#stop asking me to try youtube premium

Text
So I mentioned a while back that P canceled a lot of our subscriptions. He wants to cancel Amazon Prime but I’m reluctant to do so bc even when I was single I had prime bc it was rly a quality of life thing. He’s over here mocking me telling me I’m a hypocrite and want to lick Daddy Bezos shoes and I’m like.
Babe, you only just now decided to cancel all our streaming services, which is something I’ve been telling you to do since we got together 5 years ago. I am allowed my ( 1 ) problematic subscription service, god damnit.
Anyway for the last two days he’s been going on about how YouTube ads don’t bother him while he’s working. Yes, believe it or not, he was actually subscribed to YouTube Premium just to avoid ads and download videos for work. He’s had this subscription since we moved back home 3 years ago. He hasn’t watched ads on YouTube in 3 years so he has no idea how bad it is.
Day before yesterday he was like “see? It’s not that bad :)” and I kept trying to explain to him how bad it’s gotten in the last few months. He didn’t quite understand it until last night where he tried rewinding and scrubbing through a 10 minute video how bad it was bc every time he did so the ads - and honestly this was probably the first time I had ever seen this happen at this frequency - would pop up. This happened like 4 times within 3 minutes. They were very short ads but we were both like WTF.
I start teasing him about it and he asks “So what you’re saying is that you want me to get Premium again?” He says this jokingly but part of me is worried he is asking this on a serious level so I reply:
“No, you big dummy, you do what you did when you realized we were spending $32 on our water per month. You grab an empty jug, stop at your workplace, and fill that bad boy up with the filtered water they have at the office.”
Modern problems require modern solutions.

I will no longer be focusing efforts on building a tumblr blog up.

Tumblr media
Or here

Or on Cohost @TenviKiravir!!
@staff You cannot shit on the queer community and expect is to stay and grow your user base for you. You want a self led monetized user base?
WHY SHOULD WE PAY YOU FOR A DAMN THING??
I have been mostly lurking here the last few years. And I have seen time and again how you ignore the MASSIVE influx of death threats against ppl for simply interacting with *fiction* in a way they don't approve.
You most certainly DO NOT take death threats "seriously". But a trans woman getting pissed after being ignored for how long?? Says she WISHES you would blow up in a car covered in hammers?? That is now a threat? What action did she say she was gonna take?. Hmm??
Truth is I can wish all of you dead AS MUCH as I want. It does not mean you are being threatened!
There r ppl who SING OFF ON ALL THEIR POSTS
With things along the veins of "If you are a prostitutes I personally wanna hunt you down and blast your fucking brains out with a shotgun"
A but more visceral and actually POSSIBLE
And these are everywhere
So miss us with the lies of taking that shit seriously bcuz the fuck you do!!
I have absolutely seen many queer artists whose work is being removed for being explicit
Except it never is!! Surprise surprise!!
The only time I see smutty art, it is locked with creator warnings!
But you know how much fucking straight sex, full cumshots and vagina and penis everywhere I get to see from the porn bots you cannot control?? Never tagged? In all the tags now???
Yet her face is explicit
Try and tell me you don't fetishize trans ppl
Just bcuz YOU only see us as sexual?? That is a you problem. Do better.
Ya know, like the settlement you agreed to demanded??
I honestly hope beyond anything. That tumblr gets its shit rocked so hard from a second discrimination lawsuit that you burn. That tumblr is gone for good
Becauase to hell with a place that claims to proudly bear the title the the queerest place in the internet! While it is actively trying to erase our existence.
You deem a face more sexual than the full eyeball of pov rough fucking I got to see from a bot that followed during this.
You deem a Looney Toons level wish more threatening than the people you allow to sign off with actual wishes of harm. From ppl who have ALREADY driven others to suicide
Oh AND you decided the nazis and terfs could stay, despite stalking and harassing her for how long??
In the end, you STILL left them here to continue campaigns against whoever they please
Our lives are not games. Not toys for you. And we aren't gonna pay shit to keep it running, nor give it materials to keep circulating.
May this site die and something new and better rise from its ashes
You don't get to play rainbow capitalism with us forever
And I hope more ppl wake up and fucking leave
I get that some ppl feel it is giving up
But dog
This is more the equivalent of determinedly staying in your abusive parents house while they ask for money to boot and hoping they die or eventually stop being abusive pricks
You do not have to settle
You do not have to accept staff ignoring us, removing our art, our photos, pur EXISTENCE
Together, this community has tools. Has resources
Plz stop assuming business based sites like this are all you can have
We can make better
Most of the big sites all started as small things and eventually got consumed by shit like corporate greed
I miss old youtube for instance.(before it was a demand on how much and what type of content you put out and filled with ads and premium. Thought vlare.tv showed promise. Think it got too big too quick. But that just kinda proves there is an audience imo. It is wanted)
In the meantime, places like mastodon, artfol, bluesky
Just saying. Don't gotta take the bs here. They depend on us
Build your own communities online. And unionize irl. Take. Back. Our. Voices!!
If you have had enough, if you want change. Then you gotta work towards it. No matter how tired you are
Bcuz the point IS to exhaust you so you stop fighting back, stop demanding better.
Learned helplessness is the entire fucking point

This is just me ranting about my money situation and such, so no need to read if you don’t feel like it.
I have 77 euros on my bank account and that’s supposed to last me for the rest of the month. I probably should cancel all my subscriptions like disney+ and youtube premium, but that would probably take the last of my will to live so I refuse to do so. I paid for those this month already though so not really use anyway for this month.
I kinda need a new hoodie which would be 30e +delivery so I’m considering that, because I can pay it next month when I hopefully get money, or pay it in parts. The ones I ordered earlier this year weren’t correctly sized on the website, so I gave them to my brother. Too small for me you see. I owe him 300 euros too, so I hoped I could buy some patience with the hoodies, and I guess I did, because he hasn’t asked for his money. In this case I’m talking about my brother E who is away studying in another town.
I have one good hoodie that I wear basically all the time. I just wash it on the weekend or when I don’t need to go anywhere. I would like something to keep me warm in the winter because it’s starting to be pretty old and worn. I don’t really have many thick shirts and it was like -5 degrees celsius today and it’s just going to keep getting colder. I’m obviously not walking around without a winter jacket but still.
I’m trying to manage my money, but you know a 45 euro insurance bill kinda fucked my shit up, because I wasn’t expecting it until the end of the year. It’s paid though. I don’t really need money for other than food for the rest of the month, but fucking hell next month? Oh boy.
I can’t take money from anyone either, unless it’s cash, because otherwise it will show on my bank account. I’m basically living on benefits from the government, housing money and enough so I barely get by. I’m hoping to get on a sick pay of sorts, like the thing they pay you if you’re not able to study or go to work, but that’s not guaranteed since I need a doctor’s note and shit. Then they have to evaluate my ability to work and then they decide if I get money or not. The reason I’m hoping to get on the sick pay thing, is because the government is gonna stop paying me that other benefit I was on, that I was getting by on. The sick pay thing would only be for December hopefully, because I’m hoping to get to school in January. The schools are taking applications next week, and I’m applying to four places, because that’s basically as many as there are for what I want to study at this time of year.
Then there’s of course the issue with the school payment but I’m not gonna worry about that before I even know if I got in. Or I tell myself I’m not gonna worry and then have major stress about it anyway.
My brother T, who lives with me, has been a bit stingy with his money that goes towards our shared expenses. He’s got like 2500 euros saved and he’s supposed to pay me 200 euros a month as rent and for food. BUT my rent is 467e and on top of that there’s a 40e water bill and a 75e electricity bill, so I feel like he should pay me even more, but he doesn’t want to and I’m tired of arguing about it with him so I just settled for the 200e a month. Granted he doesn’t currently have an income, but he’s supposed to start a sort of rehabilitation program soon, during which he will receive financial aid from the government or whatever. He’s 17 and our parents are supposed to pay me because he lives with me and I pay for pretty much all the everyday things, which is like 400e a month. And that’s not even counting electricity. Our mom does pay, dad though? Not so much.
I just filled out an xmas aid application for our local congregation’s xmas aid program thingy, so I’m hoping I can get some help from there next month. I just need to go give it to the deacon of our church or drop it in the church’s mail box. I’m not a religious person or anything, but since I’m in the workshop that's for young unemployed people, they just gave all of us who were there an application, because basically all of us are struggling.

thank you friend for replying to my ask 💞
ahh waking up and driving at 2:30 am must suck i feel for you 🥲
ooohh a concert!! which one are you going to? 😍
my sister said the same thing. she said don’t let the sensei ruin japanese when you enjoy it so much. continue it for yourself and not for him. btw, he isn’t an official japanese teacher. he’s just a college professor who has the n2 level japanese and is teaching us the language at his home.
and your resources are very helpful! i’m currently doing some journaling with japatalk and it really does help. same with hellotalk but i quickly run out of things to talk about sadly 😅
for the listening section, i used to do shadowing back in n5 but only stopped when the sensei said we’re good enough to move on but i think i’m going to do that again. i also want to listen while reading and i have a lot of books to do that but i’m gonna be honest i’m quite lazy. i think that’s my thing is that i get lazy and demotivated very quickly and i need to find something to fix that.
my favorite thing about japanese is when i’m watching anime or playing a video game in japanese and they use a word i know and i just scream I KNOW THAT ONE! I KNOW WHAT IT MEANS! and then when i hear a new conjugation of a word i know i quickly write it down and share it with the class (i had to wait an entire year to learn about うごくな because i just loved that word from jjk and when we finally learned it i was like 🤩 this the entire class lol)
thank you for always answering to my asks and for being so supportive, my role model and source of motivation! i’ll definitely continue and keep you updated 🥰
どうもありがとうございます💕
You're welcome! Also, you're being too nice!! 😭 It makes me really happy to hear that and I hope I can keep motivating you!
I'm gonna see my chemical romance live, which still doesn't feel real to me and probably won't until it's actually happening lol, but I am excited either way!
Oh I see. Well, him not being a licensed teacher at least explains why he sucks at teaching. There are so many professional Japanese teachers online that teach for free on YouTube or that you can pay for one-on-one lessons on iTalki (I haven't tried that tho so I can't say what that's like but I've heard a lot of good things about it), so I'd definitely recommend trying out those instead of continuing your current class.
And I totally get what you mean about recognizing words, it always makes me super excited especially because it shows me that I made progress and then it makes all the time and energy I've already dedicated to it super worth it.
Oh and about reading and listening - I always like to recommend Satori Reader. It's a website/app that has lots of stories (only the first 3 episodes or so of each story are free but the premium version is absolutely worth it) and they all come with audio as well (you can also slow down or speed up the audio), plus you can click on every word to get the translation, and lots of grammar notes. You can add all the words to a study deck to review, too. There are lots of stories with different genres so maybe you can find some stories that interest you there. Honestly, I want to say that most of my progress comes from there. It honestly helps a lot.
I also have days where I don't really feel like it, which is why I try to have lots of different things I can do so if I don't feel like doing one thing, there's still something else I can do. And sometimes you really just have to make it your routine and do it even when you don't feel like it (and then feel proud for having done something afterwards).
The best thing you can do is find something you really enjoy and consume that. Again, it's okay if you don't understand everything, you'll still learn a lot. I've read the entirety of Attack on Titan in Japanese and while that was... exhausting, it helped a lot and since I love the story I wanted to keep reading it. Another thing I like doing is watch gameplays in Japanese on YouTube. I like to watch gameplays in general, so when there's a game I've already played myself or already watched a gameplay of in English, I know the story, etc. well enough. Watching a gameplay of it in Japanese is nice because even if you didn't understand a lot, you could still follow the story and just try to pick up as much as possible. And for gameplays people usually turn on the subtitles so you can read while listening. For example, The Last of Us 2 is a really really long game so watching a gameplay of that taught me quite a few words! You could also play the games in Japanese yourself, but it can be difficult to get access to the Japanese version sometimes and if you don't understand a lot you might get stuck or mess up if it's something like a choice-based game, but it can also be a lot of fun!
Basically, it's also about creativity and finding as many ways as possible to interact with the language on a daily basis. There are resources that will teach you more than others, but everything will teach you one or two words or expose you to the language at the very least and slowly but surely you know more and more.
I look forward to your updates✨

