So I headcanon...

In Heaven.

At the Roadhouse.

It’s Family Movie Night.

Everyone is kinda tipsy.

Frozen is the pick tonight.

They get to that scene.

Sam elbows Dean and says “hey it’s you.”

Dean bitchfaces.

Sam drunk cackles.

No one else understands that reference.

Because you know Dean puffed up his death story to make him sound like a badass.

He probably took every opportunity to tell everyone he’s ever known how heroicly and manly his death was.

And when Sam finally arrives, everyone has just accepted that story and Sam doesn’t wanna burst Dean’s bubble.

Hot take:

Fandom be mad because that wasn’t exactly how they imaged it would end.

Don’t get me wrong, there’s some shit I would have changed. Like one last ‘Bitch’ and ‘Jerk,’ seeing Sam and Eileen together, Cas and Jack and John and Mary and everyone else welcoming both boys to Heaven. But when it all comes down to it, I didn’t write the episode.

But that’s why there’s fanfic and fanart and this fandom to begin with. Yeah what you want might not be Canon, but when has that stopped us in the past?

Please stop hating what we just saw just because it wasn’t perfect. The point is that WE can make our own endings.

Do you Destiel? Awesome! Write your Destiel ending.

Do you Wincest? Amazing! Write your Wincest ending.

Do you ship Saileen? Make a 3,000 page epic of thier lives together!

Are you not a shipper? That’s fine too! Imagine what you would have changed.

Do you imagine yourself as a character in the show? Write that!

Accept canon for what it is but don’t hate on the entire show because it was not what you would have done.

We all watched the last episode and are all mourning together. Can we just not hate right now?

(Also quit attacking our cast or I will shank you. They put as much if not more blood sweat and tears into this show than any of us.)
