Request:Robin,starfire,and raven with a s/o who has a dangerous ability,and how they deal with it?(separated please and as head canons)

As someone with dangerous powers and a dark history, Raven understands you the most.

If you are feeling overwhelmed with your powers, Raven will gently ease you into calmness.

Will teach you how to meditate so you can control your emotions.

If you lose control during battle, Raven will use her powers to slip into your body.

She will talk you through it in your mind and help control your abilities for the safety of those around you and yourself.

Will let you cry on her shoulder after.

While she does get worried, she also knows you can take care of yourself.

She doesn't hover over you and lets you have your space.

If you need help, you know to come to her.

However, if you don't come to her and she knows you need help, she will butt in and tell you not to be so isolated.

With her help, you learn to control your powers.

He himself doesn't have powers.

So sometimes he needs to ask others for help in understanding and learning how to help you control your powers.

He is very cautious when he first meets you.

But once you earn his trust, he is like a mother hen.

"Are you feeling okay?" "Do you feel like you'll lose control?" "Have you been practicing your abilities?"

These are the bombards of questions he constantly asks you.

It's not that he doesn't trust you.

He just doesn't want others to get hurt.

But he ESPECIALLY doesn't want YOU to get hurt if you lose control.

He may get frustrated sometimes and he has to remind himself that it's not your fault.

Despite the constant nagging, you know he cares about you and is just bad at showing it.

She is a complete worry wort.

She doesn't hover over you or get frustrated like Robin.

She just gets scared you're going to hurt yourself.

Of course she is worried for others safety, but her main concern is you.

When she saw you crying one day because you lost control and hurt somebody, Starfire's heart broke.

After that, she vowed to help you in any way she can.

She's always there when you're training, cheering you on.

She is your biggest supporter and will kick ass if someone were to say anything mean to you or about you.

If you're feeling frustrated, she'll take you out to the mall or to the park to raise your spirits.

You won't lie, you depend on her a lot.

She is the rainbow to your storm.

Because of her, you're confident that you'll learn to control your powers and use them for even more good.

- raven is the dedicated concert ticket buyer because although she absolutely despises the hassle of buying them and also attending she somehow has a natural gift for purchasing them all of them amazing seats and they always manage to get tix before their sold out when raven does it (this applies to anything that involves buying tickets cy and beast boy will forcibly beg raven to use their money to buy tickets for all sorts of events because they always screw it up)

- daily arguments about who controls the radio when the titans are in the car (cyborg usually wins because he’s always driving)

- the titans have a collaborative spotify playlist where they can each add songs and it’s the most random and chaotic playlist known to man. and it’s public for the entire world to witness.

- beast boy has a spotify playlist of songs he wants to learn on the guitar (alot of vance joy, james arthur, billie ellish, ed sheeran, bruno mars & some lewis capaldi type songs)

- robin went through a secret shakira phase (that’s he’s lowkey still in) and he listens to her on his headphones when training/working out

- every titan is a fan of at least 3 taylor swift songs (because taylor has music for everyone idc)

- robin plays his saved tiktok sounds and walks around his room acting out (beast boy does this aswell occasionally)

- raven has an instrumental playlist dedicated to her meditation & also like sounds (white noise, the ocean idk things like that for relaxation) she also has a reading playlist

- terra has apparently never heard of headphones and just plays her music out loud whilst doing errands around the tower

Hive headcanons that i have but make little sense

When they escaped being frozen they were all sick for weeks

Billy numerous has full on conversations with his clones when he’s alone

Everybody has walked in on them at least once

The hive have 2 photographs of the team framed somewhere in the base like lil family photos

One is with jinx and the other is without

Gizmo is like 10 years old

either seemore or mammoth cook, if not then they all get takeout

Kyd brought home a cat once while it was raining and now it roams outside of the base

Everytime it rains its brought inside

Seemore became the new leader after jinx left

Speaking of jinx and the titans and such i think they would lay low for a while but still do some light thievery

Seemore, mammoth and kyd prefer to go to the mall for their stealing while billy and gizmo go to video game stores

