✨ May I interest you in some Dedede and Meta Knight as childhood friends? ✨

Design-wise, young Dedede is short and chubby with a smaller beak and three feathers sticking up from the top of his head. -This AU primarily takes place within the Kirby gameverse, the timeline starting decades before the events of KDL and eventually catching up to and following the main games’ canon (with some nods to side games and some unique events added here and there for character flavor). I’m trying to stay canon-compliant with it, but I’m also kinda making things up as I go and changing them as needed, so no promises I won’t just go completely off the rails the more I workshop things.

-Dedede and Meta are both somewhere between 7 and 11 years old here, though they first met a little earlier.

-Meta Knight is just called Meta for now - he won’t earn his title until after he starts his overstars military training with the GSA in his late teens.

-That hammer belongs to Dedede’s mama - a former pro-wrestler - and will someday be passed down to him (once he’s strong enough to actually pick it up).

-The Star Warriors/GSA inclusion in this AU is more for flavor than any major role. In this version, they are basically an intergalactic military group fighting various forces of evil across the universe, their reputation generally positive and well-known enough to reach even distant Popstar. Any known Star Warriors - Sir Arthur, Sir Dragato, Kit Cosmos, etc. - are either long since passed on or retired somewhere outside of the story. Upon learning of the GSA, Meta becomes enamored with their deeds and longs to be a knight himself (not yet aware of the hardships involved in becoming one).

-The kids like to spar for fun in their free time, but on occasion they get proper training from Dedede’s papa - a retired knight with connections to the GSA who’d settled in Dream Land with his wife just before they had their only son. Meta looks up to him with the same admiration he has for the Star Warriors. Dedede, however, doesn’t always see eye-to-eye with his well-meaning but rather strict father.

-Meta is quite shy around people he doesn’t know well. In overwhelming situations, he tends to either shut down and go non-verbal or quietly slip away to recoup. That said, he is much more expressive around those he trusts, listening eagerly and chatting far more than he would otherwise.

-Dedede has an impulsive streak and likes to make wild plans that tend to put him and his buddies in precarious situations (when he can be bothered to actually follow through with them, that is). Meta is often the first to point out the flaws in his plans (if Para Dee doesn’t do it first) but inevitably ends up tagging along anyway, his wariness easily overturned by his curiosity.

-Meta is sometimes bullied by the bigger kids in the village due to his strange appearance and timid nature. Dedede is quick to step in and defend him, usually getting into scraps in the process. It will be a little while before either of them gain the respect of their peers…

Skirby Doodles

I was feeling uninspired yesterday and decided to just doodle. Remembered I don't draw Skirby all that often and decided to rectify that. I might make some sketches into full pieces. Who knows.

A few close-ups

The hammer Kirbies is inspired by me getting my ass kicked by Skirby the first time I played solo mode in Kirby Fighters 2. I love him, but every time I see him in that game, I want to murder him.

A silly idea that came to me while doodling. Basically a Surfer Teen Beach AU where these get really competitive at surfing. One of them is from out of town and is staying with the family of the other Kirby (can't decide if the city kid is Kirby or Skirby. It would be hilarious, though if Kirby had to stay with DMK and Daroach as his host parents). They have a sibling rivalry going on despite being cousins. Bandana Dee would be there as a mediator and Prince Fluff as the smart guy who is the main guy who uncovers the mysteries of their quiet beach (although I think if I were to make this AU, I wouldn't put romance in it because I would want to focus on these two fighting and then making up for the 'movie's finale' where they take out a rich man's oil rink or something. I don't want Fluff's role to be reduced to the love interest either of these two Kirbies have a crush on. Can't do that to my favourite Blorbo)

I want these two to duke out human style, with fists or through sport. I'm fine with either.

Feline-like puffballs are one of my favourite headcanons.

Foster AU - could you think of any scenario where Sam would get really mad at Tara? Maybe for doing something dangerous behind her back when she's in her late teens or something... how would that go?

What would Tara do that would make Sam mad? Not a lot, to be honest. The only thing that really comes to mind is Tara getting drunk. But even then, what is the context behind the action. Why would Tara drink, and why to the extent that Sam gets mad?

Her first heartbreak?

Tara feels so strongly, she falls so quickly, for that first crush, first girlfriend. She feels the heartbreak of seeing her girlfriend of six months making out with someone else, so much. She's never had the chance to work through things like this when she was a teenager, the overwhelmingness of the emotion takes her by surprise, she couldn't prepare herself for how much it hurt.

