Hand-eye coordination is wanted to catch a pass. To observe hand-eye-coordination get your teammates with each other and form a circle. Just one man or woman should really stand in the middle of the circle and commence passing the ball close to. The moment the ball has been passed to anyone, widen the circle by taking a pair of actions backwards. Retain your knees bent as you exercise and participate in. When 컬러 복합기 렌탈 straighten your knees, you could injuries your hips and shed your maneuverability. Use squats to establish your leg muscular tissues and consider to get to the position you can elevate 2 times as considerably as you weigh as you do ten reps. A terrific perspective wins game titles. Do what it can take to keep in mind why you enjoy in the 1st put to continue to be on best of your video game. The most effective attribute a player can have is speed. i hope this question isn't too personal but you seem like a very organized and balanced person and i wanted to ask you how you stay so focused in your studies instead of getting distracted to make something (unless you're studying design?) or by social media? i tend to get distracted super easily and want to do other things that i love or get distracted by sm and am really seeking advice. anyways hope your exams go well and your road trip is wonderful
Oh, anon, that is such a sweet question to ask, I feel really flattered!! But I am so sorry to hear you are struggling!! Please remember that whatever peoples lives may look like on the internet is not what their real life might be like, so please don’t put any pressure on yourself because of how others appear online! First of all: I am not studying design - I am studying for a teachers degree, which takes about 7 years in Germany at the highest level possible (which I am doing) :) I also work two jobs I really enjoy, one of them is at Uni as an assistant to a professor! So Photoshop is purely a hobby to me. But I think it’s funny you are calling me balanced and organized when both are traits I have struggled with (and still do!) a lot myself. A few years ago, around the time I did my A levels, I started to realize that something wasn’t right and that I wasn’t feeling well. At all. I passed my A levels (with very bad grades), went abroad (felt very lonely and sad most of the time), started university (barely able to wake up in the morning to go there) - all while being unable to do the bare minimum. I was struggling so hard, I was constantly sad, unfocused, unorganized and angry. I found out a few months later that I was struggling with severe depression and that I basically had to learn a lot about myself before I could be productive. Or even function. But to me personally, there are some things I learned that help me now. And becoming a teacher (and an adult tbh :D) requires you to be organized and to have an idea of what you are doing, so if I wanted to be good at what I am doing, I had to find ways of being as organized as I can be without losing myself in stress and anxiety. Here goes:
Try to fit small things like scrolling social media, Tumblr, watching YT, playing games on your phone, … into your schedule. I allow myself to do all of that - but it needs to fit somewhere into all the things I actually have to do. Use distractions as consciously as possible. I read on my daily train ride to Uni, check my phone in the 10 minutes I arrive early before class or scroll through social media after I’m done at Uni as a break. I try not to do it INSTEAD of something else, but rather before I do something, after I’m finished doing something or if I need a break. It’s almost like a reward and that’s a pretty cool thing if you ask me :)
Try to force yourself to be productive by staying at uni/school to study. If I really need to do something, I go to my universities library, sit down in a row full of people and just get to work because honestly? I always feel like I would expose myself I started watching YouTube videos when everyone around me is working. In truth, no one cares but it is so motivating to see everyone around you (seemingly) working and studying! It also puts pressure on you to get your shit done because as I said, you don’t want to be the only lazy one!!
BUT always remember: you do NOT have to feel bad for the things you love, they are not a waste of your time!! If you enjoy making stuff in Photoshop? Go for it! A hobby, no matter what it might be or what others may think of it, is never ever a waste of time. You are doing something purely for yourself and that’s beautiful, you should always keep doing it. Don’t create false pressure by seeing the fault in something you enjoy. It’s rather how you do it, especially when, that matters. I use Photoshop to express my creativity, but I only try to open it when I actually have a good idea instead of aimlessly trying things. That way, I don’t spend too much time using it and when I do, most of the time it’s really rewarding because I actually end up with a finished edit :) It’s also completely different from everything else I am doing, so I love it as an escape I need, to feel happy and relaxed.
Try to get to know yourself and how you work, it makes studying and working as effective as can be. Try out different methods of studying, different settings, find how you take notes, etc. I realized that I study best by attending all lectures, writing my own notes and then putting them on flashcards as early as possible. And you know what? It saves me a lot of time to read, to photoshop, to do whatever. Because I figured myself out and know how my brain works best. We often create unnecessary stress by trying to be productive but actually not having any idea on what works best for us. It takes some time (and some bad grades because I had nooo idea what I was doing) but YOU know how to handle yourself best.
