.E.L.D. was mine,” Y/n insists. “It was mine and Peggy’s and Howard’s, and Colonel Phillips’. We found it, Tony. It was my home.”
“I didn’t know you founded S.H.I.E.L.D.” Romanoff notes, almost sounding bewildered.
Maybe she sounds bewildered, could easily be any other emotion in the book cause Tony, even after all these years, has made no progress on being able to read the former spy.
“I didn’t want to be on the books, I preferred my life off the grid,” She informs her. And the strain in her words doesn’t hurt Tony at all. It doesn’t sting. Of course not. Nope. “We made it for people like me, to protect them, help them.” She sounds like she’s reminiscing. It somehow rubs him the wrong way.
“And yet, you left that too…” Tony comments, disparaging and snide.
“I had my reasons,” Y/n provides, and just like every other time she’s mentioned it, there is a hesitance in her words.
“Yeah! You keep saying that, and I have no clue what the fuck this elusive reason is.” He has never pressed her on it before, but well, considering all this newly spilled bad blood, why not push his luck just a little bit further? “You told me about all your missions gone wrong, even your run-ins with the Winter fucking Soldier, and it wasn’t any of that. So what possible reason could you have for quitting an organization that you created to protect yourself?”
“Do we have to talk about this?” She asks, annoyed.
“Yes. You always feed me the same bullshit about how you just had to leave S.H.I.E.L.D. that you couldn’t trust them anymore, that it was the necessary choice but whenever I ask why, all you do is blame Hank Pym’s fucking haircut.” Tony’s anger comes back to him again, picking up right where it’d left off. “You bail at the fucking sight of a regulatory body, why the fuck is that?”
“Because Tony! I couldn’t trust them anymore!”
“And we’re back here again,” he takes a step to her. “WHY NOT?!”
“S.H.I.E.L.D. WAS TESTING MY BLOOD!” She yells out, shutting him up completely. “Without my knowledge,” she adds much quieter.
“No…” It can’t be. “No. Dad—Dad wouldn’t let that happen,” Tony tries to argue. He can’t be sure though, he didn’t know his father well enough to bet his life on it. But he wouldn’t have let it happen. He wouldn’t.
“He’s the one who was running the tests.”
For anyone following along, Tony’s heart hasn’t been doing well since he got abducted by his own fucking father figure, but this somehow seems to break his heart all-together. He never saw that coming.
Romanoff seems to be just as surprised as him, ‘cause she looks pale and remains absolutely mute.
Y/n is the one who talks then, trying to cut through the silence. “He… He was worried. He thought if he understood my powers, he’d be able to help me. And, I mean, can you blame the guy? You house this random teenager in your house and every night you wake up to a fucking earthquake cause she had another nightmare. Anyone would want an explanation, a way to control the powers.”
“But… He was your best friend,” Romanoff says and Tony feels like he can’t fucking breathe.
Y/n, though, just shrugs, like it wasn’t a cruel breach of trust. Like Howard Stark hadn’t stabbed her in the back. Like it was any old thursday. “He was,” she agrees with ease, before turning to Tony and continuing, “and sometimes friends do stupid shit in a naive attempt to try and help.” Fuck me with a chainsaw and call me Samantha, Tony thinks. “It wasn’t all bad. He’s the one who figured I wasn’t all alien.” She says it with a smile, like it was fucking nothing.
“Why didn’t you tell me before?” Tony manages to ask, confused beyond words.
“And give you another reason to hate him? You had plenty. It was between us, we solved it and moved on like adults,” she tells him, calm as ever.
“Y/n! He broke your trust!” Tony argues, taking a step towards her, finally finding his voice again.
She just rolls her eyes, “He got curious, Stark. He’s a scientist, can you blame him?”
“So am I! And I would never do that!,” He yells. And only when the words are out of his mouth does he understand what he just said. “I would never do that to you,” he insists in a smaller voice, with a softer tone.
She smiles then, true and open. “I know, Tones. I know.”
It’s… It’s hard for him to process this information. He doesn’t know where to put this, how to categorize it. He has absolutely no clue what to do with this.
So he asks instead, “Did mom… did she know?” He’s scared but it’s better than the alternative of having to come to terms with the whole situation..
“No, no nooo!” Her hands move around animatedly to drive the point home.”If Maria had known he wouldn’t have been alive long enough for you to exist,” she shakes her head with a fondness he doesn’t know where to place. “No, she didn’t know. He got the ass-reaming of the century from Peggy, we burnt the leftover blood samples and called it a day.”
Fuck.
“Fuck!” Tony curses, absolutely lost on what he should do now. Cause what the fuck is he supposed to do now?
“Stark,” she urges, softly, “let’s focus on the problem at hand, let’s deal with the fake doctor, let’s handle that and then we can come back to this. We’ll fight this, together, united. The Avengers stay together, we fight our way through this. We agree on a document that works for us, for all of us.”
Tony shakes his head, tumbling back. “You don’t understand Y/n, you have to sign the Accords… there are no neutral parties. There can’t be. You sign this or it’s over.” She tries to say something, but he marches on, he needs to get this out. “After what happened in Sokovia, after the collapse of S.H.I.E.L.D. after Lagos, the world governments are not going to settle for anything less. You have to see that.” He sighs, exhausted and man, can someone fix this pain in his shoulder please? “You can make amendments,” he suggests. “However many you want, okay? Make amendments to your heart’s content. Once you sign this, we can fight about the specifics, Y/n. We’ll have the best lawyer in the business on our side! Just sign it, Y/n. Please. They are out for blood, Ross more than anyone else. He will not let you go.”
“He won’t be able to find me,” Y/n tells him, with a straight face.
“If he can’t find you, how will I?”
He cannot lose her.
He just fucking can’t. Not… Not over this.
It seems to hit her too. It’s only then that he notices she looks a lot less fierce than she usually does. “Tony, there is no scope for amendments.”
“Once you sign—”
He’s cut off. “Tony, read the fucking document. Come on! Have I taught you absolutely nothing? Read the thing before you sign it. There is absolutely no scope for amendments. There are too many loopholes to stop the issues from even being raised. It’s solid as a stone, I won’t be able to barter for even an ounce of freedom.”
“Y/n…” He’s fucking desperate. “We need regulation.”
“Tony this isn’t regulation… I can’t sign this.”
This is when Romanoff speaks up. “Tony, Steve's not gonna stop. If you don't either, Rhodey's gonna be the best case scenario.”
And somehow her words are harsh enough to make him angry all over again. “You let them go, Romanoff.”
“We played this wrong,” she tries. But he’s not taking any prisoners.
“'We'? Boy, it must be hard to shake the whole double agent thing, huh? It sticks in the DNA,” he throws back.
“Anthony,” Y/n scolds him.
“Are you incapable of letting go of your ego for one goddamn second?” Romanoff rebukes.
He doesn’t know what to say to that, so instead he tells her, “T'Challa told Ross what you did, so… they're coming for you.”
Just as the words slip out, Y/n’s phone chimes.
“Either Tony’s a fucking psychic or the Secratary of State just has impeccable timing,” she comments looking down at her phone. When she looks up at them her face is stern. “He’s on his way, he’ll be here in 5. You should go.
“Me?” Romanoff asks her, bordering on pissed. “We should go.”
Y/n just shakes her head. “We leave together, we won’t be able to lose them. You go ahead, I’ll buy you time.”
“Y/n—” Romanoff’s protest is cut short.
“Just go. Given the fact that my superpower is straight up teleportation, I think I’ll fare much better than you,” Y/n assures her. “Go.”
Reluctance clear on every inch of her face, Natasha Romanoff unwillingly begins to walk away. But not before one last (metaphorical) punch to his gut. She looks at Tony, “I’m not the one who needs to watch their back.” With that she makes her swift exit, leaving the balcony and seamlessly blending in with the crowd.
Slowly, both siblings, without words, come to stand next to each other leaning on the railing, looking at the view ahead.
“How are you planning on buying time?” Tony asks her then.
“Will you tell on me to the teacher, Stark?” She asks, teasing.
It’s a truce. It’s temporary.
He still thinks they should consider signing the Accords and she still believes it’s not the way to go.
But despite all that, Tony can’t help the way lips curl up. “I’m not a rat.”
“Aren’t you?”
He rolls his eyes. “Shut up.”
“Cause that’s what all the rats say,” she tells him with a mischievous smile. “I would know, I’ve been the rat.”
A chuckle slips out from his lips.
She joins him easily.
He might not be sure about much right now, but he knows for a fact that if he were to lose her, he wouldn’t survive it. “What happened to Rhodey… you know that wasn’t your fault, right?”
The smile drops from her face. “Wasn’t it?”
“You have to know it wasn’t.” He needs her to know at least that. He needs her to know no matter what happens, this was not her.
“If I’d known my powers better, had I… I don’t know. If I had not been so afraid of them, if I’d practiced once I knew I was safe, none of this would have happened.” Her head falls back, eyes closed. “If I had control over my powers, Wanda wouldn’t have been enough to break me. Would have saved us so much trouble.”
“There would still be a raging Hulk on the loose,” Tony contends.
She rolls her eyes. “People know the Hulk. They understand—scientist gets angry, becomes green and Hulk-y. It tracks in their head. But it was different for me, the first time I ever showed my powers to the world was when I was out of control…” She closes her eyes, head falling. “Maybe it would’ve been better to not hide them in the first place,” she whispers.
“We don’t know that,” he ventures, ‘cause it’s true. “We don’t know what could have happened. All we could say with certainty is that we’re both a couple of dumbasses.”
“I’ll have to agree on that one,” Ross’s voice booms as he walks onto the balcony.
Both siblings turn to eye the intrusion. It’s Ross flanked by… Ross—the other Ross—Everett and some other dude in a suit he’s never seen before. But he looks annoyed, old and has glasses on so he just presumes the man must be important as well.
“Nice to see you too Mr. Secretary,” Y/n replies with an easy smile. But it’s not open. It’s the one she wears just before she’s about to make someone’s day a lot worse.
“You’ve got a lot of nerve showing up here, young lady. You should have taken Romanoff’s approach and run when you had the chance,” Ross comments. And honestly? Yeah, Tony kinda wants to rescind his fucking signatures cause siding with this man is seeming less appealing by the minute.
But Y/n just laughs. “It’s not like you’ll be able to stop me if I were to run even now,” and just to fuck with him, she glitches an inch off to the side.
Ah, that’s where I got the innate need to be an ass.
“Now you’re just showing off,” the smaller Ross says, sounding more charmed than pissed.
The smile doesn’t leave her face, “Maybe I am.” She glitches a step closer to the group of men. “So, Mr. Secretary, did you need something from me?”
“Still a fiery little thing, aren’t you?” Ross mocks. Tony can’t help but roll his eyes at his hubris. “It’ll die out soon enough, once we get you situated at the Raft along with the rest of your team members.”
Raft? Wait… What does he mean by the Raft? Why would he put them there? That’s not—it’s not right.
He’s losing his shit.
But Y/n frowns, innocent and demure, like she knew about it already. Like she knew that’s where they’d put them. “On what charges am I getting arrested, Mr. Secretary?”
And on his part, the Secretary of State takes her mock naivete in stride. Letting out a short laugh. “Well if you’ve taken the time to read the Accords, you’d know that using your powers on the field without the explicit say-so of the UN committee is illegal.”
“I didn’t use my powers.”
That finally breaks whatever rope was holding the bridge of Ross’s anger together. “Do not play dumb with me, Stark. This might have worked with Fury, but I’m not him.”
“Don’t I know it. Never thought I’d miss that old croak, and yet…” she comments, still smiling. “But my point still stands. I did not use my powers.”
Before Ross can say something that might put a sailor to shame, the shorter Ross intervenes, “We have footage of you fighting Barnes at our facility.”
“I didn’t fight Barnes, I fought the Winter Soldier. And on that issue, I’ve got two words for you, self defense,” she tells them easily and a smile just slips out on his face. He may not agree with her on this—profoundly divisive issue, but he’ll never not be in absolute admiration of his big sister fucking around with authorities.
“You can’t be serious,” the shorter Ross throws back, with a confounded smile.
“Check the footage if you like,” Y/n takes a few steps back, leaning on the railing behind her and pulling out a box of cigarettes from her pocket. “I didn’t throw the first punch…” She puts one between her lips, casual and easy. “I didn’t even use my powers until he came at me with his fucking metal arm and his fucking enhanced strength.” She pulls out her lighter. “What did you expect me to do then? Get beaten up?” She lights the cigarette.
“Yes,” Ross supplies.
She smiles at him, taking a drag. “Might be your style. Not mine.”
“And what about at the airport in Germany?” The shorter Ross asks.
Y/n shrugs. “Never threw the first punch.” Another drag. “Besides, I was defending myself from a rag-tag group of superheroes who were after me with a vengeance.” She smiles at her own words looking at Tony on her side.
And just for that, he decides to be a bitch too. “What if I were to sue you for assault?”
Her smile drops instantly and for a second he thinks maybe he won that round, but alas. “You could have, if you’d fucking listened to me! You should’ve let me come to you. I have told you about a million times; you are not the biggest guy on the field. You fight well but not well enough to be cocky, you are supposed to let your opponent come to you.”
“The best defense is a great offense,” Tony says lamely.
“That’s what idiots say when they have shit defense! If you let them come to you, you get the advantage of not just using their momentum against them, you also get to know the move they trust most because 9 times out of 10, you want to start the fight off on a strong foot so you use the move you’ve practiced often, but also the one that you’re most comfortable with,” Y/n scolds him, hands waving everywhere, clearly annoyed with him beyond words.
“That seems like an exaggerated statistic,” Tony tries.
He fails.
“It’s not,” the shorter Ross supplies. “She’s right.” He earns a stern look to shut up from Ross.
“You could’ve sued me if you’d just listened to me. I’m easy to provoke, especially when the person provoking me is you.” She takes another drag. “Look at me right now, I want to punch you so bad.”
“You’re welcome to try,” Today clearly has not been a day of peace thus far, so why not continue to choose violence?
“That’s enough!” Ross yells. “I’ve heard enough out of the both of you!” The man looks like he’s well past blowing a gasket. He looks at Tony, “Stark, you are well past your 36 hours to get me Rogers,” he turns and fixes his gaze on his sister, “And as for you… Stark, feel free to cry to the judge about how it was self-defense when you’re on trial. Till then there’s a cell with your name on it on the Raft, that’s where you’ll have to throw whichever fit comes after this one.” The way he speaks it’s evident he doesn’t believe that she’s a threat, not to him. “We’re putting you under arrest.”
“Oh?” Y/n asks. She waits a second and then suddenly there’s a sound of static that rings out. She is next to Tony one second and the next she’s standing against Ross, toe to toe. She pulls the cigarette out of her mouth. “You and what army?”
A vein pops out on Ross’ temple.
“You’re forgetting who you’re talking to, Stark,” Ross warns.
“Or maybe you’re forgetting that I might look like a young and ‘fiery little lady’ but I’m not. I have been doing this since before you were even a thought in your father’s head.” She takes a drag, slow and somber. “You best learn to respect your elders, son.”
And just like that, she’s gone. Glitched into nothing.
Tony tries his best not to let this little spark of pride overtake his guilt.

Clean/is it over now?
This whole story was basically inspired by clean, is it over now, now that we don’t talk, wonderland, style, basically the whole 1989 album, all too well 10 version, and illicit affairs
Can you tell I love Taylor Swift? 🤭
Nomad grey! Soft dark! Steve rogers x reader. Cheating!!!! Angst!!!! Depressed reader, tony dying. The time line if messed up do t do the math I already tried lol. Reader is Tony Starks, daughter, but race or looks are not described.
Seeing his blue eyes in the forefront of your mind was haunting. you couldn’t get clean off of him His whispers had changed every muscle in your body to love him and only him. Was it over when she laid down on your couch was it over when he unbuttoned your blouse? Was it over then and is it over now? The question you asked every night, or when you walked in every room that held the blondes with love eyes. Your scorned young body, a solider returning half her weight, the blue muse hidden from view hurting from seeing the flashing lights as he showcased her to all.
Steve Rogers was your first lover, only 18, and somehow the family friend since your early teen years was gone and replaced with a man of love and stolen kisses. His hands fire, his lips held unfished unspoken ‘I love yous’. If your love is over, why do you wait? Why do you hide in your hidden places he took you so no one could hear your sweet nothing relationship and moans. Why are you still writing pages about a love story that has ended?