She knows Sam and Kirby have a date night tonight, so doesn't want to bother them with it. She knows they would cancel it in a heartbeat if she needed them, but Tara doesn't want to do that to them. So she keeps what happened to herself and puts a mask on her face, telling them to have fun and ushering them out the door.

She plants herself in front of her laptop and searches and searches and searches for ways to make this pain go away. None of it helps. Time and Support don't resolve the problem right now. Someone else suggests drinking.

Tara's never had alcohol before, though she's not completely unfamiliar with it. There's a part of her that knows this is stupid, but everything hurts so much and she just needs it to stop. So she drinks and drinks. Eventually, it stops hurting and she just feels good instead.

Sam is furious when they gets home. Tara's never seen her so mad, and she's not even cognizant enough to be scared of her. Even Kirby is surprised, she's never seen this side of Sam before.

Sam snatches the bottle from Tara's hand and pours it down the sink. Then she starts throwing open cupboards, searching for every last bottle and can of alcohol they may have squirrelled away and emptying it down the drain, berating Tara for being so stupid the entire time, while Kirby focuses on getting some water into the drunk girl. As the buzz starts to fade and nausea sets in, Tara begins to cry, and in an instant, she's wrapped in two sets of arms.

"Sam, what was that about," Kirby whispers, attempting not to wake the dozing girl sleeping against Sam's chest.

Sam's jaw twitches as she attempts to find the right words, a hand rubbing up and down Tara's arm. "You know about my history... and our mother, and Tara's father... we- I should never have kept alcohol in the house in the first place."

Understanding sets in.

"I feel so stupid," Sam continues. "I thought it was safe, that it would be fine because I'm ok with it now, because she never showed any interest before."

"Oh, Sam." Kirby reaches out to place a hand on hers. "This isn't your fault. You couldn't have known this would happen. We don't know what triggered this, but we'll find out, and we'll be better prepared for the future."

"What if... what if something happened, what if someone hurt her?" Sam confesses, terrified at the thought. What else could drive her girl to do this?

"Don't torture yourself with those thoughts, Sam."

As they make their mark on Dreamland, Meta Knight grows anxious about the encroaching danger and leaves suddenly to prepare for a duel like no other.

False Knight

Correspondence from the remaining former opponents came quickly after Dark’s video call. They would be arriving soon. Meta Knight was thankful they were so willing to meet with him, even if they wouldn’t be joining him on the journey itself. He had his reservations about Dark’s cooperation, but the danger that rogue posed was too great to let it worry him for too long.

His encounter with Arcta Knight played in his head again. Every moment of silence was plagued with her cutting tone and the smell of blood. Meta Knight tried to shake it off, but it wasn’t easy. There was too much he didn’t know and it stuck to him.

Who was she? And who did she work for? Getting rid of her was first in his mind, but the anxious pricking behind his temple couldn’t drop the concern of her employer. He wasn’t sure what was the higher priority. Surely something he could sort out once Magolor arrived. And, though he didn’t have much trust in Marx, he at least knew where they could find the Galactic Nova for another Knight to assist them.

He would have to await the Lor Starcutter before he could do anything off planet, assuming Arcta Knight wasn’t simply hiding out on Popstar. In the meantime, Meta would travel to the sky to free Dark from the Dimensional Mirror. It still rested in that odd, dreamlike place high above Dreamland. Left as an abandoned prison for the warrior that dared to challenge him in the name of a master long since defeated.

Meta Knight returned to the balcony, casting one last glance at the land ahead before turning his gaze to the pinkish cotton in the sky. His cape was, once more, replaced by his wings The wings of a Knight were powerful and agile. Capable in battle for both offense and defense.

He took off into the sky, barreling towards the Central Circle where the Dimensional Mirror stood. He flew fast, his wings tearing through the wind as he climbed high through the clouds. Finally, he burst through the ground and rose above the grand mirror, dropping down onto the platform before it.

Abandoned. Covered in the dust and damage of their scuffle from long ago with no one bothering to care for it. The Dimensional Mirror’s surface was empty despite the figure standing before it. Meta froze. How did she get here without his knowledge? So close to the castle and completely under his radar.

Arcta tilted her head at the empty glass. Without a word, she reached out to it and lightly touched her gloved fingertips to the surface. The glass shimmered, gradually reflecting her, Meta, and the heavenly surroundings.

