Dear Taylor,

The first time I heard your name was in 2008 when I was sitting with a friend at lunch. I was 11 and she was telling me about a song called “teardrops on my guitar”. I went home and one of the first things I ever googled was your name and this song. I remembered being so excited when I saw you performing live on TV - you were 19, I was 12. When I was 13, my mom took me to my first ever concert - to see you in D.C. during the Fearless tour. After that concert, I started finding arrangements so I could learn to play your songs at my piano recitals. I listened to Speak Now all throughout 8th grade when I was being badly bullied. Red got me through a depressive episode that hit me during my sophomore year of highschool. When 1989 came out, it was even more special because you were online interacting with us. I was sitting in AP Gov when I got a notification that you followed me on tumblr and I had to leave the room so I could call my mom with excitement and emotion. I was studying abroad when Reputation came out, and it comforted me in a time of both happiness and confusion. Despite having only had Lover for 4 months, it’s one of my favorite albums that I’ve ever listened to. 11 years after I first heard your name, I’m 22 and you’re turning 30. You’ve been with me through the most difficult and the most beautiful times of my life, and I can only hope that me and all the other people that love you have been there for you as well. Happy birthday, Taylor  ❤️

I really enjoyed reading your article about the 30 things you've learned before 30. I was particularly interested in the one that you posted about vitamins. Amongst many many other ones I will reserve to get into at a later post! Haha

I as well have learned the value of vitamins over time especially learning the certain specific vitamins and supplements for your own body needs, chemistry and your environmental influences. Do you have any specific l-theanine that you use? I use a brand called Sports Research Suntheanine at 200 mg (cold pressed and I think it makes a HUGE difference from dry caplets)... after a few trials of others this seems to be an amazing resource!!! But if you know of more brands that work for you please share! It's such a wonderful supplement and I wish I had learned about it in my twenties! And maybe my early 30s.....🤫