Gta 5 easy keybinding menu mod

However it will spawn them near and is probably the most stable method. This won't spawn blacklisted vehicles, nor will it spawn Special Vehicles, planes or Helicopters.
Tumblr media
"Spawn Personal Vehicle" will spawn vehicles utilizing one empty slot in your garage.
"Spawn Pegasus" will spawn vehicles through Pegasus, it is the simplest method and should support all vehicle types.
(This one will not work on the Army base.) This method should support all vehicle types, including both types of Blimp, Snow vehicles and so on.
"Spawn Anonymous" will spawn vehicles near the player if there's enough room.
The most notable feature would be a built-in online vehicle spawner, AFAIK the first time ever this is done externally.įor spawning vehicles, three different types of spawning is supported: But I've been mainly focusing on adding unique features that make the gameplay more enjoyable. I've tried to add the usual features that most menu's seem to have. Even though I mainly wrote it for myself, I'm guessing it should be stable and useful enough to others as well, but it's still a work in progress. There is no "Kiddion's Premium Menu" and it would never be put on eBay.Īlso, anyone on youtube claiming to be me is a scammer!!!įor a long time I've been working on my own external menu. I strongly encourage anyone who bought this to charge back, it will be the only way to stop this! Please note: someone seems to be selling this mod. A fool you are. At this point you should stop driving and refuel with a jerry can. If you encounter this behavior it's nearly impossible to drive long distances even though the fuel tank isn't empty already. The Rockstar script adds strong forces and braking, sometimes your car will be pushed back by some "magic" while trying to drive forwards. Rockstar has a script simulating a stuttering motor, which works fine but can create a really weird behavior in combination with my mod, because you can have a low fuel level way longer now. This is a rather quick loss so the fuel is low for a very short time. Rockstar only implemented a gasoline loss when the fuel tank has been shot. How to stay in touch with music from your country, even if life has been a bit boring over the past 10 years
What are you doing? I am a Russki young man who came to America in search of a better life. I was poor in Russia and have never had fortune. My family, not me. As a child in Russia and the Soviet Union, young adults did not have money. We were forced to look for other ways to earn money. There are many schemes available, with the majority are similar to people who drinkers ask their neighbors to buy their vodka bottles for the community. https://www.ytmp3.ooo The idea is similar. We'd come up with ways to make a few bucks and even buy a loaf. We were always hungry..
Tumblr media
So I got to America. It's far away from New York, Brooklyn and Brighton Beach. The place is truly reminiscent of the comforts of home. It's loud and dirty People are rude, and it's full Russian speech. I've spent a lot of money there, mostly going to Russian restaurants, bookstores and music shops. I love music, and I love to read books. Nowadays, it is easy to locate Russian literature on Kindle and it's happened recently. So I stopped purchasing hard copy books. In addition, I don't have enough space in my house. My wife is an avid collector. Therefore I do what I can to prevent adding to her pile of stuff. The stacks looked smart for the first few weeks before they began to look sad. I eventually placed them in my garage, which is big enough for my belongings. Music is an entirely different genre. I'm a fan of music as my job requires me to travel far distances and I have a lot of music to listen to. And as an old Russian immigrants, I've never been able to appreciate any new music that I have discovered in the USA.. I simply don't like hip-hop, rap metal, rock and pop. And all the new age stuff that kids love to dance. The old Russian music is a thing I cherish along with the Russian-specific songs from jail. They're still extremely well-known even though I've been gone for 20 years. The internet is flooded with everything on Youtube nowadays. This means I can sit for hours watching music on YouTube while I'm at work or when I get home from work. After some time, I was able to create an endless playlist of more than 300 songs that I enjoy. It's my go-to friend. I can listen to it all day long and have any issues getting it used. There are over 300 songs! However, when I want to listen to them in my car I do not have internet access. I require it for driving and navigation. I do all the preparation at home. I'm at the middle of the line I record a few songs from Youtube to mp3 files and then burn those mp3s onto a CD with my laptop. Then I take the CD into the car to listen. The website I came across, it can take Youtube playlist and print out all songs on the playlist, and each one can be then converted to MP3 format and saved to my personal computer. After you have the songs printed, it's easy to save them onto an audio CD. Sometimes, I make an error and make a dataCD. Then it's easy to transfer it onto audio CD. When audio is recorded, it's incredible how technology works, I don't need to be connected to the internet, I don't need any equipment to play mp3. I simply insert the CD into the car stereo slot, and the music from Russia is playing in the middle of Manhattan at the time I get there while driving around. It's simple and cheap to save videos on Youtube in MP3 format. Then you can download them to your Smartphone. A friend of mine hooked his iPhone to the car stereo and within minutes, it was playing very premium sound. He could also stream Spotify and Pandora radio. It doesn't require much Internet. I'm going to try this in the next.. But I will use only free wifi.

While I'm talking about ads, can the french gouvernement stop trying to guilt-trip me into buying Youtube premium? Yes, you read that correctly: I get ads on Youtube by the french gouvernement (This is where our taxes are going? Youtube ads?) telling me how I'm a bad person because the video pollutes more than just the music. Like, either you pay my subscription or you shut up. Go ask industries to lower their waste before coming to me and my unsuscribed broke ass

How to keep connected to music from your homeland even if your life has been boring over the past 10 years
What is your life like? I am a young Russki man who moved to America to seek better things in life. I was extremely poor back in Russia. I wasn't even far from the middle class. I never had a lot of money. My family was not my own in general. As a child in Russia and the Soviet Union, young adults did not have money. Therefore, we had to find other ways to earn money. There are many schemes available, with the majority are similar to alcoholics asking for money from their friends to purchase their communal vodka bottle. The idea is similar. Music is my obsession, but books are my absolute favorite. As it turns out, it's not difficult to find Russian literature via Kindle. I have stopped purchasing books in hardcopy. In addition, I don't have much room in my home , and my wife is a total collector. Therefore, I do to avoid buying new stuff. Although stacks and stacks of books look intelligent in the beginning, as they got older they began to look dull and boring. After that I moved them into my garage. Music, however, is distinct. Since my job involves driving a lot, I listen to lots of music. Being an Russian immigrant, it's hard for me to appreciate the music that I listen to in America. I simply don't like rap, hip hop, rock, metal and pop. I'm also not a fan of the trendy stuff that children like to dance to too. I love old Russian music, also the jail type songs which are unique to the Russian music world. They are still extremely popular in Russia , even after twenty years. Youtube has everything nowadays. YouTube is my preferred music site. I use it at all times regardless of whether I am at home or at work. So, after a few days I made a playlist with more than 300 songs I truly love. This is my constant friend. I can listen to it all day long and don't have any issues getting it used. There are over 300 songs! However, when I want the songs to be heard in my car, I don't always have access to the internet. I'm required to have it in order to drive, and for navigation. It's then easy to convert it to an audio CD. It's incredible how technology operates in the event that audio files are recorded. It doesn't require an internet connection in order to listen to mp3. I simply plug the CD into my car stereo, and music from Russia is blasting throughout Manhattan when I drive through. It's easy and cheap to download video content from Youtube and then convert them into mp3 so you can save them to your smartphone. A friend of mine hooked his iPhone to the car stereo and within minutes, it was playing very premium sound. He also could stream Spotify and Pandora radio. It doesn't require much Internet. I think this is the next thing I'll try. However, I'll be sure not to utilize the wifi for free.

How to stay up-to-date with the music of your country, even if you have been living in the USA for 10 years
How are you doing? I am an Russki teenager who came to America to build a better future. I was extremely poor back in Russia. I wasn't near the middle class and I never had a lot of money. My family and not me as a whole. As a child in Russia the young people didn't have money. So we needed to find different ways to earn money. There are a lot of schemes that resemble alcohol users asking their neighbors for money for their shared vodka bottles. Like the above, we would seek out ways to earn quick cash or even buy a loaf of bread. We would always be hungry.. So I got to America. There is nothing quite as beautiful as New York City, Brooklyn, Brighton Beach. This area reminds me of many times of my home. It's noisy, filthy, there's lots of Russian language everywhere, and rude people - it's regular Russian city life. I've spent a fair amount of money there, mostly in Russian cafes and restaurants, as well as in books and music stores. I am a music lover as much as I love reading books. However, as of recently it is easy to find Russian books on Kindle. I have stopped buying hard-copy books. In addition, I don't have much space in our home and my wife is an avid hoarder, so I try my best not contribute to her hoarding. I also stay away from buying new stuff lying around my home which I don't require because I don't have a place to put them. Books in stacks looks smart in the beginning, but then they seemed sad until I moved them into the garage, where there's still some space left for my stuff.. Music is another matter. My job requires an extensive amount of driving, which is why I am constantly listening to music. Being an Russian native, it's difficult for me to enjoy the music I hear in America. I simply don't like rap, hip hop, rock, metal and pop. And all the new age songs that children love to dance to.. The old Russian music is my favorite particularly the songs with a prison theme. These songs are still very popular in Russia, even after 20 years. They aren't on CDs - they are mostly tapes that are found in cars, and videos on Youtube. Youtube has everything nowadays. When I return home after work, I will spend the whole day listening to YouTube music. After a while, I've put together a long playlist with more than 300 songs that I absolutely enjoy. Because I have this treasure that I have, I am able to easily become accustomed to listening to music. 300 songs is quite a bit. But when I want songs to play in my car, I don’t always have access to the internet. I require it to drive, to navigate. So I do the preparation at home. I'm at the top of the list. Now I record some songs from Youtube to MP3 files. After that, I burn those mp3s onto my computer and bring the CD into my car. The site lets you download your Youtube playlist and print the songs. Each song can be stored on your computer as an mp3 file. It's then easy to convert it into an audio CD. Sometimes, I just make data discs but they won't play on the car stereo. When audio is recorded, it's incredible how technology operates. It's not necessary to be online to listen to mp3s. All I need is a CD to put into the stereo slot in my car. The music from Russia blasted in Manhattan while I was driving around. It's easy and inexpensive to download Youtube videos as mp3 and then save them on your Smartphone. A friend of mine connected his iPhone to the car stereo and within moments it was playing premium sound. Also, it was possible to stream Spotify and Pandora radio, so you don't require a lot of internet. I'm going to give this a try. However, I will only use free WiFi. save you tube videos

