1. Moths! Such funky guys, really cool patterns, I do wish they could be handled without hurting their wings :(

2. Spiders! Okay, not bugs, but hear me out- they’re invertebrates and they’re cool. Many varieties of these guys. I’m especially partial to harvestmen (yes I know they’re not technically spiders but close enough) because L E G and they’re pretty harmless and cute, as well as those really colourful species of tarantula! Peacock tarantulas are really cool (and VERY blue). Tarantulas also just make good pets! My second choice as such besides a snake :)

(OH AND JUMPING SPIDERS. JUMPING SPIDERS ARE ADORABLE I LOVE THEM DEARLY)

3. Bees! Bees are really funky lil guys love em 10/10 bug. Also very important for the environment! But mostly just funky, and I do enjoy their honey! The colourful bees are really cool too, like the ones that are bright blue or green. It’s also cool that they communicate by doing a little dance. A little wiggle.

Close runners-up are mantises, dragonflies, and woodbugs (aka rolly pollies or pillbugs apparently? Am I the only one who calls them woodbugs?)

so… there are a lot of things that motivate my to keep going in my shifting journey. this is a post i have made before (i’m pretty sure it was an ask) but i kinda wanna update it now, because there r more things!!

i hope this inspires u guys to keep going :)

having a regular job!

i was never allowed to have a regular job in high school :( it’s something i have really wanted to experience. i grew up very privileged, which made me upset in ways. am i grateful i have money, and i don’t struggle much, but i want to be ‘normal’ in a way. i’ve always wanted to be a barista too! i think it will be really fun!

2. friends :,)

let me preface by saying this — I DO HAVE FRIENDS AND THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY LOVELY <3 but i have never had constant friends.

growing up privileged, for me at least, meant always moving schools (primarily because of the divorce) and i have been in and out of private and public schools. i’ve never had constant friends. i want to! but i cannot here, or i haven’t.

literally my main dr is shifting back to high school to live with friends and shit bc i want to experience that

3. not being pushed into a box

wow i’m realizing how sad this sounds, but yeah! i won’t have to be forced to be someone i’m not, and i get to move at my own pace!

4. SLEEPOVERS!!

holy fucknuts, i have never had a sleepover with my friends at their houses (only once at my house in elementary school…) my parents will let me sleep over my friends houses :) like for days at a time! i just have to update them, obviously.

5. doing normal things!

going grocery shopping, to the mall, learning to cook! i’m so excited to do this bro u don’t even understand!!

6. being the center of attention (💀💀)

i’m an attention whore (TO AN EXTENT!) so my main dr, where i’m in high school, i am also a celebrity (music artist and actor) and i have celebrity friends!!! they r people i’ve looked up to for a long time, so it excites me a lot

7. HAVING EXOTIC ANIMALS!!!

dude i have 2 dogs, 2 cats, 3 TARANTULAS!, a boa constrictor and 2 white tigers (they r in a zoo but we technically own them!)

dude u don’t understand how much i love animals and how ive always wanted soooo many! my parents wouldn’t let me, as my first pets were going to be chinchillas before covid, so i have two little dogs here! in my dr i have 1 little/medium dog (a pomski) and 2 big dogs (one is a german shepard btw, bc they r so pretty ; the other is a husky — as i have wanted one since i was like… 5)

8. last one i’m doing; BEING QUOTABLE

i say the most insane things, but finally i’ll be able to get my sayings out there! i know im not always the first one to say it, but at least it will b funny for the most part!

i mean imagine a tiktok to your voice saying “shoulda, woulda, coulda? but fuckin’ didn’t!” LIKE? HOW FUN WOULD THAT BE

Some HCs for Sammy Brody (Chase's kid) :3!!

(we're living under delusion here where everything is fine and nothing bad happened to anyone)

-currently Sammy is 9!

