She Loves Me, She Loves Me Not gives me 2010's K Flay vibes. K Flay has been a favorite of mine for a long time, so to hear that sound again gave me chills. I love it!
If you haven't checked out either of them, here's your sign.

'Graze' : one of my favourite songs from their R'n'B era, their soulful voices match it so well !! 🎶💞

i guess since i talk about shinee so much i should make an official blog statement about what happened lmfao. i didn't see it until yesterday because i was offline. and yeah! those r genuinely harmful and hurtful and nasty colorist statements they made to minho, and that's p cut and clear. no excuses tolerated here. i'm immensely disappointed in taemin and key as people because i thought they were better than that, but turns out they're pretty much the same people they were in like 2010 which is the last time something like this happened.
the consequences of them trying to loosen their professional boundaries and be more real people with real connections with their fans (which is overall a good thing i have said i appreciate) is that real people pretty much always have racist biases ingrained and naturalized in their heads. korean people have an neocolonial relationship to the US that rewards racism, so it is always present. colorism is rampant in asia with a direct tie to US colonial antiblackness. just on a personal level taekey should know better despite being so deep in the celebrity world and its beauty standards. colorism is not taught to be a social ill and related to racism in korea but if they took a second to think it would be obvious that it's hurtful.
people on twitter are being actively racist to people who say the truth which is that what they said is harmful. i will not be talking about shinee for the next whatever amount of time because i have a distaste for my faves currently and it hurts.
(post edited because i misspoke)

Please vote for which song you think is better! If you haven't already, make sure to listen to both songs under the read more before voting.
Propaganda is encouraged, but please do not be negative towards the other song in doing so. This is meant to be a fun tournament! If you write propaganda in the text of your reblog (rather than in the tags), I will likely reblog it!
By the way, you can still nominate songs for the best japanese release tournament!
Although it sparked sadness in some voters, this song won the first poll against Like A Cat by a huge margin! If you voted for Wonder Girls in Round 2, I Feel You, I really do, but Shinee slayed again! Voters decided that View had Something extra over Girl's Day, leading them to victory in Round 3! It must have been a nice View over Ring Ding Dong in the Shinee vs Shinee matchup of Round 4. In the first forced three-way poll of the tournament which occured during round 5, View took down both Girl Front and Bad Girl, Good Girl!
View is a summer icon, delivering that fresh vibe that's perfect as the warm weather arrives! It is also Shinee's 5th most viewed MV, and was submitted twice to the tournament!
SNSD needed no Genie to make their wish of winning Round 1 Match 24 come true! If you voted for this song in Round 2, you weren't the Only One, which led to their victory! In Round 3, SNSD recieved much more Hype than Newjeans, giving them a solid win! Although it may still be summer, Touch My Body went out of season in Round 4. Genie must have used some magic to cause the perfect 50/50 split with Move in round 5! As of round 5, it is the only girl group songs left in the tournament.
Genie is a 2nd gen icon! This song has all the bass and synth of early 2010's pop with a fun melody on top! Girl's Generation is an absolutely legendary group, and this song is no exception from that!
Taemin won in a landslide victory in Round 1, with his song Move-ing on over Blackpink! And in the Taemin-VS-Taemin battle during round 2, most voters Pressed the button for this song instead of Press Your Number! Taemin proved that he is Mr. popular when he won in Round 3 over Kara! In the first three-way match during round 4, Move ended up with half of the votes, leaving Monster and Russian Roulette behind! Taemin fans must have really wanted him to face his own group's song, and the 50/50 split of round 5 made that possible!
Move is Taemin's most viewed MV, and with his seductive voice and suaveness, it's no wonder why! And come on, that chorus choreography is among the most iconic in Kpop.
