It's honestly so scary how much peters story is kind of paralleling his otto's story in the first game with the descent into rage, violence and possibly evil due to an obsession over a goal coupled with a really unfortunate personality altering external force that they still want to keep because of the power and assurance it gives them.. and then also their mentees will have to fight them because there's no way miles isn't going to have to battle peter with his electric powers at some point and it's gonna be such an INSANE parallel I will start crying and afterwards what's gonna happen how's peter gonna deal with that huh. If he realises the parallel and what he just did do you get it do y-
so Mir is a bad news darling. she doesnt go out of her way to cause problems but if she's in a location you know theres going to be a wave of death. she's quite fanatical about it. theres an all consuming need in her head to record, to watch, and to ensure that it happens bc her fixation as a malkavian is that "all things end".
its a sort of semi religious love for the thought (thats somewhat based on my own struggle with obsession) and manifests in her paintings (of the dead and soon to be), her presence in places (soon to be crime scenes), the ghouls she chooses (those fighting against their destined end). all paths lead back to death and shes more or less content with waiting for hers.
[mirs origin under cut]
Mir was originally the daughter of a french painter before her embrace to be something like a shovelhead for her sire Tsiori who was herself one piece in a plot to overthrow a Camarilla prince in 1860's france. Mir never knew the details of the plot, but she did know that Tsiori was tasked by her own sire to build up a sort of army for an uprising that never happened.聽
It failed in part because it was discovered before it was ready and as a result of that failure and Tsiori鈥檚 unwillingness to sire anymore kindred after Mir, Tsiori fell out of favor with her own sire and into a deep paranoia/depression.聽
For Tsiori who already struggled with paranoia, it was a difficult outcome and over time she became dependent on Mir (who often had visions of the future). Mir鈥檚 predictions did little to help Tsiori, as they were all of Tsiori鈥檚 death. It only further fed Tsiori鈥檚 paranoia resulting in her growing suspicious of her charges. Over the years Mir watched as Tsiori killed her charges, torn between her affection for her sire and her affection towards her sisters until eventually the camarilla sent someone to kill Tsiori.
Mir viewed it as her sires destined end and fled as the only survivor before she also died, and moved to canada.
and started up a pattern of following calamity and leaving a trail of records (paintings) in every city she passes through.
Finally found out I have access to TrollsTopia and I鈥檓 almost done with season 1, but all I can focus on is how there鈥檚 at least one dedicated episode each for the male ambassadors about how incredibly gay for Branch they are, I love it
loving certain vocaloids / vocal synths is weird when you think about it. it鈥檚 like, here is my favourite fictional character, the mascot for a music software. he is literally just a design made to promote the software and has no canon personality or lore. he is a pillar of internet culture. the fandom has decided that his main traits are bananas and death. he is my oc but also not my oc. i love him with all my heart
How nice Taylor Swift has put together a playlist for each stage of heartbreak as part of Tortured Poets Department PR and rosquez of course qualifies for them all

Skinamarink goes crazy hard it's definitely a new favorite. It hits all of my childhood fears and it was genuinely scary to watch. It's definitely not for everyone but if you like slow, ambient, analog horror then I definitely recommend 馃憤
馃Β 04 November 1981, Depeche Mode at the Locarno in Birmingham. Martin Gore wrote down on the piece of paper the Mute address for sending a copy of the interview (took from Birmingham 81 museum)
i think hating vocal synths because you dont understand the difference between them and stolen AI voices is really like. Dumb. you claim to be a music producer yet you don't understand anything abt vocal synths, clearly. utauloids are good but vocaloid isnt? synthv isnt? its the same underlying concept between all 3 you doodoohead. the only meaningful differences is price tag and implementation
