Hi! I made a little animation of some people having a bad time hurting each other with swords. I drew every aspect of it.
I'll post some process stuff at a later time. For now, have a look, please!

A robber broke into my house and we had a swordfight in the kitchen. I beat him with my toothpick-sized lightsaber.

I may not be able to be the most extraordinary swordsman, but I know the basics and some skilled techniques so I know I can hold my own in a fight - specifically with longsword and shortsword
Next up to learn: axe fighting and sword/axe with shield fighting

My series of Patrons-Only videos dedicated to the full Interpretation of Fiore de' Liberi Longsword is moving forward. With the new video, I completed the analysis of the "Gioco del Villano) and of the following plays, leg void and kick.
This brings the series to a total of 10 plays analyzed through 9 videos, 230 minutes in total.
The next step will move the series on, with the first explanation of the Scambiar di Punta play.
The series is in fact organized in sets of three videos, every set analyzes a group of plays in different ways:
A) A Sword-in Hand explanation, where I explain the play by using minimal equipment only, which lets me talk while showing the actions.
B) A Book-in-Hand explanation: Where I deliver the translation of the Glossa and I explain where to find what on it.
C) An application video, in which I show the application of the plays, both in their original execution and in the most useful sparring adaptations and variations.
Here is the Link to my Patreon, if you want to give a look to the series. Every Tier from Spearman above is able to watch the entire series of videos:

Me, looking at the bruises on my hands after knowingly and willingly going into a swordfight with underprotective gloves: Wow would you look at that! The consequences of my own actions!

Artfight attack #27 for @/Snowdowo on twitter! Their characters Raziel and Zeptus respectively!
These two drama boys bewitched me something fierce. Schoolmates to romantic partners to digging too far into their strengths and ending up estranged and unwilling enemies because of it. I wanted to give them some proper gravity so I looked up cool sword fighting references and COULD NOT RESIST the Princess Bride!
(Now I wanna draw my own characters in different scenes too!)
In other news it's my anniversary today! Married for five years! It's the best thing ever! My partner bought me a GIANT AWESOME SWORD and that makes this art even more fitting!!!

There were tiny, tiny otters on the floor and I looked down to see what they were, because I wasn't sure, when two huge otters jumped out from under the couch and started sword fighting me.
