description. stiles loves nothing more than to have a taste of your lips
includes. SMUT 16+, stiles is a munch, oral sex (f receiving), AFAB! anatomy, no pronouns, sweet boyfriend!stiles, takes place after s3b (like right after probably), they have a pool day!
a/n: I was singing the song as I typed this document up hence the title plus I wrote this just to get back in the flow of writing okay enjoy (deff not proofread that well I'm busy)
word count: 1.8k+
 His hair is clearly dripping wet, blobs of water falling down onto his shoulders with each step that he takes. The water that falls from the rest of his body to meet the concrete is expected, you pay it no mind, and maybe you would’ve felt similarly about the droplets from his hair. But Stiles is approaching you with a mischievous grin, one that tells you he’s up to no good. It’s almost unsettling; mouth turned up at the corners in a thin smile, brown eyes widened. There’s just enough humor in the amber orbs for you to know that he’s not planning anything too evil, but you’re still on edge.
“Stiles…” you warn, legs already shrinking in on yourself, book folding closed with your thumbs in the center to keep your page. He’s just a few steps away from you now and up close you can see the tan he’s gotten from the pool day. It sits prominently along his shoulders and across his nose, the color standing out against his usual paleness.
He looks good. Especially with his trunks hanging low, clinging to every part of him, summer conditioning for lacrosse treating him well as he has muscles cut into his abdomen, along with a newer definition to his shoulders and arms. He looks good. And you could admire that more if your borderline-evil boyfriend were not standing right beside you, bending down, tilting his head towards you…
The squeal you let out is girly, high pitched, one you would see in a movie and remark about how people don’t actually sound like that in real life. Turns out: they do. Usually when water is slinging all over your previously dry body, just barely avoiding the book that you move out of the way just in time.
Stiles laughs, the sound joyous and pretty to your ears. You can’t help but echo it, letting go of your book to hit his forearm, barely any malice in the touch.
“Come on, you know I couldn’t help myself.” His smile is infectious, too. Your faux stern expression that you’d quickly painted onto your face melts into a grin, one that has Stiles leaning down to kiss you this time, a soft kiss that sticks your lips to his even as he tries to pull away. There’s a layer of chapstick added to his lips when he comes back in for a second kiss, and a third.
You let him, taking advantage of the loneliness in the Martin backyard.
Lydia went inside a half hour ago to do god knows what, while Scott and Kira went on a run to grab lunch. Which left you and Stiles alone, with a large pool, and an even larger backyard to yourselves.
If it weren’t for your lonesome, you wouldn’t let Stiles lay between your legs, head on your lower belly while his big eyes looked up at you. The position is innocent, for now at least, but you know Stiles, and you know that even the presence of his friends wouldn’t get rid of his one track mind.
His motives start coming to the forefront when his long fingers teasingly pull at the string of your bikini bottoms.
“This suit is nice. Did I tell you that already?” He did. And he knows he did.
You hum, reopening your book to your last page, focusing your attention on the sentences instead of Stiles with hopes of deterring him.
“You did. Multiple times.” Once when you asked his opinion as you were buying it, another when you tried it on for him after it came in the mail last week, another when you packed it for the day in front of him, and a final time when you came sauntering out of Lydia’s house in it, oiled up and ready to sunbathe.
Still, Stiles plays dumb, brows furrowing in the way that tells you he knows the answer to whatever question is about to slip past his lips. “Did I?”
You roll your eyes, already starting to form a snarky reply, but then his fingertips dip below the thin string of your bottoms, and his lips graze the material at the front, just a few inches above your clit.
You jump involuntarily, lowering the book from your face to glare at him once you recover. He flashes a brief, innocent smile, then his eyes lower back to their main focus. His thumb and forefinger rubs the silky material of your suit bottoms, the slightest tug loosening the bow just a little.
“If you want me to stop …” he licks his lips, glances up at you for a split second to gauge your reaction. “Then you gotta tell me now.”
