Dumbbell Sumo Deadlift 20kg - Really interesting to watch videos as I can see where my form goes wrong.

Literally at the last second before exploding up, my back collapses and rounds slightly towards the bottom of my spine.

I need to work on flexibility and strength in this area!

Abs and cardiooo

This is my 1st watercolour painting from like 4 years I guees :3 I came back to them thanks to @niradelle  We had so much fun painting together ;w;
Here you can see one of her oc’s Lilou. I love her design and couldn’t resist to paint her xD I decided to keep background as simple as possible since I don’t have much expirience with watercolours and I didn’t wanted to draw attencion from the character :3 Anyway I am pretty happy how it came out