Do not feel bad if you were unable to do something because you were focusing on yourself. I realized that whenever I force myself to do something although I feel like crap, it only ends up making everything worse. Take time off if you need to, your mental health comes first! Sometimes I skip Uni and just spend my day in Photoshop or buried in a book. It may be a „waste of time“ to others but I am sure as hell not going to waste my wellbeing on falsely created standards. Everyone likes to lazy around and just have some time to themselves. Allow yourself to scroll social media for a whole day - you’ll realize quickly enough that you are ready to be productive again (๑→‿←๑)
I try to manage my priorities instead of my time. Instead of putting myself under time pressure, I always organize the things I need to do on a to-do list. I bought a very useful planner in which I do daily/weekly to-do lists. On Sundays, I try to think of anything I’ll need to do the upcoming week. During the week, I’ll add more things to the list. I always try to start early with whatever it is I have to do - for example, if I know I need to hand in something on a certain date, I start 2 weeks prior so I can do it at my own pace. That way, I can easily shift around my priorities according to how I feel/how lazy I am/spontaneous plans/etc. without having a bad conscience. And the best part? Crossing things off your list. SO SATISFYING.
I don’t do this myself, but honestly, if nothing is helping use apps or websites that block your access to sites such as Instagram, tumblr or whatever else is taking your focus away. This is a really helpful list of apps and sites to use!
I highly recommend listening to Don’t Stop Me Now by Queen before anything you need to get done. Need to study? Listen to it. Walking into an exam? Listen to it. Just need to be productive and focus? Listen to it. Made me feel invincible and capable so many times! :D I am sorry this got so long, I am not sure if any of this is useful as it is what works for me. If none of it is helpful please remember that as I said, it’s a lot about getting to know yourself and finding out what works for you. Don’t feel frustrated if it takes some time to figure yourself out, working on yourself is something you can always be proud of! And always remember: no matter how put-together, organized and balanced people appear - most of the time, they are just procrastinating as much, are just as much a ball of anxiety as everyone and are trying to get their shit together like everybody else - myself 100000% included! If I can do it (which I question a lot!), you can as well!!! ᕙ( * •̀ ᗜ •́ * )ᕗ I believe you are a wonderful and kind person, so please don’t put too much pressure on yourself!! ❤(๑❛ω❛๑)ว  Everything will turn out beautifully, I promise you.

Weekly Update
It’s never enough.
Be it progress in a hobby, pages written, reps in a workout, miles run, dollars spent at local businesses, weight lost and gained back, video games completed or personal apologies issued to people I’ve been too brisk with online- the prevailing theme of 2020 has been IT’S NOT ENOUGH.
This is, on its face, ridiculous. We are in a pandemic. Whatever reservations you might have about the virus, the fact is economically, we will be in dire straits for some time. Surviving should be enough. Thriving should be considered a rare bonus.
Even so, this December, I’ve struggled a great deal with feeling like I’m bringing “enough” to the table in anything I do. If I play a video game, I lament that I’m not good enough at it. If I write, I mourn the words that go unwritten. In my friendships, I fixate on small arguments that I drew myself into, or a harsh word I shouldn’t have said, worried over their long-term impact. There’s a dozen anime shows I haven’t finished. I have a script that needs pages, an end of year anime blog that needs writing. I keep skipping meditation sessions and forgetting to brush my teeth. The NBA season starts tomorrow- will I watch it to have something to talk to other folks about, or will I settle into something easier to fill the time?
Time.
I have nothing but time. I’m off until January 5th. I’ve had more time off this entire year than I’ve had any year since college. I tell myself this means I should be doing something remarkable, and yet, with more and more time off, I find I’m just doing the same things I would normally do- just in bigger quantity.
My therapist tells me it’s cuz I grew up in a home where praise was hard won- if ever given. Growing up with this deficit, it is only natural that I’d rarely feel like anything is “enough”- and blame myself when I feel lacking.
We’re still working on a solution for it.