He hesitates, one end of the string pinched between his fingers, and he stares at you, waiting. You take a breath, glance behind you at the backdoor which is still closed, look towards the back exit of the mansion to try and see if Scott and Kira are returning.
Your teeth trap your bottom lip between them and you roll the flesh a few times before sighing. “Scott and Kira probably won’t be back for a while, right?”
Stiles nods.
“And Lydia is … busy, yeah?”
“Pretty sure she went to meet her new boy toy and just didn’t tell us.”
A soft, gentle smile from you. “Then okay.”
Although he was the one doing the convincing, Stiles still seems shocked to hear you agree. His eyebrows shoot up, an appalled look on his features. “Okay?”
Your nod is barely complete before Stiles is peeling your bottoms off. They’re completely dry, at least in terms of treated salt water. It just makes the wet patch inside of them more noticeable. Stiles stares in awe, lips parted, borderline drool slipping out of them. He licks his lips, throws your bottoms off to the side, and then he’s level with your cunt, hands sliding under your thighs to open you up for him.
“I just want a little taste,” he’s murmuring, most likely to himself.
You nod anyway, pushing your hips towards him. “Be quick,” comes your warning.
“Mhm. Yeah.” But Stiles is already leaning in, tongue licking a wide stripe up from your hole to your clit. It makes you shiver, as the first touch always does, but his kiss into your clit is expected and welcomed, a deep sigh emptying from your chest.
His kitten licks to your clit are appreciated, providing the stimulation needed if he were teasing you, but when the return of your friends is random, and they could come back at any moment, you need more if you’re going to get off quick.
Your hand reaches down, tangling in Stiles’ dark locks, nails scratching at his scalp. He hums, just when his lips are wrapped around your clit, and the vibration is heavenly, akin to the ones you get from the toy under your bedside table. But like always, having the pleasure come from your living, breathing, insanely hot boyfriend is unsurpassable.
You tug gently on the wet strands, pushing aside the intrusive thoughts centering on how unpleasant the feeling of wet hair is when Stiles moans this time. You know how much he loves going down on you, and you know how he likes to have his hair pulled just enough, so his tendency to get lost in the feeling and the act is expected. Doesn’t mean it’s wanted.
You tell him you want more, the simple word almost a growl from your lips. He’s quick to obey, adjusting his grip on your legs so he can practically dive in.
His tongue makes quick work of sucking up your juices, and adding to the slip with his saliva. Stiles licks and sucks and flicks his tongue in ways that you can barely even comprehend, his skillset coming from nothing other than determined practice where he’s made you cum again, and again, and again, just so you can tell him what he can do to improve.
The sessions were tortuous at times, a little humorous when approached from outside of the bedroom, but you’re thankful that you did them in moments like this.
Because it barely takes anytime before you can see the start of an orgasm just over the horizon. You’re climbing up the hill, Stiles pushing you further and further as he probes your entrance with his tongue, a warning for his middle finger that quickly follows. The ring finger is added in a succession that makes you gasp, the stretch just enough to provide the right amount of stimulation.
His long, deft digits replace his mouth, giving him time to peel back and speak to you.
“That’s right. Right there, yeah?” His fingertips curl at your favorite spot, brushing the sensitive area before attacking it head on. You nod, eyes squeezing shut, cutting off your view of the clear sky. “Uh-uh, none of that.” The demand in his tone makes your lower stomach swirl, a feeling that tells you to go another round, even when the first one has yet to end.
“Look at me.” His voice reaches a depth that you’re used to hearing, usually towards the end of the night when you both need each other in ways that only the steamiest sex can satisfy. He’s commanding you, easily as you do as told, eyes opening and head swiveling down to bring your gaze to your boyfriend.
His hair has started to dry, the strands a little awkward as they dry in an untidy pattern, but it looks good on him. Dark hair hanging over his forehead, almost reaching darker eyebrows as he’s due for a cut. His cheeks flushed from the sun, the lightest freckles dotting them. He’s pretty everywhere, gorgeous even, but your focus zero in on his lips.
