I'm preparing for NEET 2024 through an offline test series. I have my next test on 3rd September. I have begun preparing for that. Although the last three four days will be very chaotic because of rakshabandhan.
(“Raksha Bandhan” meaning translates to “bond of protection.” It' is a Hindu festival celebrating the bond between siblings; traditionally brothers and sisters but now all of our loved ones.)

Made a change to my daily/study routine.
5:30am : wake up, shower, lay bed, pack back, air clothes, rosary pray walk.
6:30am : go for morning mass. Pray and talk to God for the day.
8:00am : library opens. Work on any extracurricular like my blog.
12:00pm: first meal
12:00- 9pm: read, study, ease myself.
9:00pm: go back to my room, take a shower, read up on any outstanding, reply messages, eat/cook, catch up with my roommates
11:00pm: 😴

I made an autumn-themed anime tracker for Google Sheets! (I love Google sheets so much now, it's ridiculous) I had one for just general anime shows I watched over the past few years but I wanted to make a themed one so as it's Autumn, I made the tracker in autumn colours~!
With the new tracker, you can easily log all the shows you're watching, mark episodes as watched, and even jot down some notes. It's like a personal anime journal! I added stuff like changing colours depending how long between the start and end dates for each show you add and a dropdown with the majority of anime genre to categories your shows~!

My habit tracker for January
I decided to keep track of some of the habits I would like to make in the new year, so I made a journal page dedicated to just that. I thought I would post it here to maybe inspire somebody to do something similar!
Here are the habits I will keep track of:
Reading - i want to get back into reading after being in a slump for over a month, so I would like to read everyday for at least 30 mins before bed
Skincare - my skin has been bad recently, especially now, after Christmas, when I was eating mostly unhealthy sweet Christmas cookies, so I want to change that by doing my skincare everyday day without a skip
At least 1 hour on my forest timer on weekdays, and at least 2 hours on weekends - I have all the competitions coming up, and now in January it's the end of the semester for me which means a lot of tests, so I need to study
Less than 3 hours of screen time per day - self explanatory, I will not waste my life on Instagram reels ( I'd don't have tiktok 😭)
Stretching/exercise - I would just like to get into better condition, so doing a couple workouts per week and stretching should be great
Playing the piano - I've played the piano for 8 years now, and I have a couple of conserts coming up, so I need to practice everyday, and lately I've practicing like 2x per week
I know this isn't a lot, but I think it will help me to become a better me 🫶🏻

I found the most amazing app!!!
It’s called habit tracker by Davetech Co., the app with the dark pink icon on the App Store.
LET ME TELL YOU WHY IT’S SO GOOD
first of all, it gives you all kinds of statistics (perfect day streaks, average percentage of habit completion, etc.) and graphs visually showing your data under each habit’s section!
It’s also highly customizable! You can set personalized notifications with your own motivating messages, choose the colour and icon for each habit, choose what days of the week/month you want to track each habit, and even choose what type of graph you want to represent your data!
Finally, it’s not even pay-to-use! There are no ads, and you can have up to five habits for free!! If you get the full version for 7.99* or 4.99* yearly, you get unlimited habits, which I’m absolutely going for soon because of the quality of this app… but even if you’re using the free version, it’s so nice!

Day 1 - Monday, February 26, 2024
I am planning to hopefully log my mood tracker days on here as well as in my physical folder over the next 14 days. I was deciding over whether I wanted to add caloric amounts for food or not since I am supposed to monitor my eating habits to see if they correlate with my moods, but I realized that it would take too much time to add that all up. I snack every couple of hours, so I get a good 2400+ calories a day easily, but I also dance up to 3 hours every day except Sundays.
Therefore, I decided to merely write yes instead of a number. Afterall focusing on a number means absolutely nothing when it comes to health. I should be focusing on my concentration levels while studying, my energy levels while dancing, and how well I sleep at night as too little food can lead to sleep disturbance.
