so yes we've all seen the articles and interviews and stuff, I just seeing everyone talk about how sylki is confirmed canon now woohoo yeah baybee!!! is so confusing bc

it's been?? canon?? for years?? you didn't need someone to sit you down and tell you that, that's what s1 was. it has been canon. were you guys not here for all the hate and the wars about how ~wrong~ the ship was bc it's ~himself~, because I Was There

just bc s2 wrote sylvie terribly and made her/all of the female characters frankly act two-dimensional and 100% made her come off as a grudging ex who barely wanted to attempt to act like a friend does not mean sylki was never canon. and even though she doesn't love him romantically now (convince me otherwise, I saw s2, you can't, she sees them as exes and she's content with moving on and being platonic), he absolutely still loves her romantically

anyway sylkius nation forever, who else was feeling the sylvius potential at the end, peace and love on planet earth

(no really I NEED fic of sylvie and mobius surfing the timelines together, trying everything for the first time, making some kind of base of operations that they both refuse to call a home but is definitely a home, missing loki together until they more smile at his memory instead of cry...)

Letters From Watson Liveblog - Dec. 15

The Mazarin Stone, Part 2 of 2

On one hand, this feels like a pretty contrived set up for Holmes when all he's really doing is trying to listen in on them. On the other hand, contrived set ups for dramatic reveals are Holmes' forte.

Count Sylvius saying this when mere moments ago in the story he was ready to commit the same murder. Obviously he's referring more to the sound of the gunshots, but the reasons are basically still the same.

A fun thing about later stories is seeing the little advancements in technology. An electric bell and "modern" gramophones is interesting to see as time moves forwards.

Now I don't think that's true at all. Holmes laughs in practically every story. The reason varies, sometimes it's at the client, with Watson, towards the police, but he does do it quite a lot.

It was a fun read, especially under the notion it was written by good ol' Billy the page. These last couple of stories sure have been interesting, in their own ways. Hopefully the next one will be more standard.

While I agree that you can't ignore the romantic intent in season 1. It was kinda muddied by what Kate said at the time and some other things. Like, in that one scene where they were talking about love they also mentioned the fact that they have the same parents and how the parents raised them differently according to their timeline. They talked as if they both had the same parents which caused people to see them as sibling-like. And more importantly (not really): Don't take one of the craziest things Mobius did in Season 2. It was HIS plan to torture Brad, Loki just went along with it. Give the Jetski guy some credit on that lol

as for what Kate Herron apparently said i can’t speak for as i haven’t seen what you are referring to but what i have seen is her explicitly stating that they’re not siblings and it’s not incest

and yes it was Mobius's plan so this confirms that Sylvie is Mobius’s favourite and sylkius is canon

The way he looks at her. Grabbed my attention enough I made this screenshot on the spot my first time watching Loki Season 1 in 2021. Also 100% Mobius was directing "You're my favourite" to Sylvie if kind of him to allow Loki's self-esteem to think it was intended for him. Sylki and Lokius be scrapping in the streets the past two years, probably, and I am off in the crazy corner with my own vision. As always.
