I'm Philip/A/yello. I enjoy writing, art, science, and this is the blog focused on my personal brain worms.

My big brain worm is worldbuilding, and the world you are seeing is the World of All (placeholder name). World of All is placed on a single planet with multiple 'continents' that host independently evolved ecosystems and currently 4,5 sophonts/"aliens". This unique setup is all thanks to the Designers, mindless blobs that have managed to keep their landmasses isolated for billions of years (among other things). As a bonus, some of the blob physical manipulation is left in the sophont creatures' brains who have yet to understand physics on a deeper level.

Here are the 5 (O.s are having a redesign session). Mole stars have not made contact with the rest.

That doesn't tell me anything about the plot, only the special edition and a vague mood.

As a vigilante in Japan, you work with your Guy-In-The-Chair, Kage to take down the Yakuza family which you have sworn vengeance upon - The Busujima Family. You board the Shinkansen going from Tokyo to Osaka in an effort to assassinate Kaito Busujima, the son of the Family's Kumicho. All goes wrong, however, when you are sadly killed.

Disembarking the train of life, you board the train of death, and intent on reaching the end of the line, you become an Onryō, a spirit with a single purpose - Vengeance.

In Yomi, the land of the dead, Izanami-no-mikoto takes pity on you, and allows you the use of a special power - the power to rewind time upon your own death. Using this power, you form a group of enigmatic and ragtag vigilantes, in a race against the clock to take down the Busujima family once and for all, and save Osaka from a mounting threat.

What is SVU? A Random Synopsis

One time I had a reader tell me they had never watched SVU ... this was my response:

Wait.... what? You've never watched SVU?!!!! OMGosh! Okay, SVU. Let me tell you about how amazing it is.

There's this cop, his name is Elliot Stabler. He's an ex-marine with a wife and a bunch of kids. He's partnered up with this smoking HOT babe. You know her, Olivia Benson. The sexual tension is REAL but that doesn't stop them from having a great dynamic and the shows is basically a buddy cop adventure with people getting raped... and Ice T! But he's a good man and doesn't cheat on his wife. In fact, Elliot and Cathy separate for a bit and he still does NOTHING with Olivia.... Instead, he gets his estranged wife pregnant and they get back together. Everything is great until the actor did not renew his contract and the whole show devolves to revolving around Olivia.

Now, don't get me wrong. I LOVE HER. She is my favorite. But since she has to carry the whole show, the writers turn her into a saint. So no more hooking up with hot guys, no more flipping out on bad guys... instead she gets her act together, gets promoted, and adopts an orphan. Yeah... she's a saint. Blah blah blah.

Then Carisi joins the squad and that character pretty much SAVES the show. He came on and we were all like... oh no, here's another character that will be around for a season or two and then gets shot or arrested or killed. But no, not Carisi. He's so sweet and naive... But thinks he's tough. He has a terrible New York accent. He's cute but sucks at knowing how to attract women. He is smart and gets his law degree. He has CRAZY sexual chemistry with Rafael Barba (the SVU assistant district attorney) but of course Barba is a man... And Carisi is "straight" and catholic so it's basically queer-baiting but we all love it anyway.

What else can I say? I LOVE SVU :D

The Elder Crystals is a fantasy game set in the world of Sekherion, and its story begins in a place known as the Secluded Valley. The valley has been your home for nineteen years, and you have always seen it as a safe place.

All of that changes when you wake up in a forsaken cavern, right next to a large Crystal Gate, and you realize you were kidnapped and left for dead. Thankfully, you're not alone. There's a black cat with you, and he/she seems to be trying to lead you to safety.

As you explore the cavern, you uncover traces of suspicious activity. There are books and scrolls dating back to the Second Age, there are notes speaking of strange, dark rituals, and then, there is the Crystal Gate itself. You've never seen anything like it in the valley, and you can't help but wonder why it's there.

Is the Crystal Gate keeping you from what's inside, or is it keeping whatever's inside from getting out?