Gizmo is some sort of meta human

He is also Russian

I based this one off a fanfiction but billy watches crime documentarys

They all enjoy watching fnaf playthroughs

Mammoths favorite movie is ice age

They all have gotten much closer after jinx left for fear of others leaving

They have movie nights every friday and 7/10 its either an ice age movie or a tmnt movie

They are all also mega monkey fans and i hc that there is a movie being made about it in universe that they all plan to see in the theater

They plan to sneak into the theater

Seemore stole a record player because he thought it looked cool but kyd and billy are the ones who actually use it

The hive had to move bases due to jinx knowing where the old one was so billy sadly had to leave his cars behind

They all tried living in an apartment once as “normal civilians” while they were laying low

During that time, seemore got a job as a fast food employee, kyd got a job as a cashier, mammoth got a job as a construction worker and billy dragged gizmo along to a mechanic job he got

Getting the jobs were very hard cuz of their criminal records that needed to be hidden but the jobs sucked, payed not enough for rent and the apartments in general were gross and cramped

They did manage to get that annoying guy next door evicted after he played music way to loud for the 50th time so they count that as a win

They ended up just scrounging around for abandoned placed after they left the apartments and lived in an abandoned hidden hotel in the city

By hidden i mean that one of the only entrances was in a thin alleyway and the others were barricaded

They went to a fair after they settled in the new place and ran into the titans including jinx and kid flash

They did that thing where they disappeared behind a passing truck and just booked it all the way home

They went back next week

They had horses at the fair and thats when kyd found out he was allergic to horses

Also gizmo brought home a rat and kept it in his room for a month before anybody found it

This is getting too long so ill cut it here but ill post some more hive hcs later

they spend a lot of time in the garage. raven'll help cyborg tinker with the t-car, or if they each want to do their own thing, she'll sit in the passenger seat, door open, tea in one hand and book in the other, while he spruces the car up. the latter is very nice for when they want to be alone, but Together

their dates are p low maintenance, no stress, which is what they both like. they go on p lengthy cruises in the t-car — on more than one occasion they park on the coast at night where they can see Titans Tower and listen to the ocean + stargaze. cyborg insists they sit on the ground rather than the hood of the car though, can't risk any scratches, so he usually brings a blanket or two

they also go on "errand dates." they go grocery shopping (which given the sheer Size and Variety of the List that all of the Titans contribute to, is basically an all-day affair) or pick up parts or anything of the like. they usually swing by raven's favorite cafe and cyborg's favorite hobby shop (for video games usually but he does get into racing rc cars w bb and i am a firm believer in the titans sitting down to play at least one session of jump city d&d so that, too) on the way home

they both like history (cyborg recently having adopted a vested interest) — cue trips to antique malls, thrift stores, museums. raven takes her time, listens to the audio tours, and can get a vague sense of the history behind donated items at the shops/malls — cyborg pendulums between reading all of the plaques/tags, absorbing all of the info, and cracking sorta-jokes that everything in the place is absolutely and totally 1000% haunted and/or has been possessed in the past . . . or is in the present

book festivals are a thing!! raven likes them. she's a big believer in supporting Local. she also likes picking up every and any book she can get her hands on, reading the book jacket blurbs, then listening to the author talk. she's not much of a talker or a prompter herself, but she is an Avid Listener, and she likes hearing stories from all walks of life. but book festivals also can be p packed, and cyborg's p spot-on about sensing when raven's getting overstimulated and/or cranky and/or tired (not that she goes to particular pains to hide it, granted) so he'll usher her back to the t-car and load up her totes full of books in the trunk and oops when they get in he pulls out a bag of kettle corn the size of his gd torso out of NOWHERE and raven just STARES at him bcuz where tf did that come from and he just grins at her and offers her a handful and she finally cracks a Small Smile, takes a few kernels, and relaxes as they drive home (making her smile is his version of magic and one of his favorite things to do)

raven Just Doesn't call him cy. but she does and she will call him vic. it's the closest thing to a pet name she has for him. for his part, he tends to stick to rae (ntt vic def calls her witch and some variation of bird/birdie)

not to mix-n-match media but . . . "she's a magical gal in a small town local/he's a hubby who's part machine" from ep 1 of wandavision perfectly encapsulates what it'd be like if they got their own house (with a basement cy converts into a p eclectic study/meditation chamber/etc — he does the bare bones of it and leaves all the decorating up to raven bcuz he knows she knows what she likes better than anyone so). raven tends to float stuff (ingredients for tea, books, furniture, etc) around the house and cyborg becomes v good at ducking and/or snatching things that shouldn't be in mid-air out of mid-air

