I’ve been feeling super disconnected with my body lately. I’ve also been having a lot of random pains and back pain.
My goal this summer is to reconnect with my body. I was looking at old pictures and, romaniticization of the past and of a smaller body aside, I think I was happier. I felt more in control and I was in less physical pain.
Some goals:
Start a running plan and stick with it!
Gym every weekday, just like during the school year
Meditate for 5 (or more) minutes daily
Eat lots of fruit!
Get my pool key fixed so I can spend more time outside
Find a therapist

So. Summer goals. Let’s see how it goes!
French:
- I’d love to get to play all of Dordogne.
- Finish reading the De sang, d'écume et de glace trilogy. I’m so behind!
- I want to write a little something daily. Maybe I’ll share, maybe I won’t
German:
- Focus on the Biology course of Khan Academy
- Keep reading Tante Theas Tiger.
Japanese:
- Go back to reading Ojisama to Neko. Maybe finish a whole volume.
- Finish listening to Kagami no Kojou (hopefully the schedule will match haha)
- Check the JSL course that was shared on the Minimmersion Discord
- listening exercises!
Russian:
- Learn accusative and genitive
- Learn how to use adjectives
- Watch another two stories
There’s another thing I’d like to do with songs, but I haven’t been able to define exactly what I want to do. But it’s vocabulary related so it should be fun.
I may come back to edit this a bit later. How about you guys? What are you focusing on during summer? I hope you have more free time to do what you want to do.