I do know there are Good Things that I have accomplished this year. I made new friends. I became more knowledgeable about my hobbies. I picked up some new healthy habits- running, kettlebells, core workouts. I lost a little weight. I disconnected from the violently angry media sources that had wormed their way into my brain since my Gawker days. I got out of a little debt. I developed a more positive relationship with alcohol. I got to therapy. I’m becoming more comfortable with speaking truth to how I feel, instead of burying my feelings.
I still fail in many things. I have a laundry list of moments I failed this week to review with my therapist. I’m still not in a place where I can be a functional adult while also working a full time job.  I have lost friends this year because I am a hard person to endure. I have had to issue more apologies this year than perhaps in any year prior. And the people who know me best would still point out, rightly, that I sound like a very different person in online public spaces than I do privately.
As 2020 comes to a close, I’m thinking about the theme I want to bring into 2021- and my 32nd year on this globe. And I think the theme I want to embrace is vulnerability, which is, ironically, the theme I struggle the most with in my personal life. I am, by nature, a secretive person- reclusive, even. Without getting into a whole Thing here, I would just say “meet my parents” and you’d get why. This shit’s been wired into me.
But as I look back on many of my issues the past year- my breakowns and spirals, the arguments, the friends lost and stresses placed on my loved ones- so much could have been avoided if I was willing to just explain what was going on in my life.
I don’t mean the long stylized depression posts I was doing back in August. Those are helpful to a point, but they don’t actually drive toward a conclusion. I mean talking about how I feel in plain terms, and explaining the pressures that lead to those feelings.
‘Cuz I think we can all agree that after almost a full year of relating to each other almost exclusively through cynical tweets and mirthless retweets that we as humans are desperately deficient in nuance- an ingredient essential to understanding each other in actual human contexts. And the only way for nuance to be understood is to speak plainly and directly to one another.
I’m going to try and do more of that in 2021. Here’s hoping the results are good.
So lets talk some vidya games and anime, yeah?
Vidya Games
BlazBlue: Centralfiction and BlazBlue: Cross Tag Battle (SWITCH)
Arc Systems was having a switch sale. I’d enjoyed my time with Guilty Gear and noticed the BlazBlue series was relatively cheap, so I picked them up. I’d seen some of the fighters on Spriteclub before, so I was excited to expand my fighting game knowledge a bit further.
BlazBlue is a 2d fighting game that uses drawn sprite fighters. The effect is a beautiful anime more reminiscent of Street Fighter or King of Fighters, but with modern mechanics that make them feel more approachable. The rosters are huge and the individual fighters varied. There’s a full “episodes” mode, as well as plenty of options for training and tutorials.
Of the two games, Cross Tag seems like the easier to pick up. I’m a sucker for tag systems so that one is an easier sell for me. It’s also fun to see the crew from Persona 4 on the roster, not to mention RWBY.
Centralfiction seems to be more mechanics focused, but also includes a “stylish” mode that plays like Capcom Vs. SNK 2′s EO mode, where supers and command list moves are tied to single buttons instead of complex commands, allowing you to see everything a character can do without being stuck in hours of practice. I’m still trying to learn those damn quarter circle moves, but it’s a nice fallback option for moments where I’m not looking to exhaust my brain and thumbs.
Mario Maker 2 (SWITCH)
I’ve built three levels in the last week for Super Mario Maker 2. One I built during a work meeting, the other two I did as morning exercises over coffee. They’ve all been moderately played since and feature clear rates over 25%, so I’ll consider them a success.
I’ve uploaded over 40 courses to SMM2 since its release. That’s far more than I ever uploaded with the first game. I think Nintendo missed some big opportunities to make this game a centerpiece for the Switch. I also think the diehard fans got in their own way (designing courses on your tv is honestly not that hard- in fact, I prefer it to the portable option now). But overall, I do think that SMM2 is a success- at least for casual fans like me who value standard level design and ease of access.
TECHNICAL DIFFICULTIES
My gaming has been somewhat hampered by the sudden implosion of my Samsung television, which houses my XBONE and Switch. About a week ago it shut down and began to flicker on and off. I unplugged it overnight and powered it on the next day to find a long black horizontal line across the panel and discoloration beneath the line. A call in to Samsung confirmed my fears- it was a wire defect and would require extensive service work. Because of the pandemic, it would take at least a few weeks before the part could make it.