“Strange… I don’t recognize you.” Arcta muttered. Meta Knight grimaced, his expression hidden to her. The lights behind her mask shifted, catching him in the mirror. Though his reflection was uncanny. De-saturated. She squinted at it, curious.

“Nor you.”

“How did you know about this place?” Meta narrowed his eyes. The mirror was merely a fable to the people of Popstar. Though those in Dreamland knew of it and the miracles it once could accomplish, surely someone outside wouldn’t know it’s existence. A part of Meta refused to believe a monster could come from his planet.

“It’s odd. Though I know it’s me, it’s hard to believe it.” She said, choosing to ignore his question. He studied her, carefully stepping forward. His wings remained exposed, folded behind him.

“Becoming a Knight is like warping a reflection… surely it’s you, but there’s something small. Something wrong. Do you ever notice it? How you’ve changed to be some… noble hero,” Arcta tilted her head ever so slightly, “do you ever recall the past you left behind? When we weren’t Knights?”

“You’re no Knight.”

A tense silence fell over them. Arcta’s hand never left the glass. She never turned to him. Meta kept his sword sheathed. It seemed she knew he’d never cut someone down while their back was turned.

A sharp crack broke the silence. Smaller, grittier clicks following close on the sound’s heels. A break split up the middle of the Dimensional Mirror from where Arcta’s hand pressed on the glass. She subtly increased the force in her touch making more gritty clicks, more cracks in the surface. The reflection of Meta Knight split between each of the, now separated, mirrors. But one of them was that off, uncanny ghost she kept her eyes on. He seemed panicked, but no voice escaped the glass.

Meta swiftly drew Galaxia and leaped over her to put himself between her and the mirror. Arcta simply stepped back from it, drawing her own blade in return.

“I’m not letting you escape this time.” Meta said. He slashed at her, catching her blade and putting all the force he could muster behind his push. Arcta’s arm shook, struggling to handle his attempt to subdue her.

He beat his wings, adding to his push. She never opened hers. That only solidified Meta’s assertion. A true Knight would have wings bestowed upon them once they finished their training and achieved the coveted title.

As if to show his own pair off, he beat them harder, casting wisps of clouds to whip up around them. Meta grit his teeth.

“Do you ever think about the past?” Arcta grunted, using both hands to face his force.

“Shut up!”

Arcta’s eyes glinted and she growled. The violet lights appeared to burn as her arms steadied. From her fur-lined cape spread a set of white, feathered wings. The force of their appearance knocked Meta off balance and she shoved him back.

Meta was stunned, blinking in incredulity at the feathers that floated down around them.

“Wh—“

“You seem surprised,” Arcta’s voice darkened, her wings shuddering as she rolled her shoulders. She unclasped her cape, tossing it aside and out of the way. Meta found that unusual. Wings, but they’re not related to her cape.

“Illegitimate. Just like your title.” Meta said, steadying himself.

“That’s all you care about.” She huffed. The frustration in her voice traveled down her arm and to her sword, gripped tight and sturdy. She launched at him, her wings pulled close to her body. He braced for her attack. Her wings snapped open and she leaped over him, aiming for the cracked glass.

Meta darted into the way. Their slashes glanced off of each other’s blades and sent sparks flying. Arcta flew up again to bring her weight crashing down on him. He followed her into the air, climbing high above the land of clouds.

Their wings beat in unison as they climbed. Arcta attempted to deter him with infrequent arctic attacks. Blocks and daggers of ice sent hurtling down at him as he followed her. He was agile, weaving and dodging the magic projectiles without breaking a sweat. She grimaced, bringing down her sword once he finally reached her.

Their swords met with every strike. No matter where Meta aimed, she was there to deflect him and for her the same. She was formidable. At any distance he attempted to put between them, she would send sharpened spears of ice after him and the mirror. Protecting both himself and the fragile glass was difficult.

Luckily, Meta had some magic of his own.

He sliced at her, keeping close to discourage her magic. She was quick to catch his blade. Closing his wings around himself, he vanished from her sight. Arcta blinked and searched for him with her wing beats becoming more frantic.

Meta appeared behind her, slamming the hilt of Galaxia into her and sending her careening for the ground below. She snapped her wings open, catching herself before she could crash and landing with some difficulty.

“Damn you.” She growled through grit teeth.

Meta glared at her from his position far above. The sun at his back blinded Arcta, forcing her to squint against the assault on her sense. She would have this ability herself, if she were worthy.