They’re pink, and coated in glistening essence. It makes you groan, saliva released by your glands like you’re fucking Pavlov’s dog or something. Stiles notices where your attention has gone, a cocky smirk on his lips.
“Wanna kiss me? Hm?” He’s so attentive to what you want, always. It’s both a blessing and a curse, embarrassment entering your body, but quickly replaced with gratitude since you didn’t have to voice the want yourself, surely leading to your words being disjointed and broken up.
Your nod suffices as an affirmation, and you start to reach down to meet him halfway. But Stiles doesn’t move. Instead, his fingers stuff deeper into you, clearly on a mission as his thumb of the other hand comes to your clit, rubbing tight circles that are driven by a motivation to send you over the edge. To have you reach the horizon.
“Then cum for me.”
And of course, you do as told.

My flannel
Tumblr media
Stiles Stilinski x fem!Reader
I awoke to an involuntary shiver coursing through my body. Instinctively, I stretched my arm out in search of my boyfriend, Stiles, but he wasn't there. Emitting a disheartened groan, I shifted my focus towards Stiles' side of the bed, only to discover the window agape, permitting the morning sun to cascade within, its brilliance so intense it could potentially blind those who dared to gaze in its direction. Flipping on my back, I rubbed away the remnants of sleep from my eyes before lifting the sheets away from my nearly exposed form. The moment that the fabric was off my body, the wintry breeze made its presence known, caressing my bare arms and legs. I got out of bed, stumbling over towards the window, almost falling down multiple times, but eventually managing to close and lock it.
I looked around the room, seeing my clothes scattered about. Sighing, I made my way to the open closet, rummaging through Stiles' collection of flannels and jackets until I found the one I wanted to wear. I pulled a multi-colored flannel out of his closet, putting it over my shoulders, and buttoning up all the buttons before descending out of his room, making my way down the stairs and into his kitchen.
Immediately upon entering the room, I saw Stiles sitting at the island table, scrolling through his phone. Sneaking up behind him, I wrapped my arms loosely around his neck, before placing multiple kisses from his jaw to his cheek "Morning," he mumbled, leaning back into my arms.
"Hey Sti," I murmured into his neck.
After a few minutes of staying in that position, I reluctantly pulled away, only to perch myself upon his lap moments later. Settling into a crisscrossed posture, I leaned back into his chest. "Am I just a chair to you?" He teased, a laugh accompanying his joke.
"Yes, and my own personal footrest," I retorted, offering a bratty smile before quickly turning away.
"Ouch, I feel so used." He faux- pouted, before dramatically placing a hand over his heart as if it was wounded.
Glancing back at him, I noticed his gaze fixed upon me. However, he wasn't looking at my face; he was looking at what I was wearing. He bit his lip before speaking up. "Is this mine?" He lightly pinched a portion of the fabric, tugging it lightly.
"No, it's mine," I asserted, looking down at my hands.
With an eyebrow raised and a smirk plastered on his face, only made my protectiveness over the flannel intensify. "My shirt," I declared, arms crossed defensively as I turned my head aside, a pout evident on my face, as I hoped Stiles wouldn't make me return his flannel.
Stiles lifted his cup of coffee to his lips, all while looking me dead in the eyes. "What does that say?" He asked, pointing to his name that was written on the the tag.
"Fine, it's yours," I said, sighing in defeat.
"I like how it looks on you," he pressed a light kiss to my temple, quietly laughing at the way my eyes lit up.
"Does that mean I can keep it?" I asked, offering the widest smile I could muster.
"Absolutely not. But you can wear it whenever you want." He said, his hands settling on my thighs, as he rubbed his hands up and down.
"I'll take it!" I said, grabbing his coffee and drinking out of it before making a face of disgust.
"Ew, what did you put in this?" I questioned, frowning as he laughed at me.
"I didn't put anything in it love, it's just coffee," he explained, pointing to the dark liquid in the cup.
"Well, you're weird for liking this; it's gross." I said, pouting even more as his laughter persisted.