You remember the tension in the last years before the full out. His smile on your 18th birthday, him slow dancing with you, everyone at the party drunk or too blinded by the American dream to notice he was more then a family friend or uncle Steve, your father's co-worker and avenger. Blushing in arms, your teenage heart bursting in shy looks away from the man holding your waist. Then by next celebration, Only ever held hands with a boy and suddenly a lover, what an unexpected transition for an 19 year old girl. Never knowing how love worked nor how cruel his could be.
Now 25 never had another lover, the habit for you never left, still lost in wonderland though he was lost in anothers. Trying to find a cure, to bring dust to people, standing in a room with the rest of (what's left of) the Avengers brings acid up your throat. The secret too big to share with your father and how his old best friend broke your heart, it ate you alive for lying, dying. Dying feeling like the world's worst daughter, watching him sacrifice himself while whispering to you how much he loved you was the ground falling underneath what made your sky.
Steve picking your crumpled body off the ground crying at your father's asleep feet to forgive you for your secrets. Sobbing into the man you loved and hated, hated for leaving you scared and confused during the civil war. You sat at home heartbroken praying he was okay and that he would just sign the damn papers, that your father didn't kill him, while he made out with Sharon Carter. Pounding on his chest screaming at him to let you go, you struggled in his arms while he tried to calm you down.
You yelling at him that it was all his fault, only the two of you knowing what you meant.
After that you didn't talk to him, what was really left of the Avengers lives in the compound and so does Steve's new finance, the younger blonde, who giggles like you did, he’s not afraid to tell people he loves her. The pain mixed in with love unrequited.
A mission in the tall mountains was the reopening of the love affair, you think of jumping off every tall somethings just to see if he comes running, but no.
“I’ve missed you” he spoke to you leaning on the kitchen island, you sitting at the dinner table eating soup, you ignored him. “y/n”
“Let's leave the past where it belongs,” you said
“Babygirl please” Steve pushed himself off the counter, pulling your chair away from the table, now squatting in front of you. His hands holding yours.
“You’re engaged, we shouldn’t requel our relationship now, and I can't even look at you without wanting you” you admitted softly to him looking down at your lap where your hands and his lay.
“I still love you y/n, and I know I left. I know I should have come back to you baby. I’m a sick man but your my love baby and I can't see you love me everyday while I pretend she's you.”
“No, do you think I didn't see you, there was flashing lights at least I had the decency to keep my nights out of sight, were we over when you kissed Sharon? You try and find something better in every girl's bed-.”
Steve kissed you deeply cutting you off, his hands moved to your shoulders pulling you closer. You kissed him back, the feeling different from the innocent love, that the devil he was truly letting himself mask in it.
His arms wrapped around your waist, and your legs wrapped around his. He took you to bed, naked bodies meeting again. His thrusts drove moans out of you like no other.
“You're still my baby, c'mon I’m still your Stevie” his words kissed your skin. “Say it, say you're still mine, I’m still your daddy” he demanded his thrusts becoming harder.
“I-i love you Daddy” you squeaked out Steve smiling at your words knowing he still had you after all these years.
“Don't you ever take away my baby again. You’re my baby.” after his words, you moaned loudly your face buried in between his neck and shoulder. Cumming full force.
“That's it babygirl, cum for me.”
Steve and you laid down still naked in each other's arms, feeling his warmth.
“We’re staying here, I'm not going back to her,” he spoke sternly
“What?” you replied back, pulling away so you could see his face.
“We’re stayin’ here, we’re gonna build a family and I’m not letting you out of my sight again baby. You’re mine. I love you” Steve said still stern but with a dark look in his eyes.
“I’ve watched you hurt and be alone far too long, I've saved the world for you, killed for you, wanted you… Say it back y/n”
“I-i love you, Stevie”
10 months older, a baby five months in. You can't quit, you can't say you got clean. 10 months older now he can admit there was no mission just a trick to get you back.

Steve Rogers x Stark!Reader. She learns of Steve’s stupid idea of returning the stones and then living a life with Peggy. Like any good chaotic Stark, she ties and chains him up in the garage. And then she goes and returns the stones. When asked what was the reason…
Y/n: just because she gave you your first ever boner, doesn’t mean she’s the love of your life. AND LETS NOT FORGET THE FACT THAT SHE SHOT AT YOU! RED FLAGS!
Bucky: didn’t you lock him in one of the suits and chain him up?
Y/n: IT WAS FOR THE GREATER GOOD! And my sanity!

“Stop making up your excuses!” Bucky groaned, looking over at his childhood best friend. Sam laughed knowingly, taking another sip of his protein shake as they all sat on the bench from training. Steve wiped his sweat away with the towel, shaking his head at the two. He denied the accusations that he had feelings for his friend but these two had spent years with him now - they knew him inside out, aware of when he was lying. “Call her up, tell her you forgot something.” Sam suggested, Steve furrowing his eyebrows in confusion. He sat down, sipping his drink. “Why?” he huffed, not aware of their ideas. The two stared him, knowing he rarely spoke to them and when he did, almost made a fool of himself. “Okay, okay.” he surrendered, picking up his phone.
-----
“Nat, stop it!” Y/n groaned, Natasha sat opposite and laughing as she watched her blush, her phone buzzing and Y/n picking it up straight away. “Is it him?” Natasha teased, Y/n ignoring her as she read the notification that appeared on her phone.
Missed call from Steve (1)
“Nat, be quiet for a second.” she ordered, hushing her best friend as she raised an eyebrow. Y/n called him back, the phone ringing a few times before he finally picked up. “Steve! What’s up?” she asked, holding up a middle finger to Nat as she wiggled her eyebrows at her. “Y/n, hey, uh...I think I left something at yours when we all hung out, do you mind me coming to find it?” he asked, Y/n confused as she didn’t remember anything being left. “Oh! Uh...of course!” she assured, Steve sighing on the other end and some whispers being heard that she couldn’t figure out before she heard a slap.
“...Steve?” Y/n asked, holding in a laugh as she heard Bucky’s voice in the background. “Yeah? Oh, sorry! Just uh Bucky and Sam being annoying as usual.” he laughed awkwardly, scratching his neck. “I’ll come by later if that’s okay?” he asked, Y/n humming in agreement. “Yeah, that’s good! I’ll see you later then Steve.” she grinned. “See you later, Y/n/n.” he bid goodbye, hanging up.
------
Steve knocked on the door, it almost opening instantly. “Hey.” Y/n greeted, Steve smiling softly at her. “Oh, uh, come in.” she gestured, stepping to the side as he entered, closing the door behind him. He walked into the living room, Y/n gasping. “Hang on a second, I’ll go get your jacket - I found it earlier.” she smiled, Steve nodding and feeling relieved that he genuinely did forget something. While he waited, Sam and Bucky’s words repeated in his head, reminding him. “It's worth more than you are thinking, Steve! Don't be a fool, tell her you think she's cool!” Sam exclaimed.
“Capsicle, nice to see you here.” Tony grinned, taking a drink of his mug. “Tony.” he responded, nodding his head at him, ignoring the knowing smirk he gave him. Luckily, he saved by Y/n walking back over, glaring at her brother. “What did you say?” she huffed, raising an eyebrow at her brother. He put his hands up in defence shaking his head. “Nothing, nothing.” Tony defended, winking at them as Y/n rolled her eyes at him and dragged Steve out of the room. “I’m sorry about him.” she sighed, handing the jacket to him. He chuckled and shook his head. “No, no, don’t worry.” he assured, pausing for a second. “I was uh wondering if...” he paused, a lump in his throat as he tried to get the words out. Y/n pressed a hand to his arm, squeezing it.
“It’s just me Steve, no need to be so tense.” she smiled, he nodded. He cleared his throat before trying again. “Do you want to come out with me tomorrow? There’s an ice rink in the city and I was thinking we could go?” he asked, remembering the plan. He froze as they didn’t respond instantly, feeling like a fool. “I’m sorry, I didn’t mean to make it awkward and you’re just really cool-” he rambled as they laughed, cutting him off as he tilted his head. “Of course, Steve.” they assured, mirroring the smile that was on his face as they walked to the front door. “Pick me up at two?” she asked, Steve nodding. “Sounds good.” he assured, standing outside. She leant up, pressing a kiss to his cheek as he reddened, silently thanking the cold weather as he walked away from the door. “Hey, Steve?” they called, making him turn around and looking at her.
“For the record, I think you’re pretty cool too.”
----
“Stop waiting for a fairy tale to take you away, don't wait for someday.” Bucky lectured, Steve sighing at his friend’s words. “You waited last time and look what happened. Don’t let it happen again.” he comforted, patting his shoulder before heading out of the kitchen. He heard murmurs in the hallway, sitting back down and eating his food. “Hey.” Natasha greeted, walking in behind him. He nodded at her, taking another bite of his food. “You know, she’s thinking the same thing as you.” she exposed, Steve looking at her in confusion as to how she would know. “I’m her best friend, I know everything about her and besides - it’s not hard when you both constantly ogle at each other.” she teased, laughing at his darkening face.
“Why haven’t you told her?” she pestered, Steve sighing as he placed his empty bowl into the dish washer. “Nat, as much as I trust you, it’s not worth me possibly ruining my friendship with her.” he sighed, the red head sighing at her friend, seeing the pair were both as bad as each other. “Don't be afraid, dreams aren't found they're made.” she said, grinning as he rolled his eyes at her cheesy words. “I have an idea, Steve.” she spoke up, catching his attention. “Tony’s throwing one of his Christmas parties, pull her aside and then confess.” she shrugged, Steve chuckling at the simplicity of her tone. “I’ll try.” he gave in, Nat happy with the answer.
----
"You’ve only got one chance.” Sam taunted, looking at his best friend who he’d walked in with. “Yeah, yeah, okay.” Steve ignored, waving his hand at him while he looked around, searching for her. “They’re over there, most likely.” Bucky grinned, pointing at Nat who was stood in a group, shaking her arm and Y/n now waving at Steve. His face lit up, waving back and making his way over. “Hi.” she giggled, looking up at the soldier who towered over her. “Hello, y/n/n.” he responded softly, taking her hand and twirling her as her dress skirt spun. “You look amazing- not that you don’t every day of course-” he rambled, cut off by her loud laughter. “It’s okay, Steve. You look pretty good tonight too.” she returned, Steve scratching his neck and both their cheeks heating up and taking sips from their drinks. They had accidentally matched, both wearing a subtle navy blue (most likely Natasha’s and Bucky’s work).
He finished his, placing it down on the bar next to them while she finished hers, standing up and holding his hand out to her. “Care to dance, m’lady?” he joked, Y/n taking his hand and standing up. “Of course, sir.” she carried on, Steve leading her to the dance floor. “Is this okay?” he asked as he placed is hands on her waist. “It’s more than okay, Steve.” she whispered, wrapping her arms around his neck and placing her head on his chest while he put his on top, swaying as the slow song finished, a more upbeat one coming on that he recognised. He looked over at Bucky, referring to the music as he nodded and playfully rolled his eyes. “That’s not important! Kiss her, you fool!” he mouthed back, Steve nodding and cheeks reddening yet again.
He pulled away, grabbing her hand and twirling her, making her gasp before sending her into a fit of laughter. “S-Steve! Warn me...next time.” she got out in between her laughs, Steve grinning at her. “What was that? Do it again?” he grinned mischievously, Y/n’s face widening as they heard what he said over the music. “Steven Grant Rogers, don’t you dare!” they warned, more laughter escaping as he twirled her, this time dipping her down at the end. “Steve.” she mumbled, Steve raising an eyebrow. “Kiss me.” she said, the soldier smirking before leaning down, connecting their lips together and missing the $20 Tony handed to Bucky.
“It’s about damn time.”

The One With the Sex in the Gym
A/N: This is a prequel series to my Stark!Readerverse series. Those are all my stories that start with “A” and have some other shit following it.
Masterlist
Stark!Verse Masterlist
Pairing: Steve Rogers x Stark!Reader,; [[Pre Shang-Chi x Stark!Reader]] Tony Stark x Daughter!Reader
Warnings: swearing, sexual themes, minors DNI, tony losing his mind, steve proving he is just a little shit from brooklyn
Summary: Tony has been insufferable to deal with. As such, Steve feels it’s time to teach him a little lesson when it comes to your relationship.
Tony Stark was a lot of things. The man was a genius ,billionaire, playboy, philanthropist, and according to some in the Tower, he was also an absolute overbearing and overprotective mess of a man. Well, at least according to some people. Apparently, since the rest of the team moved in after the events in D.C., Tony was seen as an overbearing, doting, nosy, invasive individual.
Sure, maybe he crashed one-too-many dinner dates between Y/N and Steve.
Yes, perhaps he did throw open her bedroom door a few times to make sure that they were decent and say that he was not hosting a brothel.
Okay, maybe he followed them to the movies but that was only one time.
Fine, the people that said he was too overbearing happened to be his own daughter and her boyfriend, but he had valid reasons. I mean, he was her father, right? This was his job to protect his little girl. Besides, how much did they really even know about the super soldier anatomy? Not enough, probably. Who knows what Steve was capable of? He could accidentally kill Tony’s kid, for all he knew or worse, get her pregnant and force a shotgun wedding to a man old enough to have seen the invention of sliced bread…….
Was he that old? Eh, who cares.
Well, Tony cares, but that’s about it.
So, on one of his many daily missions of finding out what his kid and her geriatric boyfriend were up to, Tony found himself navigating the tower. They weren’t in either of their rooms, nor the living room, the lab, nowhere. Everywhere he happened to look was a dead-end, so Tony had to rely on the work of Jarvis to spy on his kid.
“Sir, the two are currently in the gym.”
“The gym?” Tony raised an eyebrow as he set down his smoothie. “Cap trains in the mornings.”
“I’m aware, sir.”
“Y/N has to be dragged to the gym for combat training.”
“I’m also aware of this, sir.”
“Oh, god. They can’t defile the gym, those stains will never come out!”
“I’m curious to know what you think is exactly in super soldier sperm that it wouldn’t —“
“Ah, don’t say sperm!” Tony shouted as he leapt up from his seat and made his way to the gym. “That’s a hex upon this household, Jarvis, you know that.”
Jarvis would have sighed deeply if he thought it would help Tony to register how ridiculous this was, “Sir, need I remind you of the many conquests of yours I’ve witnessed and had to order particular cleanings for?”
“No.”
“Very well, sir.”
Tony was approaching the gym and he was horrified. He could hear a deep guttural groan and it made the hair on the back of his neck stand up.
“Oh, fuck, Steve! Right there.”
That son of a bitch.
“Yes, yes, yes, don’t stop.”
Tony wanted to die. Next, he heard a sharp squeal and an intake of air that made his heart drop to his ass. He quickly looked through the gym doors but could only see you, laying on a yoga mat, hands white-knuckling it as you lay on your stomach with a pained look on your face.
“Steve, you’re too deep! Stop, stop!”
“Come on, doll, if you want it to get better, you’ve gotta take it as deep as I can get.”
Tony Stark was officially going to kill Steve Rogers.
“Get off my daughter you wretched, geriatric, overage, disgusting old pervert!” Tony shouted as he threw open the gym doors and ran inside.
However, when he ran inside, he skidded to a halt. You were laying comfortably on your stomach and staring at him in surprise. You were also fully clothed, which he was surprised, given the sounds he heard and the fact he couldn’t see your bottom half from outside.
Behind you, Steve was sitting on a chair. Your knee was bent, your foot up in the air in front of Steve’s lap. The man’s thumb was pressing into your heel while his other hand held your ankle in place. Steve gave Tony a blank stare while your father stared right back at the two of you, red in the face, vein pulsating on his neck.
“What the hell is this,” he seethed.
“Doc said I have plantar fasciitis, so he’s murdering my heel for me,” you explained. “What did you think we were doing?”
Tony’s jaw tightened, “Nothing. Nothing at all.”
“Really?” Steve raised an eyebrow. “Sounds like you thought we were fonduing.”
Tony pointed a finger at him, “Don’t you dare make a funny right now. You have no right.”
You rolled your eyes, “You know, dad, we do have sex.”
“Stop it, Y/N.”
“It’s pretty crazy. With that strength of his, he can just hold me in the air and —“
“Enough — “
“I mean, gosh, I —“
“She’s kidding, Tony,” Steve said quickly. “I respect her too much to do such intimate acts in a public setting.”