She straightened, her wings opening wide. Arcta raised her hand overhead, holding a palm out to Meta. The air chilled instantly, his breath coming out in white fog. His eyes widened and he turned just in time, breaking one large shard of ice before it could reach him. Two more formed from the freezing air and hurtled straight for him.

The ice exacerbated the light. She couldn’t aim as well as she had hoped. But the projectiles were large enough that they should manage fine a little off target. Close enough that his warp trick would take too long. While he was distracted with those, she approached the mirror.

The ice shattered high above, crashing into each other and scattering debris across the ground. Arcta Knight took her blade in both hands and drove her blade into the glass.

As the tip of the sword approached the cracked glass, the space warped in between her and the mirror. Meta materialized in the path of her strike, grabbing the base of the metal with his gauntlet, stopping the sword from progressing further.

The remaining length of her weapon found itself nestled into his torso where the armor was regretfully absent. A slight darkening in the cloth gave way to a welling of red blood that spilled over the sharpened edge.

Arcta paused.

They stood silently for a moment before she retrieved her sword and stepped away from him, staring at it. Her gaze flickered from the stain on her weapon to the wound in his body. There was a tremble in her wings as she retreated from him, gathering up her cape and stepping off of the clouds, vanishing beneath the heavenly ground.

Inspired by @krikeymate’s Supernatural AUs I couldn’t stop thinking about werewolf!Sam and headcanons

When Christina and Billy fucked, his werewolf gene was passed down to Sam

Sam found out she is a werewolf the same time she found out that Billy was her real father.

Being the resident horror movie buff Mindy was the first (aside from Tara) to figure out that Sam was a werewolf, telling Sam she knows, after surviving their first Ghostface attack.

There are 2 forms Sam can take as a werewolf; a halfway form similar to that of the Teen Wolf werewolves, and can change at will and at anytime. And her true werewolf form that only happens during the full moon, similar to the modern day fantasy werewolves, a large humanoid wolf-like beast that is able to walk both biped and quadruped respectively.

Sam’s true werewolf form is 3x bigger than Tara.

Sam is always worried and scared that her wolf will hurt Tara, but Tara constantly assures Sam that her wolf won’t.

Sam won’t hesitate to turn to protect Tara. Tara is hers and hers alone, nothing will touch her or harm her if Sam or her wolf has any say about it.

Sam sees the Core 4 as family and her wolf seen them as pack. This also extends to Gale, Kirby and Danny too.

Sam struggles with being able to turn halfway and reluctantly asks for Tara’s help. Through trial and error and Sam accidentally hurting Tara resulting in an argument; (“I don’t want to do this anymore, I hurt you once, I don’t want do it again” and “it’s okay, I’m okay, it’s just a scratch, we can do this”), Sam now masters the the ability to turn halfway whenever she chooses to.

During each week leading up to the full moon, Sam gets more and more possessive and protective towards the Core 4 and especially Tara. They have come to accept that there is nothing they can do until the full moon passes.

so, i don’t know if anyone would be down to do this... but is there... any interest in making like, a fest??? an exchange??? a prompt collection? a fun week? a thing... anything? celebrating our lovely underappreciated black characters in the sandman?

i have ZERO free time in life and have never organized this type of fandom event before so i don’t think i’d be able to substantially run it but i would be so happy to say make graphics promoting it and generally help out if some people did run it

i am not an artist so i am not good at imagining Art but as a writer there are a bunch of lil plots that live rent free in my head that i would read the hell out of (free to a good home!)

- what does it MEAN to be a dream vs a nightmare? philosophical gault character study!

- i have like, 0 recollection of lucien from the comics, oops, so i don’t know how much of this is covered in them. but i wanna know lucienne’s entire story? like epic proportions. what sort of raven was she and what was her companionship with dream like then? if she was actually a human before that, what was her mortal life like? how does she feel about the loss of jessamy? how does she feel about matthew? idk but i literally love her

- also (detailed rather than passing mention) fic of lucienne running the dreaming in dream’s absence

- jed and rose come to live with unity and live their best life with visits from uncle murphy!

- death of the endless doing literally anything in her life. being full goth!!! death through the centuries! character study about being death of the endless? i have been a death fan for forever and. there just needs to be approx 500% more death content than there is. bless the artists who redraw the comic panels with kirby for example......