raven's the first person cyborg talks about his accident — espec his relationship w his father — at length with. i had an au idea for the "crash" episode where the "the only person qualified to repair cyborg is cyborg" line is proven wrong when silas shows up but anyhow. she's a v good listener and (as inspired by the ntt comics) provides the first nudge for cyborg to actually talk to his dad (which is a heated convo that's p heavy and ends kinda uneasily but it's Something)

they don't tell anyone they're together. not at first. they just really, really don't want it to be a big deal. they've always been close tho and the team knows that so it's fairly easy for them to get away with it — until starfire catches a quick, chaste kiss stolen in the hallways and shrieks w delight. cy and rae just swap looks of dull acceptance bcuz they know they're Toast at that point. raven's the one who tells the team — "we're dating. get over it." and after a day of buzz they pretty much do

Midnight Beast Boy Rant

I've posted before on here that I headcanon Beast Boy as gender fluid, and i'd like to go more in depth on my headcanon, though it is midnight for me and i'm barely conscious, so bare with me

So, I headcanon BB can change genders, and loves to switch freely like he switches from human to animal

I believe he can switch due to his animal shapeshifting ability

Anybody who knows a good bit about BB is that he can turn into anything biotic being, not just animals. It's canon that he can turn into extinct and mythical creatures, and even other people(though he doesnt because they'd just be green)

But no one really seems to think about how BB can switch genders too

There is canon evidence of him shifting into animals of another gender, like a cow. He can turn into a Bull(male bovine) and a cow(female bovine) for example

In conclusion to my short little dumb rant:

Don't get pissy over my feminine looking BB fanart and my female BB fanart, cuz it's justified by the canon lol

So I know most people think that thing on his head is a helmet, but I honestly think he is a cyborg: either his helmet can shrink and flatten it's eyeballs (honestly, not too outlandish) or its a part of his head. Also, kid me thought he was a cyborg and he was always right so *shrugs*

Backstory that he might have: See more's dad is a mad scientist that expiremented on his own son to test his ridiculous headset weapon. He sent See more to Hive Academy after that, I guess. No hard feelings?

On the off chance that he ever gets adapted, maybe drop the x ray assult jokes, k thx.

Kyd Wykkyd

He totally made his name by himself, out of pocket, like some 2014 internet edgelord lol.

Should be introduced into the DC comics canon.

Backstory that he could have: So like how See more is a "evil mirror" version of Cyborg, Kyd is a mirror of Raven in the most dramatic way possible. Kyd is a half-angel who grew up in an ultra-conservative household that was so obssesd with doing good that they ultimately pushed Kyd to be evil. When Kyd embraced his evil (from like stealing from a candy shop idk) his angel half became corrupted, giving him the power to move between shadows. So while Raven was born into evil and rebels against it, Kyd Wykkyd chooses to be evil.

Is either mute or electively mute. If he ever gets adapted please do not erase that part of his character it is really cool and-

DP x DC: The Most Dangerous Card Game

Ok so Danny has essentially claimed earth as his. And he is fully aware that there are constant threats to the planet. Now he can’t stop a threat that originates on earth (that’s something he’ll leave to the Justice league) but he can do something about outside threats. Doing some research on ancient spells, rituals, and artifacts, he cast a world wide barrier on the planet to protect it from hostile threats so they cannot enter. This will prevent another Pariah Dark incident. However, barriers like this come at a price. You see, there are two ways to make a barrier. Either make one powered up by your own energy and power (which would be constantly draining) or set up a barrier with rules. The way magic works is that nothing can be absolutely indestructible. It must have a weakness. The most powerful barriers weren’t the ones reinforced with layer after layer of protective charms and buffed up with power. Those could eventually be destroyed either by being overpowered, wearing them down, or by cutting off the original power source. No, the most powerful barriers were the ones with a deliberate weakness. A barrier indestructible except for one spot. A cage that can only be opened from the outside. Or that can only be passed with a key or by solving a riddle. So Danny chooses this type of barrier and does the necessary ritual and pours in enough power to make it. And he adds his condition for anyone to enter. 