- Stacy is "Mam", Chase "Dad" and Henrik is "Pa"

-She uses she/her but hasn't thought about it so doesn't mind too much

-Super outdoorsy, she loves animals and the woods! (Stacy, Chase and Henrik have spent god knows how long trying to make sure she's safe while she's constantly running towards very not safe animals)

-She looks fairly similar to both Stacy and Chase, but most notably is that she got Stacy's hair and Chase's freckles

-She is probably what would be considered a "weird kid" with her lack of fear surrounding bugs and generally creepy stuff, while also leaning towards being a bit more stereotypically masculine (she does like ""girly"" things like dolls and sewing and shit- she just currently seems to present more masculine most of the time)

-She thinks of Jackie and Marvin as her uncles. Jackie is probably the throuples best babysitter (Marvin is not but he makes an exception for Sammy specifically because she drew him a nice picture and also told them that his hair is nice)

-practically begged to have her hair dyed "like mam's is" and Stacy had to painfully explain how she couldn't because of school rules- which led to a very genuine conversation about how school doesn't always have the best idea for every kid unfortunately

-they did make the promise that as soon as they left highschool their graduation gift would be to have their hair properly dyed

-Sammy absolutely adores all kinds of art and is always super excited when they find a new thing to do with art (Chase loves showing her concept art for his favourite games and Stacy loves showing her art such as nail design, tattoos fashion etc. Henrik takes her to art museums and galleries that have new art come in fairly regularly, there's one they always go too on the weekends for their kids interactive areas but Henrik always keeps an eye out for something she might like).

- like 99% of kids Sammy BEGGED for a pet. Except she really really wanted a pet tarantula. It took. A lot of convincing. But eventually they got her one (and much to everyone's surprise it's not as terrifying, especially when you have a 9 year old telling all the cool things about it)

- the tarantulas name is Jonathan btw. No one knows why but that's what Sammy insisted on.

- her favourite colour is purple and her favourite dinosaur is the Raptors (specifically the ones from the original Jurassic Park film)

- Chase (the absolute nerd he is) basically started showing her as many films he grew up with as soon as she was capable of seeing shapes basically. (This consists of everything between Jurassic Park, Alien, Indiana Jones, the original Star Wars Films, The Shining, etc) ((Chase Brody is a film nerd and I stand by that))

-Sammy also really likes animation! Her current favourite show is The Owl House and she relates to Luz a lot!!!

-She also loves Halloween! It's her favourite holiday! She isn't sure why her dad's seem upset around that time of year though, but Stacy takes her out trick or treating and she always has the best costumes!!!

just my rambling about the new alignment chart and poster, mostly in relation to Breakdown, but there's more in my head then Breakdown's arms spinning in circles. trust me im sane!!

i am going to add a 'keep reading' to keep the rest of you unsuspecting mortals saner than me! /lh

okay! so here are some notes i made throughout the day, edited to sound more coherent and structured because i was loosing my marbles today! (these are about the alignment chart btw!)

tarantulas... evil? i'd say true neutral or something because he just wants to be alone, not cause anyone any trouble. leave my guy alone he just wants to do science!!

skullcruncher... chaotic evil? has he even had a voiced line??

grimlock - well, we haven't seen him, either. maybe this hints at his personality? i haven't seen many grimlocks yet (bits and pieces of cyberverse, RiD2015 and G1) but he's always seemed more chaotic than lawful, or just in the middle. eh, what do i know?

the most lawful good character i can think of in earthspark is Optimus, or if you asked me to think fast and name an LG character, optimus would come before bumblebee, that's for sure. i've seen lots of people say - and honestly this sounds very likely - that optimus is being isolated from other transformers by GHOST, so they can manipulate him. perhaps that would/ will shift him away from LG?

before we get onto my main event - Breakdown, of course, anyone surprised? - i'd like to quickly say i'd love one of these for the humans!! it'd be cool i think. calling that agent Croft would be lawful evil, or even neutral/ true evil.