- things i have to write myself if i want nice things — the therapist!death AU where she is rogerian as hell and totally heart eyes amazing..... i have this Vision (again, not an artist sadly) of death facilitating a teen group... they’re all sitting in a circle of chairs in like a community center space... there’s a pride flag hung up over the door... she looks so kind and lovely..... <3_<3

Precious babies - I’m sure nothing bad will ever happen to them.

(ID: Reference sheet for my Kirby OCs, Para Dee and Bow Dee. Visually, Para is a young Waddle Dee with light orange fur, a pale beige face, peach cheek blush, brown eyes, and yellow feet. He wears large round glasses taped on the sides of his head and a green-and-brown plaid bowtie, and there is a little curl of fur swooping up from his forehead. Bow is a smaller Waddle Dee with red-orange fur, a beige face, pink cheek blush, big black eyebrows, brown eyes with a hint of sea-foam blue on the bottom, and gold-yellow feet. She wears a large navy-blue bow on the back of her head, the ribbon rimmed in pale-blue and wrapped around her head in the style of Kirby’s Fighter headband. Additional information below the cut. Just their kid versions at the moment, but there might be teen and adult refs for them in the future depending on how much story stuff I get around to showcasing. I got a couple other characters in mind for the Childhood Friends AU as well, but they’re still deep in concept stages, so no refs for them yet, haha. Also, if you guys want refs for young Dedede and Meta, lemme know.

Some facts about Para Dee:

-His name is just a shortened version of “Parasol Waddle Dee” - in addition to reflecting his Copy Ability, he has yet to find another name that he feels fits him better, so he keeps it as a nickname for much of his childhood and beyond.

-He is around DDD and Meta’s age, and a little older than Bow.

-He is the middle child in a pretty big family. While he cares for them all very dearly, being crammed in a veritable mosh pit of siblings gets to be a bit much for him sometimes. He hangs out with DDD and co. partially to get away for a while, partially because he was probably going to get roped in with them anyway.

-He shares a deep love of books and learning with Meta, though his interests lean more towards math and science, with space being perhaps his biggest hyperfixation. Seriously, this lad can go on about nebulae and quantum mechanics for hours if you let him.

-Para has an unfortunate habit of “Um, actually”-ing people about topics he knows (or thinks he knows) well, annoying his friends at best and making him an easy target for local bullies at worse…

-Unlike his friends, Para is not a very active or adventurous soul. He is easily startled, chronically un-athletic, and unlikely to harm a fly let alone another person. He much prefers quieter activities like reading and stargazing. The only physical activity he actually enjoys is rollerskating, though all he does is leisurely roll around the park while watching the others fail at doing cool tricks.

-Though generally reluctant about most things, Para is especially afraid of heights. Even being slightly up off the ground has him scrambling to cling to the nearest solid object (usually DDD, who has probably picked him up, possibly with the intent to throw).

-While his friends go on about their lofty goals of being kings and knights, Para’s ambitions are relatively lax. He’d like to go to university to study rocket science when he’s older, maybe even learn to build them one day, but that’s about as big as his dreams get, and even those could be narrowed down further to just seeing a real interstellar starship in person. Sometimes, he imagines flying through space on one, seeing all those stars he loves so much up close and personal, even if the idea of being up that high makes his little heart stutter in his chest…

Some facts about Bow Dee:

-She is named, unsurprisingly, for the bow on her head, which she has been wearing since she was a baby and practically refuses to remove without a lot of coaxing (stars help anyone who tries to take it off by force). She keeps both the name and the bow for much of her childhood, though she might not keep them forever…

-She is the baby of the group (a year or two younger than DDD, Meta, and Para).

-She comes from a relatively small family, taken care of by her two (extremely cool) moms and an older brother who is often away at school or out with his friends. As a result, she is on her own more than she cares to be - hence why she follows DDD and his friends around like an overeager puppy all the time.

-She thinks Meta is the coolest person ever from the moment she meets him. She hovers around him constantly whenever the gang is together (much to his slight annoyance), sometimes even mimicking his poses and gestures without meaning to (usually while Meta is mimicking DDD the same way).

