The full moon was soon upon them, and the edges of their little bubble soon began to ripple.
Remus couldn’t help it. As the moon got closer to being full, his mood changed. He was grumpier and testier. He put a lot of it down to his joints aching and his tightened senses. He tried his best not to snap at Sirius or his friends, but sometimes, it all got on top of him.
The night came, and they all crowded into the shrieking shack, waiting to change.
Remus woke in the hospital wing wrapped up in blankets. Sirius sat close by, holding himself at an awkward angle.
“What’s wrong?” Remus asked, a slight frown making its way onto his face.
“Oh, nothing, just a bit sore,” Sirius replied with a smile that didn’t quite reach his eyes. Remus reached out and tugged his shirt up to reveal a long, thin scrape. Remus felt tears prickling his eyes. The bubble popped.
“Some suitor I am. You should find someone who can look after you, Sirius.” He turned away and pulled the blankets up around his neck.
Sirius got into the small bed behind Remus and wrapped his arms around him.
“Idiot, you’re the only one I want. A tiny scratch like that isn’t going to stop me loving you.” Sirius kissed the top of Remus’s hair. Remus spun in Sirius’s arms.
“What did you just say?”
“That you’re an idiot?” Sirius snickered, his face full of mischief.
“No, the other part,” Remus said quietly.
“Oh. The part where I said I love you?” His face softened into a sweet smile as he took Remus’s hand and brought it to his lips.
“Yes,” Remus nodded, his voice breathy.
“I love you, Remus.” Remus felt his heart skip a beat as he burrowed into Sirius’s arms.
“I love you too.” He whispered as Sirius held him tight.
Colin: Are you mad? I would never dream of courting Penelope Featherington, not in your wild fantasies, Fife
Fife: Good to know (smiley face, hinting that he wants to woo her)
Colin: (immediately regretting saying what he said and getting jealous)
Thought: I'm so excited thinking that Fife could be a suitor for Pen, a bad suitor like using her or wanting to make fun of Polin or the Bridgertons for their popularity and reputation and Colin knows his true intentions and wants to protect and take care of Pen.
Here’s another card for a tabletop game I’m running. The prompt was to depict a suitor and for that I went with a frog. I was thinking about the the froggie went a courtin song as well as the story of the frog prince both of which have a frog as a someone seeking love. The whole thing ended up having a real Jason funderberker (the frog not the human) vibe.
Honestly, I hate the fact that Mida will be matchmade with a student. It's just creepy. The fact that YanDev confirmed it too makes it worse.
Like, it's pedophilia. And even if the student is 18, student-teacher relationships are unethical and illegal in some countries (like Japan).
And to those who say, "B-but, Mida will date the student after she stops working Akademi!" That's still creepy! Waiting until you no longer work at a school just to date one of your former students is just like waiting for someone to be 18 just to date them when you're already a full grown adult. It's not okay.
My little amnesia was a part of my childhood, and Amnesia: the dark descent was also a part of my childhood.
My only issue with My little amnesia as a whole is that the three, dashy, pinkie, and flutter, are only based on one of the monsters from the game. And I assume that because they're based on the dialog that the suitors have. But there's two other monsters that were neglected, the butler and the brute.
Today we celebrate the Venerable Cassiane (or Cassia or Kassiani) the Hymnographer. Saint Cassiane grew up in Constantinople and was selected as one of two potential brides for the emperor. Secretly hoping not to be chosen as she wished to live her life as a monastic, the emperor stated to her that the greatest evil came into the world from a woman (i.e. Eve) to which she responded, likewise the greatest Good also came from a woman (i.e. the Theotokos). Because the emperor did not wish his bride to be more intelligent than he, he chose the other suitor whom he married. Cassiane then became a nun and then abbess of the convent Ebdomon where she composed many hymns for Christmas and other feast days of the Church. She is most well known for her composition of the Troparion of Kassiani which is chanted on Holy Tuesday night. In this hymn, the Saint likens herself to the sinful woman who repented at Christ's feet. It is said that even if this hymn was the only one she had composed, this would be more than enough to number her among the greatest hymnographers of the Church. May she intercede for us all + #saint #kassiani #kassiane #cassiani #cassiane #cassia #kassia #hymnographer #hymn #church #monastery #nun #emperor #byzantine #byzantium #constantinople #suitor #empress #monastic #abbess #convent #hymns #troparion #holytuesday #holy #venerable #orthodox #saintoftheday (at Constantinople - Κωνσταντινούπολη) https://www.instagram.com/p/CiLgcT3vfBn/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=
Since all the rivals will have a matchmaking elimination,Megami should be the hardest one. I have a concept that I would like to share:
You should befriend Megami's suitor and all the student council members by doing multiple tasks so Megami will trust Ayano.
After that, you should matchmake all the student council members [Leave ideas of suitors for them in the comments]
Then,Megami's suitor will notice that Ayano matchmaked the student council members and will ask her help for win Megami's heart.
After doing tasks for Megami, she will trust Ayano even more. So,you'll repeat the matchmaking process normally. However,Megami is a person that doesn't get easily impressed,so you can't fail any step.
I feel something like this could be fruitful for a quest or adventure.
Perhaps the party are employed by a princess or perhaps by a suitor?
I love interesting History.