Like I said in the warnings, George takes it up the ass so if that makes you uncomfy or you don’t like it don’t read! I’m also not tagging anyone as I don’t want to make anyone uncomfy or upset! Feedback is always welcome!
-------------------------------------------------------------------------
Giving George a laptop and access to the internet turned out to be both a blessing and a curse. A curse because he quickly became obsessed with browsing the internet, and he spent most of his time scrolling away on reddit or with his headphones on, watching some random YouTube video. He could chatter on for hours about a thread he found on reddit or a meme he discovered when browsing on Instagram and once he discovered how to order things off of amazon it got even worse. At least once a day a package containing some random gismo or trinket arrived at the doorstep of their shared flat, and George would excitedly rip open the box and use whatever was inside for a few minutes before jumping back on his computer to order more useless crap.
But his newfound love of the internet was also a blessing. George had figured out how to connect his laptop to the tv in his and Y/N’s bedroom, and every night before falling asleep they would cuddle together in bed, watching some tv program or film on Netflix. Along with George’s obsession with shopping for useless gadgets, he’d started to pick things up for Y/N as well. It was never anything big, a box of her favorite chocolates, a candle he thought she’d enjoy the smell off, a new pair of fuzzy socks for her to wear around the flat in the winter. Just anything he saw that made him think of her.
George’s new love of the internet also did wonders for their sex life, something Y/N welcomed happily.
Along with the random cute presents George started ordering for Y/N, he also started ordering some sexy ones as well. Her wardrobe is now dripping in different sets of lingerie and her underwear drawer is filled to the brim with lace clad panties. Their sex toy collection has nearly doubled in size, with toys for them to use together or on their own being added to the mix. And thanks to George’s Pornhub premium subscription, they’ve tested out some new positions and kinks in the bedroom as well. Some were only a one time thing, others have become a permanent part of their intimate moments, but everything has been pleasurable, nonetheless. It’s made their relationship stronger and helped George ask for things he never thought he’d want, even those that may be a tad unconventional.
-
George clears his throat as he tugs Y/N closer to his side, leaning down to press a kiss to her forehead. He can tell she’s close to drifting off to sleep by the way her chest is moving with slow deep breaths and he knows he’ll never get the chance to ask the question that’s been burning on the tip of his tongue for weeks if he doesn’t do it now. “You ever heard of pegging?” he asks into the quiet of their bedroom.
“Like clothes pegs? The things you use to hang your washing up with?” Y/N mumbles sleepily into his chest.
George chuckles and he can feel some of his nerves easing away. “No, it’s like a sex thing.”
“Like putting clothes pegs on your nipples? Sounds kinda hot,” Y/N teases, turning so she can look up at George. “Though I imagine the splinters would be a nightmare to get out.”
“Not quite,” George responds, biting his lip. “It’s, um. This thing where. The girl wears this thing, a strapon, and um. Uses it to. Ya know, fuck the guy.” George’s cheeks feel like they’re on fire, and he looks up at the ceiling to avoid Y/N’s gaze.
“Oh,” she responds quietly, reaching up to cup one of George’s cheeks. She rubs the flushed skin with her thumb soothingly, waiting for him to relax into her touch before she continues. “Is that something you’re interested in? Something you want me to do to you?”
“I. Um. Uh. Yes, I think so. Only if you want to,” George babbles nervously, reaching up to run a hand through his hair.
Y/N grabs his hand and intertwines their fingers before bringing it down so she can press a few kisses to the back of his hand. “Georgie, look at me.” When George finally looks back down at her Y/N smiles softly and squeezes his hand. “You never have to be embarrassed about this kinda stuff with me George. If you wanna try it, we’ll try it. Simple as that.”
George leans down to kiss Y/N briefly. “Just didn’t want you to think I was weird or something.”
“Of course I think you’re weird,” Y/N teases, kissing him again. “But there’s loads of other reasons for that, and none of them have to do with your sexual preferences. There’s no shame here, love. I’ll do some research and then we’ll get down into it, yeah?”
“You’re the best, you know that?” George compliments, settling back into the pillows.
Y/N hums as her eyes flutter closed, letting the sound of George’s heartbeat lull her to sleep. “Damn right.”
-
Over the next few days Y/N spends every ounce of free time she has browsing different forums and websites, trying to find out all she can to make sure the experience is as pleasurable for the both of them as possible. She watches far more porn than she ever thought she would, spends hours searching on various sex toy websites to find the perfect strapon and she does more research on lube than any person should ever do in their lives.
Y/N keeps everything a secret from George until the day they’d decided would be best to try for the first time. They choose a Friday, that way George will have time to recover from any soreness before he’s expected to be back at work and if they both find it enjoyable, possibly do it again.
While George is at work Y/N decides to grab the strapon from where she’d been hiding it in the back of the closet, so she can clean it off one last time and figure out how to properly strap it to her body, so she doesn’t have to fumble with it later. The harness she’d chosen has a part that settles into her slit, with ridges and bumps that’ll drag across her clit with every thrust. A shiver runs down her spine as the cool leather wraps around her skin and she tightens the straps, adjusting them so they fit tight on her hips and thighs.
“This is kinda hot,” Y/N mumbles as she stares down at the dildo resting at attention in between her thighs. It’s flesh colored and slightly curved, and it’s about 7 inches long and moderately thick. She wraps her hand around it, slowly moving her wrist as if she’s jacking off. “Fucking hell,” she groans as the ridges on the strap brush her clit, her hips jerking forward. Y/N wraps her hand around the base and grabs her phone off of the bathroom counter, snapping a picture to send to George.
Can’t wait to have you begging for my cock xx
George takes his phone out when he feels it vibrate in his pocket, figuring its Y/N sending him a sweet message. Ever since she taught him how to text a few months ago she’s started sending him little things throughout the day while they’re apart. Usually it’s a text to let him know she’s thinking about him or sometimes it’s a meme or a video she found that she figures he’d enjoy too.
So, when he opens his phone and is met with a picture of her hand wrapped around the dildo Y/N plans on fucking him with later his cheeks immediately turn bright red as he nearly drops his phone on the ground. His cock twitches in his trousers and he has to grip the counter in front of him and take a few deep breaths to try and calm himself down. That image is going to be imbedded in his brain for the rest of the day, and he has no idea how he’s supposed to make it through the next few hours knowing what’s waiting for him at home.
“You alright?” Fred asks as he comes out of the back, taking in George’s flushed appearance.
George hums and nods, locking his phone and shoving it back in his pocket. “Yep. Just peachy.”
Fred gives him a look but doesn’t say anything more, and George sighs in relief, deciding to go help some customers to keep his mind off of Y/N.
-
“God damn,” George pants as Y/N grinds down in his lap, his grip on her hips tightening and his head tilting back to give her more room to bite at his neck.
After dinner and some more talking about what the rest of their evening will look like, Y/N lead George to the bedroom to get started. They had stood in the middle of their bedroom for what felt like hours, just kissing softly as they gently undressed each other. Once they were both down to nothing, but their underwear George settled in the middle of their bed with his back against the headboard, while Y/N straddled his waist and started to grind down against him. Now a few minutes later, George is fully hard in his boxers while Y/N continues to grind on him, her lips attacking his neck and one of her hands tugging at his hair while the other pinches and rolls his nipples.
“Feel good?” Y/N teases, twisting the nipple in her hand. George lets out a loud moan and Y/N can feel George’s cock twitch against her. “I’ll take that as a yes,” she continues, kissing her way back up to George’s mouth. Y/N tugs on his hair as they kiss, just letting their mouths move together for a few moments. “Are you ready for more?”
“Yes, please,” George confirms with a nod. He can feel some nerves rumbling in his stomach still, but Y/N’s soothing voice and gentle hands have put him at ease. He hasn’t stopped thinking about this moment since he suggested pegging over a week ago, and the picture Y/N sent him has only  made him more excited. “Want you to fuck me, Y/N.”
A shiver runs down Y/N’s spine at George’s words, and she kisses him briefly. “Patience, love. We gotta get you ready first. I’m gonna go get dressed. Want you to take your boxers off and lay back on the middle of the bed, yeah?” Y/N kisses George once more as he nods, before getting off the bed and heading into the bathroom attached to their room.
The strapon and lube are already waiting on the bathroom counter, and Y/N takes a deep breath as she shimmies out of her panties and grabs the strapon. She decides to keep her lacy black bralette on, as it’s one of George’s favorites and Y/N knows seeing her in it drives him wild. Y/N secures the strapon like she did this afternoon, groaning as the nubs rub against her clit. She’s already fairly turned on just from the grinding and she can’t imagine it’ll take much for her to cum once she’s fucking into George. She looks at herself one last time in the mirror before grabbing the bottle of lube and heading back into their bedroom. George is completely naked now, laying back on the bed with his head propped up by their pillows so he can watch Y/N’s every move.
“God you’re gorgeous,” George groans as Y/N comes back into the room, his eyes raking over her body. The leather straps wrapped around her skin make her thighs look even more divine, and his mouth waters as he takes notice of the dildo jutting out from between her thighs. “This is way hotter than I thought it would be.”
Y/N giggles as she settles on the bed between George’s legs, tossing the lube onto the bed next to him. “Yeah? You like my cock?” she teases as she hovers over George, attaching her lips to the base of his throat. She thrusts her hips against George slowly, letting the dildo drag against his cock.
George gasps as the dildo drags across his warm skin, a shiver running down his spine. “Shit that’s cold.”
“Sorry, baby,” Y/N apologizes as her lips start to trail down his chest towards his nipples. She lets her hot breath just barely breeze across one before she flicks at it with her tongue. George lets out a low moan, prompting her to give his other nipple the same treatment.
“It’s okay. Felt good,” George stutters out as Y/N takes one of his nipples into her mouth. He can feel the precum collecting on the tip of his cock dripping onto his stomach, and he thrusts his hips up, desperate for some friction.
“Gotta be patient, baby,” Y/N coos as she starts to kiss further down George’s body. “I’ll take care of you, don’t you worry.” Y/N presses a kiss to the tip of George’s cock, pulling away when he groans and thrusts his hips up into her touch. “Don’t be naughty, George,” Y/N warns as she grabs the lube.
George licks his lips as he watches Y/N spread the lube on her fingers, his legs automatically opening a bit wider. “I’ll be good, I promise.”
“Better be,” Y/N responds as she tosses the lube aside again. She grabs the base of George’s cock with her clean hand, leaning down and sucking the tip between her lips as one of her fingers circles his entrance. She takes him down fully as she sinks the first finger into him, the noise he lets out going straight to her core.
“Oh,” George gasps as Y/N starts to bob her head on his cock, his brain focused on the way her finger feels as it moves inside of him. “Feels good,” George moans, grinding his hips down against her hand. “Feels different, but good.”
Y/N hums around George as she continues to suck his cock, the hand on the base of him twisting as she adds another finger alongside the first. She’d read many guides on the best way to prepare someone, and she moves slowly, wanting George to feel as good as possible.
Y/N works at opening up George for a few minutes, getting up to three fingers into him while her tongue teases the tip of his cock. His hips are rocking down against her hand feverishly, and little mewls are leaving his lips as his chest heaves with deep breathes.
“Fuck me please,” George begs as Y/N crooks her fingers inside of him, his hands fisting in the bed sheets. His whole body feels like it’s on fire, and he’s ready to move on to the next step.
Y/N pulls off of George’s cock and looks up at him, groaning at how beautiful he looks. His chest his flushed red and his hair is messy from his hands running through it. “Yeah, baby? You ready for me to ruin you with my cock?”
George chokes on a moan as Y/N pulls her fingers out of him, suddenly feeling overwhelmingly empty. “God yes, please. Need to feel you inside of me. Wanna be full of your cock, Y/N.”
“Such a desperate little cock slut and I haven’t even fucked you yet, baby,” Y/N teases as she lubes up the dildo. She lets out a quiet moan as she strokes it, the little nubs and ridges on the harness giving her some much needed relief on her aching pussy. “You remember the safe word, right baby?”
George nods, a whimper falling from his lips as Y/N presses the tip of the dildo against his entrance. “I remember, yes,” he confirms, taking in a few shaky breaths.
Y/N grabs one of George’s knees, pushing his leg to the side to give her more room. “You ready, baby? Ready for me to fuck you with my cock? Turn you into a little cock whore?”
“Please,” George begs. He’s rock hard against his stomach and he’s desperate for Y/N to finally sink into him. “Oh my fuck,” George moans as Y/N’s hips push forward slowly, not stopping until the dildo is in him completely and the leather straps are digging into the backs of his thighs.
Y/N rubs George’s hips soothingly, watching his face contort into some mixture of pleasure and pain. “You doing okay, Georgie? Talk to me baby.”
George slowly pushes his hips down against Y/N, a moan falling from his mouth at the sensation. It burns slightly, but in an amazing way, and George feels full in a way he never has before. “Feels so fucking good,” he whines, pushing his hips down against Y/N’s in a steady pace. “Need you to move, Y/N fuck. Please. So full of you, so full of your cock.”
“Fucks sake,” Y/N moans as she starts to move her hips, slowly pulling out of George before she fucks back into him. The noise George lets out as she starts to fuck him goes right to her core, and the feeling of the nubs rubbing against her clit prompts her to slam back into George harder. “You like the way I fuck you, Georgie? Like how my big cock stretches you out?”
“Merlin, yes,” George moans as Y/N starts to move faster one of his hands coming down to stroke his cock in time with her thrusts. “Love the way you fuck me, Y/N. Feels better than I ever thought it would.” George wraps one of his hands around his thigh, pulling his legs up to his chest. The new angle allows for Y/N to fuck into him deeper, and he lets out a long whine as the tip of the dildo finally brushes his sweet spot. “Fuck, fuck, fuck, right there Y/N please,” he begs, as he tips his head back against the pillows.
“Such a fucking slut, baby,” Y/N teases as she starts to fuck into George harder. The bumps and ridges on the harness brush against her clit roughly, and she can feel her wetness dripping down onto her thighs. George looks absolutely ethereal, and it does nothing but push her closer to her own orgasm. His chest is red and covered in a sheen of sweat and the noises falling from his mouth are going right to her core.
George groans as the tip of the dildo brushes his sweet spot with every one of Y/N’s thrusts, and he releases his cock so he can grab his other thigh and bring his leg up to his chest, allowing Y/N to somehow fuck into him even deeper. “Only for you, Y/N. Love being your cock slut.”
“That’s right, baby. My little slut.” Y/N can feel her orgasm approaching, and she wraps her hand around George’s cock, stroking him in time with her thrusts, her thumb rubbing over the tip and spreading his precum down the shaft to make her hand slide easier. “Fuck, George. ‘M gonna cum. Come on, baby. Be a good little cock slut and cum on my cock.”
Y/N’s hand on his cock pushes George over the edge, and he can feel his walls clench around the dildo as he cums, pleasure rolling through his body. Her name leaves his mouth in a loud shout as he shoots his seed all over Y/N’s hand and his own stomach.
“Fuck, George,” Y/N moans as her own orgasm washes over her, the rhythm of her hips stuttering as the pleasure rockets through her body. She releases George’s cock as soon as it stops twitching, letting her hips slow to a gentle roll before pulling out of George completely.
George releases his legs and lets them fall back against the bed, inhaling slowly as he tries to catch his breath. “Fucking Christ, I don’t think I’ve ever come that hard.”
Y/N giggles as she crawls up George’s body, pressing a soft kiss to his lips. “Glad you liked it, because it was so fucking hot, George. Like so unbelievably hot.” She kisses George again, running a hand through his sweaty hair. “I’ll be right back, yeah? Gonna grab something to clean you up.”
Y/N comes back from the bathroom a few minutes later back in the panties she’d taken off earlier, with a washcloth in one hand and a glass of water in the other. She hands George the water with a smile as she settles between his thighs.
“Thanks, love,” George murmurs before taking a sip, nearly chocking as Y/N runs the warm washcloth along his bum. “Could have given a guy some warning,” he teases through his coughing fit.
“Sorry, love,” Y/N giggles as she wipes up his stomach. Once George is clean Y/N tosses the washcloth on the floor for them to deal with later, before crawling back up the bed. “So, feel good?”
George places the empty glass on his bedside table before pulling Y/N into a deep kiss. “My arse is a little sore but other than that yes, incredible.”
“I’ve got some salve you can use tomorrow if you want. Figured it might come in handy.” Y/N pulls back the covers so she and George can get into bed, letting him pull her onto his chest. “I love you, George.”
George chuckles and leans down to press a kiss to Y/N’s forehead. “I love you too, Y/N. Thank you for not thinking I’m a weirdo.”
“I told you,” Y/N muses with a laugh as George grabs his wand, giving it a flick so the lights in their room turn off. “I absolutely think you’re a weirdo, a weirdo who looks super fucking hot cumming on my cock.”

