Hello! I'm Cora :)

With fanfiction.net the way it is, many people have been saying that it'll likely go down sometime very soon. So I'm going to try and save as many fics under the show Sanctuary as I can before that happens - maybe I'll manage to save all of them, who knows - in the hopes of preserving works that otherwise could be lost forever.

If anyone's interested in helping out, feel free to message this account! Currently it is quite literally just me (who only got into the fandom this summer, and who is actively studying atm) working on this, so any help would be greatly appreciated :)

Roll up! Roll up! It's that time of year again: the nights are longer, it's all feeling colder, and the shops are all trying to sell you stuff. But here in the Sanctuary side of fandom, it's the start of the festive fic exchange!

This is open to anyone in the Sanctuary fandom, regardless of character/shipping preferences. When it comes to fic length, the minimum is 300 words. I don't really wanna give a max (because I know how the muse can get sometimes), but if we cap it around the 2k words mark that should be cool.***

I'll be posting a link to this around the place (and reblogging again this evening for the later crew), and you are more than welcome to message/contact me with any questions, queries or concerns.

Update on the archive, for anyone who's wondering:

I have just set up a Google Drive which will be publicly accessible. I've also found a site which saves fanfiction in PDF form, and so I've begun to download them via the site onto the Google Drive. Currently they're sorted into folders by year, beginning with 2008, and I'll be saving them chronologically - the first works I've saved are the oldest.

Since I have no idea how much free time I'll have to work on this, I don't have a timeframe for the project just yet, but as of right now it doesn't matter anyway as ff.net is still up and running. Hopefully it'll be finished before something happens - and in the worst case scenario, some of these fics have been crossposted on ao3, so at least not all of them will have been lost.

I love Sanctuary so much omg.