The TV is still usable, so that’s a relief. I’m not dwelling on it much. Samsung was easy to deal with and they’ve promised this will come at no cost to me. There are many worse things happening in the world, so this is an easy thing to let roll off my shoulders now that I know what the solution is.
I also MIGHT have a Series X. Key  word is MIGHT because I technically got my order in on the 18th, but Gamestop has yet to actually send a confirmation e-mail. However my order number appears valid and does pull up a processing page on their site, so I’m going to hang tight. I ended up pulling the trigger on a massive bundle that includes a very expensive headset and a second controller...as well as a copy of Assassin’s Creed. I can’t emphasize enough how NOT the primary audience I am for AC. However, I doubt I could pay anyone to take it off my hands at this point...so...whatever. At least there’s a chance I’ll have the new system.
My final bit of news on the technical front- I returned Cyberpunk 2077. I have zero regrets. Microsoft processed my refund in about 15 minutes without issue. I was on XBONE and yes, I tried the 1.4 update. Frankly, the update did seem to improve matters, but not so much as to be a game changer. And as I wrestled with the conundrum of powering through, or shelving the game in hopes of a future update that would magically fix everything, I finally opted to take the third option- and get off this damn train at the first possible stop. I will play Cyberpunk 2077 someday. Hopefully, when that day comes, this whole mess will be somewhat resolved.
ANIME
Jujutsu Kaisen
Season 1 has officially earned a “this show is straight fire” tweet from me. It’s just so good. The fights are thrilling. The emotional investment is real. The cast is outstanding. The design is imaginative, moody and the prettiest direction to behold this side of Fire Force.
Do yourself a favor and give this show a shot. It’s my top recommendation for the winter.
No Guns Life
I’ve almost wrapped the first half of season 1. This lovely noir continues to impress as its world unfolds. It is sure to please those itching for a cyberpunk or technoir story. The overall story still feels a bit unfocused, but I’m not minding too much. No Guns Life is one of those worlds that’s just a joy to be a part of, even when we’re unsure what its driving at.
END OF YEAR LISTS
Tis the season for LISTS. Oh man, so many lists.
I’ll be focusing my 2020 end of year stuff on anime and video games this year, because of course. I’ll also talk a little about media I’ve been enjoying. It’ll be a whole THING, either here or on wordpress.
But here’s a quick preview for those who are a bit curious about what titles I’ll be visiting for my Top Experiences list. Bear in mind that these are not confined to 2020 releases- this is purely about what I as a person dabbled in this year. Here’s what you can expect me to touch on in my end of year post :)
Games

Tumblr media
By of dopamine deficiency and natural methods to increase dopamine levels ... There have to do with 100 billion nerve cells in the human brain-- about as many stars as there are in the Milky Way. These cells interact with each other through brain chemicals called neurotransmitters. Dopamine is the neurotransmitter accountable for providing inspiration, drive, and focus. It contributes in many psychological disorders consisting of depression, addictions, ADHD, and schizophrenia.Let'stake a closer take a look at dopamine-- exactly what it does, symptoms of shortage, and the best ways to increase it naturally.Dopamine: The Motivation Molecule Dopamine has been called our"inspiration particle."It boosts our drive, focus

It makes us competitive and provides the adventure of the chase in all elements of life-- company, sports, and love.Dopamine is in charge of our pleasure-reward system.( )It permits us to have sensations of enjoyment, happiness, and even euphoria. Too little dopamine can leave
you unfocused, unmotivated, lethargic, and even depressed.Dopamine Deficiency Symptoms People low in dopamine lack an enthusiasm for life. They exhibit low energy and motivation, and often rely on caffeine, sugar, or other stimulants to obtain through the day. Many common dopamine deficiency signs are comparable to those of depression: lack of motivation fatigue lethargy procrastination failure to feel enjoyment low sex drive sleep issues state of mind swings despondence amnesia failure to concentrate Dopamine-deficient lab mice become so apathetic and lethargic they
do not have motivation
to consume and starve to death.