Time of Realisation
Happy New Year, everyone! May 2021 be everything you ever wanted. Since I just finished writing for part 8 of this series, I wanted to post this one a bit earlier than the usual Fridays as a New Year’s Treat. So here we go! Part 7 of the ‘Successors of the Future’ is here.
(My Premium Grammarly account disappeared all of the sudden so please excuse any stupid grammatical or spelling errors you might find. I’ve edited this chapter thrice now and it should be ok??)
Before we start, we must do our ritual and give thanks to the ever amazing @tri3tri for letting us all expand on her Draconia Family series. Hope you’ll have a great year as well, Tri-senpai!
-
“To be honest with you Ren, I don’t remember much about Sebek. Just his voice. I still remember how loud his shouts were.”
“Eh, don’t sweat it too much. Take it as a blessing.”
Renata and Sherrie are in her room. The underwater aesthetic of Octavinelle is so beautiful to take in from the inside. It almost makes Renata wish that she’s a mermaid. Or a killer whale type of mermaid. Now that is a badass merfolk.
Just like Renata, Sherrie was given a room all to herself instead of sharing it with a dorm member due to her gender.
And her little sister did not waste time transforming her room just like her old one back at their home. Already her gaming computer has been set up on her study table, cosmetic sets of well-known brands - Nyx, My Pretty Zombie, and Fenty Beauty - are organised neatly on her shelves beside the standard textbooks and stationeries. One of the open drawers beside her cupboard full of her school uniforms as well as her Pastel Goth clothes display tins of green teas and stacks of instant foods.
Clearly, Sherrie has made herself right at home in Octavinelle. And less than a week too!
Actually, how much luggage did Sherrie brought from their home?
After the Entrance Ceremony, Renata waited two days for Sherrie to acclimate herself to Night Raven College, letting her talk to some of her dorm members, get a feel on the teachers before slipping into her bedroom to catch up. It was a mild surprise to see the state of her room after her little sister told her to plant her ass on the bed while she prepared a pot of hot green tea for them.
While she’s busy with the kettle, Renata wasted no time to explain what Ace told her during Winter’s Break when she inquired about Sebek. It was good to know that due to the dense magic in the Country of Thorns, technology is almost non-existent in the land due to magical interference. It also helps that despite being in the First-Year Forever group chat, Sebek barely checks his phone at all. Over time, Ace and the rest of their group forgot that Sebek is even in the group chat!
“Still, it’s good to know that Mama’s friends drifted away from Sebek over the years. That’ll help us a lot in the long run.” Sherrie commented after Renata wraps up her report. She handed a cup of tea to Renata and lean against her study table, facing the bed where her older sister is cooling her hot tea by channeling ice magic onto her fingertips. “What about the student body here? What are they like?”
“Everyone walks around as if they got a twelve-inch dick.” Renata’s sarcasm is as thick as the kelp forest outside of Sherrie’s bedroom window.
Sherrie couldn’t help but laugh at her deadpan tone; she had to put her cup of tea on the table before it spilled everywhere. “That bad, huh?” She giggles helplessly, wiping the tears from the corner of her eyes.
Renata was about to roll her eyes but stop herself and ponders. Despite their flaws, Hoyle and Rex are good friends. Hell, even Bakari vibes with her. Not quite friendly, but he hasn’t yet turned her away when she scurries over to intrude herself in whatever he’s currently doing. That, and she secretly enjoys finding little treats and snacks in her backpack after hanging out with him. “Ok, some of them aren’t so bad once you can get past their ego. Remind me to introduce Hoyle and Rex to you soon.”
Sherrie raises an eyebrow. “And what about that one guy who keeps giving you food?”
“You’ll see him around.”
“...Right.” Sherrie eyed her older sister with a knowing look when Renata nonchalantly shrugs. She’ll get back to that little topic later. “Have you prepare the little surprise for Mama?”
“Yup.” Renata affirmed and took a sip of her tea. She lets out a happy, little sigh when warmth travels across her body. “We’ll do it this weekend. That’s the only time that they’re free.”
The two talk a little more until Renata had to leave when curfew looms. The passing Octavinelle students gave her a side-eye for a few seconds but otherwise, no one batted an eye at seeing a Diasomnia student walking about their dorms. The whole school is aware that Renata and Sherrie are siblings by now. Renata wonders if her sister will receive the same cold politeness because of their horns.
Meanwhile, as Renata made her way to her own dorm, Sherrie is scrutinising the lock on her door with a frown. The previous used cups and teapot are all washed up and the lights are dim slightly since she’s planning to hit the bed right after she figures out how to secure her room thoroughly. There are just too many sensitive and important information about their family and plans against their father kept here. She straightens her back and tosses a glance at the computer and tablet lying on the table beside it. Sherrie had made sure to cultivate a habit of not storing the complete set of important materials in a single device - one can never be too careful after all. Especially when there’s a dorm here dedicate to Technomages. Hmm... perhaps she should befriend one of the students of Ignihyde to help her with the security of her electronic devices?
Though there’s still an issue with the simple lock of her door. Anyone can just force it open with a pick. Sherrie made a mental note to consult with her sister for some sort of spell that can solve this problem.
And with that, she quickly changes into a simple loose shirt and a pair of shorts before slipping under the duvet and turns in for the night.
Life as a halfling and an Octavinelle student quickly proves to be unlike anything Sherrie has ever experience.
Renata offhandedly advises her to shrug it off when her dorm members stare at her horns a little too long; they’ll get used to her soon enough. Sherrie cursed under her breath when her sister left and wondered if she could attend her classes virtually instead, but when she brought that up to her Dorm Leader, the shark merman raised an eyebrow and simply asked her if she’s an Octavinelle student or Ignihyde’s. Needless to say, Sherrie set on digging any dirt she can find on her Dorm Leader ASAP.
Other than the uncomfortable stares and shady Dorm Leader - Sherrie quite enjoys the scarf that comes with her uniform - as well as her dorm leader, tend to keep it to themselves. Underneath the polite offers of tutelage in classes and tours around Mostro Lounge, Sherrie can blatantly pick up the insinuation underneath those favours.
A favour for a favour - that’s how life in Octavinelle works. Information is worth more than Madols and dealings under the table is practically the norm.
Sherrie adapts in Night Raven College faster than Renata ever could.
Speaking of Madols, Sherrie needed to do something about their financial situations in Twisted Wonderland. Currency exchange is not a thing here so their dollars are practically worthless. Fortunately, Octavinelle expects its dorm members to pull their weights in Mostro Lounge. By the second week she’s in Night Raven College, her Dorm Leader already distributed the First Year’s schedule of their shifts around the café. The pay might not be much but it’s a good start.
There’s got to be a Twisted Wonderland equivalent of Youtube. She made mad revenue as a Youtuber and game streamer back home.
Today, Sherrie is working at Mostro Lounge with several other First Year students from other dorms. Customers flooded in during lunchtime and kept her busy manning behind the bar, preparing drinks and desserts.
“Presentation my ass...” Sherrie mumbled under her breath as she struggles to beautify the ice-cream sundae. She had to redo the whole thing when one of the staff - her Third Year senior - saw how plain her work was and taught her to make an art out of the dessert.
She was in the midst of deciding how many cherries would be enough to make the sundae look prettier when a rich, baritone voice broke her concentration. “Has the ice-cream offend you in some way, MC/S-san?”
Sherrie moves her face away from the towering glass to see a fellow dorm member smiling at her. How curious, his eyes are like hot, molten gold.
“No. I was just adding some finishing touches.” Sherrie reply, her voice remained neutral. She hasn’t seen this one around before.
Her dorm member continues to smile. It comes across as calculative instead of genuine. Renata would’ve spat fire at him already. “My, it looks wonderful. I’ll be sure to inform the customer that his sundae is prepared by your meticulous hand. I’m sure he’ll forgive you for the time he had to wait.”
Sherrie promptly turns around to store back the cherries into the fridge to hide her smirk. This nobody came forward trying to pick a fight with her? This could be fun. “I’m more than happy to receive our customer if he has any complaint with his sundae.”
“I’ll be sure to inform him.” He nods once and place the sundae on a tray and left the bar. Sherrie made sure to keep an eye on him after that.
He’s tall, taller than her, and play the perfect part of a waiter with ease. As if he grew up in this sort of environment. The way how he balances two heavy laden trays of food and drinks on his palms while weaving in between tables, greeting the customers with an impeccable smile is telling. This guy mastered the art of customer service for sure.
“Who’s the hotshot?” Sherrie asked her partner as she carefully wipes the clean glasses. Her shift partner - a Second Year manta ray merman, who was kind enough to introduce herself to her without any subtle jeer - glances at Sherrie’s line of sight, and his mouth made a small ‘o’.
“That’s Amber Leech. He’s one of the promising First Year students we got, according to the Vice Dorm Leader. You’re more of a wild card, though. Dorm Leader still doesn’t know what to think of you.”
Sherrie ignores that titbit about herself; she just hums. Didn’t Mama mention that she knows a Leech? “He’s good at handling the customers, I’ll give him that.” Sherrie admits, stacking the last dry glass onto the rack before her attention is capture by a server with a list of orders. Sherrie was too preoccupied with her job to scrutinised Amber any further after that.
Later when a Scarabia student relieved her of her shift with a quick exchange of pleasantries, instead of leaving, Sherrie decided to stick around and enjoy some free food in the kitchen. As long as she stayed out of the way, no one really minded her presence.
“Good job today, Leech-san. You can join MC/S-san in the kitchen if you’re hungry.”
“Thank you very much. I’ll be taking up on your kind offer then.”
Sherrie paused, tilting her head up from her small tub of ice-cream to see none other but Amber Leech step into the kitchen. Their eyes met and his calculative smile greeted her.
“Is this seat taken?” He politely asks her, gesturing to the vacant chair opposite her. The round table at the back of the kitchen is a bit small, barely enough to fit more than three people but it was far enough away from the kitchen staff so that they won’t be a bother.
“Knock yourself out.”
“Very well then.”
By the time he took out a red bento from the fridge, heat it up and takes a seat near the table, Sherrie has already polished the tub of ice-cream. When Amber noticed the empty tub, he frowns. It was so sudden that Sherrie couldn’t help but defensively blurted out, “What?”
“Is that all you having for lunch?” There’s a disapproving tone in his voice and Sherrie doesn’t know what to make of it.
“That? It was a snack. I had my lunch before my shift.”
For some reason, her dorm mate nodded, strangely pleased at her answer before he tucks into his lunch. By the looks of it, his bento is artfully made with a variety of colourful foods.
The two said nothing, simply enjoying the clatter of cooking utensils, sizzling fire on the stoves and the cooks hum under their breath. Here in the back of the kitchen, the chatter of customers outside is almost muted.
It was peaceful. So peaceful in fact, Amber Leech feels like it’s his sworn duty to shatter it.
“I suggest consulting either Aeacus Shroud or the other students in Ignihyde’s Basic Magical Technology group as your solution. Shroud-san is the only First Year student in that group but I heard he’s the most approachable of the lot.”
Sherrie’s heart froze. “What?”
Amber took his time to put away his now empty bento, dab the corner of his lip with a folded napkin that was on the table before replying, “For security of course.”
His answer is vague. Purposely so as he levels a stare at Sherrie.
“...How do you know that?” Sherrie all but demanded under her faux, indifferent voice.
Amber dared to smile and point his eyes, no word escape his lips.
A Unique Magic then. It has to be. Are his similar to Renata’s?
Sherrie’s mind races, for once, trying to decipher this strange student beside her.
And suddenly, Sherrie realises who this boy really is. The eyes were a give away.
“Amber Leech. Jade Leech’s son, I presume?”
-
“Mama, I’m home!”
“Welcome back, sweetie. How was cheer practice today?”
“It went really well, Mama. We nailed down the new routine without anyone falling off.” Lucien shuts the door close with his feet. He’s sweaty and still in his cheerleading uniform with a duffel bag sling over his shoulder. Seeing that his Mama is nowhere in the living room, Lucien padded into the kitchen.
The house is, unfortunately, a lot quieter now that his sisters are off at Night Raven College. Before Sherrie left, she and he talk about how their Mama would feel lonely now. Even more so when it’s his turn.
Lucien assured her that he’ll keep an eye on their Mama closely.
His friends would playfully tease him that he’s such a Mama’s boy; constantly texting her of his whereabouts, what she and his sisters want from the convenience stores and Mama always make his favourite desserts more often compare to Renata’s apple pies and Sherrie’s matcha cupcakes.
And Lucien has no shame in being spoiled by their Mama.
However, when he steps into the kitchen to witness their Mama re-arranging the dishes in the cupboard for the second time this week, it’s time for Mama to be spoiled in return.
Lucien can’t wait to see her reaction when they spring the surprise tonight.
“Mama? Do you need some help with the plates?” Lucien asked instead of pointing out the fact that Mama has been restless lately. Without waiting for a reply, Lucien has already dropped his duffel bag to walk around the island counter towards her.
“It’s alright, Lucy. I’m nearly done here anyway.” MC wave Lucien’s waiting hands away as she pushes the last stack of plates into the lower cabinet and got up. She shot him a smile but it’s wobbly. “Are you hungry, sweetheart? We still have some leftover dinner from last night that I can heat up real quick. Hang on, just give Mama a second to take it out - ”
“Mama, it’s alright. I know. It doesn’t feel the same without Ren and Cherry.”
MC froze before she got up and smile sadly. The sight made Lucien’s heart clench painfully. “The three of you have always been close to me ever since you were born. Your Father was... many things,” MC grimace but she soldiers on. “But he would never separate your sisters away from me. I’m not sure what to do with myself now that Ren and Cherry are away...”
Sherrie’s voice suddenly pops in Lucien’s head like how Renata enjoys busting through his door without knocking: “Mama needs a distraction. ASAP! Go, go, go!”
Renata interjects after her: “Psst! Try something calming yet engaging. That’ll do.”
Distraction. Right. Lucien can do that for Mama. At least until the surprise tonight.
“Would Mama help me with my origami? I could use some help with filling up my new empty glass jar.” Lucien suggests.
MC blink; didn’t expect Lucien to suddenly ask for an extra pair of hands with his hobby, but she took it in stride. “Uh, sure thing, honey.”
Lucien beams like a blooming sunflower. “I’ll go shower first then. Be right back, Mama!”
“Don’t run in the house, Lucy!” MC reminded him but lets him went upstairs with a small smile. She needs to get out of this funk. While Lucien is freshening up, might as well finish up her chores for the day.
By the time Lucien came back down carrying an empty glass jar and a stack of colourful scented papers and they didn’t waste time to clear the dining table of the bowl of fruits and their cups so they could get to it.
Lucien is remarkably patient. More so than MC or his older sisters - he made sure to slowly show how to fold the paper into stars to his Mama and when she’s confused, he would show her some videos online to help her. As the mother and son gradually fill up the glass jar, Lucien talks about anything and everything under the sun. How everyone in his team at school is helping him ease to the role as the captain of the cheerleading squad, how he’s getting a hang on the new subject material taught in Math class and who’s dating who in his circle of friends.
MC hums and would give an appropriate reply in-between Lucien’s story. Typical teenage shenanigans, albeit, a lot tamer than what she went through but she’ll never get tired of listening to her children’s school life. Yes, even when Renata and Sherrie tried their best to hide whatever blunder they did at times.
It was when Lucien threw a purple star origami into the jar that he suddenly changes the subject. “Oh yeah! By the way Mama, Ren and Cherry said that she has a surprise for you tonight!”
“Oooh, a surprise? I wonder what your sisters are planning.” MC murmurs a bit absentmindedly, too focus on folding the papers. Her eyebrows scrunch in concentration and she would beam proudly when one star came out perfect before tossing it into the jar with a happy hum.
Lucien is relieved. Looks like the distraction works.
They had a simple dinner once the glass jar is filled and once the dishes are done, Lucien hurriedly ushers his Mama into the living room. On the sofa, MC watches Lucien draws the rune on the mirror, bemused at the grin on his face.
When the rune vanishes, MC opens her mouth to greet her daughters. Her open mouth gapes and she could feel the corner of her eyes are suddenly wet when she saw the people on the other side of the mirror.
“Ow! Deuce, you idiot! I told you not to shove me with your elbow!”
“Who are you calling an idiot!? And quit hogging the mirror already!”
“I’m not hogging the mirror! You’re the one who keeps pushing me!”
MC couldn’t help it. She laughs, tears now freely running down her cheeks. Lucien quietly excuses himself to fetch a box of tissue for her.
Her laugh shuts both Ace and Deuce up. “Oh geez, what are you crying for, hah? It’s just us.” Ace said, supporting a bittersweet smile. At that moment, seeing his best friend releases the tension festering inside of him all these years.
“We miss you, Prefect!” Deuce shouted with a sniffle, his eyes are teary as well. He hurries to wipe off the tears with his knuckle. “Miss you so, so much! I’m so glad you’re OK!”
“Are you really though?” Ace interject, he doesn’t even bother to conceal his blatant check on MC’s body. Looking for any sign of injuries or illness.
MC guessed that one of her daughters have told them what happened to her...
But she refused to let thoughts regarding Malleus damper her happy mood. Not when she could finally see her best friends again.
“I’m ok now. We’re... we’re ok.” MC honestly reply with a lightened heart.
The three of them have grown; each of them has their own children now, at this moment, it feels as if they have been transported back to their teenage years all those years ago.
MC realises that she’s truly no longer alone now.
-
And we’ve reached the end of this chapter! I hope you guys enjoyed it!! MC finally meet Adeuce once more, even if it’s just through a mirror. With the three of them together again, there’s nothing they can’t do.
Here are some titbits about Amber Leech’s background:
1. His Unique Magic is called ‘Witness of the Past’
2. His Mum is a beautiful mer Sea Lamprey (if you don’t know what a Sea Lamprey looks like, uh, prepare yourself before you google search them.)
Speaking of Unique Magic, I’ve compiled a list of all the kids with their UMs already. Haven’t decided yet when I’ll post it, but I’m thinking of posting the names as a sort of teaser? Meh, we’ll see how that goes.