“Good, good. As you should, you old fart,” Tony nodded and scratched the back of his head. “Well, I’m glad we got that settled. I will be in the lab if you need me.”
He left feeling more uncomfortable than he ever had in his entire life. Once he was gone, you two laughed uncontrollably. Steve held his side as you let your face fall to the mat and laugh. Eventually, you rolled onto your back and held your hands up. Steve leaned over, pulled you up, and sat you down right on his lap.
“I think he’ll leave us alone now, don’t you?” He hummed as he kissed your neck softly.
You snickered, “You are such a little shithead, Steve. I love it. Yeah, he’ll definitely give us some space. Which is good, I have a plan.”
“Oh? What’s that?”
“He has a really beautiful red car I’ve always wanted to have a little fun in.”
Steve blushed, the tips of his ears turning red, “Doll, I meant it when I said — “
“Yes, yes I know. You’re so very respectful and a gentleman, but you have my full permission to defile me in my dad’s car.”
“Is this a late-stage act of rebellion?”
You blinked twice, “Yes.”
He sighed and shook his head, “Doll —“
“What? I’ve always wanted to do it in a car! Haven’t you? He’ll stay far away from us now because he’s traumatized. It’ll be fun,” you sang as you draped your arms around his shoulders. “Can really get that car rocking.”
He shook his head as he studied you, “You’re devious, Ms. Stark.”
You beamed, “That I am, Steve, that I am.”

Laundry virgin
Steve rogers x gn!reader
Summary: You and Steve go on a little cute date after you met at the laundromat.
Warnings: none!! Pure fluff!
A/N: it's been a while but i'm back with the sequel of that fic you guys liked so muuuuch!!
part one!
not my gif!
Since you met at the laundromat, Steve and you talked very little by messages and even less by calls. The poor old man was indeed bad with smartphones and you only talked when you were calling or sending the first message, and Steve was always ending his messages by his name like he wasn't registered in your contacts. Plus, you were adults and both busy, both on each side with your works, family and other stuff.
When you came home the day you met, you were sure you had already seen or heard the name "Steve Rogers". You googled it and with horror found out that he was the one and only, Captain America, and you were even more mortified realizing that you flirted with him which made your messages a little bit colder than they were because... he's an adult super hero right ? You were a bit lost, about your feelings, about how you talked to him and about his feelings, what if you had imagined everything ? Steve, on his side, had never been happier, the person that he thought was the most beautiful on earth was talking to him, daily, every message you sent was bringing a smile to his face. He indeed noticed that your mood changed but he just thought that it was because you guys only saw each other once and that you were hesitant to open up to him because, he was still an stranger to you.
When he realized that he frowned, bit his lip then managed to write a message that sounded like: "Hi, it's been a while since we've seen each other. Would you like if we met at Grand Branks at 7 p.m tomorrow ? If you're available, Steve." He was always really formal in his message, his inner old soul did this, he was writing a message like he was writing a letter he was just that way.
You received that message when you were going out of the shower, you putted on a towel and went to check your phone, you had heard the familiar ring from the bathroom. You take it in your hands, open it and your breath get caught in your throat as you see the name that appears on the screen, and you nearly choke as you read the message. A million of "oh-my-god" go though your head before your brain decide to work and search if you had anything planned tomorrow, you figured out that you didn't and with trembling fingers answered. "No i'm not busy so I guess I'll see you tomorrow here, can't wait, Y/N." You were formal only because he was and you thought it was weird if you weren't formal as he was. Steve received your message with the same smile you had when you sent it.
The time of the date arrived quickly, and you both were stressed as hell, you both also putted on your favourite outfits, and you both were really excited to see each other! Steve was at the restaurant thirty minutes early and was cracking his fingers one by one of nervousness. What if you didn't come? What if he was wrong about your intentions? What if you just wanted to be friends? I mean friends can invite each other at the restaurant right-Oh. His thoughts were stopped completely when he saw you walking in the restaurant, you haven't saw him so he watched you carefully as you were looking for him, his eyes were so glued to you that he didn't think about indicating to you were he was, he was just admiring from afar. His heart was racing in his chest but skipped a beat when your eyes met and he swears his jaw was on the floor, you were perfect. If he could he would've married you right here, right now.
You became red when you saw how handsome he was, he was perfectly dressed, between the casual and the classy, but you became redder when you saw how he was looking at you, he was basically undressing you with his eyes and it was giving you butterflies. You quickly made you way over him and he stood up as fastly. He gave you a flash of his beautiful smile and hugged you while whispering a shaky "Hi". You answered the same way while hugging him, he took your chair so you could sit on it then sit at his. A little bit a gentlemen-y wasn't so bad after all.
"Did i made you wait ?" You chuckled a bit and he returned your laugh.
"Don't worry, you're right on time, i'm the one early, bad habit." He took his glass while smiling and drank a bit of whatever was in it.
"Bad habit ? I don't think everyone would agree with you." You took the menu in your hands and chuckled. "Did you made your choice yet ? There's do many dishes i feel like i'm losing my mind.."
He laughed at your remark and putted down the menu before putting one of his hands in his hair quickly. "Don't worry you're not the only one losing your mind here, that's why I'm here early so I can choose which dish I will pick, and I still haven't made my choice." It was your turn to laugh and Steve thought that he wanted to make your beautiful laugh his ringtone, creepy, but that's how much he loved your voice and everything about you.
The night spent, perfectly, you both were a bit tipsy from the bottle of wine you had drank but not enough to be super drunk. Just enough to give you both a boost of confidence. He walked you home to your appartment because it was getting dark and you were cold, so he gave you his jacket which you appreciated a lot because, it smelt like the super soldier. Though the night you spent with him, he was so sincere and kind with you that you completely forgot about the fact that he was the Captain America, he was just a beautiful human being, and that was enough. You soon arrived in front of your appartment and you both let go each other hand that you were holding because of the cold, yeah right, the cold. Steve looked at you with stars in his ocean eyes and you swore at that moment that was the prettiest thing that you ever seen in your entire life. You saw his beautiful eyes looking softly at your lips but quickly returning back to your eyes. You thought he was going to kiss you right here right now but then.
He kissed your right cheek while caressing your other one. "Have a good night Y/N.." is what he purred in your ear with a charming smile and you felt your knees go weak, your cheeks were crimson and you just stood there, watching him slowly go away in the corridor.
Steve had the door in his hand when he heard fast running coming towards the stairs, he arched an eyebrow then turned around only to feel two arms and a body crashing into him just as the lips that were on his. This scent, he knew it, it was you. He slowly closed his eyes as his body was slamming on the door semi-opened, he returned the fever kiss as it was burning on his lips and changed your positions so you could be on the door, you were kissing each other like two animals but then you heard a door noise and your both bodies went straight and turned around like two kids who had been caught doing something bad. Plus, both of your faces were red tomato and you were trying to catch your breaths.
You saw that old man of Mr.Nakajima, opening the door with his brows furrowed, oh he was angry. "Are you trying to wake me up ? Because you did! Just get a room! These kids..." He slammed his door shut and you and Steve remained calm until that and you burst out in laughters. Steve watched you and picked you up as you let out a small scream: "What do you think you're doing Steve ?"
He laughed and replied quickly: "Getting a room!"

“You were amazing out there,” you purred between pecks as Steve’s firm thigh, slotted between your own, rubbed against your core, your short skirt flaring out over the shorts of his uniform.
“Thank you,” he chuckled, his lips fluttering down your neck as he uttered, “you know, I think was even better with you in the audience,” nudging his leg more determinedly against you as you melted against the wall he had you pressed against, “like you brought me luck or something.”
Just then, as you felt yourself begin to soak through your underwear and mark your boyfriend’s uniform, someone from further down the hallway poked their head out of a door and shouted, “hey, Rogers!” reeling back from the crook of your neck with a peeved exhaled, Steve cast his glance in the individual's direction, “coach wants a word with you in his office.”
“Alright, thanks,” he nodded before turning his attention back to you, arms firm on either side of your head, cosily caging you in as he spoke, “I’ll be right back,” his leg reluctantly retracted from your warmth, “there is lounge down around the corner there that should be on the quiet side about now if you don’t wanna wait out here,” he offered a vague nod to his left before dipping down to near your lips one last time.
Smile growing wide at his considerateness, you breathed, “okay,” but the kiss you thought he wanted to give to you never came as his nose just ghosted against your own, seemingly savouring the moment before you felt him shift and his finger disappeared below your skirt, “Steve, what are you-,” but the rest of your sentence never saw the light of day as, with a daring smirk on his lips, Steve swiftly kneeled down before you and snatched your underwear down past your knees, keeping his eyes on yours as he methodically manoeuvred your jelly like legs to steal the sodden garment completely.
“I’ll come find you in a bit, yeah?” he placed a playful peck right above your knees before straightening back up.
“Steve!” you hazily giggled as he began to disappear down the corridor.
“10 minutes, 15 tops!” he called over his shoulder as he sauntered away from your stunned form, “then I’m claiming my prize!”
With a breathy chuckle still billowing from your lips, you pulled out your phone and rounded the corner, scrolling through your options of temporary entertainment as you neared the room that you could supposedly wait in.
Eyes glued to the small screen in your hands, you didn’t even glance up as you reached the first door you approached, not assuming there were any other options, you simply pushed it open and strolled in.
Fully expecting that you were nearing a couch or something soon, the room you’d blindly entered turned out to not be the lounge you’d thought it was, but instead, the team’s locker room as you swiftly walked straight into a broad and bare chest.
“Wow, I’m sorry-,” your eyes tore away from your screen to finally discover where you were. Vision growing wide, you stared up at the athlete before you, his golden mane rustling from the collision, “I-I-…”
Blinking up at Thor, your own name even escaped your memory as you found yourself in the very last place you should have wandered into.
From off to the side, you heard the voice of Tony holler, “hey sweetheart, fans aren’t allowed in here,” before leaning closer to the sandy buzzcut beside him and muttering quietly, “I thought they said they had tightened security around here…”
With your feet still frozen to the floor, your mouth hung agape as your eyes glazed over the recognisable individuals throughout the room, all in various states of undress. As Thor’s towering form moved past, walking over to snatch up a towel, someone else dexterously took his place, “wait a second, I recognise you,” you blinked back at the guy who rarely left your boyfriend’s side, “you’re Cap’s new girl, aren’t you?”
“I-I-, yeah,” you stammered, “I’m sorry, I didn’t mean to walk in here-”
“Oh, but you did,” Bucky teasingly took a step closer.
“I was, uh, looking for the lounge, and I was just staring at my phone,” you swallowed thickly as someone out of the corner of your eye peeled off their shirt, “I’m so sorry, I'll get out,” but as you whirled around to bolt out of there, you just collided with another individual that had slyly slotted in between you and the only way out of here.
“You’re cute,” you heard Bucky continue as you blinked up at Pietro, his athletic physique now completely blocking the exit, just as Thor's, the team's goalie, would do before the vast net during an intense game, “isn’t she cute, guys?”
Soft echoes of agreeance bounced off the walls before Pietro smiled down at you, “what’s your name, baby?” his accent sending a shiver straight down your spine.
“Y/n…” you softly uttered, your heartbeat deafening in your ears, growing and rippling out from where it was still thumping from between your thighs.
“That’s a pretty name,” his eyes washed over your visage, licking it up like he was at a museum.
“So, tell us, Y/n,” you spun back around at the sound of Bucky’s timbre, “did you really just not pay attention or did you perhaps walk in here on purpose?”
“No!” you squeaked, “I swear, I didn’t-”
“Because I think you were trying to catch a little glimpse,” he teasingly cut you off with a soft tilt of his head.
“Oh, naughty, naughty you,” Tony crossed his arms with a chuckle, “what were you hoping to get out of this, huh? Sneak in here and seduce the whole team? Is one just not enough for you?” the rest of the men snickered at his mocking quips.
“No, I wasn’t trying anything, I-,” the rest of your plea got suddenly swapped out with a shuttering gasp as the player sitting on the bench beside you had begun to ghost his hand against the goosebump-ridden flesh of your leg, sneakily twisting his position enough to catch a glimpse as his touch carelessly bushed against your short skirt, making it briefly fluff out enough for him to notice.
“Hey,” Sam boomed to the rest of the team, “she’s not wearing any panties!”
“She’s not?” Thor turned his head to join the festivity entirely.
“Fuck,” you heard Clint curse gutturally, “you came to the game like that?”
From right beside him, Tony bit down on his smirk, “what a little fucking slut…”
“No, it wasn’t-”
But before you could manage to convince them, Pietro pushed your form lightly and sent you directly into Bucky’s waiting arms. With your back arched like a ski slope, your short skirt rose up, covering virtually nothing, especially after you’d had your undergarments stolen, and granted the men behind you a pornographic view of the state Steve had left you in.
Catching your chin between his thumb and forefinger, Bucky tilted your head up to catch your hazy eye, “why don’t you wait here with us?”
“I-…” you blinked back at him, feeling your chest rise and fall rapidly against his.
“Rogers won’t mind,” he shook his head reassuringly, fingers shifting to gently caress you’re your heated cheek, “promise.”
“Yeah,” Pietro’s voice resonated vibrantly from behind you once more, “we always take good care of his girls…”
Utterly spellbound by his ocean gaze, your head nodded fuzzily, “o-okay,” your breaths came in shaky as you spoke, “I guess if you say Steve wouldn’t mind, then I could probably just hang out in here for a bit till he gets back.”
“Great!” Sam clapped his hands together, the sudden noise causing you to jump out of the burly arms that held you.
Leaning back against his locker, Clint then asked, “so did you enjoy the game?”
“Oh, sure,” with clumsy words flowing from your lips, your eyes traced Thor’s half-naked form as he crossed the room, “it was fun, I mean, you guys played really well, congrats on the win by the way.”
“Aw, thanks,” the man your gaze was locked upon sniggered as he settled in beside Tony, then leaned in to mutter in his ear just loud enough for you to catch, “Cap really wasn’t bluffing about her.”
“Dude, I know,” Tony harmonized lowly before raising his voice, “so, Y/n!” he slyly cleared his throat, “you never did tell us why you came to our game commando. Did you do that for us?”
“Oh, I-…” you averted your gaze, attempting to explain it with an airy laugh, “that wasn’t me, Steve kinda stole them a few minutes ago.”
Counting from behind you, Pietro challenged, “oh, Steve stole them, did he now?”
“Yeah,” you nodded bashfully.
“And just why would he do such a thing?”
“I-…” you redirected your vision up towards the ceiling, “I think it’s easy enough to deduce what he was thinking.”
“Yeah, but I wanna hear you say it,” Pietro playfully stepped closer, tilting his head to catch your nervous gaze.
“Come on, honey,” Sam’s tongue flickered out to glisten up his smirk, “don’t get shy on us now.”
Gnawing on your bottom lip, you then confessed with an exhale, “…we were gonna go celebrate…”
“Celebrate? Really?” Bucky’s gaze gleamed back at you in amusement, “well, that sounds fun, doesn’t it sound fun, guys?” he didn’t tear his eyes away from you as he countered to the others, their enthusiastic replies swiftly filling the thick air. Slowly leaning in close, he tugged a stray piece of your hair behind your ear, “you know what I think?” your head instantly shook, hypnotically granting him the answer to continue, “I think we deserve some celebrating as well, don’t you think? I mean, it wasn’t only Rogers out there on the field. Don’t we deserve a prize as well?”
As he cradled your face, all you could do was melt, “I-… I guess so…”
Closing the short distance, Bucky planted a feathery kiss upon your lips before tilting his head back ever so slightly to flash you a playful glance, “yeah?” his words were just above a whisper, “you wanna celebrate with us till Rogers gets back?”
With starry eyes, you blinked back up at the football player and hummed, utterly spellbound, “uh-huh,” before his lips pressed against yours once more, kissing you like there was no tomorrow.
Letting go of your face, his silky touch casketed down your form like a waterfall, flutteringly roaming, up and down, each time carelessly catching your skirt and letting it gather up with his hungry movements.
As you purred enchantedly against Bucky’s lips, Pietro behind you sank down to his knees, his intentions becoming clear as you began to feel soft pecks flutter across the backs of your thighs, his fingertips raking over your tingling skin in sloppy patterns.
But as his caresses danced their way further north up your flesh, I didn’t take long before the greedy man dove head first into what he truly wanted to kiss, rendering you to tear away from Bucky’s lips with a dizzying pant, “oh my god,” and bury your face in his brawny chest.