()Alternatively, some individuals who are low in dopamine compensate with self-destructive habits to obtain their

While you can still choose berries and fish, there are unlimited other healthy ways you can take pleasure in the mission dopamine is vital for keeping focus. Many ADHD medications are based on this "dopamine shortage"theory. Prescription medications utilized to treat ADHD are believed to work by increasing the release of dopamine and norepinephrine while slowing down their rate of reabsorption.()However, the current research recommends that the primary reason for ADHD lies in a structural difference in the grey matter in the brain and not dopamine.( )Dopamine and Depression Serotonin is the brain chemical most associated with depression. Selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors(SSRIs )such as Paxil, Prozac, Zoloft, Celexa, and Lexapro
are prescribed for anxiety and work by increasing brain levels of serotonin. This only works in about 40%of clients who use them.()What aboutthe other 60%? There's a growing body of proof that shows low dopamine and not low serotonin is the cause of depression for lots of. Bupropion(brand Wellbutrin) has actually shown efficient for clients who haven't been helped by SSRIs by attending to dopamine deficiency. ()The best ways to figure out if your depression is more likely from serotonin versus dopamine deficiency? Serotonin-based anxiety is accompanied by anxiety and irritability, while dopamine-based depression reveals itself as sleepiness and absence of enjoyment of life.(
)Dopamine and Schizophrenia The reason for schizophrenia is unknown, but genes and ecological aspects are believed to play a role. ()
One dominating theory is that it's brought on by an over-active dopamine system.(, )Supporting proof for this theory is that the finest drugs to treat schizophrenia signs resemble dopamine and block dopamine receptors.() However, these medications can take days to work which is indicative that the exact mechanism is not yet comprehended.()How to Increase Dopamine
in a Nutshell Dopamine is our"
inspiration particle."It's also in charge of our pleasure-reward system. There are both healthy ways and unhealthy ways to increase dopamine. Unhealthy methods to increase dopamine can be gateways to self-destruction and addictions. Healthy ways consist of consuming the right foods, taking dopamine increasing supplements, workout, and meditation.Learn ways to harness your reward system for a healthy stream of dopamine. Delight in the quest, set both long term and brief term objectives, and take on new difficulties. Find your inner spy at Spyscape, NYC
"I've always wanted to play a spy, because it is the ultimate acting exercise. You are never what you seem."  -- Benedict Cumberbatch
What’s the big deal?
Spyscape is Midtown Manhattan’s newest treasure. This innovative and interactive museum merges your childhood fantasies with history in all the best ways and is 100% worth the trip!
The museum is made up of several innovative modules that will test to see your strongest attributes and compare them to what Spyscape calls spy profiles. The museum’s interactive tests are designed by a former Head of Training of British Intelligence and top psychologists. Many of the modules found in Spyscape take root in spy evaluation tests! It's the real deal. Spyscape from briefing to debriefing is designed around the participant’s experience. Not only that, the experience is still on-going even after you leave! The results of the spy challenges will change as more visitors experience Spyscape.
What are spy profiles? How are they determined?
Spy Profiles allow you to figure out what spy role fits your particular attributes the best! It accounts for things like risk taking, agility, observation and more!
Is it accurate?
I have to say yes! While I can’t speak for the physical aspect (the agility test and I didn’t vibe well together), many of the interpersonal attributes were dead on when compared to those big name attribute tests like StrengthsQuest. My top attributes were definitely spot on and I was only upset with my agility score (more on that upset later). Now on to the spy challenges !
About the Spy Challenges
There are so many incredible aspects of Spyscape, I don’t even know where to start! While the provided spy history is rich with so many interesting instances and developments, the spy challenges are incredible! These spy challenges will test your agility, risk aversion, personality, code breaking skills and more! There is plenty to do and it is up to you what to participate in! Your profile will depend on what you participate in. So the more you do, the more accurate the results!
 Surveillance
If I had to pick a favorite challenge, it would hands down be the surveillance room! This challenge requires you to monitor several screens displayed above you for people, objects and details. The challenge begins slow and isolates certain screens so you can get adjusted. The challenge increases in difficulty and speed as time passes (and boy does it go fast!). Pro Tip: If you need glasses, it’s be a good idea to bring them along for this trip.
Encryption
If you’re a fan of codes and cyphers, Encryption is the exhibit for you. Encryption begins with a brief history of code breaking and encryption. In particular, Spyscape highlights the incredible work done by Alan Turing and his team of crypto-analysts (if you are a fan of the Imitation Game, you will be in heaven). You are also able to see an Enigma and then type out your own codes on the replica Enigma on display. Playing on the enigma is not suggested for those of you with weak nails (as a heads up).
