Hi! I'm new to the studyblr community and I'm already so in love with it. Any advice on how to get followers?

hello and welcome! i actually sent @isthsnametakenyet a similar ask when i first started out a year and a half ago. raf said to post things that i like and others will like it too - which is honestly SOLID advice. a lot of studyblrs follow a color theme predominantly consisting of white and pastels... including me. maybe it works for those of us who like that but if you’re not into that palette, do what you want! imo your blog is first and foremost a place for you :)

some studyblrs have a tracking tag; i know @coffeeandpies tracks #heypat and @thestudyfeels tracks #teamconquer (sorry to bother y’all, you were the first ones i thought of). using tags that other studyblrs track can increase the amount of people viewing your content and ergo, notes and followers.

you can also use the schedule function and your queue. i schedule my posts to 12 AM, because i find that’s when i get the highest level of blog activity. ofc, that time is different for everyone so do what works for you.

lastly, don’t be disappointed if your follower count is slow at first. mine grew very slowly when i started out and even now, i find that follower growth is relatively minimal in the summer months. it takes time!