Hi!! I miss your Derek fics so much so how’s one where you and him are in a casual relationship if yk what I mean when all of a sudden there’s a mishap that causes him to pull away and end up ghosting you because he caught feelings and is terrified of them, you still try to get in contact with him but got tired of it and that’s when Derek comes back basically begging for a chance to fix it🥺

Tumblr media
Derek Hale knows he’s gone too far because he’s no longer nervous waking up to hear someone else’s heartbeat next to him. Derek stays alone, always; it saves him the trouble of having to think about saving someone other than himself if he ever wakes up to another roaring inferno. Derek is good at being alone. It’s never something he’s struggled with, even as a lone wolf without a pack. He still talks to other people on occasion. It’s fine.
He’d thought it was fine. Derek had almost gotten to the point of convincing himself of it, and then he started making mistakes like entertaining himself with someone else, and by the time it occurred to him that he was long past the point of no return, there was no way he could ever end it. So he lives with it, it’s fine. Until it isn’t.
Derek Hale has never been the type to get caught up over a girl. He did it once, then swore it would never happen again. There is the idea of Derek, the lone wolf; Derek, the man with a heart colder than ice. He wouldn’t go so far as to describe himself as a womanizer, but he’s dated not one but two of the women who’ve tried to kill him and the other wolves in town, so maybe he should start thinking about raising his standards.
He did, though. That was the problem. Of all the people in this world, good and bad and outright bloodthirsty, Derek found the one woman capable of waltzing right past his best defenses and laying claim to the very organ he thought would never be bothered with again. Derek has long since assumed that, so long as it keeps beating on schedule, he’d never think about his heart unless someone was actively ripping it out of his chest, but Y/N changed that. She changed everything.
It was nothing at first. That’s what he promised himself the first time he woke up in an unfamiliar room that definitely wasn’t in his apartment complex. He nearly jumped out of his skin when he picked up on the sound of someone else breathing evenly next to him, but Y/N had woken up not long after him so they’d been able to talk things through. They’d both agreed that it was a one time thing, the result of years of rising tensions against supernaturals in Beacon Hills, and would never happen again.
The second time, Derek was no less taken aback, but a little more disappointed in himself. Usually, when he makes his word, he sticks to it for longer than a month. He’d left before she woke up that time. Didn’t stop him from crawling back, though. He can blame it on the alcohol that doesn’t affect him, the battle rush of adrenaline he’s long since learned to master. Excuses are easy. Falling is easier still.
Derek doesn’t fall, though. He won’t. Even if it kills him. Especially if it kills him. Derek can lock himself up and cut away his heart and distrust his mind until any conceivable feeling dies off from lack of oxygen. It wouldn’t be the first time. Somehow, he doubts it’ll be the last.
This is all well and good, but it doesn’t work as well as it should. Even now, blinking the last of the past night’s sleep from his eyes, Derek sits up slowly in his own bed, and the sight of Y/N there next to him isn’t surprising. Not at all. His internal alarm system stopped going off around her a long time ago. Hell, he gets more uneasy the longer he goes without seeing her instead of the other way around.
A year ago, he would have called that a mistake. Hales survive because they trust only each other. Y/N may be an ally in this eternally war-torn town, but that does not make her someone he can afford to keep around. Still, when he carefully lifts himself out of bed to avoid waking her, when she comes out of the room about half an hour later in one of his shirts, when Derek can’t quite tell where her perfume ends and his cologne begins, he wonders to himself if he hasn’t already crossed that line a very long time ago.
It doesn’t matter. None of this is real. He doesn’t make her breakfast, she doesn’t say goodbye. They just go about their lives as if the past night had never happened at all, as if none of the nights before that, all stretching out in one vast line of pale, bedsheet-white dominoes do not exist between them. You cannot topple what you do not see, and Derek’s eyes are snapped shut tight.
He’s started noticing things, though, against his better judgment. The furrows in Y/N’s brow vanish while she’s asleep, but they appear again when she looks around at her house or his in the morning and remembers something she’ll never tell him. Her shoulders always rise and pinch together right before she leaves without a word. Derek has started making himself scarce whenever she wakes up. It’s better for both of them if there’s no opportunity to stay any longer.