Lapping against your soppy folds, Pietro let go of your puffy pearl with a pop, briefly pulling back to share, “fuck, she tastes good.”
“Oh yeah?” Thor breathed from the sidelines.
“Like fucking sunshine and rainbows,” he elaborated with gravelly desperation in his tone before latching onto your core once more.
You barely noticed when people stepped closer, scarcely knowing whose hands were exploring your every inch, all you knew was how incredible they made you feel.
Squeezing your boobs through your thin shirt, nipples pebbly and clear through the fabric, you felt Tony’s breath tickle your ear, “you mind taking this off for us, sweetheart?”
Eyes fluttering over your shoulder to find him, you simply raised your arms high above your head and let them yank your t-shirt off and merrily discover how you hadn’t bothered to put a bra on this morning.
Glancing down, you watched as Clint cupped your softness in his wide palms, “damn, look at these fucking tits,” he gave them a little jiggle before dipping his head down low to place a few pecks along them. With the left of your small buds swiftly getting captured by his lips, a different hand took over palming your right as your fingers found Clint’s short hair, your nails scraping gently along his scalp, “you like that, hon?” he blinked up at you as he sucked, friskily nipping at your sensitive skin, “you like having these little nipples played with, huh?”
“Mhm,” you nodded hazily as someone reached out to pinch harshly the one not getting slobbered.
“What else do you like, huh?” Bucky asked, his radiating form still pressed up against you. Capturing your chin, his thumb extended to brush over your lips, “you like having something in this pretty little mouth of yours?” poking it in, the pad of his finger softly ran across your tongue before your lips enclosed around him, your head blissfully bobbing as you sucked on his digit, “yeah? You wanna suck our cocks?” he retracted his digit, smearing saliva across your cheek as you offered him a foggy nod, “you think you can handle all of us at once?”
“I don’t know if I can,” you admitted with excitement bubbling in your belly, “I’ve never been with more than just one person at a time.”
“Oh no, really?” Tony rumbled playfully, “you’ve never been shared by more?” he palmed your tit roughly as you craned your neck to gaze at him, “what a fucking shame, truly, you deserve to be worshipped like a goddess.”
“Don’t you worry, darling,” Thor smirked, “we’ll help you,” before Pietro as the last one distanced himself, letting go of your petals with a pop, as you sank down to the floor.
You hadn’t really noticed before, but now that you were at the right eye level, it became impossible not to take in the team’s enthusiasm. Most of them were already touching themselves and some even had already whipped their cocks out, the vision causing your eyelids to flutter as your brain turned molten at the possibilities.
“O-oh, wow,” your eyes grew to the size of plates as they tugged their shorts down, “I-I-,” lengths springing free all around you, “I don’t know where to start… wow…” a giggle suddenly began to bubble out of you as you tore your stare away from their erections to find their eyes, “h-hi.”
Grasping your hand in his, Bucky then wrapped your fingers around his girth, smiling down at you as he throbbed for you, “hey, baby.”
“You’ll all so-,” your dazed gaze flickered around at them all, “wow…”
Raising your other hand up, you enclosed it around Clint, testing out a gentle jerk to gauge their reactions.
“Yeah, right back at ya,” Clint echoed your compliments as his mouth fell open, utterly spellbound by your tender efforts.
Catching Pietro’s eye, you slowly leaned in and gave his tip a sweet kiss, smile wide as you then licked it a few times as if he was a melting ice cream cone on a hot summer’s day, “oh, shit,” he groaned, the grip he had around his base tightening, “open up for me, baby,” parting your lips, he then slowly rocked forward to fill up your mouth slightly, “yeah, just like that,” you felt his pulse against your tongue, “fuck…”
Head bopping gently at a leisurely pace, drooling blissfully around Pietro’s bulbous head, you shifted your hands, eyes fluttering in an attempt to locate the others, Sam and Thor then instead came to your rescue by seizing your flailing hands and bringing them to what you sought.
When you pulled back from Pietro to catch your breath, his dick falling from your swollen lips with a crisp pop, you barely managed to suck in one whole breath before Tony’s hands seized either side of your face, bringing you close and sliding his cock in past your gasp.
“Here you go,” he groaned as he rolled his hips, instantly going so deep that he tickled the back of your throat. With his fist tight around his base, he reluctantly let you come up for air, pulling back so swiftly as if the lack of your warmth pained him, “show me that tongue, angel,” chest heaving and eyes a daze, your mouth fell open and did as he requested, a hot string of drool promptly dripping from it and connecting to your exposed chest. Grabbing your chin and holding it tight, he leaned down and spit in your mouth, watching only a moment as it sparkled on your tongue before he tapped the weight of his girth against it, playing with it like a rain puddle before he ruthlessly thrust forward so deep that his heavy sack nuzzled against your chin and his tip disappeared deep down your throat, “there you go, honey,” fingers woven in your hair, he kept you still as he fucked your face, “there you go…”
As Tony selfishly made you choke on his cock, Clint then knelt down beside you and reached under the short skirt that still clung to your hips. One hand still pumping himself, his other fingers found your core.
“Fuck, she’s so wet,” he groaned, granting your aching clit a few circles before your pussy practically sucked one of his fingers in from how turned on you were, slipping in with no effect at all. Girth falling from your lips, you let out a shuttering gasp. Pressing his cheek against your own, Clint chuckled lowly, “you like that, baby?” lavishly caressing your walls ever so slowly, “that what you need?”
“Oh, god,” you panted, eyes fluttering shut, “yes!”
As he offered you another digit, he kept up a dizzying pattern of pumping his fingers into you, petting against a spot that made your pussy sing, only to retract them in order to rub your puffy pearl, repeating the dance till your legs trembled against the cool tile floor.
“How about something else, huh?” Thor’s voice cut through your haze, “you wanna get that little pussy stretched out by something else?” your frame then jumped as Clint promptly landed a sharp slap against your soppy folds, forcing your eyes to snap open and your mind to race for an answer.
Eyes training on Thor, a playful smirk bloomed on your lips, “what do you have in mind?” you asked innocently before you leaned in close and swiped your tongue over his leaking tip.
Pumping his cock tightly in his fist, he tapped it against your beaming face and chuckled, “you really want me to spell it out for you?” to which you simply giggled under the weight of his length as a reply, one that swiftly got cut short and morphed into a gasp as Clint beside you plucked you up onto your wobbly feet.
Working as the team that they were, they spun you around so that your backside pressed up against Thor. Hiking your skirt far enough up your waist to render it useless, the blonde athlete gazed down at your dripping mess, nuzzled against him and virtually drooling for him to split you open.
“Look at that…” he briefly swiped his cock through your folds, parting them with his girth, “so pretty,” before his hips snapped forward and buried himself completely, “fuck…”
Eyes fluttering closed, you let out a shuttering moan as he held you there for a moment, savouring the euphoric sensation as your spine melted back against his chest. As Thor nuzzled you close, filling your cunt up so much that your knees threatened to give out, you felt stray hands find your tits, twisting and tweaking your nipples teasingly as some others grabbed your palms and guided them towards their cocks, enveloping their own around yours and fucking up into your touch.
“How does she feel?” you heard Tony ask.
Grip digging into your hips, Thor eased his length out, just halfway, before slamming it back inside, poking a place that pushed the air out of your lungs, “fucking incredible,” his lips ghosted against the shell of your ear.
When a pair of hands found your face, cupping your flaming cheeks, your eyes dreamily blinked open once more to gaze back at Sam. Briefly pressing his lips against yours, it nearly gave you whiplash when they then manoeuvred your spine to bend, bowing down for your mouth to be aligned with Sam's excitement.
“Here you go, sweetheart,” he pumped his cock before you, smile growing wider as your soft tongue began to swipe across him, “don’t forget the nuts,” he lifted his length far enough out of your reach, groaning loudly as you began to drool all over his jewels as he wished, “that’s it, atta girl…”
Feeling Thor’s hands shift, one of them came to clench your skirt tightly, gathering the fabric on the small of your back and holding onto it as an anchor as the other one descended upon your ass, slapping away in quick succession, just hard enough for it to tingle deliciously.
It all felt like a blur, like a dream. A beautiful and intoxicating dream. The kind of dream you’d never wanna wake from.
After cumming all over Thor’s cock, in the hazy daze of it all, it took you a moment to realise that they had all switched out, trading places so that Pietro was now behind you, sliding in and out of your clenching cunt, and Clint was before you, sinking his dick so far down your throat that it left an imprint.
“This how you thought meeting the team would go, huh?” Bucky’s timbre cut through all of the moans, “this what you expected?” his touch was all over you, so hungry that you could barely keep track of it, “you expected us to pass you around and fuck your brains out?” gliding his palm down your spine, he then came to fixate on the little rosebud just shy north of where Pietro was having his fill, “has Cap fucked you here before?”
In between your sloppy pecks across Clint’s cock, you admitted, “a-a couple times.”
“A couple of times,” he chuckled darkly, “really?”
“What a dirty little girl you are, letting your boyfriend fuck you in the ass,” Clint suddenly got down to your level and plucked up your flustered face, bringing you close to his own, “say it, say that you’re a dirty girl.”
The words promptly flowed from you as if you were hypnotised, “I’m a dirty girl.”
Tapping your cheek lightly with his palm, he ordered, “again.”
“I’m a dirty girl.”
Slapping your features harsher this time, “one more time, what are you?”
“A-, fuck,” you whined, brows knitted as your pussy filled the room with soppy melodies of desire, “a dirty girl!
Just then, the door to the locker room burst open and in strolled none other than your boyfriend.
“Alright guys, listen up!” he called out before he truly took in the activities he’d just interrupted, “couch says that-,” but then when his gaze finally trained on your cockdrunk visage, the rest of his important message trailed off, “Y/n?”
“Oh hey, Cap,” Bucky grinned, none of the players slowing down at the appearance of their leader, “thought we’d keep your girl entertained while you were gone.”
Closing the door behind him, Steve took a slow step forward and sighed, “guys, seriously?” his glare found each and every one of them, “I was gonna talk to her first,” stride leisurely, he moved closer to you, peeling his shirt off as he did so. Kneeling down before you, getting on your level, a warm smile bloomed upon his lips as his eyes locked with your hazy ones, “hey baby.”
“S-Steve,” you whimpered, wanting so badly to explain, but unable to do anything other than melt even further.
“How are you doing, huh?” the back of his knuckles softly ghosted down your cheek as his gentle tone washed over you like a warm cup of tea, “you still wanna tell me how well I played today or are you too busy telling the rest of the team?”
“No, please don’t go,” you grabbed onto his tender touch, “please!”
Straightening back up to his full height, he pulled his shorts down and let his cock spring free, slapping his toned abdomen with its enthusiasm.
“You mind?” he offered Pietro a nod before the man complied, easing out, and passing you to Steve’s open arms. Scooping you up, his strong grip curved around your bottom entirely. Pressing your lips to his, you tangled your arms around his neck as he nudged your weeping core against his girth, your cunt already creaming and painting his cock a milky shade.
Carrying you in his arms as if it took no effort at all, Steve raised you up further, aligning you just so before dropping you back down again and letting you sink down onto his dick, the sensation causing a pornographic mewl to escape both of your lips as you let the fevered kiss crumble in order to hide your face in the crook of his neck.
“Fucking hell, that’s it,” Steve groaned, lifting you up and down in his grip like a precious little cocksleeve, “that what you needed, huh? You needed me to fuck your pretty little hole?” palming your bottom roughly, he them landed a few swift slaps across it causing even more electricity to course throughout you with the sparks of pleasurable pain, “after the team had their fill, you still needed to feel me?” eyes squeezed shut, your drool smeared against his pulse as you felt him extend a finger and rub a few circles over your other hole, all of the other previous activities already slickening it up enough to make his dance molten and his initiative effortless when he plugged it up, “have me fuck you in front of all of them, give them a good view of what a beautiful mess they’ve made of you… Open your eyes, baby,” hazy vision blinking open, the side of your head stayed plastered against your boyfriend’s broad shoulder as your eyes locked on the spectators, “look at them, look at what you do to them, look at how much they want you.”
Trembling in his arms, so violently that you convulsed off his cock completely, it wasn’t till Sam excitedly pointed out, “oh, she’s a squirter!” that you noticed the gushing waterfall your high had showered Steve with.
“Damn right she is,” Steve smiled proudly, realigning his tender hold as he pressed a soft peck to your temple, “my girl is full of many talents,” with long strides, he then walked up to the bench in the middle of the room and slowly laid down upon it, securely holding your molten form close as he shifted, your body completely plastered on top of his as he cheekily spoke, “in fact, Buck, come over here, help me stuff her a bit more, yeah?”
Glance swiftly washing over Tony, Bucky asked, “hey, do you still have that-“
“Yep, of course,” Tony didn’t need any more to understand, hastily rummaging through his gym bag before tossing his teammate a small bottle of lube, “here!”
After liberally slickening himself up, you perked up a bit as you felt Bucky’s skin press against your own, your back arching up against his chest as he teased you, nudging his tip against your farmost entrance and rendering your form to yet again give into the ecstasy and recover in a flash.
But as soon as he confidently sank in at slow and steady pace, a gasp escaped your lungs, “oh my god!”
“What?” Steve smirked beneath you, catching your wild eyes as he teased, “what is it, babe? What’s he doing?”
Mouth agape and brows tightly knitted, you uttered, “he’s fucking my ass.”
“Who’s fucking your ass?” Steve’s mockingly sweet tone washed over you.
“Bucky,” you whimpered as he eased back out till just the essence of him remained.
“Why don’t you look back at him and say thank you?”
Twisting your head, you found his gaze and hazily managed, “thank you, Bucky,” the sensation of him sinking back in and splitting you apart made it nearly impossible to complete the task.
“Thank you, what?” Steve fished.
“Thank you for filling up my ass, Bucky.”
Capturing your face, Bucky cradled it in his hands as he smiled, “you’re so fucking welcome,” before dipping down to steal a sweet kiss, “any time, doll, any time…”
With your nose nuzzled against Bucky’s, your boyfriend’s low voice once more found your ears, “hey baby? Why don’t you slide my cock back in, huh? Stretch that little pussy out as well?”
Reaching down to seize it, you hummed fuzzily, “mhm,” before slipping it in, your eyes promptly fluttering shut at the ecstasy.
Their thrusts were slow but immensely intense, with a roughness hiding behind the pace that made you tremble between them.
“Fucking hell, if you don’t marry this girl, Cap,” you felt Bucky’s boorish fingers wrap around your delicate throat, “one of us will.”
Fighting to peel your blissful eyes open, you first caught sight of Steve’s adoring features beneath you, gazing between your fuzzy expression and your stretched-out holes as if you were some mystical goddesses. But then your vision glanced across the crowd of professional football players, all fixated on you and nobody else, stroking their cocks to the exact pace your holes got filled.
“I-I-, fuck-…” you whimpered as felt yourself once again near the edge.
“What, are you gonna cum again, sweetheart?” Steve moaned, rolling his hips up into you in a synchronized rhythm, “I can feel you-, christ, you clench down so fucking tight when you’re all stuffed like this,” he snaked his fingers down to strum your aching and overly sensitive clit, your frame nearly bucking away from him as he bullied the painfully puffy pearl.
“It’s too much, fuck-, I don’t think I can take it anymore,” you heard yourself cry, feeling as if you might actually pass out.
“No, no, baby, you can, you can,” your boyfriend declared determinedly, not slowing down one bit at the sight of your pout, “you can take it, you can cum with the both of us inside of you.”
“B-but it’s so much, I-”
“Don’t worry, we’ve got you, don’t we, Buck?”
“Right here, doll,” Bucky’s warm palm slid down your front and grasped your left tit, his whole arm curving over you like a seatbelt holding you upright and close to him, “just fall and we’ll catch you.”
And with that, your pour pussy poured out everything it had, tears spewing from your eyes at the intensity.
“Aah!”
Convulsing, you nearly tumbled to the tile below, but they both held you close, safely in their grasp as well as far down on their cocks as your gushing core clambered around them and nearly expelled them entirely.
Maybe you fell asleep, for even a second, because that’s what it felt like when you blinked your eyes open once more to find your drowsy frame situated on the floor, the lingering aid from a few of the men to get you relocated still remaining as you blinked up at all of them.
Had it truly been that many cocks that had in one way or another been inside of you today?
Smiling up at all seven of them from your position on your wobbly knees, you let your mouth fall open and your tongue roll out once last time as they furiously jerked themselves to completion before you, the grin on your face only growing wider as their cum began to paint your skin.