okay, fasten your seatbelts, you're in for a ride! maybe. a ride of my rambles!!

it seems that this chart, for better or worse, had defined the good-evil scale as an autobot-decepticon scale. fair enough, that could be the basic idea.out of the three neutral characters, we have one we've seen nothing of (however, grim still has his autobot badge, so he's not with GHOST. maybe he's more of a rouge from the autobots, not decepticons?), we have megatron (who switched sides onto the side of 'good' - autobots and later GHOST, but that's falling apart pretty fast ain't it?) and breakdown (whose heart seems in racing more than fighting).

based on that, the alignment chart could be:

good - autobot/ main characters who are obviously good

neutral - rouges, side-switchers and unenthusiastic fighters

evil - decepticons lmao.

alright, alright, but what about BD??

here's my line of reasoning: if he's dead, why has he been on both the new things released? there's a lot of characters missing from the poster - hashtag, nightshade (who's on the chart), jawbreaker and tarantulas (who, despite being put as NE, did the Maltos more good than breakdown.) etc etc. so, why put a dead man on these two new releases?

if whoever was making this alignment chart was just 'ticking boxes', so to speak, and needed a CN character, why breakdown? okay, so who else could be classed as chaotic neutral?

if our scale here truly is autobot - rouges/ side-switchers/ whatever breakdown's loyalty is - decepticon, who could be neutral?

it's kinda a short list, but here it is:

sky warp and nova storm no longer work for the decepticons. it even sounded like they considered joining the autobots, but (curiously sounding in episode 9/10) didn't for fear of ghost. technically, they're former decepticons who would take a better chance if it was presented to them. on the scale, that might be considered neutral. and they certainly have an air of chaos

laserbeak and frenzy, mostly for those same reasons. yes, they do currently (? well, last we saw, anyway) work for mandroid, but they're former decepticons and they're very chaotic. additionally, from a realistic point of view, they're more likely to be alive than breakdown. we didn't see their limbs hanging around, they're small, and laserbeak and fly. they'd get out of that brawl no trouble! therefore, if breakdown is dead, laserbeak and frenzy could have been placed in CN.

here's the conclusion i wrote down: Breakdown is alive! why would he be in the poster, and on the chart, if he's dead? what the heck would be the point of that?? especially becuase he's so popular...

oh? what's this? i haven't mentioned arms yet? well, i'd hate to disappoint. here goes!

in both the new images, one of his arms (the left one, which was seen hanging in mandroid's lair) is out of sight. unfortunately, my digging has lead me to the conclusion that the image from the chart is not new, it's from the moment when breakdown leaps, transforms, and attacks GHOST agents.

note the red lights underneath his torso, and behind the letters. apologies for the awful episode screenshot!

the angle and zoom on the chart made this hell to pinpoint, and i still don't feel perfectly confident, especially due to his head's angle - something just feels off about the images, but maybe if i'd pinpointed it better it'd make more sense. and obviously the above images are not perfectly pinpointed, but it was hard to find a frame where it wasn't all blurry! maybe someone can get a cleaner image?

the image from the poster, though, it's bugging me. he's literally a few pixels on it, but...

that other arm is bailing me out here! as far as i saw during ep 14, i didn't see him raise his arm like that, but that could be just me. also, here's a shot from later in episode 14:

it has paint scratches on, and because the poster-breakdown is a few pixels, i can't really see if there's scratches there, but there might be a little bit of discolouration in similar places. so, either the poster is like... an unused image, or the paint is there (painting... knockout?) or (so??) it is a new image. whoohoo! he'd... be alive, then??!!

and would it really be one of my rambles without a little diagram?

no i cant do proportions. next question--

Soooo.. if anyone here has 1) no fear of spiders, and 2) is able to draw spiders..

could I ask for assistance in attaining some references of tarantulas? preferably not in a super realistic manner. cartoony would be best. (like.. Pokemon? I can handle that level of cartoony pretty well)

since there's apparently a ton of different species of tarantula.. any of any very notable ones that stand out would be best I think? This would help me a lot.

