For the past few days I have had this crushing pain in my chest. I’m not doing okay. I took the day off work and lied and told them it was because of a flare of my IBD. Why do I feel the need to lie about mental health issues? Hide them from people? Does anyone else feel that way too?

Day 5: Maple Syrup Oolong
Today we have a caffeinated oolong tea. With a base of oolong, papaya and raisins. I lost track of time while steeping it so I’m guessing for around 10 minutes.
It does have a maple syrupy taste to it. It’s not a kick in the face amount of sweet. It’s actually quite balanced and nice.
I added some oatmilk to make it a latte and give it a more creamy flavor. Which surprisingly made the maple syrupy taste more noticeable.
Overall pretty tasty. 7/10

Day 3: David’s Breakfast Blend
This is your classic black caffeinated breakfast tea. I steeped this one for about 5 minutes.
This is one I actually drink quite regularly, usually alongside my breakfast in the morning. It’s you’re classic black tea. A little bitter if you steep it too long but as a whole just really good.
I usually take my breakfast tea with a bit of oatmilk and that’s about it. I find that it doesn’t usually need any sweetener but if I make it too bitter a bit of honey always fixes it.
Probably a bit biased here but 10/10 when I drink it I feel like a fancy British lady.