Twitching and panting, the majority still let their touch linger needily as they floated back down to earth.
Broad chest heaving with every deep breath, “babe,” Steve bit down on his smirk as he gazed down at the decorated state you were now in, “say thank you to the guys for taking such good care of you.”
Making your gaze go on a round to catch each and every one of their doting stares, you uttered breathlessly, “thank you.”

As soon as she and Steve have the grounded chopper in sight, An electro-disabler slams onto the chopper, frying the systems and rendering it useless. Steve and Y/n look up.
She watches with burning annoyance as Tony and Rhodey descend.
“Wow!” Tony fakes surprise looking at Rhodey, “It's so weird how you run into people at the airport. Don't you think that's weird?”
“Definitely weird,” Rhodey answers.
“Hear me out, Tony,” Steve pleads. It almost seems genuine. “That doctor, the psychiatrist, he's behind all of this.”
T'Challa leaps over a truck, “Captain.”
“Your Highness,” Steve replies.
“Anyway” Tony begins, as he walks around, “Ross gave me 36 hours to bring you in. That was 24 hours ago. Can you help a brother out?”
“You're after the wrong guy.”
“Your judgment is askew.” She’s seldom seen her brother this fucking furious, but then again, maybe it’s cause it’s Steve. “Your old war buddy killed innocent people yesterday.”
“And there are five more super soldiers just like him,” Steve argues. “I can't let the doctor find them first, Tony. I can't.”
And then,
“Steve—you know what's about to happen,” Natasha chimes in joining the growing confrontation. “Do you really wanna punch your way out of this one?”
No one’s addressed her since this entire thing—
“Why are you being so uncharacteristically fucking quiet!?” Tony screams at her.
Taken aback a bit, she straightens up. “What’s left to say?”
“Are you seriously going along with this? You know how this ends, way better than him,” Natasha tries to reason with her.
She shrugs. “I don’t—Frankly, I don’t care about any of this. I just want to go home.” She says it simple and sweet. Because it’s true. She understands that there is a threat looming but she’s sure Steve can handle it. If you asked her two weeks ago, she would have been enthusiastic about the whole thing, a mission to take down the last vestiges of HYDRA, of her nightmare—what’s not to love?
But that was then and this is now, and now she has to fight her way through her friends to fight with some villain and that just—call her selfish but that just seems unnecessarily tedious. She just wants this all to be over. Part of her wishes things could just go back to that party at the Tower before Ultron attacked. Everything was… It was all so easy then. She misses it.
“Then let’s go home!” Tony urges.
And all she can do is let out a laugh in disbelief. “I said I wanna go home… Not a fucking prison cell.”
Tony clenches his jaw. “ All right, I've run out of patience.” He cups his hands around his mouth and yells out, “Underoos!”
And suddenly, there is liquid spilling out onto tying up her and Steve’s hands. A person in tight fitted red and blue suit flips over and snatches the shield. He lands on top of a truck, joining the ensemble.
FUCK TONY! She thinks. What did you do?
“Nice job, kid,” Tony compliments with a smile.
“Thanks. Well, I could've stuck the landing a little better. It's just the new suit—Wait! It's nothing, Mr. Stark. It's--it's perfect. Thank you.”
“Yeah, we don't really need to start a conversation,” Tony comments.
“Okay. Cap… Captain,” Spider-Man nods. “Big fan, I'm Spider-Man.” If he weren’t wearing a mask, Y/n is sure he’d be smiling.
“Yeah, we'll talk about it later. Just—” He waves his hands dismissively. “—Good job.”
“Hey, everyone,” Spider-Man greets.
“You've been busy.” Steve notes, there is a blatant hint of disapproval in his words.
“And you’ve been a complete idiot!” Tony counters, pissed. “Dragging in Clint. ‘Rescuing’ Wanda from a place she doesn’t even want to leave—a safe space.”
“How are you any fucking different, Stark?!” Y/n bites back. She’s pissed too. If she hasn’t made it clear yet, she would like for it to be put on record that she is outraged, beyond outraged that she has to fight the tiny little family she has been able to piece together over something as heinous as her fear of being imprisoned again. She hates every second of it but this?
This is a new level of stupid on Tony’s part.
“What the fuck were you thinking? Why would you bring him here?” She asks, pointing at Spider-Man. She’s well aware of who he is. It is her job to know. Which means she knows, that he’s just a fucking kid!
Y/n is about to blow a fucking gasket.
Tony just runs a hand over his face, looking exhausted. “I did what I had to do. You’re not giving me a lot of options here.”
“Fuck off, Tony!” She throws back because that is nowhere near a valid excuse to bring the kid into this.
“I'm trying to keep—” He sighs. “I'm trying to keep you from tearing the Avengers apart,” Tony urges.
“You did that when you signed,” Steve answers.
That might be the only thing that she and Steve agree on.
“Alright, We're done,” Tony announces. “You're gonna turn Barnes over, you're gonna come with us. NOW! Because it's us! Or a squad of J-SOC guys—with no compunction about being impolite.” He pauses for a second, and then a final plea, “Come on.”.
Sam’s voice rings out over the comms, “We found it. Their Quinjet’s in hanger five, north runway.”
Instantly both she and Steve hold their hands up and Clint shoots the web off.
Tony’s helmet goes up as he turns to look at the source of the arrow.
“Alright, Lang,” Steve signals Lang to get to it.
And Lang does not disappoint.
“Hey, guys, something—” Spider-Man is cut off by Lang sizing back up from Cap’s shield and retrieving it.
“Whoa. What--what the hell was that?” Rhodey asks aloud, confused as fuck.
Lang hands the shield back to Steve, “I believe this is yours, Captain America.”
“Oh, great. Alright, there's two on the parking deck. One of them's Maximoff, I'm gonna grab her.” Tony announces all their locations. “Rhodey, you want to take Cap?” He asks before flying off.
“Got two in the terminal, Wilson and Barnes,” Rhodey calls out, as he begins to take flight.
Steve launches his shield, aiming for the chest of Rhodey’s suit, temporarily incapacitating him.
“Barnes is mine!” T’Challa runs off and Steve swiftly follows behind.
Spider-Man swings away upon receiving whatever order he receives from Tony.
“I’m gonna—” Lang points over to Rhodey, to which Y/n just nods in response.
“Guess that just leaves you and me,” Natasha notes.
Y/n smiles a little, “In any other circumstance I would’ve enjoyed that more.”
Natasha smiles too, before she lunges at her.
Y/n easily dodges every attack that Natasha throws at her. Nat’s trained. She’s amazing, agile and utterly formidable… But Y/n is better. Looking at her, it’s easy to forget that while she’s damn near ancient at this point. But she is. She has done this a lot longer than any other member of her team.
“You’re not fighting me,” Natasha notes.
Dodging another punch, “I don’t want to,” Y/n answers.
“How do you plan on fixing this?” She asks.
Taking a step back, with furrowed brows, “Why am I supposed to solve it?”
“Well, it was supposed to be us—you and I, together. But then you decided to leave with Steve.” Natasha counters. Her attacks are getting more intrusive, it’s taking a lot more work to dodge them.
“I left cause of Sergant Barnes, Steve cannot handle him alone and you know it,” Y/n reasoned.
“And you can?”
“I’m not alone, am I?” Y/n’s getting a little annoyed.
“That doesn’t feel like a betrayal at all,” Natasha bites back, kicking her hard in the side.
“Fuck!” Y/n curses. Clicking her tongue, she swallows a groan while holding her side. “Yeah, like you didn’t fucking betray me signing that goddamn document.”
“These boys are demarcating the playground, claiming a side of their own.” Natasha lands another blow on her chest, making her stumble back sputtering. “They can’t clean up after themselves. They are too headstrong, too naive to see sense. We have to fix this!”
Y/n has had enough. When Natasha carges at her again, she stops her. Blocking with one hand, she knees Nat in the side. “It’s not my fucking responsibility!” Pushing her back, she counters Nat’s attacks easily. “I never wanted to be a part of this shit show. I didn’t want it then, I don’t want it now. This is not my fucking mess!” Y/n throws a punch. ”I just want to go home.”
Natasha blocks her. And then… then she fucking smiles.
It’s not a cunning one. It’s not mocking either. It’s something like sympathy.
“You’re fighting me,” Natasha notes. And belatedly, Y/n realises, that yeah… yeah she is. “You’re always going to be a better fighter than me, Y/n. But this,” she taps at Y/n’s chest, right above her heart, “you let this loose way too easily. You make it too damn easy for me to do this.” Natasha manouvers herself around Y/n and pins her to the floor, trapped between fucking her legs. Fuck me, Y/n thinks. With a crippling elbow punch to the gut, Natasha gets up on her feet, leaving Y/n coughing on the floor.
“Just say what you want to say,” Y/n asks from where she’s lying flat on her ass.
“You cannot keep claiming Switzerland. You don’t want to pick a side? Don’t. Be on your own side, but don’t keep pretending to be uninvolved. Look around you, Y/n… you already are involved.”
With that, Natasha is off too, leaving Y/n to gather up her leftover dignity.
The fight, or well should she call it the fights—cause there are multiple—the fights continue. Vision enters the arena and draws a literal line in the sand.
“Captain Rogers,” he says, levitating above them, “I know you believe what you're doing is right. But for the collective good you must surrender now.”
As politely as it’s worded, it still remains a warning. Warning Steve to stop, but come on. Has that ever fucking worked with Steve ‘Bullheaded’ Rogers?
Both teams charge at each other and Y/n just hates all of it. It feels absurd to fight against the people she has fought shoulder to shoulder, but in the moment, it feels like she just doesn’t have a choice… Does she?
She loses track of everyone she faces off, but rest assured it’s everyone but the Spider-Man. She tries her best to avoid using her powers, bringing up her armour only as defence. The powers—her attacks are meant to harm. These aren’t the people she would ever wish harm upon.
Eventually she stumbles upon Spider-Man, barely holding up what once must have been a gangway. Manifesting the armour onto her arms and then curling her hand around the hilt of her sword as it’s forming into existence from her dimension, she glitches in just above him and free falls to the ground, cutting the whole thing down.
She lands on her knee.
“Miss Stark!” Spider-Man yells out in excitement, dropping the halved gangway with ease. “It is so great to meet you! I am a huge fan, especially of your—”
She cuts him off, her sword disassembling out of existence, “Who did that?” she asks, pointing at the completely unrecognizable gangway.
“Captain America,” he answers easily. “Aren’t you on his team?”
“I don’t know which fucking team I’m on!” Y/n answers, throwing her arms up in utter frustration.
The kid for his part remains calm, giving her a moment to compose herself again.
Sighing, she looks up at him, “Do you make it a habit of willing following men dressed like stop signs to Germany, or is this one off thing?”
“Mr. Stark said he needed help… How could I say no?”
There so much fucking ernestness in his words it burns Y/n from within.
“Go home, kid,” she tells him. “Tony—he…” She shakes her head. “All this is way too bigger than you…”
“I can handle it,” he replies, sounding almost desperate.
“I don’t doubt it,” She answers, because she doesn’t. “But you’re better at being the friendly neighbourhood Spider-Man.” With that she begins to walk away.
The kid, however, has other ideas. He shoots a web at her and instantly her sword manifests once again, cutting it down before it can stick to her. “Don’t be dumb, kid,” she scolds gently, glitching a few meters away. “Go home!” She yells out and glitches out of his sight.
As it goes on, at some point, a realization strikes them all.
“We gotta go,” Barnes’ voice rings out over the comms. She’s not sure she’ll ever get used to having that voice in her ear speaking anything but crude monosyllabic words in German. “That guy's probably in Siberia by now.”
“We gotta draw out the flyers. I'll take Tony. You get to the jet,” Steve replies. “Y/n, think you can take on Vision?”
“You bet you star-spangled ass—” She’s cut off before she can verbally assault Steve for questioning her at all.
“No, you get to the jet! All three of you!” Sam reasons, sounding a little strained. When she spots him in the air, Rhodey hot on his trail. “The rest of us aren't getting out of here.”
She wants to cut in, but before she gets the chance to, T’Challa throat punches her, pissing her off. Her focus shifts to handling the King of Wakanda.”
“As much as I hate to admit it, if we're gonna win this one, some of us might have to lose it,” Clint chimes in.
“This isn't the real fight, Steve,” Sam urges softly.
“Alright, Sam,” Steve acquieces. “What's the play?”
“We need a diversion, something big,” Sam says.
“I got something kind of big, but I can't hold it very long,” Scott answers instantly over the comms. “On my signal, run like hell. And if I tear myself in half—don't come back for me.”
“He's gonna tear himself in half?” Barnes questions, sounding just as confused as she feels.
“You're sure about this, Scott?” Steve asks him.
“I do it all the time. I mean once…in a lab,” Scott answers.
“And then what happened?” Y/n asks, finally being able to find her voice, having pinned T’Challa on the ground with her thighs roped around his neck.
“Then I passed out,” Scott answers.
“Awesome,” Y/n remarks before, T’Challa lands a blow on her side, making her losen her grip. Both are quickly on their feet again.
“You’ve gotten better, your majesty,” She tells him. T’Challa has always been a great fighter—trained by the Dora Malaje, of course she expects no less. “It feels like it was yesterday when I saw your father teaching you how to wield a staff.”
He charges at her with so much anger. “How dare you talk about my father when you choose to protect his murder!”
“T’Challa—” She tries but he’s not in a listening mood. He’s in an attacking mood; he keeps coming at her relentlessly. She dodges every strike.
“After all the kindness he showed you, you protect Barnes!? You are a traitor!”
“He didn’t kill your father, T’Challa! You have to know that,” Y/n tries to reason but clearly it has no affect. In the end she realizes she is not left with much of a choice.
Before she can react on her realization, however, Scott fucking Lang decides to grow to the size of fucking building.
“Mother of whore-loving motherfucker,” Y/n is damn near astounded.
“I guess that’s the signal,” Sam’s voice comes in from the comms.
As soon as the shock fades, T’Challa charges at her again and she does the same. Running at him, she uses the momentum kneeing him in the chest. He stumbles back a little, she takes that moment to kick him in the back of calve, disbalancing him to make him fall and as he falls, she strikes him in the chest.
With that, she glitches away.
“Y/n, you coming?” Steve asks over the comms.
“I don’t know,” she answers honestly, spotting Vision who’s eyes are set on Steve and Bucky who are running towards the quinjet.
She’s glitching in and out. Popping out of her dimension to attack Vision and then popping back in to stop herself from falling. It’s a fucking taxing thing, fighting an super-enhanced android with weird magic powers in the air, especially when you can’t fly.
“What do you mean you don’t know?” Sam asks her on the radio.
“It means I’m fucking thinking about it!” She bites back.
“What’s there to think about?” Clink asks.
“I don’t know!” She glitches into her dimension. “Fuck” She says to herself, then glitches out. “Something about my responsibility in all this—I don’t fucking know!”
And then Vision decides to shoot a beam at her with the mindstone. Her armour deflects but the force throws her to the ground.
The fall hurts, it aches. It makes her ache in places she hasn’t ached since HYDRA had her. It’s all very fucking meloncholy if you ask her. So, you cannot blame her when she lies on her ass for a couple seconds, trying to recuperate.
Meanwhile, Vision uses his beam to cut the control tower in half. It begins to collapse over the entrance to the hanger the quinjet is in. Wanda tries to hold off the debris from crumbling to the ground, keeping the way clear for Steve and Barnes who are fast approaching on foot. However, Rhodey intervenes, blasting her with a sonic boom, making her loose control.
All of that is for naught, though, because Steve and Bucky do make it in.
“Need a hand?” A gold-titanium allow hand, painted bright red is extended to her.
She takes the hand, letting it help her stand on her feet. “Thanks,” she tells him. “Shouldn’t you be spending this time stopping them?” She asks, pointing at the scene unfolding behind them.
“I’m trying to stop you,” Tony says evenly. And then, before she can even tell him she’s not sure if he needs to, if what she really wants to do is stick around and fix it—she doesn’t know how exactly but she wants to try, if any of this is necessary, she hears a sound. It’s a sound that has become almost ambient to her, a sound that used to bring her comfort, a sound that used to mean there was someone watching her back—the sound of Tony’s repulsors being activated.
She feels the hit before he even aims for it.
