Everything from s4 onwards is great, I love seasons 1-3 the most because the Legends are absolute assholes to everyone UNLESS they are a Legend. Like, they get in fights with all the JSA members, they hate the Time Bureau, Citizen Cold gets no respect until they accept him onto the team, absolutely no f***s given about The Flash or Green Arrow's opinions. In season one all of them are dirtbags, I love them

i think honestly i love each season of legends individually but differently yknow? like seven very different children. and yes it makes me mad when ppl say to skip seasons 1 / 2 because theyre just different yknow?

"The Owl House not redeeming the genocidal colonial dictator is lazy writing that contradicts the show's messages and retroactively means the entire show was always badly-written kids' stuff."

"All superhero movies and shows — with the sole exception of The Boys — is right-wing/police/military propaganda, especially The Suicide Squad because, while it criticized the moral failings of the American military, it also had American characters fixing their government's messes and saving the day so therefore it's supportive of mindless jingoism and white supremacy."

Similarly, "The Batman was military propaganda even though the military was never even alluded to once in the entire film."

"All female-counterpart heroes like Batgirl, Supergirl, and She-Hulk are lazy zero-effort knockoffs whose only fans are gross male nerds who don't understand women — and the fact that these female heroes have personalities/backstories/roles that largely differ from their male counterparts is totally irrelevant for reasons I don't feel like explaining."

Jon Kent and Jay Nakamura are my favorites no doubt about it and they have been for around 2-3 years now? Which is basically when I got into DC.

Nonnie I'm like, terrible at reading comics, and I mostly stick to the few Superfam runs in recent years so my recommendation list pretty small, very Superfam-centric and very basic bitch. With that in mind;

Superman Son of Kal-El(I mean....this is practically my brand now)

Lois Lane by Greg Rucka

Suicide Squad: Bad Blood(This is about Jay's allies and friends, The Revolutionaires. Jay doesn't appear here but it's a solid run and a bunch of ppl in the jayjon discord think Jay was supposed to be in this run's sequel and was likely thought of in some form even before SOKE or the idea of Jon being bi came up)
