01-29 → No confirmed updates. There was a rumor that Gong Jun began work for his new drama, reportedly titled An Elephant That Can Fly (会飞的大象), about China’s car manufacturing industry in the 1980s. [source]
01-30 → The Instagram posted ten photos, three of which are selfies of “Zhang Zhehan”.
01-31 → L’Oreal posted a promotional video spoken by Gong Jun, also announcing a livestream on 02-03.

Day 2 / 75 ( 75 day hard)
So today was more trickier cuz I was so tired and had no energy but I didn’t binge so that’s really good.
Check list:
Read for 15 min ❌
Workout for 30-40min ❌
Diet- I'm going to try to eat vegan for 4 weeks and l'm gonna IF ✅
No sweet/ fast food ✅
Drink 1 litre of water ✅
What I did for workouts:
I didn’t do my workout routine today because I was sick and really tired but I did walk for 2 hours and reached 13,000 steps.
What I ate today:
Breakfast: I had 2 strawberry bars ( I wanted 1 but my mom made me eat another one and I’m glad she did I feel like if she didn’t I would have been so hungry and tired)
Lunch: I had 1 potato pie and a strawberry bar
Dinner: I have a quinoa one vegetable stew it was very good
Snacks: sweet potato crackers, 2 strawberry bars and watermelon.
I know I ate a lot of strawberry bars but they low in calories and pretty fulling. Also I was so hungry after the walk and I was scared that I was going to binge but I’m so glad and proud that I didn’t. I just had a bowl of watermelon.

So this was the first weekend for me on my 🌈 Rainbow No S Diet 😉
So, the new rule is one treat per meal from Friday evening-Saturday evening. So Friday I was allowed one treat after dinner and Saturday max. 3, interspersed with a normal, healthy meal. Usually I have ice cream for dessert on Friday but it was too cold so I had some pre-portioned potato chips. After that I was really craving something sweet and reasoned with myself that I could have something instead of one Saturday treat. But in hindsight I'm not going to allow it because my goal with this new plan is to practice spreading out treats, instead of having them all at once.
So -1/2 a point on Friday and Saturday is ✅ because I had 2 treats ☺️ (including baklava 🤤).