Chapter Thirteen: Accidentally in Love
Chapter Summary: Peter and Wade’s date ends in a surprise visit to a skatepark, and Peter makes a startling revelation.
“Right this way, Bambi. Best seats in the house,” Wade proclaimed with a sweep of his arm, indicating that Peter should climb into the booth. They were at a tiny, hole-in-the-wall Italian restaurant; Peter wasn’t sure how far away they were from Sister Margaret’s because she had been distracted during their walk by the chatter coming out of Wade’s mouth, but it couldn’t have been that far from the bar. There were two tiny windows on either side of the restaurant’s door, but they were blacked out, creating a suspicious-looking building, at least from the outside. Until the moment they had walked in the door, Peter was worried that Wade had taken them to the wrong place. But, no, they were in the smallest restaurant that Peter had ever been in, and it was very warm and smelled like garlic and parmesan cheese.
Peter climbed into the booth and put her coat down beside her. Compared to the frigid temperatures outside, the restaurant was a tropical paradise. Wade showed no sign of discomfort from the heat, however, as he sat down opposite her on the other side of the table. Peter noted that not only had he chosen the only table in a corner, but he had also sat on the side of the table that would grant him the view of the entire restaurant. She wondered if that was leftover ingrained training from his time in the Special Forces, or maybe it was a part of his mercenary training instead? Knowing the layout of a room seemed like an essential skill for someone with Wade’s job. Bad Peter, focus on Wade, not his job.
And like that, she was zeroing in on Wade, who was squirming around in his seat while looking at a handwritten menu made out of cardstock. Peter picked hers up, and after realizing that she couldn’t read any of it but the names of a few types of noodles since it was written in Italian, she quickly set it back down. Wade perked his head up, and his mask raised an eyebrow.
“Need some help there, Bambi?” Peter shook her head and played with one of the napkins that were on the table. Her cheeks still had yet to recover from their almost kiss back at Sister Margaret’s, and the heat in the restaurant was doing nothing to calm the redness in her face.
“Order anything you want, Baby Girl. Tonight’s on me,” Wade cheerfully announced, setting his menu down too.
“I have money, Wade. I can pay for me if not both of us,” Peter argued, frowning at him. Irritatingly, Wade just laughed in response.
“No can do, Baby Girl. If I let you pay, you’d be bankrupt into next year. You don’t know how much pasta I can put away yet, but you will pretty soon,” Wade chuckled, mimicking wiping a tear away from his eye lenses. Peter scowled; it seemed that Wade didn’t know exactly how much pasta she could put away either.
“I mean it, I just got paid. I’m good!” Peter promised, crossing her arms in front of her chest. Wade stopped laughing and tilted his head. Not for the first time, Peter wondered what he was thinking.
“I’m sorry, I didn’t mean to embarrass you, Honey, or offend you,” Wade said softly, one hand coming up and across the table to cup Peter’s cheek. She desperately wanted to lean into it, to feel his fingers tangle in her hair, but she also wanted to stand her ground.
“I’ve just got a lot of money laying around that I never spend, and I’d rather you spend your paycheck on things you actually need like groceries or something. And I eat a lot, Sweetheart, I’m afraid I’d put you out on the street,” Wade continued, his thumb running back and forth over Peter’s cheek. It was so close to her bottom lip, she could almost taste the leather.
“I know you make a lot of money, it’s just, I can take care of myself too,” Peter muttered, wholly distracted by Wade’s hand. He pulled it away, setting it down on the table between them, and Peter had to restrain herself from letting loose the most desperate whimper known to man. However, she must have done a horrible job at disguising her desires because Wade barked out a laugh.
“Fine, you brat, here, take it back,” Wade conceded quietly, settling his hand back on Peter’s cheek. Peter allowed herself one sigh, and she held onto Wade’s hand for a few seconds with her own before she put both of them down on the table. Sheepishly, she looked back up at Wade. The smile stretching his mask was blinding.
“I’m not denying you can take care of yourself, Peter,” Wade finally said, rapping the knuckles of his free hand on the table. “But I did pick the restaurant after all, and I’d just like to spoil you a little. Let me? Next time, you can pay, cross my heart and hope to die, stick a needle in my eye!”
“M’not sure that’s how that goes,” Peter shook her head with a small smile before straightening as she realized what Wade had said. “Next time?”
“Well, if tonight goes well, which so far, it is,” Wade smirks with a pointed look at their clasped hands. Peter’s blush burned brighter. “I’d like there to be a ‘next time,’ Bambi.”
“Me too,” Peter confessed, her voice barely audible. Their quiet moment was interrupted by a waitress coming up to their table. They had been talking while they waited for at least half an hour, but the restaurant was completely full.
“Cosa vorrebbe ordinare?” she asked, leaning her hip against the table. Peter, now feeling self-conscious, hastily tried to let go of Wade’s hand, but his grip was steel tight, and he refused to let her go.
“Una grande ciotola di spaghetti per favore,” Wade said confidently, and Peter was pretty sure he butchered every word of that sentence. It sounded like Wade had just spoken directly from Google Translate. Like she agreed with Peter’s thoughts, the waitress rolled her eyes and turned to Peter, raising an eyebrow as she waited for him to speak.
“Grande lasagna,” Peter said with a straight face, knowing good, damn, and well that she sounded like an American tourist. It looked like the waitress was fighting a grin, but she just nodded with another roll of her eyes and left. She came back almost immediately with two cups of water and plopped those on the table.
“Where’d you learn Italian?” Peter asked Wade as she drained half of her glass, suddenly nervous that she was left alone with him again. What the fuck was wrong with her?
“Google Translate,” Wade deadpanned, and Peter nearly choked on her drink. She coughed a few times and took one more sip before putting her cup down.
“No wonder it sounded so bad,” Peter snarked. “I never said Italian was my specialty, you brat,” Wade squawked, “I took Spanish in high school, if you must know.”
“Oh, so what can you say in Spanish?” Peter played along, eyebrows raised in questioning.
“¿Donde esta la biblioteca?” Deadpool asked with a shit-eating grin on his mask. Peter burst into laughter, snatching her hand back so she could clutch at her stomach with both hands. Her face hurt from the smile stretched across her face. She couldn’t remember the last time she laughed this much.
“Holy shit, Petey-Pie, keep on smiling. Baby Girl, it’s gotta be the prettiest thing I’ve ever seen,” Wade marveled, his own smile gentle and warm. Peter continued to giggle softly until her amusement was gone, leaving her with a pleasant and tender feeling in her chest.
“Oh, please teach me your ways, Professor Wilson,” Peter teased, batting her eyelashes coquettishly. Even though she wasn’t looking at Wade, Peter could feel that the air between them was stretched thin with tension.
“Oh, Baby Girl,” Wade growled, and Peter immediately felt her insides twist together in a knot. “There are so many things I’ll teach you, just you wait.”
Peter swallowed, and against her wishes, the smallest of whines left her throat. Wade closed his eyes in what looked like restraint and groaned quietly, shifting in his seat. Before either one of them could say another word, their waitress was back, sliding large pasta bowls in front of each of them. The smell of fresh tomato sauce and mozzarella broke through the fog covering Peter’s brain, and her stomach gurgled.
“Grazie!” Wade chirped, tucking a napkin into the neck of his suit. The waitress rolled her eyes with a laugh and a smile in Peter’s direction before walking off again.
Peter grabbed her fork and dug into her plate. She moaned at the first bite; it was the first proper meal that she’d had in weeks. Her paychecks had been small the last few months; Triple J hadn’t been giving her nearly as many assignments as usual, and that meant ramen noodles for every meal except breakfast. Breakfast was always one cup of - usually, instant - scalding hot coffee with entirely too much sugar. God, she hadn’t even had Starbucks since that first week after she met Wade. What she wouldn’t give for another cappuccino.
Peter looked up, trying to distance herself from her longing thoughts of Starbucks, and noticed that Wade hadn’t started eating yet. His mask still covered his entire face, and he appeared to be making no effort to remove it.
“Wade? Aren’t you hungry?” Peter asked, wiping away the sauce that was probably all over her mouth. She tilted her head to the side as the expression on Wade’s mask remained the same.
“No, you go ahead, Baby Girl, I’m fine,” Wade said, his voice almost sounding authentic, but Peter knew better. She could hear the false notes in his tone, and his posture was too stiff to be relaxed.
“Look, if it’s the mask, it’s no big deal, it’s fine, really!” Peter promised, her hands gripping onto the edge of the table. Wade shook his head.
“No, Honey, honest, just go ahead and eat-”
“Look, I’ll put on my beanie.” Peter stuck her hand in her coat pocket, grateful that she had brought her hat after all. “And I’ll just keep my eyes down, and you can just eat like normal, it’ll be fine!”
“God, I do not deserve any of this, don’t deserve you,” Wade whispered, and if Peter hadn’t had gotten enhanced hearing from the Spider Bite™, she never would have heard it.
“Keep your hat off, Sweetheart. You shouldn’t have to cover up your lovely face just so my ugly mug can eat. Just don’t want you to lose your appetite is all,” Wade insisted, putting a hand over Peter’s. She cautiously dropped it onto the table with a raised eyebrow and looked down at her food anyway when Wade started to roll up his mask.
“You can look. Just make sure you lean over when you blow chunks,” Wade muttered, and he picked up his fork and started to poke around at his spaghetti. Peter looked up in a cursory glance, and her next bite of lasagna never made it into her mouth. Instead, her hand stopped dead in its tracks and just kind of dangled there in front of her face.
Wade had only rolled his mask up to the bridge of his nose, but Peter could still tell that he was gorgeous. His jawline was sharper than it looked through his mask, and Peter wanted to cut herself on it and watch the blood drip down his neck. Wade’s skin was pale pink and covered and crisscrossed with scars that were just slightly darker in color, and each of them appeared to be different. There wasn’t any pattern or rhythm in them that Peter could make out. Wade’s nose was slim, and Peter’s eyes were finally drawn to his lips. They were full and flesh-colored, covered in the same scars that made up the rest of Wade’s skin, but Peter didn’t care. Peter’s mind went blank with want, the urge to kiss Wade so strong and present, and she had to restrain herself from crawling across the table and plopping herself down in his lap.
“Well, you don’t look like you’re going to projective vomit everywhere,” Wade commented, shoving another bite of spaghetti in his mouth. He was eating at a pace that rivaled Peter’s, and the only thing that made Peter even slightly squeamish was the fact that he had talked with his mouth full.
“Huh?” Peter asked, still looking at Wade’s lips.
“Earth to Petey-Pie, I”m up here,” Wade said, chuckling a little at the end. He waved his hand a few times in front of Peter’s face, and she shook her head as she broke herself from her trance.
“M’sorry, didn’t mean to stare,” Peter muttered as she picked up her fork again. When had she dropped it? She managed to eat two more bites before the thoughts floating around in her head left her mouth.
“Just really pretty,” Peter whispered, cheeks burning hot. “Your lips are like wow, and your jaw is like woah, and your chin is really pretty and your dimples, s’nice.” God, she wished she could stop talking. Why couldn’t she stop talking? She used to do this shit with Gwen too, and she would just laugh and kiss Peter to shut her up. Would Wade do that? She wanted him to do that.
“You are just a dream come true, Baby Girl. Never gonna let you go,” Wade murmured, a soft look coming over his face. His face was so much more expressive - how was that even possible? - without his mask, and Peter nearly swooned. She bit back her response, hiding it under her tongue. Even though his comment had been a little extreme, especially for a first date, Peter had a feeling that “Yes, please,” wasn’t the right response. At least, not yet.
They made idle chit-chat through the rest of their meal, and Peter was extremely pleased that Wade didn’t roll his mask back down when they finished. While getting ready to leave, Wade asked what was wrong, and Peter was forced to own up to the grumpy expression on her face.
“Don’t wanna go home yet,” Peter confessed, tugging on the ends of her coat. A big smile coated with mischief crossed Wade’s face.
“I know just the place, Sweetheart,” he said, scooping up her skateboard from the floor. He offered it to her, and she carried it out of the restaurant in her freehand.
Full and content, Peter left the restaurant, happy to let Wade guide them to wherever he had decided they needed to go. They walked for about fifteen minutes, going up one street, across another, and then making a left onto one final street. Their destination appeared to be a skatepark, and at almost 11 PM at the end of October, it was entirely empty.
