You have such a pretty blog! Always looking for good books to read so I'd like to ask 13 and 30

13. what books make you happy?

A Little Princess and The Secret Garden, both by Frances Hodgson Burnette. The Agony of Bun O'Keefe by Heather Smith. The entire A Discovery of Witches trilogy + bonus book Time's Convert by Deborah Harkness. Earth Girl by Janet Edwards. All of Narnia. Anything by Rick Riordan. Le Petit Prince by Antoine de Saint-Exupery, specifically in french cus ✨memories✨ but the english one is just as good, cus, you know, translations. My copy of Where The Sidewalk Ends by Shel Silverstine, as well as Alligator Pie and Garbage Delight by Dennis Lee, all three of which are childrens poetry books. The Naturals by Jennifer Lynn Barnes. The Dowser Series by Meghan Ciana Doige.

30. favourite book this year?

I have, admittedly, not read a whole lot this year. Probably only like, 40 books? One that i read this summwr though, I listed it above, had made its way on to my all time favourite list. So if you're able to read it, I highly reccomend The Agony of Bun O'Keefe