Now the Justice league? Find out about the barrier when Trigon attempts to attack, they were preparing after he threatened what he would do once he got to earth. How he would destroy them. The Justice league tried to take the fight to him first but were utterly destroyed, so they retreated home to tend to their injuries, and fortify earth for one. Last. Stand. Only when Trigon makes his big entrance…he’s stopped.

The Justice league watch in awe as this thin see-through barrier with beautiful green swirls and speckled white lights like stars apears blocking Trigon and his army’s advance. The barrier looks so thin and fragile yet no matter how hard the warlord hits, none of his attacks can get through and neither can he damage said barrier. That’s when Constantine and Zatanna recognizes what this barrier is. Something only a powerful entity could create. For a moment, the league is filled with hope that Trigon can’t get through yet Constantine also explains that it’s not impenetrable. And clearly Trigon knows this too for he calls out a challenge. 

And that’s when, in a flash of light, a tiny glowing teenager appears. He looked absolutly minuscule compared to Trigon and yet practically glowed with power (this isn’t a King Danny AU though).

And that is when the conditions for passing the barrier are revealed. And the Justice realize that the only thing stopping Trigon and his army from decimating earth. The only way he can get through….is by beating this glowing teenager in a card game. 

Not just any card game though. The most convoluted game Sam, Danny, and Tucker invented themselves. It’s like the infinite realms version of magic the gathering, combined with Pokémon, and chess. And Danny is the master. So sit down Trigon and let’s play.

(The most intense card game of the Justice league’s life).

After Danny wins, this happens a few more times with outer word beings and possibly even demons attempting to invade earth, yet none have been able to beat the mysterious teenager in a card game. Constantine might even take a crack at it and try to figure out how to play. He’s really bad though. Every time this happens, the Justice league worry that this might be the time the teenager looses. Yet every time, he wins (even if only barely). 

Meanwhile, Danny, Sam, and Tucker have gotten addicted to the game and play it almost daily. Some teachers might seem them playing the game are are like ‘awww how cute’ not realizing this game is literally saving the world. Jazz is just happy they aren’t spending as much time on their screens playing Doomed.

Like how no one takes the sphynx seriously anymore. #(Sorry Tuck. But it’s true). #And there is NO WAY Danny is just leaving a hole open for anyone to pass through. No thank you! #So…beating him. But it’s not like Danny wanted to fight so…he edited the ritual a TINY bit. Card games are good. Much less painful too. #Danny Tucker and Sam made the most complicated card game they could imagine. #It’s based on their strategies for fighting ghosts. Capturing them in thermoses. And MUCH based on a on field battle strategy. #It often requires spontaneous thinking on the spot. So Danny? In his ELEMNT. It doubles as practice for his actual ghost battles too. #They had SO much fun making this. #Sam added an entire series of plant cards that act as traps and healing ointments and duds that just take up the field. #Tucker added legitimate hyroglyphics combined with Latin as well as English and ghost speak. #Yes. You actually have to speak that language to play. With proper pronunciation. (Amity Parker’s think the three are talking gibberish.) #I headcanon Sam and Tucker are fluent in Ghost. #Constantine WILL figure this game out SO HELP HIM! #Some of the cards also have combinations related to constellations either in name or placement on the board. #By the way the board is based on a Hexagonal summoning circle with Rhunes along the edges #And the placement of the cards on the board and on what rhune MATTERS. #Also the cards move disintegrate and have certain abilities. Think of Harry Potter Wizard Chess. #But they are normal when Danny plays at school. This is just for ✨effect✨ Against invaders. #Danny faces multiple opponents. He also halts alien invasions. #While Danny COULD stop crime on earth he’s not sure how to fight a normal human and hold back so he sticks to ghosts. #The Justice league are going crazy trying to figure out who this entity is and after deep research are convinced this is some sort of #Ancient being who has protected earth for millenia. They have paintings on ruins and everything. #Danny is not aware they think this. #Raven starts praying to Danny as if he is a god and wrangles the other Teen Titans into doing so as well. Danny is still unaware of this. #Danny is not a King or an ancient. Just a very VERY strong ghost.
