something that I need everyone to know about the taz amnesty halloween liveshow. this was edited out of the uploaded episode, but at the actual liveshow when sheriff zeke yelled to let them know they were high and they all made jokes about bigfoot being there and how they accidentally murdered people or whatever, in the midst of the chaos Aubrey yelled “I WAS SO MESSED UP I THOUGHT THAT NED WAS STILL ALIVE” and I swear to god the entire theater erupted. screaming crying throwing up etc. middle fingers from everyone. travis sitting on stage looking smug as fuck as he beheld the absolute devastation he had caused.

pigeon: a duck (she thinks this is hilarious, duck does not so much)

sheriff owens: he absolutely does not dress up

deputy dewey: a doughnut

detective megan: her regular work clothes but a name tag that says “hi i’m zeke owens”

muffy and winthrop: just a bunch of fur and obnoxious jewelry

agent stern: psych nobody invites him to anything

leo: knight

sarah: mad scientist, so her regular lab coat plus goggles and a beaker full of gatorade

arlo: wizard

indrid: just goes in mothman form

Thursday September 22, 2022 is a great day.

I’m all caught up on Critical Role so I get to finally watch when it comes out (AND GET TO SEE WHATS UP WITH LAUDNA THE LOML)

It’s the first day of fall so I’m gonna do a witchy little celebration about it

My only class got canceled so I don’t have to drive half an hour to campus

I’m gonna be forced to get up earlier than usual (not great) which means I’ll maybe get onto a better sleep schedule (hopefully good)

ugh i hate when stories have like, angry mobs that are like "we're gonna deliver real justice" i get its a source of conflict but the irrationality and targeting the wrong person isnt done in a satisfying way at all, im sure theres media that has done it Well but i keep encountering it as just being super annoying

unpopular opinion but I really like the adventure zone. the first DND podcast I ever listened to was Taz Balance. I fell in love with it instantly. it was funny and silly and told a good story while being easy to follow for someone like me who didn't know how to play before hand. I learned how to play alongside the players and liked the goofs. it's what got me back into fanfiction writing and part of what gave me the courage to start actually posting them for people to read.

I've always had a hyperfixation on cryptozoology as long as I can remember and so amnesty caught my attention quickly. I love the chaos of it and apparently it's unpopular but I really loved Aubrey too. all of the players were great but apparently it's unpopular to like Aubrey and all Travis's characters in general. and Travis in general but I love Travis, his humor is exactly mine and Aubrey and Magnus are still on par with my favorites. I went as Arlo Thacker and Indrid Cold to the Halloween parties I had this year.

the first character I ever cosplayed was Magnus Burnsides and I got my partner to cosplay Taako. it was the first one and inspired a lot more creativity in me.

I love the graphic novels. I own all of them except for the eleventh hour because I can't afford it yet but I've read all of them they're all really well drawn and the story is amazing as always. all of them and all arcs of every campaign have made me cry easily. they're all that beautiful

finally I really really really liked graduation. I love Fitzroy. everything about crab boy magic man makes me happy. I like Rainer and her wheelchair, as someone who needs a wheelchair (but can't afford one rip american healthcare) it's nice to see and I also like that it's brought up in a jokey way when we first meet her. because it wasn't pity or anything. it was very in character for her. I like that we meet so many people up front because that's what it feels like when you move schools. there's so much new to the point of being overwhelming. I LOVE FIRBY AND HIS NO NAME!!!

I see so much hate towards taz and specifically towards Travis and I just can't understand it. also why expend your energy towards something you don't enjoy. just let people like things.

I absolutely adore your taz amnesty character designs, they’re so fresh and yet so familiar?? One look slammed me back into my old amnesty obsession hard enough my teeth are still rattling, it’s like magic. My only regret is that it’s too late to binge the whole show by Halloween ;-; thank u so much for sharing your art, it is going to consume me.

COSPLAY!!!! More specifically like. Prop making/painting !!!!!!! I really really enjoy makin stuff fer cosplays or halloween costumes... Ive made a proton pack, a steampunk gun, 2012 Casey Jones' mask and Poe Damerons helmet for Halloween & im in the planning stages for makin beacon from TAZ: Amnesty hehehe

I really really enjoy the process of finding the stuff for it and puttinf it all together and painting it and then just like... Having it for fun basically HAHA ive never gone to a con or anywhere to cosplay its all been like. Halloween BUT SOMEDAY ID LOVE TO.. I think itd be so fun.. i esp like "weathering" it hehe

I fuckin LOOOVE brownies... brownies or chocolate zucchini cake specifically... I have the besssst fuckin recipe for chocolate zucchini cake & frosting its SO GOOD EVERYTIME.. I also love just a good old chewy homemade chocolate chip cookie 😔👍 I like chocolate a lot LOLZ..

Justin Mcelroy's dad who picks him up after Justin's visit to Barns and Nobles