-Bow was born with a Copy Ability atypical for Waddle Dees, that being Water. At this point in her life, the most she can do is manifest bubbles at will and maybe manipulate small puddles if she focuses hard enough. Though sometimes, in moments of high emotion, she can summon powerful jets of water from nearby rivers, lakes, or even pipes beneath the ground (something that has definitely gotten her into trouble more than once). She will get the hang of her powers with enough time and practice, especially as her interests in oceans, sea life, and sailing grow over time…

-Bow finds it hard to sit still and loses focus easily if she’s not already invested in something (much to her teachers’ frustration). But when she is invested in a task, she will go all in on it until either her energy wears out or something else grabs her attention.

-Bow loves sports and most outdoor activities, constantly bouncing between favorites (though she probably loves swimming and surfing the most) and getting super competitive when teams are involved (much to DDD and Meta’s delight, and Para’s dismay).

-On that note, she is the only one of the four who has ever successfully landed a kickflip without getting hurt (at least after the first time).

-Bow - who often forgets that she is the smallest person in the room - will challenge anything to a fight if it makes her angry enough. Literally, she will look a feral Gigant Edge directly in the helmet and put up her little fists like she has any chance at winning. The only exception to this is bugs - she will perish before letting a bug anywhere near here (something DDD never lets her live down).

-If she had a mouth, she would bite.

LWJ was obviously not an available target, but LXC and NHS were. The player could participate in killing WWX, and I think the tutorial said how this was super difficult.

Towards the end of the tutorial/fic, there was a part 2 published that covered the events after WWX's death, and if the player was close to/dating NHS he'd confide in her after his brother's death. If the player lived in Cloud Recesses because she bought a house there or was married to LXC, then she might meet A-Yuan, but only if she didn't participate in WWX's death, because otherwise LWJ would never let her see his son.

I am looking for a very specific fic - wangxian, xuanli at the very least - takes place post-Sunshot. At one point (I believe during the Phoenix Mtn hunt) someone targets JXN but force-feeding his dog a magic core stone which causes it to grow into a massive dog yao and WWX and JXN have to fight it off together. Later one of JXN's other dogs is force-fed a core stone while a whole load of cultivators are trapped in a building and JXN has to stick his hand in its mouth to pull the stone out. Pretty sure JGY and SMS were behind all the plots/shenanigans.

17. Hiii sorry I don't know how this works. But I am looking for this one specific fic I believe it was more than a one-shot. From what I remember was that LWJ was obsessive and WWX was oblivious LWJ killed I think a friend of WWX at midnight at school and tried to cover up the body. A girl who WWX flirted with constantly and who LWJ threaten to stay away from WWX found him and the body at the bathroom of the school and LWJ threaten her to help him cover the body. The next thing I remember is he is stalking WWX and I believe WWX somehow ended up in LWJ's house there is banging from the basement and LWJ is acting suspicious then he cooks food for WWX then makes a joke about the food being JC and throughout WWX stay he hears banging in the basement and he tells LWJ and he lies about it and he goes to the basement to find out that I believe it was JC who was tied up and they tried to escape but WWX stayed behind that all I can remember. thank you @kawaiiskeletonlamphero

I cant remember much plot wise but I'll give a brief run down of what I can recall.

It's a wangxian fic with wei ying being the bottom. There is mpreg but I'm not sure it's is omegaverse or not. There is a suprise reveal later after the pregnancy is announced that wei ying is pregnant with TRIPLETS. I think lan zhan or lan qiren faint when this is revealed. Pretty sure it's a happy ending fic.

19. Okay so I have another fic finder, whenever you're able to get to it! All I remember was that it was the beginning of the cloud recesses lectures and, instead of sneaking in and getting into a romantic sword fight under the moonlight with his soul mate, wwx is already a little drunk and instead ends up slipping while climbing the wall and falling on his head. Lwj finds him immediately and wwx has a very serious head injury and so has to spend some time in the infirmary. I think there was some stuff that happened after he healed, and he and lwj were together soon enough. I'm pretty sure it was an au that only took place in the lectures? At least I don't remember it delving into any of the war stuff. I know that it was complete though! I've tried a few different tags, but I've had no luck so far. Yes!!! I'm almost 100% sure the fic I'm looking for also had the mind connection thing. And wwx fully accepted that he'd fallen in love with lwj but lwj thought it was just the connection and was determined to break it. I think he avoided wwx even after that too maybe??? I don't really remember how it ended 😂 but I'm pretty sure it was happy ending!! (If it is indeed the fic I am thinking of, then I am pretty sure they "pretend" to be in love before LWJ gets the connection removed and then it ends with LWJ showing up in lotus pier and kissing WWX, wish I could also remember the name for you 🥲) - Mod C)