“Don’t make me stop you, Stark,” Tony says sofly, his eyes are welling up but so are hers. She has categorically avoided him the entire time, knowing full well that faced with him, she’d just surrender and find a way to escape at a later point. But this… This fucking hurts.
It burns her. It burns her from within.
The man doesn’t even have to take the shot to make her bleed.
But his arms come up to aim the repulsors at her anyway.
“Really?” She asks him.
“I don’t want to do this,” he begs.
It doesn’t matter though, it doesn’t fucking matter because he is doing it. He’s aiming at her. Her baby brother is aiming his weapons at her, hesitantly but he’s aiming nonetheless. It fucking breaks her her.
Her hands clench into fists. A tear escapes her eyes. And a single word slips out of her lips “Traitor.”
She glitches away.
When she glitches out, she’s facing Natasha.
As their eyes meet, Natasha fires a widow bite from her wrist. Y/n waits for the hit but it never comes, turning back she met with T’Challa, who’s being incapacitated by the low voltage shocks from the widow bite.
“Oh,” Y/n notes, turning back at Natasha.
Her brows forrow at that reaction. “What?” When all Y/n does is point at T’Challa behind him, Nat continues, “What are you waiting for? Go!”
“I—I’m not going…” she answers, dumbly. “I came here to stop you from stopping—” her eyes fly to Barnes and Steve who are already inside the jet. “—them…”
“Not going?” Natasha asks, with a smile.
Clenching her jaw, Y/n replies, “Not yet.”
Natasha just nods at her.
As the two super soldiers take off, T’Challa frees himself and tries to grab onto the jet but fails inevitably, landing easily on the ground.
He comes to face Natasha and even with the mask on Y/n can practically see how pissed off he is.
“I said I'd help you find him, not catch him. There's a difference,” Natasha tells him with a somewhat false sense of confidence, knowing very well herself that she’s lying.
This is awkward, is all Y/n can think as she stands between the two of them.
As the three of them make their way out, she watches as Lang is going down in all his (Gi)Ant-Man might, Spider-Man’s webbing tied around his legs. Tony and Rhodey punch him out of the sky and Y/n can see the last vestiges of her ‘side’ crumbling.
In front of her, a few meters ahead, Vision has Wanda in her grasp, holding onto her and protecting her gently.
While the jet flies off, Rhodey and Tony both take off after it, Sam is hot on their trails. Either of the two iron-men must call out an order because then Vision looks up at them in the sky. He uses the mind stone again, shooting off a beam. She’s sure it’s meant for Sam, but he folds away his wings, dropping altitude so the beam misses him entire, hitting Rhodey instead.
For the next minute or so, everything happens in slow-motion.
Rhodey begins to fall. He begins falling from the sky.
Her confusion over his inaction only lasts a second but the moment its clear that the beam hit Rhodey’s core, shutting the suit down, Y/n runs into action.
She begins glitching in and out, trying to get higher and closer to Rhodey, coming out only to calculate how much farther he is from her reach.
Glitch, need to be higher.
Glitch, need to be closer.
Glitch, need to be further.
Glitch, need to be faster.
She can reach him. She’s sure.
But…
But the ground is creeping in and Rhodey’s been falling for way too long.
She needs to slow his speed or he’ll—
No time to think.
No time for anything but action.
The next time she glitches out, she grabs Rhodey.
“Y/n!” He yells out, afraid and lost.
“I got you,” she tells him. “I got you, Rhodey.”
She glitches him into her dimension, trying to decrease his speed.
“FUCK!”
It’s not easy.
Fuck it’s damn near impossible for her.
She’s not good enough.
Especially not good enough at controlling her dimension when he’s been freefalling from the sky, in an impeccably heavy suit of weapons, and machine and metal. He’d been falling too long, with too much weight.
She holds onto him, making her dimension denser, not enough but still, denser.
Manouvering herself under him, she extends her armour from her arms to span across her back. If she can’t slow him to a halt, she can cushion his fall.
When they glitch out of the dimension, the change in force hits them hard, slowing them down a little bit more. But the wind does not cooperate. The wind is a fucking bitch. Y/n cannot completely sustain the suits weight on her, but she tries her best.
As they brace themselves for what will undoubtedly be a rough fucking landing, the last thing she sees is Tony flying towards them.
They crash.
The impact creates a fucking pit in the ground.
Before she can try helpless to move Rhodey off of her to check on him, Tony lands next to them and does it.
He pulls off Rhodey’s face plate, and asks F.R.I.D.A.Y. to check his vitals.
“Heartbeat detected. Emergency medical is on its way,” F.R.I.D.A.Y. replies.
His eyes fly over to Y/n then. Hand on her chest in an instant, He says, “ F.R.I.D.A.Y. assess damage.”
“I’m fine,” Y/n tries, pushing him off of her but the blood she coughs out makes it seem like an act.
“Six broken ribs and heavy internal bleeding, sir. But her hearbeat holding steady. Miss Stark will be fine till the emergency medical arrives.” F.R.I.D.A.Y. tells him.
Y/n doesn’t care, she tries to get up but struggles somewhat hopelessly. Tony’s hands come to help her and she manages to get onto her knees to look at Rhodey.
He’s bleeding, she notes, from his nose.
Her jaw clenches, eyes watering up.
Somewhere behind them, Sam lands on his feet and apologizes. Tony blasts him with his repulsors but Y/n can’t bring herself to give a damn.
Both siblings wait there—lost and scared, each with a hand on the chest of their best friend, and prayers on their lips to a God they stopped believing in, waiting for help to arrive.

Hey, I hope you’re having a good day! I had an idea, Marvel cast flirting with y/n for x minutes?
. . MARVEL CAST FLIRTING WITH Y/N Y/L/N FOR 10 MINUTES STRAIGHT!
Coming home from an extremely long and stressful day/week was unfortunately something very familiar to you—so familiar that you and your best friend (your not famous best friend who was your pilar through all the chaos fame brought) had created a little routine; she’d send you various videos and links to movies and online books she knew would relax and amuse you.
So, cuddled up in your bed with your pyjamas and your star lights on (a true child at heart, always) you opened up your chats with them and eagerly swiped to see that they’d sent.
‘Marvel Cast Flirting with Y/N Y/L/N For 10 Minutes Straight!’ was the video for tonight.
Immediately you cackled to yourself, hurriedly sending your best friend thanks in the form of ironic emojis and frantic proclamations of undying love, before loading up the (true to prior word) ten minute long video.
Surely this was an exaggeration.
The video began, large letters in a cute font appearing on the dark screen ‘the marvel cast all being in love flirting with y/n for ten minutes’. The quick ‘AS THEY SHOULD’ before the clips started playing made you giggle to yourself.
The first clip was from some years back, you were pretty sure this was a premiere for The Avengers, given how you looked and the quality—you were standing opposite on interview, smile on your face and dressed in a pretty outfit the same colour of your character’s aesthetic.
“How do you feel about your costume?”
Before you could even answer the interviews question, Scarlett intercepted your interview—hair in a short red bob and a smirking grin at her lips as she wrapped an arm around your waist.
“Well I know how we all feel about this ladies costume, it’s a beautiful piece that just makes the women wearing all the more beautiful. If that’s even possible.”
The edit quickly gave Scarlett beating heart eyes for you as she didn’t tear her eyes away from you for a second—making present time you laugh.
With that she kissed your cheek, leaving a red mark of her lipstick and walked away, dramatically winking in your direction.
The second clip was a blooper, from .. Captain America: Civil War, you thought. You were on Sebastian’s shoulders, thighs locked over his head—in character, as your character and his were mid fight.
He stumbled back over a table accidentally and you let out a startled yelp, hands flying to steady yourself in his long hair and one of his landing on your arse cheek to steady you as he steadied himself with the other.
“Is it bad that I’m loving this?”
“SEBA—“
“Cut!”
The third clip was you and Lizzie (Elizabeth Olsen) reacting fan tweets; Lizzie unrolled the piece of paper, her eyes lighting up as she giggled with a little smirk.
“Elizabeth. .” You wearily trailed off, looking at your friend.
“Sorry, sorry. Okay! This tweet says if i could just pretty BEEP please with the juiciest most mouthwatering cherry on top get a not kid friendly scene of Wanda and (Your Character) I could die peacefully, my wish fulfilled. I implore you marvel, listen to your dying fan.”
“That tweet had over fifty thousand likes as well.” A feminine voice added in from behind the camera, laughter in her tone.
You and Lizzie turned to each other at the same time, grinning.
“I mean the fan is dying babe. .”
“Right? We should totally make this happen, like, totally.” She gave you a cheeky once over, eyes appreciating all of you. “Because it was the fans wish, not mine, duh.” Lizzie added.
“Mhm.” You hummed with a smirk.
The fourth clip was a evidently some sort of ‘guess the body part’ game: a photo of what you were pretty sure was your bottom half was the picture currently used for guessing, in the picture you were leaned over in a pair of yoga pants and in your personal opinion, you looked good. Well, your arse looked good (amazing, otherworldly—you humbly added)
Lizzie was the first person to answer, the video showing each persons turn one by one and immediately she said, “that’s my girl. Y/N.” Then giggling she added, “now get my girls booty off the screen, I don’t need you all ogling her. We get enough of that, sometimes causes a strain on us. But we’ve remained strong together.”
Paul Rudd was next and he stared at the picture of you for a few solid seconds, “it’s Y/N.” He sheepishly admitted. He pointed an accusing finger dramatically towards the camera—“I only know this because of all the edits you guys make!”
“You don’t have to watch them.” The interviewer pointed out innocently; Paul pouted, grumbling.
Next was Anthony who instantly answered, “That’s Y/N right here!” He hyped you up, grinning. “Don’t even try and make it creepy, we do glutes together man, it’s why we’re the best asses in the cast. Up top!” Anthony exclaimed, holding his hand up towards the picture as if pretending to high five you or something—the interviewer timidly gave him a high five.
Sebastian was next as you (and everyone) watch his eyes flicker and grin that was more of a smirk spread across his cheeks, “that’s definitely y/n.” He assumed instantly. “Would’ve been able to tell you that blindfolded.”
“But—“
“I’d have just sensed her.” Sebastian giggled.
Chris Evans was next—a grin picked up on his face immediately, eyes trained on the photo of you and he ran a hand over his beard, lightly biting his lip (HEELLLOOO????)
“That’s Y/n.” Chris stated confidently, smirking lightly and the camera caught some of the team in line of sight exchange raised eyebrows.
The fifth clip was of Brie Larson who was being interviewed on some sort of premiere event again—presumably or her (marvellous) movie, Captain Marvel, smiling at the interviewer.
“Out of all of the people on the Marvel Cast, those who you’ve met, do you have a favourite out of them?” The interview questioned.
“I’m not really one for favourites but I would definitely say I’m closest to Y/n! She’s—she’s just so lovely and funny and she’s like a ray of sunshine, honestly. She’s been a great help in the filming process as well, she coached me through everything with so patience—I would’ve strangled me if I was her, but no, she just had that adorable smile on her face. She’s truly an amazing person and a better friend than I thought possible.” Brie answered enthusiastically with a soft smile.
“Awwww! We love to hear that—are any of the rumours about her true?”
Brie blinked, seeming taken aback for a brief moment— “Yes she does smell amazing, she’s always effortlessly beautiful, she’s unfailingly hilarious and yes no one in this world deserves her. But like. . if she’s open to it,” Brie paused, winking at the camera and making a call me sign with her hands and mouthing the words with a flirty grin.
The sixth clip was of you, Tom Holland, RDJ, Paul Bettany, Zoe Saldana and Pom Klementieff on Jimmy Kimmel, tasked with drawing your characters. The clip started just as you turned around the drawing of your character and well, it was actually surprisingly good in your own opinion—the audience immediately erupted into loud and obnoxious cheers.
“As great as that is, love, it still doenst capture the extent of your beauty.” Tom Holland, who was sat to your left, grinned cheekily at you and the audience practically shouted and hooted.
“Would anything ever?” Zoe shot back from your right side, twirling a lock of your hair affectionately and smiling as she leaned against you.
“I sincerely doubt that anything could.” RDJ piped up, giving you an unapologetic grin when you looked over at him with fond exasperation as the crowd was practically inconsolable in their glee and enthusiasm, shouting out your praises. “Give it up for sunshine, people. Our gorgeous ray of sunshine!”
“I—“
“They are quite right, Y/n.” Paul Bettany spoke over Jimmy who was obviously going to try and calm down his crowd.
The seventh clip started playing: it was a clip taken from Jacob Batalon’s story, clearly in a party setting—the video showed you and Zendaya in the centre of the dance floor, everyone around you clearly watching you both as you danced up against each other to the sounds of Yeah! by Usher.
“Mate I think your girls about to be stole.” The voice of Tom’s friend, Harrison, sounded from beside Jacob and presumably Tom himself and to empathise Harrison’s words, Jacob zoomed in on your faces, wide grins of ecstasy, and the way Zendaya was admiring you.
“Right in public as well, the scandal.” Jacob cackled.
The eighth clip was an interview of Chris Evans and McKenna Grace (you adored that little girl to pieces). The two of them were answering the ‘Webs Most Searched Question’s’ together.
“Who was.. Chris Evans, date at the Oscars?”
McKenna immediately ooed, smiling teasingly and Chris laughed from beside her.
“This is getting juicy!”
“Well, it was my mom one year and then my sister last year—“
“He wishes it was Y/n though.” The little girl laughed with a beaming smile on her lips and you, present time, arched a brow.
Chris bashfully chuckled with a smile and you swore you could see a genuine red hue on his cheeks, “I mean—it’s Y/n. Anyone would be happy to go with her.”
“I would be!” McKenna excitedly exclaimed as she grinned so sweetly you were now going to make sure you took this sweet child with you to the Oscar’s, Chris seemed to melt as well, recovering from his brief flustered moment.
The ninth clip was Sebastian and Anthony reading out their thirst tweets in a Buzzfeed interview, the clip started as Sebastian was pulling out a tweet from the large bucket.
He read it to himself and blushed faintly, Anthony’s eyebrows practically reaching his forehead as he tried to lean over and read it but Sebastian jokingly shoved him back.
“Oh for—That scene where (Your Character) chokes baby Bucky out with her thighs, his—his head all up in there; the shit I would give to be her, I would give my soul, my fridge, my moms purse, my dads golf clubs. Please, sir. Put your face between my legs like you did Y/n.”
By the end of the tweet, Sebastian had a deeply awkward and slightly perturbed look on his face and Anthony cackled at his side.
“Nah, I’m pretty sure he was more than happy with it being Y/n, wouldn’t change it even for your dads golf clubs.” Anthony laughed.
“That’s. . I’m gonna have to decline that, um, respectfully.” Sebastian spoke in regards to the tweet, ignoring Anthony.
In turn, Anthony ignored Sebastian as well and just dramatically kept winking at the camera.
The tenth clip was Cobie Smulders, who was being interviewed on some sort of carpet event, smile on her face as she spoke to the interviewer before her.
“How does it feel knowing that the lesbian community, myself included, are firmly rooting for your character, Maria and Y/N’s character (Your Character) to end up together?”
Cobie’s smile turned genuinely delighted, “I love it—we love it. Y/n and I actually have made so many PowerPoints and presented them to the Russo brothers, but alas. I do really want to end up with her—oops, sorry, wait. I really want my character to end with hers. . would be the appropriate wording. But I’m all for inappropriate if Y/n wants.”
Cobie jokingly bit her lip at the camera and you, watching the video, could not contain your laughter as the interviewer practically burst out with excitement.
The eleventh clip was a blooper from your filming of the avengers—you were standing next to Chris Hemsworth who had an arm around your waist, holding you to him as in the scene his character, Thor, flies the both of you away. But Chris quickly tugged you in front of him and began tickling you mercilessly, hysterical giggles falling from your lips as the people around you laughed as well.
“Chris, HAVE MERCY!”
“Aw, but I enjoy hearing your laughter. It’s a very pretty sound.” Chris laughed to himself, finally stopping his attack and letting you slump against his, back to his front. “I particularly like this as well.” He smirked down at you.
“CHRI—“
In the twelfth clip, you and Tessa Thompson were reading out thirst tweets together: “The feminine urge to fall asleep cuddled into Y/n’s boobs is too real, pls come here mommy.” You read out, giggling all the while.
“The urge is so strong.” Tess commented, nodding her add as she sneakily glanced at your chest with a innocent smile.
“Come here, baby.” You joked, laughing as you opened your arms for her and she practically leaped into them, resting her head on your chest.
