TCW S7E4 feels: Rex and Anakin both seem to experience the strong feelings that come with deep attachments, but Rex, unlike Anakin, is able to let go… (Maybe because life taught him this rare wisdom through the death of so many of his beloved brothers… 💔) That doesn’t make it painless, of course… it was obvious how much he loved Echo throughout this arc (was even lovingly overprotective of him and couldn’t stop watching him 🥺), so seeing him encourage Echo to choose what Echo believed was the best path for himself (no matter how sad going separate ways obviously made Rex feel)… that’s the truest form of love ❤️🥺… and the way not to be touched by the dark side

(That being said, can someone please stick by Rex’s side?? Seeing him grieving [mostly] alone in TBB, most likely suffering from intense PTSD, is heart wrenching 😥)

Red String of Fate – Rexsoka Edition 🧡💙

I did the pencil version in 2020, some time when TCW Season 7 first aired (😭) because I was ✨inspired✨.

And thanks to my new friends at @rexsoka-monthly’s discord server was I just now inspired to vamp it up digitally and to finally post it here. Hehe.

Rex and Ahsoka are soulmates, bound by fate (force) herself and whether you want to see them as romantic, platonic or anything in between or outside of it, I am convinced that they were always meant to be together, to be lovers of the light side. Hnnnggg. I love them so much and I think you will get more content now that I am on that server surrounded by like minded people.