“Figured you could skate off dinner if you wanted,” Wade said with a shrug, nodding his head to Peter’s board. “Y’know, ‘he was a skater boy, she said see you later boy,’ and all that shit.”
Peter laughed and shook her head. “Yeah, that’s cool with me. You want me to show you a few tricks?”
“If you want,” Wade agreed, leading them into the abandoned skatepark. Once inside, he fell back, so Peter took the reigns to guide them further into the park. She’d been here once or twice before, so she took him over to one of the half-pipes and gestured that he should sit. Peter shrugged out of her coat, much to Wade’s protests, and she threw it at him with a grin over her shoulder.
“Keep it warm for me!” She shouted as she took off down the half-pipe. The coat was too thick to skate with comfortably, and she’d get too hot too quickly to have any kind of fun. When she looked back at Wade, he was snuggled up beneath the fabric, and she laughed. It looked like doll clothes spread out over his lap like that.
“Yeah, keep laughing, Short-Stuff! I’ve got the best view in the house right here lookin’ at you, Honey-Buns!” She was wondering when Wade was going to make his first ass comment of the night.
Peter spent a few moments getting her momentum, just going up and down on the half-pipe. She hadn’t been to a skatepark in a while, and she was a little rusty as far as tricks went. She did a few basic ones for Wade, pausing between each one to smile at his clapping and cheering before moving on to some of the more complicated ones. She skated around the park a few times before making her way back to Wade. She set her board down gently in front of her.
“How’d I do?” she asked, shaking her fringe out of her face. Wade stood up with a leer, and Peter gulped. Wade moved toward her, and she backed up, matching him step for step. He moved gracefully, like a predator, and Peter’s blood started to race as she realized that this was the first time since she became Spider-Woman that she was the hunted instead of the hunter. She liked it, liked feeling like prey when it was Wade who was the predator.
“It’s a 10 from me, Sweetheart,” Wade crooned, stepping even closer. Peter looked from side to side, trying to figure out if there was somewhere for her to go. She took a few steps to the right, and Wade matched her pace, pushing himself even closer. She had a thought of making a break for it, Wade chasing after her, his hot breath panting down her neck. That made her insides warm even further. She’d save that for another day.
“Did you like performing for me, Bambi?” Wade asked, pressing himself flush against Peter. Her back was pushed up against the chain-link fence, and Peter tangled her fingers in the links on either side of her, trying to resist from reaching out and touching Wade.
“Asked you a question,” he reminded, gently, his voice firm but still warm. Peter opened her mouth to respond but nothing came out. She just nodded, her body on fire from Wade’s touch.
“Saw you looking to the side, looking around like you were gonna run, Petey-Pie,” Wade continued, running his nose down the side of Peter’s face. She squeezed her eyes shut and sighed at the feeling of his skin just barely brushing against hers.
“You wanna run, Baby? Want me to chase after you?” Wade’s lips were at Peter’s ear, and she shivered, the metal from the fence digging into her fingers. One of Wade’s hands reached out and gently grasped onto her hands one at a time, freeing them from the cold fence. He gathered them both in his hand and held them against his chest, letting go when Peter tangled her fingers in the straps of his suit.
“You’d like it, running around with nowhere to go,” Wade whispered, licking a wet, hot stripe up Peter’s neck. It contrasted with the biting cold of the wind, and the whimper that left Peter’s throat was strangled and torn apart. She couldn’t remember ever making a noise that sounded like that.
“You might be fast, Bunny, but I’m faster,” Wade suddenly growled, biting down at the junction between Peter’s neck and shoulder. She cried out, head falling back against the fence. It bent beneath her weight, but she didn’t care.
“Please, Wade, please, please,” she begged, but she didn’t know what she was begging for. She wanted to kiss him, she wanted to bite him, she wanted to touch him.
“M’here, Sweetheart, I have you,” Wade assured her, his lips caressing her jaw. She whined. His mouth was so close and yet so far from where she wanted it.
“Mm, please? Fuck, fuck, fuck.” Peter gasped when Wade’s kisses turned sharp and biting on her neck, sucking so hard it was bound to bruise. Good, she wanted the marks, wanted the reminder when she looked in the mirror.
“Gotcha, Honey, I gotcha, don’t worry,” Wade murmured, bringing his lips up to Peter’s. Much to her displeasure, he didn’t immediately kiss her. Peter whined as he brushed their lips together. He was tall, Wade was so tall, so when Peter tried to rise up on her toes to chase after him, he easily broke apart from her. He waited until she settled back against the fence, and then he was on her again, body pressed against hers as close as possible. Peter arched her back and whimpered, trying to press closer, trying to get his mouth back on hers.
“Spoiled, spoiled, little Petey-Pie,” Wade chuckled, taking his lips away again. Peter growled in irritation; he was just being mean now, and he knew exactly what he was doing.
“You’re being mean!” she snarled, pulling down on the straps of his suit so that he was leaning over her again. Wade smirked and held himself just a few inches out of reach, and Peter stretched up on the balls of her feet while simultaneously pulling Wade toward her. Finally, he was within reach, and she bit down on the free, beautiful skin of his neck. It wasn’t gentle.
“Fuck! That hurt, you brat!” Wade growled playfully, caging Peter in against the fence. She bared her teeth at him right back, and even though she couldn’t see something in his eyes, she swore she could see something change in them. Before she could try to think about what that something could be, Wade finally kissed her.
Peter had only kissed approximately three people in her entire life: Mary Jane, Harry Osbon, and Gwen. She and Mary Jane had ended long ago, as had her and Harry, so her last experiences with anyone had been with Gwen. Gwen had been sweet and gentle, and the furthest they had gone was the furthest Peter had ever gone with anyone: exploring each other’s tonsils and playing footsie under the table. Gwen was sweet and warm and gentle, and Peter would never, ever forget her.
But this, Wade, was hot and harsh and unyielding. It was everything that Peter had ever wanted but had never been able to have. Wade’s mouth was rough, skin uneven from the scars that she had longed to taste, but he tasted of marinara sauce and home. He tasted like hope and electricity.
Peter didn’t have a good track record with relationships, with keeping people, but her heart whispered Wade’s name over and over again as they kissed, and she thought maybe this time, maybe she could keep this one, this time.
Peter wrenched her head back with a gasp, unhappy to part from Wade but needing to breathe. He seemed inclined to agree as his mouth just moved to her jaw, sucking what she was sure was going to be another bruise in a few hours. Peter fell into a fit of soft whimpers, trying to get him to suck, bite, harder. Any marks that Wade made would just disappear before tomorrow, and she wanted them to remain as long as possible, so she could remind herself tomorrow that this was real, that Wade was real.
“Have you ever done this kind of thing before, Baby Girl?” Wade murmured against her skin, lips moving back up to her own. She caught his hand before it could tangle in her hair, and she tapped on his glove in a questioning manner, hoping he would get the memo and take them off. She wanted to feel his hands on her skin, needed the relief that skin-to-skin contact would bring.
“N-not really, no,” Peter whispered, surging upwards to kiss Wade again. “Want this, want you.”
“Are you sure, Sweetheart? You tell me to stop, we stop. Push me away now, tell me red, tell me anything but yes, and I’ll stop right now. We can just go home, and it’ll be fine,” Wade said firmly, lips gently resting against hers. Peter nodded and whined.
“Yes, I want you, Wade. Yes, please, yes-” Peter’s cries were cut off as Wade took her lips in another kiss. She didn’t think she was a very good kisser, and she didn’t really know what she was doing, but she mostly just tried to copy what Wade was doing. Tentatively, she slid her tongue along his, darting back into the safety of her own mouth when he chased after her. Peter whimpered at the taste of Wade, sharp, salty, almost metallic, and Wade growled in response, pressing her back against the fence. It bent further, but neither of them seemed to care.
“Gonna take care of you, Sweetheart, don’t you worry,” Wade promised, sliding one hand up her stomach and under her shirt toward her breasts. Peter groaned as he reached her bra, hand slipping underneath to stroke and gently pinch her nipples. Her body was on fire, and she was on edge, suddenly rocking forward against Wade’s thigh. He moaned, his voice muffled from where his head was pressed against her shoulder, and shoved his thick leg between hers, tensing as she squeezed her thighs on either side of his leg. Wade was so much, shoulders so wide and muscles so big, that Peter felt dainty and small in his arms even though she knew that they probably weighed around the same amount. Her legs would dwarf a normal person’s, but Wade’s, full of thick, corded muscle, gave her a run for her money. She arched her back again and ground against Wade’s thigh, letting him know just how much she appreciated his size.
“So big,” Peter gasped out, head falling back as Wade continued to toy with her nipples. It was like he knew exactly where to touch her, exactly where to pull and push. He pinched one of nipples and flicked the other one, earning himself a high-pitched whine of his name. His other hand tangled in Peter’s hair, pulling her toward him, and Peter bit his lip when he kissed her again. That earned her a growl.
“S’good, fuck, right there, Wade! So right, want you, more, please?” Peter begged. Wade obliged her, and Peter lost all of the air in her lungs when his hand slipped in her pants. Peter cried out as Wade’s fingers swiped against her, warm, thick fingers moving quickly over her underwear.
“Christ, you’re fucking soaking wet, Baby Girl,” Wade groaned, nosing at her temple. Peter cried out as his fingers moved faster, circling her clit. “This all for me, Honey?”
“Just you, Wade.” Peter could barely breathe. “More, more, please, fuck, right there.”
“The mouth on you, little Bunny,” Wade growled, his voice sounding more animalistic than before. His body was tense and firm against hers, and Peter couldn’t help humping against his leg and fingers. It felt good, too good, she never wanted this to stop, oh why hadn’t they done this sooner, it was so good.
“Almost there, Petey-Pie? Gonna be a good girl and come for me, hmm?” Wade’s voice was feral, and Peter could feel his interest, hot and hard against her hip. He ground his hips against her, moving his fingers across her clit and nipples in a rhythm that Peter couldn’t follow.
“Please, please, can I, Wade, more, please,” Peter begged, catching Wade’s lips. “Please, let me, c’mon, wanna come, wanna come on your fingers, please, please.”
“Be good and come for me, Sweetheart, c’mon, c’mon, Baby Girl. Come for me,” Wade urged, fingers moving at the same pace, and Peter had no choice but to obey.
Peter’s body shivered and locked up as she fell over the edge. As she came and collapsed against Wade’s chest, she felt like she was laying outside on the grass on a summer day. She could feel the warm, comforting rays of the sun on her skin, and her whole body tingled from the pleasure coursing through her veins. She vaguely realized that Wade’s fingers hadn’t stopped moving on her body, and she shivered as the direct stimulation on her clit became too much. Usually, when she used either her hands or the toys in her bedside drawer, she stopped touching herself almost immediately after her orgasm. She was almost always too sensitive for another orgasm immediately, and her hands would fly away from herself as she fell over the peak. Wade, however, continued to touch her until she squirmed and whined and begged him not to.
“Too much, too much, Wade,” Peter panted, even as she continued to rock her hips against him. Wade, she realized, was panting too, and he slowly stopped moving his hands over her body, slipping them from beneath her clothes. Peter tried to straighten up, but her knees were weak, so she continued to slump against Wade as she righted her clothing. Wade chuckled and kissed her, lips moving almost lazily against hers now.
“So good, Baby Girl, so sweet, absolutely perfect,” Wade said, his voice almost a purr from how low it was.
“Was it good for you? It was, oh my god, it was absolutely perfect for me, but, you, was it good for you?” she asked, suddenly worried because she hadn’t touched him at all. God, she still wanted to touch him. “Did you, ya know.” God, the gesture she was making toward his dick was so stupid. “Oh, did I,” Wade laughed, pulling Peter against him with a soft groan. “I came when you did, Sweetheart. That look on your face when you came will haunt all of my wet dreams for eternity. It’s enough spank bank material to last me until I’m old and gray.”
“Wade!” Peter laughed, hitting his chest playfully. Wade joined in her laughter, and they rested against each other and the fence, a soft smile on Peter’s lips as she waited for her heart rate to calm back down.
And right there in a vacant skatepark, just a few minutes past midnight, Peter realized she was in love. Oh, fuck.