“I’m living the dreams of millions right now and it feels amazing.” Tessa gloated jokingly, pulling away from you with only final squeeze and a little wink the camera caught.
“I concur.” You grinned back.
The thirteenth clip was you and Tom Hiddleston, talking with an interviewer on a carpet event. His arm was around your waist and both of you were wearing smiles greeting the interviewer.
“So, obviously, you both act in marvel movies, but not really close together! If you could, would you want to work more closely and have you characters be more involved?”
“I absolutely would.” Tom immediately replied with an honest, heartwarming smile. “And personally, it’s not even a fact of our characters being intertwined it’s more that working this fantastic woman beside me is a gift I have come to deeply cherish, truly it’s an honour. And I suppose, if our characters were to get involved, so to speak, that I would enjoy that because this is the y/n y/l/n, I’d be a mad man not to want that.” He finished charmingly.
You grinned, taking a bow, and both Tom and the interviewer laughed before that clip cut as well.
The fourteenth clip was at Comic-Con, mostly everyone on the cast had already been called out and taken their seats and then your name was called, the audience erupting into loud cheers.
Sebastian, who was sat next to your assigned seat, hopped and and jogged over to offer you his arm as you grinned and waved at everyone—the crowd screaming louder at his actions.
The screams only increased as Chris Evans and Don Cheadle got up to pull out your chair for you to sit down in—you pretended to swoon into Sebastian before kissing all of their cheeks and taking your seat.
“Where was the treatment for me?” RDJ joked.
“Man, they’re just whipped. But, like, who isn’t for Y/n?” Anthony stage whispered back to him and the crowd literally roared in excitement.
The fifteenth clip was Aaron Taylor-Johnson being interviewed with Lizzie for the Age of Ultron press, most probably.
“So, Aaron, obviously your character—spoilers, sorry—isn’t with us anymore but if you had the chance to explore Pietro more, who would you have wanted to explore a romance with?”
“(Your Character) definitely, Y/N.” Aaron answered with a little sheepish grin at the speed and Lizzie giggled into her palm.
“I’m not making fun, I agree, for myself.” Lizzie commented unprompted.
“Why is that?” The interviewer questioned.
“Why—mate, I think it’s pretty obvious. Y/n is such a stunning person, inside and out, I would have loved to—and obviously her character is extremely sick and I’m certain the relationship between her and Pietro would’ve been the stuff of legends but. . come on, Y/n Y/l/n is my real reason.” Aaron joked.
“Get your own girl, she’s mine.” Lizzie glared.
There were still many minutes left of the video left and that alone astounded you; overcome with cackles, you forwarded the video the your Marvel groupchat—so yall bitches like obsessed with me or sum 🥰🥰🥰

IDIOTS IN LOVE
Steve Rogers x F! Reader
incl. Natasha, Wanda, Bucky and Tony
Summary: Being in love with Steve Rogers isn’t easy with all the dates Natasha sets him up with. One day you’ve had enough and ask her to set you up, something you’ve never let her before – and a certain blonde isn’t too pleased.
Warnings: Angst to fluff! Jealous! Steve and Jealous! Reader. Misunderstandings. Two blind idiots in love with each other. 4.3k words.
“Okay, I’m off to bed,” You said through a yawn and got up from the chair you’d been sitting in for the past hours, drinking and chatting with Natasha and Wanda.
Natasha took a sip from her glass, before asking, “See you in the morning for our run?”
“Count me in,” You nodded and walked towards the exit, your head facing Natasha, “Goodnight ladies.” The second you faced away, something tall crashed into you, making you trip on your own feet.
“Woah careful, doll!” A familiar voice said, as a hand grabbed you by your waist to steady you, “Are you okay, angel?”
“Steve! Oh- Thanks!” You felt a bit embarrassed as he was still holding onto you, his blue eyes looking down at you with what seemed like concern. His face was close, so very close, and his lips-
“Steve you’re back!” Natasha cheered from behind you, interrupting the moment, “How was your date?”
You immediately felt your heart drop at her question. Steve had been on a date. Again. You took a step away from the super soldier, looking down as he shifted his attention to Natasha, “It was good.”
You snuck out of the room in the blink of an eye, not wanting to hear about yet another one of Steves ‘good’ dates that never lead to a second one. Couldn’t he just choose one of the girls and make it official? That way you had no reason to hold onto the hope that he just might, someday, reciprocate your feelings.
You didn’t see the disappointment in Steve’s face when you suddenly disappeared out of sight.
You woke up in the morning with a burning headache. Partly because of the wine last night, but mostly because of Steve keeping you awake for hours. You always stayed to hear how his dates went, but it was always the same: “It was good, but there won’t be a second one, I’m afraid. Better luck next time Nat.”
Though what if it was different this time? What if he finally found the one? Your thoughts and feeling of regret were interrupted by a harsh knocking on your bedroom door. You knew it was Natasha and got out of bed. The floor felt extra cold this morning.
“I’ll be down in five!” You yelled trough the door and went to get dressed for your run. After swallowing some painkillers for your headache, you left your room to meet the redhead, desperately in need to get some fresh air.
You and Natasha jogged from the Avengers compound and ended up in the nearest park. As you felt the morning sun warming your skin, you felt a little relief lift off your shoulders. You needed this.
The two of you sat down at a bench, kind of like creeps, observing the civilians enjoying their own morning.
A dolled-up lady was walking her dog, or more like, the dog was walking her. You shared a laugh with Natasha at the sight. Your eyes followed her movements, watching as she passed a little girl blowing soap-bubbles. The little one let her tongue out to taste the bubbles, only for her nose to scrunch up in disgust.
“Cute.” Natasha commented from beside you. You smiled and let your eyes wander along with the bubbles flying away, which popped right next to an older couple holding hands. “Aww, look at them!” You commented.
The husband of the old couple, smacked his lady’s butt, growing a mischievous grin on his face. “Now, that’s cute.” Natasha commented this time.
“I know! Old people are the cutest.”
“I can only partly agree with you there. Buck and Steve are quite the old men,” Natasha laughed, “Wouldn’t call them cute.”
You chuckled lightly as your eyes left the old couple. To you, Steve was so much more than cute. He was the kindest, most caring man you’d ever met. He always listened to your small and bigger problems. He was always willing to drop everything to help you out. He was always by your side whenever you got hurt on a mission. You had no doubt he cared for you, and yet… he still went on all those dates like you weren’t even an option. He made you feel so special and loved, and you weren’t even each other’s. Oh, how lucky the one who wins his heart would be.
“Y/N? Earth to--”
“Oh, sorry!” You snapped out of your thoughts at Natasha trying to get your attention.
She gave you a concerned look as she spoke, “Are you okay? You seem down.”
“It’s just my head, it really hurts.” You excused, wiping away a tear you hadn’t noticed before.
“I’m sorry. Should we walk back? We can take it slow.” Natasha asked and got up from the bench, lending you a hand.
You accepted her hand and cracked a small smile, “Thank you kind lady.”
Once you started walking back towards the compound, a familiar figure caught your eye. Steve, with a girl beside him, was walking in your direction.
“Would you look at that! Steve’s on a second date,” Natasha cheered at the sight of Steve and Sharon Carter coming closer, “He said yesterday they wouldn’t go on a date again.”
Natasha was clearly trying to share her excitement with you, but all you felt was a knot tightening in your stomach. You liked Sharon, you really did, but of course she, a Carter, would be the one to finally win Steve’s heart.
Natasha was waving at the pair, just to make sure they saw the two of you. The jealousy in your body didn’t help much with the headache, making you feel sick, “Nat, I’m just gonna go, okay?”
You weren’t in the mood to stand around and wait for Steve to arrive with his new love interest, you didn’t even bother to give Natasha a smile, “You can wait for them if you want. I’d like to have some alone time anyways.”
Natasha wasn’t sure how to react, starting to feel like it wasn’t just a headache bothering you, “You sure?”
“Yeah, I’ll see you later.” You left without taking another look back, leaving Natasha to start worry about you.
You didn’t see Steve’s expression go from excitement to concern as he watched you leave Natasha behind.
Back at the compound, you fall down onto your bed, soft sobs rocking your body. You’re tired of loving a man you’ll never have. You have his friendship, but your heart is still not satisfied. Now that Steve has found a beautiful woman like Sharon, maybe you can finally try to move on.
You roll onto your back, looking at the ceiling as your tears dry out. What are you going to do?
Then, it hits you. Natasha.
Just a soft knock on the door and a hug later, the redhead asks what she can do to make you feel better. You let out a sigh and ask away, “Could you help me, maybe… find a date?”
Natasha wasn’t sure she heard you correctly, but when you nodded, her face lit up in excitement, “Of course! It would be my absolute pleasure!” She didn’t even ask why you wanted a date all of a sudden, she was just happy you’d finally give her matchmaking a chance.
“Oh my god! I have so many guys in mind. They would all be so lucky to have you Y/N. I have to pick one worth your time though!”
You chuckled as you listened to Natasha ramble on about who to pick for you, a feeling of excitement growing in your stomach. You were finally ready to give someone new a chance.
As the moon shone through your window, you thought about what tomorrow would bring. Natasha had already picked out a date whom you’d meet tomorrow night.
Busy in thought, you suddenly felt your stomach growl. Slipping out of bed, you put on a pair of slippers and wandered out your door towards the kitchen. Truth be told, you had been avoiding going around the compound in fear of meeting Steve, which also meant skipping dinner.
You fixed yourself a bowl of cereal and let your thoughts wander back to your upcoming date. What dress would you wear? Maybe the blue one? No. What about the white, the one you knew Steve loved so much?
“Hey.”
The sudden sound of a voice made you jump in your seat. As you choked on your cereal, you felt a hand patting your back.
“I’m sorry for scaring you. Are you okay, angel?”
You looked up to find Steve looking down at you. Damnit. You managed to embarrass yourself in front of him again.
“I’m fine, thanks.” Your voice sounded hesitant, your eyes going back to your cereal. You listened as Steve made himself a cup of tea behind you, not a single word shared. You felt awkward.
You hoped he would just make his damn tea and leave - but of course not. The man sat down, right beside you, half facing you as he took a sip.
“So…” Steve began, and you felt yourself wanting to disappear. You were in the mindset of moving on a few minutes ago, but here he sat, the man you were so in love with, alone, giving you all of his attention. “How’re you doing? We haven’t talked much since, well, yesterday.”
Steve’s voice sounded hesitant, and you knew, that he knew, that something was up. The two of you hung out every single day, so not talking for 24 hours was unusual.
“I, uh… I’m okay. I’ve been a bit tired lately, that’s all.” You lied, and you didn’t sound very convincing either.
“Nat told me about your headache earlier today, at the park-”
“Yeah, I’m fine.” You interrupted him, a hint of annoyance in your voice. You really didn’t want to talk about it. Especially not think about the sight of Steve walking alongside his new girl.
You hear Steve let out a sigh at your answer. You were hoping he’d let it go, though you knew Steve too well. The blonde put down his cup and turned his body fully towards you this time, “Y/N,” His voice sounded serious, “I know something’s up, more than just a headache, and it worries me. So, please, what is going on? Did I do something?”
You didn’t know you had it in you to be angry with Steve Rogers, but when you felt your blood boil, there was no going back. You jumped out of your chair and looked at him with rage in your eyes, “Why do you care, huh?”
You saw the immediate hurt in Steve’s eyes, his expression shocked at your sudden outburst. You didn’t care though, “It’s been a fucking day, and you’re worried about me because I haven’t talked to you yet? You haven’t even been home! The last time I saw you, quoting Natasha, you were on a second date with Sharon! Shouldn’t you be with her now anyways?”
“Y/N-”
“No! Why the fuck do you sit here and talk to me like I’m the only thing you care about, like it matters how I’m doing? It doesn’t make any sense! You’ve always been like this, yet I’m just a friend sitting around while you go out and fuck all the girls Natasha find for you!” Your breath is heavy, tears threaten to spill from your eyes,
Steve was reaching out a hand to you but retracted it as tears streamed down your cheeks. You pointed a finger at the man, your teeth gritted together as you spoke, “And lastly, I am under no obligation to tell you anything about my feelings! So please, stop treating me like I’m your fucking girlfriend!”
Without taking another look at him, you spun around and left the room. As you disappeared out of sight, you ran down the hallway to escape into your room, not wanting Steve to follow. It was when you shut your bedroom door, you realised what you just did.
You yelled at Steve, for the first time ever. Worst of all, he hadn’t done anything to deserve it. That night, never ending sobs were rocking you to sleep.
As you stormed out of the kitchen, you didn’t see the look of heartbreak in Steve’s eyes. They carried more worry than before, confusion and a load of regret as he started to catch on to what was going on with you. It was all a misunderstanding, and he felt like the biggest idiot in the world.
Getting ready for your date was supposed to be fun and exciting, but after you yelled at Steve last night, nothing seemed to cheer you up.
You regretted every single word you yelled at him. He came to check up on you, but all he got in return was your anger. Though maybe it was for the best, now he had no reason to care about you anymore. You were an asshole. The thought hurt like hell, but you chose to use it as an excuse to ease your feelings.
You dressed up in a white beautiful dress, paired with a pair of white heels. It was Steve’s favourite outfit of yours – he had told you so with words, but his eyes when he looked you, oh, they said so much more. That's were you got the nickname angel from.
It was time to give the outfit a new association, perhaps, the first outfit you wore out with your new potential love interest?
As you walked down the compound hallway to leave, familiar voices came from the kitchen. You knew snooping was wrong, but you couldn’t help listening as it was Steve talking.
“I’ve been a fool Buck,” Steve sighed, “What am I gonna do?”
“It’s all a big misunderstanding, right? Just tell her everything and I’m sure she’ll understand. Y/N always understands.”
“Yeah, tell her I’ve been going on a new date every week for the past year so that I can forget about her?” Steve groaned, “It sounds awful.”
It did sound awful. He really wanted to get rid of you huh? You didn’t understand why but his words hurt. “-so that I can forget about her.”
You sniffled and was ready to sneak past them, not wanting to hear anymore, but of course, both men noticed your presence. Stupid super hearing.
“Y/N?” Steve asked and walked a little closer to where you were standing, “Wow, angel, you look-” Steve gave you the same look as he always did when you dressed up. He looked at you in awe, which you usually loved, but now, you hated it.
“Princess, you look beautiful!” Bucky commented and walked over to kiss the top of your head, “Where are you headed off to?”
“Oh, I-” You looked at Steve, then shifted your attention back to Bucky, giving him a shy smile, “I’m going on a date.”
The words felt relieving to get out in front of Steve. Now he would know not to treat you like a girlfriend, since you were trying to see someone else, right?
“Oh, really?” Bucky sounded surprised, but you ignored it, “Have uh-” You noticed as Bucky gave a quick look at Steve, before plastering on a big smile, “Have a nice one then! Can’t wait to hear about it!”
“Thanks Buck,” You smiled, “I gotta go.”
As you rushed out of the room, you didn’t see Steve clenching his jaw and fists. He was irritated at himself for letting it come to this. The feeling of jealusy made him feel sick.
It was an hour into the date, and you were actually enjoying your time. The guy Natasha had set you up with was an agent you had met before during some mission, Christopher. He was cute and had such golden retriever energy - he made you genuinely smile for the first time that day. Apparently he had been smitten with you for a while now, and to no surprise, Natasha knew.
As time passed by, it was time to head home. Both of you had work in the morning anyways. Cristopher followed you all the way back to the Avengers Compound, giving you a kiss on the cheek, “Thank you for giving me a chance Y/N. I had a really wonderful time. Will I see you again?”
Busy with your date, you didn’t see Steve standing nearby, observing the whole thing. He was tense, saddened and growing more and more jealous as he watched you laugh with the other guy.
Steve had come out to get some fresh air, to clear his head, but was interrupted by your arrival. You looked so beautiful, and the sound of your sweet laughter made his knees weak. Oh, how he wished he was the one who caused it.
The morning after your date with Cristopher, you felt the best you had in the last few days. You hummed as you entered the kitchen, the smell of something delicious hitting your nose, “Oh, what’s that smell? It’s amazing.”
“’I made pancakes, so I hope you’re hungry!” Bucky cheered and handed you a plate. You accepted it gladly and sat down at the table next to Natasha and Wanda to your left, and Tony to your right.
“Hey girl, you seem happy. I’m guessing the date was a success?” Natasha asked as she took a bite of her breakfast.