Most of all, Derek takes care to ensure that whatever happens at night does not affect either of them during the day. Y/N’s more closely allied with the McCall pack than whatever dregs are left of Derek’s ill-gotten attempt to seize power with his own batch of betas, but he still sees her often enough on wolf business. Derek has no doubt that Scott has caught on to the fact that they’re seeing each other, but neither of them will bring it up so long as it doesn’t become a problem.
A couple of times, Derek has felt Scott’s eyes on him like an accusation, burning holes into his shoulders whenever Y/N shows up late or seems listless during the discussions. Derek wants to throw up his hands and declare to anyone who cares to listen or blame him that he’s doing his best to make sure he isn’t the cause, but he doubts any of the younger pack members want to know that he’s specifically trimming off any stem of feeling before it takes root. He’s doing his best, at least. Surely that counts for something.
Still, he can feel their judgment like a plague, even outside of passing glimpses. When Scott McCall shows up at Derek’s door to ask for his help with a sudden hunter shootout at the hospital, Derek can still see the awareness in the back of the kid’s eyes. Y/N’s got her own thing going, Derek wants to clarify, she’s long past school-crush days just like him. They’re both adults and they can do what they please. High school sweethearts all die by hunters’ arrows. The ones who survive don’t play by the rules.
Scott will never bring it up, though, so Derek won’t, either. Instead, he just accompanies Scott to the hospital, where he slashes and stabs at anyone who tries to shoot at him. These sorts of things are becoming normal occurrences by now; Melissa McCall and the other doctors are probably sick of it, but what can you do?
Derek’s only half paying attention. He focuses enough to keep himself alive, but it’s easy to go on autopilot. The hunters will always attack, and they will always defend. Some will get hurt. They’ll heal in time to start the game over again. Nothing new.
It should be nothing new. It is, until Derek rounds a corner and he sees one of the hunters shooting at Y/N’s back. She’s distracted taking out someone else. She won’t react in time, Derek knows it, he can feel it in his bones like a bad frost, and Derek– he actually screams, a guttural shout of despair, and he hurls himself at the hunter. The gun goes flying out of the guy’s hands and into a corner of the room, blood spatters following it a second later. It’s alright again. Y/N is fine.
Y/N, actually, is staring at him in confusion. “What was that about?” She asks slowly.
Derek catches a hazy glimpse of himself in the glass panel of a nearby door and realizes that he looks mad. His eyes are wide, startled, glowing; his claws are out and dripping with gore. “He was going to shoot you,” he says, a little unsteadily, “You weren’t paying attention.”
She shakes her head slowly. “I was, Derek. His gun was empty. No more bullets left, I heard the empty barrel click a minute ago.”
Derek stares at her uncomprehendingly, and Y/N has to cross the room, pick up the fallen hunter’s weapon, and pull the trigger several times until Derek understands. She was right, no ammunition was shot. It was a complete misfire on his end, and something that he should have picked up on far before he decided to strike. If Y/N could hear that the gun was empty from across the room, Derek should have known it from where he stood.
He knows what this means, then. It means he’s making mistakes, and mistakes get you killed. They get everyone killed. Derek hasn’t made a mistake like this in a long time, because he never let anyone in, but he has now, hasn’t he? He’s known it for a long time. Y/N means far more to him than a prolonged one night stand. He has feelings for her, of a depth he couldn’t decipher if given a thousand years trapped inside his own head. Derek Hale has fallen in love, but this love will destroy him. It will make him weak.
And, fuck, Derek knows how this is going to end. How it always ends. He is a fire, consuming everything in his path; burning down his family home; choking the last breath from the lungs of anyone foolish enough to love him. If Y/N realizes that he loves her, if she does something so terrible as to love him back, she will fall before the year is out. They always do, and it will be his fault again, his fault like it was for all the others.
