#i actually #like teaching i've always had #i've been giving english classes for a while now and i'm good at it all 9/10 do really well with my help #i've taught adults as well and it's even better #like i'm good at it i enjoy it it's just THE most unhealthy job i could think about #at least here in my country #teachers are exploited they have to work soooo much to earn so little #but like. if i become a teacher i'm becoming a college teacher fuck high schoolers #i want to teach people who are interested in what i have to say and high schoolers are only interested in sleeping drugs and sex lmfao #like i've been there i know #and there are 2/3 hs teachers whom i LOVE like genuinely shaped myself as a person and whom i still visit at school #when i go to pick up my brother or something #well not much now bc pandemic but you guys get the idea #and we still have long convos and i love them i love them #and knowing i could become that person foe someone is just 🥺 #but like. in college lmfao #i mean i still want to do research work it's what i enjoy the most but #i just Know i'm not going to have much of a choice anyways #rambles