“You finally went on a date with Steve? Rhodes owe me money-” Tony started at the information.
You almost chocked on your first bite of the pancake. Why would he even think that? Didn’t he know Steve was dating Sharon?
“No, Tones, wrong,” Natasha corrected him, “She went with that guy Cristopher. Remember that agent who wouldn’t shut up about her?”
“Oh yeah! The guy who was blabbering about Y/N almost as much as Steve does!”
Steve was blabbering on about you?
“Anyways, tell us how it went? When’s the next date?” Wanda asked, eager to know.
You chuckled a little nervously, “Well, you see--” You stopped talking as soon as Steve entered the kitchen, shocked to see his fallen shoulders and saddened eyes.
You observed as he grabbed a plate of pankakes, before heading over to the counter to make his morning tea. It was weird not hearing a good morning, or getting greeted with his soft smile. You had no idea what was bothering him, and it killed you inside.
"Y/N? You were saying?" Natasha questioned, as you had left them all hanging.
Your eyes didn't leave Steve's figure, even though he was facing away, "It uh... The date was good."
You watched Steve's whole posture tense as you spoke. Oh, how much you wanted to ask if he was okay. You just didn't feel like you had the right to. The last time you spoke, you were yelling at his face.
"Come on! Give us the details!" Tony pushed.
You shook your head, suddenly not wanting to bother Steve with details of your date. You plasteted on a forced smirk, "You'll have to wait and see if we weet again."
"No come on!"
As Steve was facing away, you couldn't see the tears forming in his eyes. You couln't see the absolute heartbreak on his face from the thought of having lost you. He really felt like he had lost the most important person in his life - and you didn't even know he saw you as such.
Over the past few days, you hadn't shared a single word with Steve, and it was starting to drive you crazy. You didn’t even face each other while in the same room - it was a good thing you hadn't shared a mission yet.
All you wanted was for Steve to be happy, and to be his friend again, so with that, you decided it was time to apologize for your behaviour – even if he wouldn’t forgive you for being such an ass, you knew it was the right thing to do.
Your palms felt sweaty, and your mouth all dried out as you stepped outside his room, “Okay… here goes nothing.” You knocked on the door, feeling your heart thump rapidly against your chest.
When he didn’t answer you knocked twice, then again and again. Giving up, you asked Tony’s A.I. for help, “FRIDAY, where’s Steve?”
“In the gym ma’am.”
You let out a sigh, “Is he… okay?”
“From what I can tell, he seems distressed and angry.”
You felt a knot in your stomach. It was 8 pm, and Steve never worked out in the gym that late unless he was upset, “Fuck… Thanks FRIDAY.”
Earlier that day, Steve had been walking past the door to your room at least five times, with the intention to make up. Though the super solider was way too nervous to bother you and chickened out. It was killing him not having your company every day. He missed you. So, with his emotions changing from heartbreak to anger, and the heavy regret from not telling you the truth and let your relationship come to this, he escaped to the gym.
You entered the gym and carefully closed the door behind you. It took you seconds to see Steve by the six destroyed punching bags on the floor, the seventh about to face the same faith.
Steve’s back was tense, and you could see the anger he was feeling in every punch. You felt the knot in your stomach from before tightening, your palms even more sweaty. Taking a deep breath, you walked up to him; it was time to face the music.
Speaking of music, before you knew it your ears were singing a high-pitched tone, your head hurt and your whole back was facing the cold floor beneath you.
“Oh my god!” Steve rushed to your side, worry in his voice, “Are you okay? I’m so sorry Angel!”
You blinked a few times before looking up at the concerned man above you. Putting a hand to your head, you groaned out due to the pain. Releasing deep breath, you let Steve help you up, “I guess I deserved that.”
You had been so smart to come up behind the Captain and stand in front of the punching bag. Because of Steve’s quick and hard punches, he failed to notice you in time, and punced the bag into you, sending you flying to the floor.
“Seriously, are you okay, doll?”
The concern in Steve’s voice made you forget why you came her in the first place. You only nodded and let him lead you to sit down on a bench. He didn’t let go of your hand as you both sat down.
Steve let out a shaky breath. It was clear it had scared him when he saw you flying in the air, and it was all his fault too. You could see the guilt on his face. He still cared so damn much.
You had enough of Steve feeling so down because of you, he didn’t deserve a second of it, “Steve I’m okay. I’m the idiot for creeping up on you like that… Also, I kinda deserved it after how shitty I’ve been treating you.”
“What are you talking about?” There was confusion in the Captain’s eyes.
“Just… let me talk.” Suddenly you had the courage to just get it out. You took hold of both his hands and looked deeply into his blue eyes, “I’m so sorry Steve. I’ve been an absolute asshole towards you.”
Steve opened his mouth to say something, but closed it as you shook your head, “Let me continue. You’re my best friend and I have so much love for you. You’ve been nothing but good to me, and I was yelling at you for it. Thinking about how good you treat me, your friend, I can only imagine how good you treat Sharon. She’s very lucky and I wish you guys the best.”
Your gaze fell from Steve and down into your lap, “I… I’ve been jealous. With all those dates you’ve been on… Why couldn’t you just pick one the girls and get it over with? I…”
“Cause none of them were you.”
You looked up at him, shock in your eyes, unsure if you heard him correctly. Steve plastered on a small smile, his eyes so soft as he looked into yours, “Y/N, there’s nothing between Sharon and I. The other day, when you saw us at the park, we were walking back from visiting Peggy’s grave. It was only a coincidence we were there at the same time.”
“Oh… but what about your date the day before? You said it was good?” You asked, feeling almost ashamed.
“You left too soon to hear what I told Nat and Wanda. I had a good time, but I wasn’t interested. I’d have way more fun with someone else there with me…” Steve’s voice was low, his hand coming up to caress your cheek, “I can’t hold it back anymore Y/N. I love you; I always have. And those stupid dates?”
Tears were streaming down your cheeks at his confession. Never in a million years would you have thought he loved you back.
Steve chuckled lightly, a hint of sadness in his eyes, “I went on those to get you off my mind. I never belied you could love me back, you’re way too good for me, Angel. Though every damn date I went on, I just couldn’t get you off my mind. Every time they wanted me to come home with them, I only thought; No, I can’t do that to my best girl.”
“Steve…” You felt so stupid for not having confessed your feelings earlier. All this misunderstanding could’ve been avoided, “I love you too. I love you so damn much Stevie.”
Steve breath caught in his throat, not sure he was hearing you clearly, “What?” The word came out weak, like he was scared to wake up from a dream, “What about--”
“Cristopher?” You giggled, “Oh, I had a nice time with him, but you know, he wasn’t you.”
Steve laughed loudly and you joined in. Both of you realised how stupid and blind you had been. You loved each other.
Steve caressed your cheek again, his thumb stroking over your soft skin. The look in his eyes were different than before; you knew it was love. His features, his voice, all soft, “Can I… kiss you?”
You only nodded and let him lead you towards his lips. The kiss was gentle, but a firework erupted inside of you. It made tears fall from your eyes, his too. Pulling away, Steve kissed the top of your head before speaking, “My beautiful, Angel. I can’t believe I finally have you.”
You threw yourself forward and let him wrap his strong arms around you. His embrace felt like home.
It felt so right, and finally, your heart was satisfied.
You didn’t see the tears continue to stream down Steve’s cheeks. You didn’t see the huge weight being lifted off his shoulders. He was so damn in love with you, and he already knew that someday, he wanted to call you his wife.
THE END! Thank you so much for reading, feedback is very much appreciated <3

-----------------------------------
“Is that even a question?! No!” Y/n gasped, looking at Steve dumbfounded. He sat on the chair opposite them, his arms resting on his chest. “I have another chance to give her the life I promised.” Steve argued, confused as to why they scoffed at his response. “And that makes it okay to leave everything else? To leave Bucky yet again? To leave your new family? To leave me?” they asked in disbelief, unable to comprehend what Steve was saying and trying to reason. They got up and walked towards him. “You can’t tell me you don’t feel the tension between us two for God’s sake Steve!” they huffed, shaking their head at him. “Do you really love me or was that just a lie?” they asked quietly, Steve’s gut dropping. Before the fight, he had confessed to them - and it was true.
There was no one else that made him feel like they did. Y/n was the first person he looked for in a crowded room and after a mission, who’s voice and laughter he constantly longed to hear and the first person he’d want to see every day. They had been there since he came out of the ice and had never left his side. But he couldn’t ignore the constant war he had going on inside of him between his head and his heart. His heart desired Y/n - that was who he truly loved and who he wanted in his future. Meanwhile, his head told him he was wrong and that Y/n was not his destiny - unlike Peggy. He had promised her a dance, and when he first came out of ice and saw himself young and practically watched the supposed love of his life practically die in front of him, it hurt. If he lived his normal life, like he was supposed to, he would have been with her - it was unfair for him to take Y/n when they weren’t his.
Y/n on the other hand, felt very differently. They had always been understanding to the super soldier, knowing that he had a lot to take in when he first came out and knew there would always be a special place for Peggy in his heart. But when they had started talking, and he had started taking them out on dates and treating them differently to the others, it was no wonder they had fell for each other. Even Bucky had said he’d never seen Steve so happy, so himself even when he was around Peggy. Which is why they couldn’t understand Steve’s sudden urge to go back and abandon them.
“You’re unbelievable. I can’t do this anymore.” Y/n whispered, their voice cracking and eyes starting to mist as they walked out. Steve felt the urge to go after them, to make it right, to tell them it was them who he truly wanted - but he never got out of his seat. He groaned internally as he heard Bucky and Sam’s voices coming from outside, both asking Y/n if they were okay and shouting their name in distress before basically storming into the room Steve was sat in. “What the hell happened?” Sam demanded, Bucky pressing a hand to his shoulder to reassure him. Sam and Y/n had been friends since childhood, so he had always been rather defensive of them. “I’m thinking of going back.” Steve answered, silence deafening the room. Neither of them said anything, taking in what he had just confessed. “Going back? As in to...her?” Sam spoke up after a while, his hands forming fists as he saw the super soldier nod. “Steve, you can’t do that.” he commented, Bucky still not saying a word. “You’ll destroy her.” he reminded, staring daggers into him. He sat there for a few minutes before walking over to Sam, whispering something and him nodding, Sam walking out.
“Steve...” Bucky started, sitting opposite him and sighing. Bucky wasn’t surprised with this, more disappointed in his best friend. “You need to think about this. There’s one left, you can only make one trip. Meaning if you go, you can’t come back - ever.” he reminded, Steve nodding and his face dropping, running a hand through his hair and taking a deep breath. “If you go, you’re leaving us behind - me, Sam, Y/n - your family. I know what’s going on in that head and I can assure you, as much as you won’t like to hear this, Peggy was able to somewhat move on.” he continued, ignoring the painful wince Steve let out, the memory of meeting her when he had just come out fresh in his mind. He wasn’t wrong, although she never had a family of her own, she did seem content with the life she did have after the war, even if it wasn’t what she imagined.
“Yes, you promised her a dance, but you promised Y/n you’d never hurt them nor leave them. If you pick Peggy, you’ll break her.” he explained, Steve agreeing with him. “I know, Buck, but I don’t belong here. You fit in fine and I just...feel old.” he tried to explain, unsure of how to put his feelings into words. “If you weren’t meant to end up with Y/n, it wouldn’t have happened.” Bucky simply stated, standing up. “Give Peggy that last dance after you’ve returned the stones if you need to put your mind at rest, but please, return back.” Bucky pleaded, Steve going to respond before Sam came rushing in panting.
“Sorry to interrupt but uh...Y/n’s gone.”
----------------------------------------------
It had been a year since the incident and Steve had listened to Bucky, returning back for him and for Y/n. However, Y/n was still nowhere to be found, none of them having seen them. The three had recently been on a mission since and were currently sat in the new compound, Bruce patching up some of the wounds they had got. “Hey Bruce?” Steve asked once he knew Sam and Bucky weren’t listening in. He had told the pair to ask Bruce about Y/n’s whereabouts and the two had immediately told him it was a horrid plan, looking at each other with wide eyes making Steve suspicious. “What’s up?” Banner answered, not looking up from the wound he was currently stitching on Steve’s leg where it had been sliced open.
“Do you know where Y/n is?” he questioned, Bruce finishing his leg and looking at him in confusion. “Yeah? They came back from their mission ages ago, they’re with Tony and Pepper?” he answered, confused as to why he was being asked. “What?” Steve questioned, confused as to his answer. They had tried asking Tony almost straight away, he had told them he had no idea of where they went. “Yeah? Did they not tell you?” Bruce wondered, washing his hands. “Guys! We’re going to Tonys!” Steve demanded, standing up despite Bruce’s demands to stay seated. Bucky and Sam’s faces dropped as they heard what he said, looking at Bruce who had now realised his mistake. “Was not meant to say that.” Bruce awkwardly laughed, stepping back as the pair glared at him.
“Bruce!”
---------------------------------
“Oh, come on! I’m your dad and I’m not even your favourite avenger?” Tony whined to the seven-year-old who had Y/n’s mask on. They laughed and stuck their tongue out at Tony who rolled his eyes. “Suck it Stark, I’m the cooler one.” they bragged, taking the mask off Morgan and picking her up. “Anyway, foods ready.” he informed, Morgan huffing that she had to stop playing and now had to go eat. The pair stopped in their tracks as they saw a car pull up and park in the driveway. “Go to the door, I’ll see who it is.” Tony stated as he nodded slightly at Sam who walked out first. Y/n was stood by the door, Morgan in their hands and watching as the three figures step out of the car. Their eyes locked with his, their heart dropping and a gasp leaving their lips. “Auntie/Uncle Y/n? What’s uncle Steve doing?” Morgan asked, Y/n shaking their head and heading into the house to Pepper. Steve watched as he saw them say something to Pepper, placing Morgan down and heading further into the house, probably to their room.
“What is he doing here?” Tony asked, looking between Bucky and Sam, annoyed by Steve’s presence. “Bruce told him about Y/n/n.” Sam sighed, looking back at the blonde. “You guys knew?!” he huffed, feeling betrayed by his own best friends. “You didn’t for a good reason, Rogers. You hurt them.” Tony reminded, pointing a finger at his old friend. “I didn’t mean to-” Steve started as Tony walked closer, laughing sarcastically. “I don’t care if you didn’t mean to, you did!” he shouted, too engrossed in having a go at Steve and getting his anger out on Steve he didn’t realise Y/n walking out and over. “Tony! That’s enough, go eat. Bucky and Sam, you can have some too if you want. I’ll talk to Steve.” they assured, Sam and Bucky nodding and heading in as Tony tried to argue. “I’ll be fine, now go.” they ordered, Tony putting his hands up in defence and heading in. There weren’t many people he listened to but if it was either Pepper or Y/n he’d follow their orders straight away, afraid of what would happen.
“You came back.” Y/n said, walking towards the lake and sitting on the bank next to it, Steve following. “Bucky persuaded me after you left.” he stated, his palms sweaty with nerves. “Thanks for the trauma, by the way.” they joked, Steve frowning as he knew they were referring to him ‘abandoning’ them. “I’m sorry Y/n, but-” he started but stopped as they laughed, shaking their head at him. “There’s always a but with you.” They argued, knowing Steve always had somewhat of an excuse to everything, no matter what it was. He sat there staring at the rippling water. “You haven’t changed a bit, still not able to admit stuff to me.” Y/n sighed, getting up and slowly walking away towards the house.
This time, Steve didn’t let them walk away. “What did you do to me to make me fall in love with you?” he questioned. They stopped in their tracks. Silence. They turned around to face Steve, their heart speeding up and the world slightly spinning. “What?” they said quietly, looking up at Steve with a soft look on their face. “What did you do to me to make me fall in love with you? No one’s made me feel the way I feel towards you.” he admitted, now standing up too. Y/n found themself taking a step towards him unconsciously. “You’re lying.” they whispered, now only a few steps away from him. Steve stepped forward, breaking the gap between them. “I mean it, Y/n/n. I was scared, you deserve someone better and someone your age for a start.” he huffed, smiling as he heard a laugh from Y/n. They pressed their hands to his cheeks softly, rubbing their thumbs across them. “Steve, I don’t want them. I want you. My capsicle.” they teased, making him groan at the nickname. “I’m sorry Y/n.” he whispered, pressing a kiss to their forehead. “I forgive you, Steve. I’m just glad to have you back.” they grinned, pulling him in for a kiss.
“I love you too, doll.”
