There are numerous ongoing Issues in Pakistan which has repeatedly challanged the reputation of the Country but today we will discuss a very important societal disease.

I realised that Social Media is the powerful tool to spread the awareness about any topic so lets raise ab awareness on *Poverty* & change the life of poor.

If i could ever get a chance to change anything about our Country .. I would bring a huge change by providing the poor :

But why would people willingly join such a industry where they would have to repeatedly have sex with strangers against their own will? Poverty is the main reason. 

People living in poverty are usually politically and economically marginalized by others making them more vulnerable to sex trafficking and easily brought into the sex trade industry

The causes of poverty includes lack of financial resources, lack of money to pay for health-related well-being and accommodations, lower levels of education, lack of societal integration and family of origin being already in such a poverty cycle.

This gives predators that partake in the sex trade industry to be able to lure people in poverty into becoming sex slaves because they do not know what they are getting into. They could be lured by owners of sex trade companies into joining this industry by being offered false employment opportunities in major cities. When these poor people join this “agency” they are then abused and sold into the sex trade industry upon arrival at the major city without their consent. 

The advancement of technology and easy, convenient means of communication through the internet is another reason for the continuity of the sex trade industry. 

The traffickers and their customers are able to complete transactions to transfer money for the “services” with ease through the internet

Traffickers also utilize social media, dating sites and online advertisements to market minors and trafficked victims.

Ads seemingly posted by a person willingly engaged in the sex trade are often created or monitored by traffickers. Traffickers lie about the victim’s age and may even disguise themselves as the person in the ad when communicating with customers via the internet or phone.

We hope again by posting this that we are able to raise awareness of this problem and educate people about it. In this small way, we may be able to eventually prevent the sex trade from continuing!
