Exercise 
Exercise is a very important way to keep us not only physically but also mentally healthy. To many people, it is a way of destressing and recharging energy. According to a research done in the past, about 46 percent of people replied that exercising helps with managing stress. Exercising can also help your body produce endorphins that can help you feel better. 
There are many different types of exercises you can engage in, but some of the most common are running/jogging, yoga, or playing sports. Try to find a friend to exercise with you, and make sure you are starting out slow and steady. 
It is a personal hobby of mine to go out and skateboard whenever I have some free time. Try finding a physical activity you can do easily without too much pressure. It might help a lot 💙

Get sleep... but *quality* sleep
Hello my beans! I am here with some wholesome advice. It is certainly advice that you get quite a lot, but I’m here to put a little razzle dazzle into it: getting sleep, but quality sleep. Sure, sleep’s good, but sleep is at its best when you do it right. Personal tangent: I’ve always had a history of sleeping problems in my life since I was a kid, including night terrors, sleepwalking, sleep paralysis, what have you. It just seems to be one of the ways in which my body deals with and handles stress, and that’s ok! However, if I’m able to quiet my mind (cause that’s usually the problem) before I go to sleep, those problems are preventable and I get better quality sleep overall. Here are some tips so you can do the same: 
1. Get into a routine: A consistent sleep routine is a great strategy. Once you have it down and included in your life as a habit, it clues your body into starting to shut down for the night. Your brain learns to quiet itself and focus on the bedtime tasks. These can include taking a hot shower or bath, reading a book, doing a little yoga, anything that calms you down and gets you ready for sleepy time.
2. Meditation: I am an avid user of Headspace on this one. Meditation is fantastic for shutting the brain down at the end of the day, and while Headspace has some really great beginner and theme-focused meditations, YouTube has some amazing options too. 
3. Tea: Another fun fact about me: I love tea! Something calming and herbal (no caffeine, as we all know) further helps to just calm everything down, and is all around comforting. 
4. Avoid phones, caffeine, etc. etc.: You know the drill, my peeps. Try to avoid screens as much as you can (I know it’s hard, trust me, I’m also an avid phone user at bedtime) and caffeine, for obvious reasons. 
5. ASMR: I know, I know, this is one of those weird internet trends where everyone hates it and those who love it are scorned, blah blah blah. But I love ASMR and am not afraid to say so (and if you love ASMR too, then rock on and keep doin you!). I know this kind of ixnays my previous point on avoiding screens, but I find this to be a valid exception. ASMR works really well for me for calming down, and I fall asleep to ASMR every night and get good sleep just fine. So,
My partner just came out that they've been questioning their gender lately and have been feeling what they think is gender dysphoria for a while, but the thing is they've been feeling so stressed recently and since stress and dysphoria don't go well together I want to help! But I don't know how,,,
If anyone can help me with subtle ways to tone down the uncomfort of dysphoria or to help with stress that would be great, it probably doesn't help since we have 3 project type things all due in next week, a drama performance, an art assessment and an RE competition thing!
I asked them what pronouns they want to go by now and they said they/them but is there anything else I can do? I really want to help them,,,,,

Listen to Music
Music is an essential part of our everyday lives, and everybody is affected by it in different ways. To some, listening to music can be a fun and relaxing way of relieving stress. To others, it may be a way to keep themselves distracted or entertained. 
Music is one of the most classic methods of stress relief. As long as it is the individual’s genre of preference, music is known to lower blood pressure and increase our sense of well-being. Music can distract us, lowering physical and mental stress, as well as generally reducing stress-related symptoms.
