October 4th, 2023 — 1/100 days of productivity
Hello, everyone! Since I disappeared for a while I decided to join again the 100dop challenge starting anew!
Since last week, I have moved back to uni, met my new roommate, defended my thesis (got the highest grade!), and officially started my MA's courses.
I have had no time to properly rest, but I am so excited about my courses. Today I'll be doing some "light" readings on the evolution of Germanic languages and nothing more...you know, to "rest"

August 18th, 2023 — 2/100 days of productivity
Last day of holiday. I am so happy about it. I really am not a sea girlie. I prefer the mountains. I am really happy to be back home and be able to study properly. I still haven't decided if on Sunday I should keep studying Medieval History or spend the day writing the second chapter of my thesis. I will have to ponder and decide...unless you guys have any suggestions ✨

Hello world 🌎
These days I have been studying and preparing me to my next exam.
Also it’s very helpful that I didn’t have too much work from my job so I have to take advantage of the time.
Wish me luck.
Enjoy guys!
Take care ✨✨

study technique : blurting 🌷
Sometimes things that i’ve been memorising just doesn’t stick in. So, I’ll be sharing with you how I utilise the blurting method effectively to memorise things! The tips i’ll be sharing are like none i’ve ever seen before so def consider reading this!
Tumblr media
Note: Blurting has many purposes, such as to understand material, but in this post, i’ll be covering specifically how I use it to memorise. Let me know if you’d like a post on other ways I use it!
Firstly, here’s the materials you’ll need:
Paper
Pens of at least two different colours
Highlighter
Post-it notes
⭐️[Now, here’s the steps] ⭐️
1. Divide
Write down the topics you want to cover on different sections on the paper
Divide the topics further into subtopics
The key to this step is to be specific!
This way, you’ll be able to tell exactly which parts you need to memorise further
Write these headings out with a thicker pen/ highlighter so you can refer to it easily
2. Blurt
Write down every thing you know
Squish your brain dry of every last once of knowledge there is 💪
3. Review
Write down everything that you missed with a pen of a different colour
Highlight important concept/ideas you want to reinforce
Using sticky notes, write down the topics you don’t know , but phrase it in the form of questions
eg. why are leaves broad in the tropical rainforest if you don’t know the adaptations of leaves in the tropical rainforest
4. Revise
Paste the sticky notes over the areas where you’ve written incorrect information or have written nothing
Answer those questions
Check the answers by lifting the sticky notes up
When you can answer everything, you can take the sticky notes off and revise the paper as it is
Easily check topics which you’ve gotten wrong before by reading the coloured answers
Easily check important concepts/ideas by reading highlighted parts
The end.
I hope this helped you! Feel free to ask for specific study tips! 🌸

(Swipe for the ENG version / ENG below ⬇️)
(Swipe for the ENG version ➡️) Some of my copy drawings with the "Frame Technique", which my teacher Ricardo Yamaguchi taught in class. ☆*:.。.o(≧▽≦)o.。.:*☆
It is a very important and great tool for anyone wanting to learn to draw, as it helps with proportions, helps with the visual ruler and consequently increases your visual baggage.
This technique was the first step of the course, and I would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to start drawing. Because I can see a huge difference in my current drawings and it helped me mainly in the proportion and position of the characters and objects.
These copy drawings are the first steps to start drawing from the imagination, as your visual baggage increases immensely. ✿✿✿

I took a day for myself. I arranged for a day off work and went to the bookstore and picked up some goodies to read and write. I had a pumpkin chai tea latte with oat milk and a pumpkin stack (so much sugar!). I am going to read and watch films today and try not to do anything academic. Tomorrow I plan to go to the salon to change up my hair and grab some new makeup. I may have ordered a Remington Quiet Riter typewriter after watching one of R. C. Waldun’s videos on YouTube. Self-care is so crucial during your academic studies. It’s so easy to become consumed in assignments, social life, work, and still not make time for yourself. I am grateful I took today off to spoil myself and to choose rest. It’s helped me feel alive again.

I’d like to thank [UniPD] for making me technically, on paper at least, a doctor.
Not the type of doctor you would want around in case of an emergency. Unless your specific emergency was that you desperately needed [a very specific fact on 9th century Viking raids in Northumbria]. Or, if your emergency was that you needed a person who can name over 50 breeds of cats in one minute.¹