I can't describe how much Witt Lowry means to me, but i'll try (i don't know why, but i feel like i have to). He is like a friend who will never let you down, who is always there for you. You might stop texting/talking for some time but suddenly he is back, understands and supports you. Without even telling him anything. I remember the first time I listened to his music. He just popped up in my Youtube recommendation. His song "Like i do". First i thought, that this is the typical famous trash music, but then i clicked on it and well. I'm happy i did. I just inhaled his music like there is no other music. He helped me through a lot of shit and still helps me to this day. First heartbreak, then fake friends, depression, self-hatred, feeling of never being goog enough, insecurety, anxiety. He gave me so much and i know there will come a lot more and i feel bad because i know, that i'll not be able to give anything back. The first time i met him was in Berlin, 01.02.2018, his first europe tour with his "I Could Not Plan This"-Album (still my Header-picture bte). I drove between 3-4h to see him, because he wasn't touring in Hamburg. I've bought premium tickets, so i got some time to talk to him and to do pictures. God i was so fucking nervous. I wasn't able to talk properly. I felt like a fangirl and i was 20 years old. This concert was legendary, nothing less.
Then he released his album "Nevers Road" back in 2019 and he toured in europe again, finally in Hamburg too. I was so happy, bought special tickets INSTANTLY. Again i was fucking nervous when he stand in front of me, like Bro.. I'm a grown up 21 year old guy, wtf is wrong with me? But well, my friend talked with him and asked him something because he saw, that i was to nervous. We were the last people in the queue so we had some more time to talk with him. He is so relaxed, calm, nice and if i would be gay, you had to hold me back there haha. Anyways. Words can't describe how thankful i am, for his music, for his motivation, for everything he is doing. I know he started therapy some years ago i wish him all the best. He deserves it. He gives everything in his music to show his emotions and feelings, so no one feels alone. We are with you. We are Teamwitt.
You are awesome, Mark. Thank you.