(btw this is all for reference for a character design!! I am arachnophobic so real pictures or even realistic pictures of spiders upset me/make me uncomfortable, but I really want to try and get a cool character design based on one!)

The Bad Guys Review (SPOILERS AHEAD!!!⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️)

So I finally watched The Bad Guys and I LOVED it!

I'll be honest, I haven't read the books but now I'm definitely gonna try finding them. The animation used for this film is phenomenal! Despite being computer animated, it still showed a lot of cartoony moments.

Y'all know the drill, let's go over some highlights!

First things first, Wolf and Snake's relationship in this whole movie was sweet. They really care about one another.

Kudos to Wolf for paying for their meal and leaving a nice tip (despite everyone in the diner shitting their pants at the sight of them)

Love Ms. Tarantula btw. She's so cool!

And then for the duration of the movie, my heart was suffering from emotional damage and then it was restored as the movie came to an end.

Marmalade got what was coming to him. Nuff said.

In conclusion, the movie was amazing and I totally recommend seeing the bad guys for yourself to witness it all for yourself!

a part of me, despite being gnc, wants to one day go super full on feminine. maybe it’s because i’ve struggled with self image most of my life, going from starving myself to binging, losing weight, gaining weight, and now i’m obese. i just wanna one day be beautiful and show it off. it’s so pathetic. i’m just so tired of always feeling ugly. sometimes i feel like my gender non conformity comes from the fact that i have simply given up long ago. and that’s not to say people who don’t conform are ugly, but i just am rn due to various unrelated stuff. i wish i could feel love within myself but all i have is contempt. i will probably one day die of obesity and people will look upon my ruined ugly body, my buzzed head, my stretch marks, yet loose skin. and be sickened. i hate the world and what beauty standards have turned me into

this part really resonated with me, anon. because as you say, this is not the case for all or even a majority of gnc women. but i resonated with it because that was me. i used to tell my mom when she tired to recommend dresses and skirts that i wasn’t pretty enough to make them work. that the garment itself wasn’t bad, but the body she was trying to attach it to. my whole life was self-defined by my weight, face, and hair. i obsessed over these things. if i could just lose the weight, i would be happy. and if i could just get this and that fixed on my face, i would be halfway there. and finally, if i could just get my hair to grow at an exponential rate, i would be perfect! but until i could figure that out, i was going to hold off of things i really wanted to try.

i think i would call myself pretty androgynous. i fluctuate between the styles commonly associated with gnc women and femme women. or i at least desire to wear them. but i tended to lean more to gnc clothing because i didn’t think i could make the latter work. so i spent years dressing in hoodies, pants, and winter coats. and given i live in the golden state, i was putting myself in serious danger walking around in summer heat with a coat on just because i didn’t want people to be disgusted with my body. when i was 1 nine, my mom told me i should think about joining theater in high school since i liked to act back then. i told her i would never become an actor because i didn’t want some to “have” to kiss me. because that would be so terrible, of course.

you couldn’t tell me shit, anon. i was ugly and that was that. i didn’t want to hear about how i had a great personality and i was funny and blah blah blah. i already knew that. but i wanted to be beautiful. i wanted to be like the girls who subtly bullied me in elementary school. naturally pretty without having to go to the extents that my own family was recommending. to be honest, i retained those feeling all through high school. i had been called ugly in elementary and high school without prompting. i knew i was going to die alone and was trying to make a future around that fact.

when i was 18, i connected with a girl who wanted to go on a date. online dating, so i was terrified. i cried the night before because i just knew this girl was going to see my real face and turn right back around (even though i had intentionally used unflattering pictures of myself on the app and she still swiped right). so we met up, and the first thing she did was offer me her jacket because some unanticipated rain had started to fall. she’s just being nice, i told myself, and declined. i was probably too big to fit her jacket anyway.

