So I've loved this musician for a long time now, but now I stan him even more. He's got a bunch of names: 知更 and John Stoniae, and his band is called Hue (usually stylized in all lowercase)

He writes pretty hard rock music with guitar solos (which he plays) and sometimes even voice distortion! His music is A+++ and I've been listening to him for almost a year now.

But yesterday I fell in love with him even more.

He included a gender neutral option for the "you" pronoun 你！In the video, he got to a part in the song where he sang 你, and he put emphasis on it by saying it 3 times and pointing into the camera, and here he has added subtitles showing the masculine version, the feminine version, and a gender neutral version (historically used to describe deities of any gender).

Note: in simplified characters (used in mainland China) there is typically only one version of the pronoun 你 and it is considered gender neutral. But in traditional characters used in Taiwan, this pronoun is genderized.