NoteExpo 2020 - Building a Successful Mortgage Note Business
https://noteexpo.com/
"The reason I keep attending NoteExpo year after year is the quality of attendees, and lack of sales pitches. There is a genuine atmosphere of shared success and continuing education at these events. It is great that NoteSchool continues to add value for its students, and the public, without asking for additional money while leaving the "gurus" and salesman at home."
Kevin Moen, Note Investor in Seattle, WA
Distressed debt is the hottest niche in real estate investing. And NoteExpo has one goal…to help you capitalize on it now while the opportunity is at its peak.
The first annual NoteExpo was launched to fill a void in the Note Industry. Even though note investing events have proliferated over the past few years, we hear from our clients that they want one big event that combines education, networking, a vendor exhibition area of the highest quality, and they want it to be run as professionally as you run your business, including a premium venue, sessions that start and stop on time, and an atmosphere where guests aren’t subjected to nonstop sales pitches.

-----------------------------------------------------------
Brian Lauchner (00:01): Welcome, Welcome, welcome! Wherever you are in the world. Welcome back to NoteSchool TV. We are once again, as always, we are live here on Wednesday. We will planning on being live every Wednesday at 11:00 AM central time. And so I want to first just simply say, thanks for coming in today. Secondly, I'd like to go ahead and just encourage you. If this is quality content that we're trying to bring to you every single week, I really would love to ask you to simply like our YouTube channel, subscribe to the channel. And probably most importantly, because this is a live show. I want you to click the bell notification to actually get the notification so that, you know, when we're coming live, you'll get the notification. You'll be able to jump in and, and get the content. And that's important because this is a little bit of an interactive show.
Brian Lauchner (00:58): We have the opportunity to where if you have questions, man, comments say hi, and if you've got some questions about what you're talking about, we could pop it up on the screen and be talking about it as we go through the show. So it's a really great opportunity to get some engagement and that kind of stuff. For those of you who are brand new to NoteSchool, the NoteSchool world, I'd love to encourage you to learn more at NoteSchool.com/TV. And you can discover a little bit more about the Note Business there, and we'll talk about that. But today we got to get into the show. We have a very full house today. I've got lots of friends with me. The first guy I want to introduce is Joe Varnadore a 30 year veteran in the Note Business.
Brian Lauchner (01:38): And we've got a special treat because it's not just Joe. Joe has brought some other friends. We've got the one in the only Eddie Speed himself. And we also have Bob Repass who we're going to introduce. And so Joe, if you want to come up here on the screen, I'd love for you to just take it away. Tell us about who we got today and really what are we talking about today, Joe?
Joe Varnadore (01:58): Very good. Thanks so much, Brian. So today we are going to be talking about our annual event, which is Note Expo, and we're going to go through, you know, all the different reasons that you know, what we're going to do with Note Expo, what you can expect, why you should be there, who should be there. And all of those things. We're going to answer all your questions about Note Expo. So Eddie, Bob, why don't we all kind of jump on here and let's just jump right into it, right? Hey Eddie, hey Bob.
Eddie Speed (02:30): Hey Joe, how are you?
Bob Repass (02:32): Good to see you, Joe.
Joe Varnadore (02:34): You too guys. So, you know we probably should keep Brian on here with us because he's like a little younger version of the three of us, right?
Bob Repass (02:46): I was thinking Joe, and when Brian said here's Joe with 30 years experience, and then I sort of admire Eddie's, let's just say we have over a hundred years on the screen here.
Brian Lauchner (02:56): Yeah. Which is really, really great because what event that we've got coming up, it's going to take this kind of seasoning this kind of experience to bring some value to really the industry. And so why don't we just go ahead and jump in and Bob, why don't you kind of start by telling us a little bit about what Note Expo is, what people can expect and really why they should be joining us?
Bob Repass (03:17): Sounds good, Brian. So this would be our seventh annual Note Expo and Eddie and I got together about seven years ago. And you know, we were talking about various events in the industry and we were like, we really need a marquee event. That will be the event of the year for the Note Industry. And we've been working hard over the last seven years, getting better and better each year with Note Expo. And for the past six years, the first weekend in November has been Note Expo live onstage.
Bob Repass (03:47): And we've all been there with industry experts, tons of vendors and networking opportunities. This year, we're gonna have the exact same thing, except we're going to be virtual due to the 2020 pandemic that we've all been facing. So, Eddie and I have been working hard to put a quality schedule of speakers and lineup. We've got some great content provided. We're also are going to use some of this technology to have some interactiveness and some networking opportunities like a Virtual Happy Hour. So we're excited about that too. And we've got virtual exhibit booths for our sponsors and vendors where the audience will be able to go in and, and watch little videos and chat with them and download all the materials. So we're excited about the way that we've been able to leverage technology. And Eddie, why don't we kind of talk a little bit about the background of Note Expo and why we thought the industry really needed a meeting place at least once a year, we were the industry leaders, whether they're new to the business seasoned veterans, like we are but why we wanted to create an atmosphere for everybody to congregate once a year in November.
Eddie Speed (04:59): Well, I think that was a great point Bob, you know one of the things that I realized is that along the way in that process, our industry needed to bring old dogs together. Like Bob and Joe and I, right? Who I met at an Industry Note Trade Show, 25 or 30 years ago. That's how we met.
Bob Repass (05:21): Yep.
Eddie Speed (05:21): And now all of a sudden, we've all been working together for years, but how that all kind of initially came together was exactly because of the fact that there was a networking opportunity to really get to know people and get to know what that was like. And I just felt like that there was a gap in the business to do that, and secondly, I felt like with our experience, we could have an influence with a lot of what I think were the most critical speakers. And so there's no one focus of Note Expo.
Eddie Speed (05:52): We'll talk about how our real estate investor can utilize creative financing. We're going to talk about how you can buy defaulted loans. We're going to talk about how you can buy first liens and second liens. We're going to talk about how you can work with passive investors towards all of the things that I really believe are cogs in our wheel, we're bringing together people to really talk about their expertise and talk about their experiences. So I think Bob and I've always taken a lot of pride in Note Expo as far as the quality of the speakers and the range of the speakers level of experience and kind of their view of things. And we just feel the diversity is just something the industry really needed. So you know, that was a, this is a lot of work.
Eddie Speed (06:39): I mean, Bob and his team they're really cool. They make me look good, but the truth of battery is behind the scenes. They work at this excessively for a long period of time. So you know, it's very enjoyable. It's a homecoming for all of us. And Joe and Bob and I, who have been in the industry obviously for years it's so fun to do it. And even this year with the virtual, I mean, we're, we hired a special vendor that's going to be able to do it in a way that's making it as engaging as it possibly can be. And I think you're going to be very excited about the way it's set up and how it's going to be able to be conveyed in a way that you're going to feel like you're, you have the opportunity to network and engage with vendors and, and other participants and stuff, and just a way that it's going to be very effective in doing it, and doing it virtually. So
Eddie Speed (07:35): Go ahead Joe
Joe Varnadore (07:35): Bob you I'll, let's talk about, who's going to be there in just a minute, but Eddie let's break this down a little more. You had said that, you know, we're going to talk about buying on terms and for our audience that, you know, is new to Notes here, you know, so what does that really mean? We'll talk about buying long terms.
Eddie Speed (07:54): Well, buying on terms Joe, is where you would buy a piece of property yet get the seller to offer some seller financing to you. Now I didn't mean that they have to sell or finance the entire price of the property. Maybe you use some private money, maybe you take over an existing mortgage. And we're, I think we're really going to draw it down to a point of the real estate investing strategy that I think most real estate investors are leaving behind, which is, you know, the opportunity to really pay more for the property. And that didn't sound like a good deal, right? I'm going to pay more for it. Well, let's talk about how you're paying more for it. You're paying a higher price for the property, but you're also negotiating when you're paying for that property, right? You're paying for a property on today's price, but with tomorrow's dollars.
Eddie Speed (08:42): And so there's a lot of opportunity in that. And that's obviously something that I have grown to have a real passion for. But we're going to have a wide variety of people. I was looking at our speaker layout and just all the crazy level of experience and vendors that do different things. I know Joe, you're interviewing a lot of people for Note Expo that are that really just really allow you to scale your business. Right? People say, how did Bob and Eddie run a shop and have thousands of assets under management and do it all in South Lake Texas, yet we have less assets in Texas, Bob than we do in the state of Ohio. How do we do that?
Bob Repass (09:31): Yeah. Eddie I think that was an excellent point, and I wanted to piggyback on the comments you made a minute ago about the diversification that we're going to have in our lineup this year. About two years ago, we made a little tweak in our agenda where we added what we refer to as Note Talks, which is a take on the Ted Talk. And we would have folks from all across the industry, come on and take 10 to 12 minutes and tell their stories, motivational, inspirational, and educational. I mean, they covered all the topics and they would really get the the audience fired up. This year we've tweaked that a little bit as you kind of alluded to the four of us, Brian, Joe, Eddie and myself are interviewing one-on-one conversations with industry leaders for about 20 to 30 minutes. So we got about 15 of those that we are going to do.
Bob Repass (10:21): So we've got folks from all parts. Folks that have their own capital funds, or accounting firm, some vendor services companies, people that are in different spaces. Like we talked about non-performing seconds, we talked about re-performing loans. So we've got a wide variety of folks that we are going to sit down and talk to, going to have conversations about regulations and regulatory relief. So we are going to cover the whole gamut through these interviews. So I, these one-on-one fireside chat type things are just going to be engaging where we sit down and just tell our story. And we're really looking forward to that. Eddie, We also have some main stage general presentations and one of your good friends, Matt Andrews is going to join us. And one thing we've always tried to do over the last six years at Note Expo, it's also bringing the, a entrepreneurial mindset and how we can always get the note investors, the real estate investors to think beyond just the day-to-day grind and how they can be motivated. So why don't you give us a little background on why you invited Matt to read with our keynote speakers this year?
Eddie Speed (11:33): Matt is a friend of mine. He and I were in a Mastermind together for years and years and have been in other Masterminds together. And I so respect Matt because first of all, he just, it's just his outlook on life. And just the spirit of Matt and I've gotten to, he and I have actually had some products that we developed together, some training products and stuff, and just, I just really enjoy him. And so I was recently with Matt and we were talking about just kind of, I got a chance to kind of hear his heart. I know his heart, but I got to hear it again about you know, just really the camaraderie and working with other people in the business and what that really means. And to the point where I call him after we left and I said, Matt, I was really resonating on really what you were talking about as far as not looking at each other as competition, but looking at each other as opportunity because my whole life has been around networking with other people in the business.
Eddie Speed (12:37): Bob and I were, Bob and I sat across the desk from each other for years and years, meaning he was an institutional investor and I was selling loans to him. Bob ran the biggest investment shops in the country that bought these notes. And so I was selling loans to him and Joe was my competition for years, right. Joe was, I was trading notes and he was trading notes, but yet we were buddies and we figured out a ways to do things together. So I, Matt is going to have a, just, I think, a killer presentation, that is really going to talk about the mindset and what that means. And I just think it was a good reminder for all of us and thought it would be something that our audience are really, really get a thrill out off. So you guys are going to enjoy my friend, Matt Andrews.
Joe Varnadore (13:22): Yeah. And you know, he's a sharp young man. And then, you know, see another picture there on the screen that we've that's been in the business a long time and that's Melissa you know, she's one of the runs one of the biggest servicing shop, right? So not only are we going to have the insight, but the how to, right? How do you scale this business? You know, what does Bob do on a daily basis to manage, you know, a couple thousand notes? Right. So that's really, the depth of that is not just, you know, we want to get your mindset in the game. Right. And then, you know, understand the semantics of how it works, but then how do you make this something that you're not just buying another job, right?
Bob Repass (14:07): Yeah, absolutely. And, you know, I think pointing out some of these speakers and the vendors and sponsors that are going to be there, that you can get plugged into to help you scale that business, to get you the boots on the ground. So you don't have to be the one, like you said, Joe, having a job all the time, you're able to outsource that. Whether it's an accounting piece, whether it's asset management, whether it's default management, whether it's due diligence, we've got folks that have been in this business a short period of time, and we've got folks that have been in this business as long as we have. So and as Eddie mentioned earlier you know, we've all known each other from various events in the past.
Bob Repass (14:48): And we've either worked together as counter parties or sometimes as friendly competition. Cause you've mentioned Melissa from Allied. Well, I used to work with Melissa back in the nineties while we were all at Metropolitan Mortgage, along with Fred and Tracey Ruby, who will also be there. So we were all co-workers at one point in time. So this industry is a small network in some regards. But where our efforts at Note Expo is to give people access to that network and to expand that network. So I'm super excited and Eddie, we've got some great sponsors this year again, and you know, I just a real quick shout out to, to some of them and I may not get all of them, but Eddie mentioned how hard our team works behind the scenes to get things going and even doing it virtually, it takes the whole industry coming together.
Bob Repass (15:43): And we really appreciate the support of some of these sponsors and vendors. We have obviously NoteSchool and NotesDirect are the host sponsors again this year, but the Mile Marker Club, FCI Lender Services, Allied Servicing, and Essence Servicing, they have been huge. Quest Trust Company is back on board with us again this year. First National Acceptance Corporation Jeff Spiegel and Spiegel Accountancy. They are been huge for us year in, year out. We do appreciate that. We've got Paper Stack back again this year, along with Follow Financial and Revolve Capital. So we've got a great lineup. And as I mentioned earlier, each one of these will have a virtual exhibit booths, where you'll be able to go in and chat live with the members of their team, ask questions, get information from them, set up appointments, so you're able to visit with them and see how their services may be able to help you in the future. One of the presentations, Eddie that I'm excited about is our friend, Jeff Watson is going to come on a main stage and he's going to talk about he's really a whiz in how to invest with your self-directed IRA. So that's going to be a little bit of a twist there. And I think Jeff will, he always has the audience in his hands when he's up on stage
Eddie Speed (17:13): He's a very seasoned investor anybody's imagined or measure. And that'll be a great presentation. You know, I was looking in just sort of preparing for our meeting today. I was just looking back through our list of speakers and just like we've scrolled here on the screen. And you know, if experience matters, if like being out there and doing this business and being relevant to the components of the business, I don't think we could've done a better job at picking a group of speakers. And I love this new format that we have this sort of interview style format. So as the guys, the four guys here that'll be doing a lot of the interviewing, we'll try to draw out and think of special questions and circumstances that I think will help you as the attendee get their best expertise and what that's gonna look like. So that's really going to be fun.
Joe Varnadore (18:15): And, you know, Eddie, one of the things that, you know, we talk about, you know, the four of us when we're talking and trying to understand who our audience is, right? So you mentioned this before, right? There's folks that are brand new in the business, right? The newbies and there's the, you know, the old dog's gotta kind of speaking. So three of the things that a lot of people have when they are looking to start out in the Note Business is like, okay, inventory capital and scaling the business. And those are three of the things that we're going to be focusing on as well at this at Note Expo, the two days that we're going to be inside of Note Expo. Right?
Eddie Speed (18:56): Well, I think you know, scaling the business and really being able to do it virtually is, the magic of the Note Business.
Joe Varnadore (19:05): Right.
Eddie Speed (19:05): You know, I mean, the one single thing I would say is that we, I think live this in our fund every day. And the fact that we own a lot more assets that are farther than 800 miles away from us that are closer than 800 miles to us, right? And 800 miles a long way. But I mean, we do this every day and we're, I think the vendors and how the business really works, I think it will be enlightening for a newer person coming to the business. Like, can you really do this remote and can get in Bob and Eddie, sit there in an office in South Lake, Texas, and yet own assets and what Bob 36 States.
Bob Repass (19:48): It is the business that you can do pretty much from anywhere. And just to give our audience just a little idea, Eddie, I wanted to kind of tie this in, before we wrap up here is one thing that year in year out, folks always come back and say that they really enjoyed hearing where some of the personal stories. And I know we're going to get into some of the personal stuffs during our, our interviews, but once again, this year Eddie, your wife, Martha is going to come on and she's going to do a presentation to kickoff day two. And she's going to go through and tell her story and her legacy and the family and stuff. And you know, I just, I think that really resonates with the audience. I know there'll be some good education and things that we dive deep into. But sometimes these stories about when you see somebody on stage that, Hey, that could be me. You know, I can do that too. And I just think sharing those stories. And I don't know if you can give us just a little bit of a tease on what Martha's going to cover, but I know the audience always loves to hear from her.
Eddie Speed (20:54): So what Martha's going to do is really relate to how to speak to private money, because when Martha buys a deal in one of our retirement accounts, and she sells a partial, she buys the whole note, sells running cash flow, which recapitalize is our retirement account. Right? So when she does that, she does that exclusively with passive investors pretty much Burnt Out Landlords, right? That's pretty much the audience. And so she's gonna like show the audience exactly how you would speak to the passive investor, what they want, what it, why it matters to them. And I will tell you that every time somebody becomes exposed to the note opportunities, inevitably, they all say the same thing almost every time, where do I find this long-term low cost capital, right? Anybody can go, you can go to the real estate investment club and go find the expensive money.
Eddie Speed (21:59): Right. Joe? anybody can.
Joe Varnadore (22:01): That's exactly right.
Eddie Speed (22:02): But the real money, the real deal is to find inexpensive money. And so Martha is going to like, right? She has really worked at this presentation to like, show the audience exactly how she presents to inexpensive private capital, what do they want? What's important to them. And so I'm excited about it as you can tell because that's something that I see her living and doing the side of the business every day, she doesn't work in operationally in the business that Bob and I do every day, or that Joe and Brian are involved in, she works more than just her own little business over there, just investing with, you know, retirement, various retirement accounts because we're of that age, but people forget, you can be, you know, I've done 20,000 partials before I ever did it in a retirement account. So you can certainly do it in your company or business. So there's going to be a number of speakers that are going to talk about what money wants, right? What does private capital uninvested funds, what are they looking for today? And Bob, you are one of our guys that is just always got great statistics. And I know that you monitor like how much cash America is sitting on. And you might talk about that for a minute because that's clearly going to be while we're trying to message the audience.
Bob Repass (23:24): Well, let's just say it's a ton. Okay. It all starts with a T, That means it's trillions of dollars. People exited the stock market and they're sitting on the cash and they're waiting to see what opportunities come up, especially as we wrap up Q4 and then we enter into 2021. So private, passive investors are sitting on a ton of cash. And you know, one of their main goals is number one, preserving that capital and then their risk factor in how they can earn, you know, Hey yield, which as we've talked about in the past, Eddie now, I mean, the cost of capital is not what it used to be. Say two, three, five years ago. As a matter of fact, one of our main speakers, Ryan Parson he deals, he raises capital for our capital fund. And he deals with accredited passive investors.
Bob Repass (24:20): And he's one of our large sponsors this year, his Mile Marker Club. And they're going to have a VIP happy hour for accredited investors at the end of the day on Friday. So if you're accredited investors, if you click that, when you register and fill out your profile, you'll be invited to a private reception with Ryan and his team. And Eddie, we've known Ryan for years. He started with you back probably 10 plus years ago and developed himself into a fund manager and a wealth of knowledge for the high net worth individuals.
Eddie Speed (25:01): Well, I was just going to say one thing about Ryan, and I think the perspective that I think he brings to the audience, it's so cool that Ryan really you know, he was a fix and flip guy. He was a full-time financial planner kind of in the wealth management space. And then he came and got involved in notes with us at NoteSchool. And just really has taken it to a different level, his, I think his average net worth of his high end member of mile marker club, the average net worth is over like 7 million bucks. So he definitely deals with people with a lot of money and are trying to figure out how they're going to do the business the most effective way. So I think there's his perspective and kind of understanding what private capital wants, like what makes them comfortable, right. And by the way, hint, hint, it's not yield right, Bob, it's not yield.
Bob Repass (25:57): No, it's not, it's not, that's a great point. So I just want to, before we wrap up here and I know Brian's going to wrap us up. Yeah, Note Expo is November 6th and seventh, right? It's that NoteExpo.com. It starts at 9:00 AM central time. It runs about five 30, six o'clock each night. So if you guys would go to NoteExpo.com and register, that would be awesome. And you can use the promo code virtual and get a little discount on that registration. So we appreciate that. And Joe, thank you for having me on NoteSchool TV this week.
Joe Varnadore (26:33): And just one thing here is, as we do we're going to flip it over to you Brian here in just a second, but so we're not only going to talk about how did we end up 2020, but Eddie, you're going to bring kind of the vision in as to what your, you know, what you're not a crystal ball, but what your vision is of what's going to happen for 20, 21 as we start getting into that, right?
Eddie Speed (26:59): I'm going to talk a lot about market conditions in a state of the industry. And I think we're going to tie together to first show people a clear business model that how they can apply the business slightly different maybe than they've done it in the past.
Joe Varnadore (27:12): Very good.
Brian Lauchner (27:13): That's great. So let me kind of wrap this up by saying this. It's obviously going to be an incredible event, amazing speakers, but let me say this, who is this event for? I want you to understand if you're brand new to the investing space, you're brand new to the NoteSpace. Maybe you're a seasoned investor. What I want you to know is this, this event is for everybody, whether you're active or you're passive, or you've got an existing business and you're working on scaling, or you're looking to raise capital, whatever it is, this event has something for you. And this is a very unique way to do an event. It's probably nothing you've ever seen before. This is not your standard go-to webinars, zoom type of event. This is absolutely going to be incredible. So I appreciate everybody for kind of joining me today.
Brian Lauchner (27:56): And I will say this, there are two options before I tell you these two options. So you can participate in these live events every single week, every single Wednesday at 11:00 AM. And again, there are two options that you can go to a www.NoteSchool.com/TV, to learn a little bit more about what is NoteSchool? How do I get involved? How do I learn this stuff? How do I start taking action on some of these strategies, putting money in my pocket and really building my wealth. And then the other option, as Bob says, is go to NoteExpo.com and register for this event. It's going to be an absolutely incredible event that I think you're really, really going to like it's just going to be fantastic. So thank you once again for joining us here, live on NoteSchoolTV.