As you are nearing the end of Encryption, you will have the opportunity to flex your own code breaking skills. It is a standard exercise that not only tests your code breaking skills but allows you to make time sensitive decisions. I only wish there were more encryption exercises! Hopefully as Spyscape develops we will see even more encryption challenges in the future!
Deception
If you have a knack to pick out lies and liars, I highly recommend entering the Deception room. I won’t give too much away, but you will get a first hand look at some of the technology and methods that the intelligence community are using today for interrogations!
Hacking
Ever wondered what makes groups like Anonymous? The Hacking room will give you an overview of famous hackers and why their presence is so important today. It is also a fun place for a photo-op if you are into that kind of thing.
Laser Challenge
So small confession before I go more into this part of the museum. I am currently the owner of a broken knee cap and certain movements just don't bode well for my poor knee. So, taking that into consideration, I never imagined I’d be that great at this spy challenge. (Broken knee-cap or without, I still wasn't the fastest kids around). So what do you need to know? The laser room is broken up into two challenges 1) can you hit the buttons without hitting the lasers? and 2) how fast can you hit the buttons?. It really is a fun component that you can try multiple times. The younger crowd (elementary to high school) students love this, but that doesn’t mean you find some athletic grandpa to make you look bad lingering in some corner of the museum. I must admit, I got a big fat 0 for my agility score. It will be something I will continue to work on. I WILL BE BACK!
You will be able to monitor the progress of challengers on a monitor and it is a lot of fun to watch!
Brain Power
This one is a doozy. Ever play brainteasers and excelled at them? This challenge is perfect for you. The Brain Power test will challenge your visual and analytical brain. This will really boost the confidence of those who are good at picking up patterns. I enjoyed this challenge quite a bit. It is challenging and the timer really turns up the stress level. It is important to pick your battles and keep your calm as the timer runs out.
Risk Challenge
So this is a challenge I have a bone to pick with. This is the number one (by design) stressful challenges. My cousins and siblings all agree. This is fact. The risk challenge is a mix of tempting fate and having luck. I was doing just fine until my balloon popped. It's the digital version of "how many breaths can I squeeze into this very fragile elastic balloon before it pops". Give me the real life balloon, I'd choose it over the digital one any day.
Personality Test
There are four separate personality tests that give the spy profile insight to who you are and how you react to certain situations. While it is not in the directions, I would suggest people to think up of one or two situations that really tested your communication and relationship building skills. I believe when you think of real life experiences, you answer the personality questions more accurately. They take time... so take your time. I think the personality tests are key to building your spy profile.
Tips for success
1. Focus on you
Everyone will complete the tasks at their own pace. Helping others or focusing on others will leave you unfocused and you won't be able to do your best on the spy challenges. (Or you could mess with someone else's profile!)
2. Wear comfy clothing
The girl before me ripped her skirt. That being said, I would suggest wearing active wear and sneakers. There is nothing more stressful than your clothes hitting a laser and losing 15 seconds on the timer.
3. Bring your glasses
The surveillance room is a struggle without glasses. Give yourself the advantage.
4. Come well rested
If you are the type to go non-stop through museums, make sure you have the stamina to get through those challenges. As is typical in the age of technology, you will be staring at a lot of screens., especially for the personality test as well as the brainpower and risk challenges. Come well rested so you can focus throughout!
5. Make sure you have a working email
The spy profiles are sent to your email! Make sure you use an email you will check so you can delve further into your spy profile.
6. Come with friends
There is nothing more fun than watching your friends go through the laser room. They will either impress you or make you laugh. It's a win-win situation.
Overall experience
Like I mentioned earlier in this blog, Spyscape is a fantastic museum. It blends the right amount of interactive components to subject matter. Every person I saw at the museum was engaged and it really was worth the time and money (and I paid for six adult tickets). I would definitely go again! Parents, I would be hesitant to bring small children but if they are in elementary school or higher, they are sure to enjoy! I can only imagine how this museum will develop and grow. Seeing the quality of the exhibit and the challenges, the whole museum is impressive, The staff are super helpful and friendly. The environment was great for small groups and solo adventurers. Curious about the laser room, my spy profile and my experience at Spyscape, check out the vlog above!
