Doodles to the prompt: Lethal Cradle
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Got inspired by Feli in a labeled post of mine and did these in an artstyle that I had originally dropped because I could only do a few different faces. Kinda surprised myself with this one. I might use this style every now and then. It'd would be nice, I really enjoyed drawing action scenes using it.

I wanted to say sth about how cute symflash is, or how Space Knight should have lasted at least 50 issues in the good timeline... But instead I’m gonna just grumble about how long it took me to find a reference for the side of Flash’s suit. Because, seriously, he almost always faces the camera up front!
Also I’ve drawn his prosthetics the way they look on one of the covers, bc this design is more similar to one used by athlets, afaik, and it would make sense for Flash to go for this model as well, I think.

favourite symflash moment?
Ooo, this is a hard one. There are quite a few good ones out there! However... nothing will ever match Venom: Space Knight #10 for me, when Flash jumps into the execution pit to save his partner. It's just. God. It's everything to me.

And the rainbow?! Not subtle at all. Absolutely adore it.

If you don't like Monster x Human, don't read this. And if you like it, neither. I just wanted to get it out of my system xd
⚠️yes this has some problematic content, a little degeneration of body and actions referring to "reproduction"
I've had this thought since yesterday, so I let my impulses get the better of me and I'm going to explain the stupid thing that went through my mind yesterday at 8:00 am >:c
How do I explain it? Well, I don't have to explain that I like Monster x Human type ships
And I was thinking of Flash Thompson, the dragon symbiote and Eddie Brock the human symbiote. This is not even a romantic situation where both share feelings, they had time for that before they died in the most inhuman ways possible. My mind went straight to the part where a huge monster destroys the inside of a human (and not with the intention of killing him, but more in terms of reproduction).
Eddie couldn't even say no, his symbiotic body can take it, you can literally shred him into little pieces and he'll just pull himself together, he can take Flash if he were a big 72 foot tall dragon, don't worry about it
I don't even know if there is a story to explain how they got to that situation. They just missed each other a lot, it's been a while since they last saw each other, now they just want to have a moment for themselves and what better way to spend time together than showing each other their new symbiotic abilities :D
I also thought that their bodies could unite and create only one and be able to disturb the other inside their body. Like one moving like a true symbiote inside the other, but not for the sole purpose of producing some kind of pleasure in the other.
but that's something I can imagine on a normal day with Symbrock or Symflash. I'm more aware of how Flash Dragon would be doing "things" with Eddie, who despite having very impressive powers still has a human form, so it would be interesting
If I could draw dragons I would be so happy, but for now I am satisfied with having shared this information that probably makes me look like a person of questionable tastes (because I am)

Remember when Venom had like a huge thing over the love triangle with Flash and Eddie fightning for the Symbiote? That shit was wild as fuck.

Mushing these prompts together because, while I love me some symbrock, Flash needs love too (and also I really really really really liked Space Knight)

"SHIELD Academy pays their instructors well (they have to, in order to convince people to shepherd temperamental teenagers with superpowers), well enough to afford to buy a decent apartment in NYC.
Flash likes having a home, and he likes having a place to live that isn't surveillance bugged from floor to ceiling even more. It means Venom finally has a place where they don't have to huddle and hide inside him at all times.
The housewarming party is done, all the guests have left, and they finally have a moment for themselves.
'Come on out, buddy. It's yours too, now. Go take a good look.'
Venom does."

Day 16: Alien Biology
A long, disjointed view of the Venom Symbiote bonded to its hosts and learning to understand human biology... kinda got away from me and just became some Gay Stuff @symbruary
Too many organs. Way too many, the Symbiote decided, settled over Peter Parker’s skin. They were fighting crime, helping people, but the thought of their new host’s biology seemed to baffle it. It could not fully bond to him, at least not yet, because it wasn’t sure of whether its new host could survive such a feat. Peter hasn’t even seemed to realize that the Symbiote is alive, to suddenly force bonding onto him would be too much. So it’d wait, bide its time, let itself become accustomed to the human physiology.
The Symbiote found itself wrapped around Peter, now while his host was resting. It had to help people, it had to learn. It knew so little about humans... It would take the time to figure out it’s new partner’s biology. Nerves, arteries, capillaries, some organs that served great function and some that had no purpose at all. Humans seemed to be fragile. Peter being no exception, with how battered his body was after only 20 years of life. The Symbiote would knit him back together lovingly, like a human grandmother knitting her grandson a sweater. It still had very little understanding of its host’s true inner workings, it was still scared of bonding, but it wouldn’t let its host fall into disrepair.
It had been abandoned. It had learned rage, a very human emotion. Emotions, it learned, were the fuel behind any human action. So it would find someone equally enraged by Spider-Man. And it did, in the giant man praying in the church, a gun tucked in his lap, crying out to some nonexistent God for salvation and to forgive his sins. It would answer this, it would be his salvation.
It was. It bonded to Eddie Brock, found a home nestled between his kidneys and pancreas. Had time to study every single organ, every single blood vessel, every single nerve, tenderly and eagerly. It learned how humans worked, the chemicals they produced, the emotions they felt and how strong some were compared to others. Venom, their new name, was better, stronger together than it had ever been with Peter Parker.
And then they were separated. Separated time and time again, brought away from their loving embrace. The Symbiote was poked, prodded, studied in return for anything it could do by thoughtless humans. Each time it’d find its way back. Until it wasn’t wanted anymore. Until Eddie casted him aside, found a new purpose. It was abandoned once again. The Symbiote found itself curled around an army man, a veteran; Flash Thompson. It was there, but only barely; it’s hosts feelings and reactions out of reach, unable to help him beyond being a tool. This eventually stopped, but it was here it learned how cruel humans could be. Flash did soften up to them, stopped drugging it, let them be true partners. It found itself fond of him, even, protecting him over anything else, even at the cost of its redemption. Flash was protective of it, called it his partner, and the Symbiote found itself believing him. It knew humans, it knew their biology now and it found a certain love for every single part of them. Flash was no different, his scarred over legs and war-torn body was perfect to it. It found itself from the outside, fully formed, admiring their partner with a new perspective. His eyes, a bright blue that mirrored the Earth’s sky, his hair as yellow as wheat. Flash’s smug grin when he knew his Hail Mary would work, and the nervous ticks he had for when he was doing something new.
Humans are complex, is what it’d decided years ago, but even now, curled up in his Love’s guts once more, with Flash long gone to the world, he marveled at their design. How something that really shouldn’t have come to power did, and how their delicate design had given way to such strong characters. Alien as they were, humans were familiar and comforting. The Symbiote came out to see it’s Love. Eddie, sitting on their mattress. He used his giant hands, a marvel of bone and muscle and tissue, to cup its face and kiss it. It purred gently in his touch, entwining itself with the bone marrow deep inside him. It loved every part of him, every inch of skin, every mile of blood and the arteries that carry it. His crystalline eyes, his stubbled chin, his calloused hands.
Too many organs, it’d decided long ago, but just enough to love all of them.