skip forward and we’re at a coffee shop. i am mid story about the tarantula hawk (super cool bug btw) and this girl puts her hand out to touch mine when i am showing her how it moves. she’s been staring at me this whole time. i barely realize and remember that this is a date. i had been so sure that she didn’t see me that way that i had decided to treat it like lunch with a friend and here is this girl who is attracted to me, listening to my dumb rambling, and when i ask her why she swiped right, she becomes bashful and says, “i thought you were cute. and kinda dorky, which i like.”

cue the fucking explosion in my head. big fucking shocker lmao. the girl who had been staring at me and cursed in irritation when i had to pay for one thing on our three hour long date liked me. me. the “ugly, chubby” girl who wore glasses and didn’t know how to shut up about tarantula hawks. @divinedionne said something that really resonated with me one time, and it was that black people in america didn’t really understand how traumatic it can be to be surrounded by a beauty standard that directly contrasts your natural features (not verbatim). i didn’t think that i was ugly because i was black, but i did think that i would always be seen as ugly by those around me because of that. so i never gave myself a chance. should i have given myself a chance before someone else gave me that validation? yes. but i think you and i can relate in the fact that sometimes you just need that external uplifting. you need someone other than family or a friend to tell you you’re beautiful.

chubby? stretch marks galore? loose skin? i’ve got your number, anon. i’ve got it all. and what i’m telling you is that you have been lied to. it’s been screamed in your face either in person or through media that you are in some way disqualified from the game of self love. i was sitting right there with you a few years ago, watching everyone else be happy while i had resigned myself to “the truth”. and it is bullshit, anon. it is the smelliest horse shit.

there was a strawberry dress that was popular a year ago. i found it at a thrift store for waaaay for like ten bucks and bought it. i just wear it around the house. it isn’t for anyone but me. it is for my whimsical ass to make a tuna sandwich in while i listen to country music and inhale a bottle of limeade. it isn’t about anyone else but me. you want to wear more feminine shit? fucking do it, anon. own that shit. there isn’t a fucker alive who can dictate your worth or beauty. you want to lose weight the healthy way. girl, you can message me and we will look for healthy ways to do it together. you want to know how to look traditionally feminine with a buzz cut? i got news for ya anon, there are reference pictures galore out there and i will post them for you if you want.

I am a bit overweight it isn't shown well I have thick thighs and am just a but chubby around the stomach it isn't noticeable unless I wear somethign small I usually wear large t-shirts.I have a few weird talents. I can put my foot behind my head while standing and both while sitting down. I can burp for 14 seconds. I have been told I have resting bitch face. When someone stops talking to me my attention goes to something else so I won't be able to hear what they said if they say something again so I end up saying what alot cause I loose focus easily. I am incredibly stubborn if I want something done.

For dislikes I don't like people who don't understand that I'm different and ignore my sensitivities. I also don't like smoking it bothers me. For my love languages im not too sure probably gift giving or quality time as I love to just laze around in bed and play games.

he’d be weary of you about not fully putting yourself first than others, and he’ll remind you that. he’d make sure you’re taking care of yourself and even if it’s difficult he’ll be there to motivate you. after all you are talking to a former volleyball captain. it’s only natural he’s good with words and motivations of that sorts.

when you overthink he’ll hear you out but pull you back into reality. and tell you to take everything one step at a time. no matter how much you’re thinking about something, the moment you start getting ahead of yourself daichi would pull you out of the loop hole and take time to live in the moment and critically think about things one step at a time and make sure those steps aren’t just empty words but actions as well.

you’re bluntness might scare him, but honestly it’s more of the fact that he appreciates you for it. not many people who say they’re blunt are blunt. he’d also completely ignore you swearing. not that he’s got a problem he just wouldn’t care for it unless if it’s around his parents then he’ll have a word with you elsewhere. really playing that cop fantasy.

