thebradfordfile @thebradfordfile: āWhat the hell does giving $1 billion to farmers for āracial justiceā have to do with covid?ā
Allison Fedder: āThe Democrats have been scouring for possible āsocial problemsā and only happy to create semblances that they could lump together to burden the designated mule, corona, for a fast, easy, home run. Except that, the excessive exorbitance they make speaks of one big extorsive take.ā
Jeanne Mouret:Ā āDemocrats are hoping that the subservient fanatics would gloat and promote, and the ardent critics would float - doing the Murkowsky-Collins-Romney jig. Aha.ā

The overall bill would provide millions of Americans with $1,400 direct payments to help them weather the pandemic thatās stalled much of the economy for a year and killed half a million people. It contains billions of dollars for vaccines.

Republicans are totally against President Bidenās $1.9 trillion COVID-19 relief bill especially the federal minimum wage of $15.00 per-hour. They are for a $10.00 an hour minimum wage. My neice in National City, California in 1987 was making $9.75 per-hour at Jack-In-The-Box.

Everyone is needing help with this COVID relief plan. Lawmakers and President @JoeBiden said it was going to get done soon. Now they say they hope Senator Manchin is not going to object to nothing. (OMG)

Under the current House Democratsā plan (PDF), individuals with an AGI (or adjusted gross income) of $100,000 a year would be excluded from receiving a payment. Heads of household earning $150,000 a year and couples earning $200,000 would also be above.

AND, if Congress pushes through President Joe BidenāsĀ $1.9 trillion COVID-relief billĀ by mid-March, the IRS will then also be busy sending outĀ stimulus checksĀ shortly after Biden signs the bill into law.IF, YOUā¦
Delay is a tactic of the powerful. By the time those $1400 checks come they will be worth $30 due to inflation. Iām exaggerating but stillā¦
nothing annoys me more than people complaining about government spending/stimulus checks who know nothing about modern monetary theory. stimulus checks WILL NOT raise taxes, the government can just print out money to pay for it. this does cause inflation but if your currency is deflating a certain amount of inflation is a good thing. trillions of dollars of stimulus have been put in the u.s. economy yet the average interest rate is still below the 2-3% which governments usually want.
Ugh so hungry. Government please send money xx
you know that $600 stimulus check they finally, begrudgingly gave us americans?
i ended up having to spend it all on bereavement flowers and funeral wreaths- for two close family deaths less than a month apart.
According to @SpeakerPelosi, everything has gone accordingly. Let us all hope so. I know this is overdue, and #Americans need help and fast. They are so trying to get this done quickly, Get it done before the refund checks.
Several Million Americans have been hurting financially since the coronavirus pandemic took hold almost a year ago. Ā UnemploymentĀ has been widespread, [thatās a word you havenāt heard in a while] and childcare has been rough, many parents had to quit their job, and stay at home, and take care of the kiddos and that has really took a toll on the household.