as mean as you may portray or perceive yourself daichi knows you’ve got a good heart. and even though it’ll take time for him to actually understand everything about you, just know in those times of being together he’s got insane patience and will never ignore you sensitivities. and like any decent human being will always accept you for who you are and will help you get better because you make them feel like they can also better themselves.

daichi even as great of a motivator as he is sucks at getting motivated. that’s only a joke though but if you give him something in exchange or even a simple talk in quality time he’ll forever be grateful to you. and also i will like to add quality time with you and daichi is watching action acclaimed shows and movies especially ones with cops and he’d play judge and see how well thought out and played the roles of the law are.

this kind of message always means a lot to me 🖤 so much arachnophobia comes from misinformation and perpetuated by ignorant [word used as value neutral as possible here] parents raising kids that then become arachnophobic because their parents are. and that’s okay it’s not a reflection on someone’s parenting if they don’t know better. it just sucks.

i just do also think spiders are very cool and some are even cute or pretty and they’re worth learning a little bit about even just so you know which species are worth being cautious about. but also to find out how fucking cool they are and how different genera hunt for food and see different colorations and behaviors and how every genus has a different eye arrangement. like. jumping spiders have vision just as good as the average house cat. they’re Neat.

anyway i think the important part is understanding they’re probably blissfully unaware you exist unless you walk near them. and also that 1. spiders are almost never aggressive, only defensive, so if you don’t fuck with them they won’t bother you, and 2. you can always outrun even the fastest spider on earth cuz they’re built for short bursts of super speed. so. you’re doing amazing taking them outside. lots of bugs to eat out there

🦋 Project Chrysalis, the Colorful Butterfly 🦋

Influenced by the song "Butterfly" by smile.dk and the remix by Kors k feat. Starbitz in Dancerush stardom, this Yumi got a butterfly-themed upgrade with some extra abilities like illusion and summoning butterflies for distraction. The species she's based on is a peacock swallowtail (Papilio blumei)

She's still keeping her seriousness in fighting, but she is easily flustered when someone pets her antenna hair. (Yep, the antennae is actually her hair). The bracelet is an transformation item. Project Chrysalis is a part of Mythic / Mystical Upgrades AU that will be into 4 parts, each part focusing on Ulrich, Yumi, Odd and Aelita.

🦊 Japanese Fantasy, the Extroverted Fox Maiden 🦊

Before you ask, this is the official rebranding of the iroha uta AU bc I really suck at romance. The old color scheme has too much orange, so I made her to be more like a miko (shrine maiden) and Aelita's helper. So, no geisha makeup, she still does wear her red eyeshadow/eyeliner tho!

Fox Yumi has fire controlling abilities, in the form of fireballs! sadly she can't turn into an actual fox. She can also change her eye color into red whenever she has any strong emotions (mostly being agitated)

This new Lyoko outfit is only worn in the new Japanese sector, named Yamato sector!

👹 Oni Yumi, the Spunky Demon and Guardian 👹

I already posted her fixed design in my previous codejuly entry.

She's part of an unnamed AU, but here are some quirks of her. She is loosely based of one of my fav Hololive Vtubers, Nakiri Ayame. Her katana blade is her secondary weapon, and when she draws her blade, she also can manipulate fire with her katana. Aside from it, she can also create flowers... with toxic pollen. Her fans can also spread the pollen in a greater range.

The red flower underneath her eye and on her left shoulder are curse marks btw. Oni!Yumi always emphasize that those aren't tattoos, those are legit, actual curse marks. Her anger is one of her main flaws. She can change her eye color to hazel when she's really enraged, but as for now, I haven't drawn her "hazel eyes" mode. Personality wise, she's spunky, but can be ruthless and unapologetic when she finally snapped.

🌸 Upgraded AU, the Elegant yet Cool Onna-Musha 🌸

P.S. Onna musha is another term of onna bugeisha, which means "woman martial artist". It is also sort of a wordplay, bc in season 1-3 Yumi's Lyoko form is a traditional geisha.

Tbh she has a lot of changes. Her initial upgraded design was more Chinese-looking, not Japanese (bc my dumbass brain thought that using halloweencostumes.com was a good idea for costume design), so I changed it entirely to be a mix of original design and garage kids fused together. Oh, she also wears black fingerless gloves, a breastplate, a Japanese-styled shoulder guard/pad, and bandages on her left arm. No full body design, but i might change her boots a bit.

I prefer using this route for Yumi in my post-S3 AU, and I already hate S4 for making Yumi's Lyoko form look more like a bunnygirl, so... welp. This AU Yumi doesn't have changes personality-wise to the normal Yumi, but probably... I'll change bits of it gradually. Her secondary weapon will be a naginata!

🐱 Neko Yumi, The Cutest Virtualization Bug Ever 🐱

Basically it's season 1-3 Yumi with cat ears and tail because of a "DNA fusion" with her adopted pet cat. I might make a nekomata variety of this, but let's see.

This literally is just a random idea bc I love kemonomimi. The ears, bell and tail color is based of my Twitter friend's pet cat, they named it Yumi too 🐱 (Bc their twitter account is privated, here's the cat)

😈 Onryo Empress, the Seductive yet Destructive Demon-Ghost 😈

AU by EpsilonTarantula (AO3) (FFN)

People been saying she looks like Nezuko or any other Kimetsu no Yaiba character, but this design is more influenced by the geisha in identity V.

According to Epsilon, Onryo Empress Yumi is not awkward at all and is a superb seductress. Which, while great for Ulrich, is not great for everyone else. One look at the Onryo Empress and you understand that this is a true queen of darkness.

💀 X.A.N.A.-Yumi, Simple But Intimidating 💀

X.A.N.A.-Yumi is personally my most favorite design of all these AU Yumis I ever created. She is basically a fusion between oiran, geisha and kunoichi. Sorry for the messy motifs of her kimono whatsoever, those are supposed to be lilies.

Thoughts while watching The Bad Guys (2022) as someone who loves the graphic novels:

1. They made snake and wolf even more gay in this

2. My headcanons are getting kinda fucked with this movie just a little bit

3. Tarantula still could’ve been called Legs- idk why they felt the need to change it to webs

4. I don’t like the characterization of the bad guys being bad. The core of the bad guys is that they want to do these things because they want to be good not for any alterier motive or because of someone else saying they should be good. It’s about the personal desire to be good rather than something else.

5. They do seem to be mostly anti-capitalist which I do appreciate. And like they’re not that bad because they care about climate change and tip. So it’s kind of very much so be gay do crime vibes but mmm I have feelings

6. Of course they kept fart jokes in this

7. That scene with the tail wagging and being called a good boy is gonna go on certain parts of the internet and I just- I have opinions on that

8. Having humans in this makes this like not at all possible to do- like how does that work? Is it like everyone sees what they want them to see? I’m just confused

9. I’m curious if the hamster is gonna turn out to be bad- he obviously has a lot of money

Legitimately find this opening soothing in a “coming home” way.

One of these days I’m going to actively binge watch this because otherwise it’s going to take me years to rewatch it at this pace. Especially since time to watch things is…lacking for me.

Ah, yes. The absurd in-fighting is so on par with their regular behavior it’s actually pretty believable they would end up being their own demise. More surprised the Predacons have lasted as any unified front thus far. Morale is certainly rooted in the mayhem they cause. Otherwise, really, what holds them together? Not camaraderie.

And here comes my nitpicking—they didn’t want a bomb to go off earlier because they are connected by an energon vein but this also creates an explosion…is it just minor enough not to set off everything? Because both bases—I’m getting ahead of myself.