He moves before he knows what he’s doing. Y/N is calling after him, he thinks, but Derek is already rounding the corner and out of the hallway. Hunters in his path are killed by a wolf that might be Derek, if Derek was aware enough of what he was doing to act on anything more than animal instinct. Instead, he just keeps going like a bloodsoaked robot until Scott tells him it’s over, and then he leaves. He does not check in with the rest of the pack. He does not check in with Y/N.
In fact, he does not speak with her again. She tries texting him afterwards to see if he’s alright, and then even shows up at his door when he’s unresponsive for days, but Derek just waits silently in the confines of his apartment until she goes away. She can probably hear his heartbeat, but it doesn’t matter. This will benefit both of them. Neither Derek nor Y/N can afford an attachment like this. He’s already started slipping up in the heat of battle. Who knows what sort of deadly error he will commit next?
If he thought the McCall pack’s judgment was bad enough before, they’re downright diabolical now. He can’t speak to them without being on the receiving end of a thousand hateful stares. Every time he so much as crosses their path, you’d think he murdered their entire family. It’s unreal. Don’t they know he’s doing this for the best?
It’s not like Derek enjoys this, anyway. It’s unnatural. He’s started waking up at odd hours of the night, reaching out for someone who isn’t there. Derek rises with the sun and stares at the empty other half of the bed. He starts to get up quietly and then remembers that there’s no one around who’s still sleeping, so he can be as loud as he pleases. It feels wrong when the floor creaks.
He’s started creeping closer to the door whenever Y/N stops by. He hovers right by the threshold, listening; he can tell by the inflections of her voice that she’s starting to give up hope, and then she stops coming. When a week goes by without a single word from her, Derek thinks that he should be pleased because he’s finally saved her from himself, but instead, all he feels is alone.
It’s not a good feeling, this. Derek thought he would be able to shake off any and all feelings for her in a matter of weeks, but even a month later, he’s still in a terrible state. Lydia starts taking pity on him, he thinks, and actually treats him like a normal human being again, which kind of makes it all worse. He doesn’t want her compassion. He wants–
He wants Y/N. Waking up alone again, hands curling into fists around empty sheets, Derek realizes the earth-shattering truth as if from a dream. He wants her. He wants her more than anything. If this is safety, Derek doesn’t want it. He hates not knowing if she’s alright. He hates thinking that he might have hurt her. If this is the cost of keeping them both alive, Derek would rather be dead.
He throws on his clothes, headed towards the door in a flash. He wakes up early, always has; if he can just get over to her place before she leaves to go to work, maybe it would be okay– maybe she would still want him– maybe he would be enough, now that he knows without a shadow of a doubt that she is for him–
Y/N doesn’t open her door at first, which is, admittedly, justified. Derek’s cheeks flush with shame remembering all the times he’d pointedly ignored her visits. However, she’s better than him, always has been, and opens the door eventually. He looks at her, breathes out at last, and says– “I miss you.”
Y/N arches a brow. “You do?”
“I do,” Derek repeats, “And I’ve been– stupid, really, and I shouldn’t have been. I know better than that.”
Y/N folds her arms across her chest. “What made you change your mind?”
“I realized I love you,” Derek says. It’s only five words, but it makes Y/N sway as if she’s been shot.
“You’re just saying that,” she whispers faintly.
Derek shakes her head. “I’m not the type to throw those words around. You know that. You know me better than anyone, Y/N. Tell me if I’m lying.”
He waits. She stares at him, but at last she nods slowly, and says, “You love me?”
“I love you,” he affirms. Then: “Can I come in?”
A ghost of a smile haunts her lips. “Always so forward, aren’t you?”
He laughs a little, actually. It surprises both of them, Derek the most. “I thought you liked that about me.”
“I do,” she admits, and steps aside to let him pass. Derek lingers by her side, he can’t help it. Moments like these were meant to be treasured. He may have messed up too many of them to count, but for once, Derek can start again. He intends to make the most of it.

To say that Peter was glad to be home, away from all of the chaos that he contributed within the McCall pack, was a dangerous understatement. He hates being away from his own little world, for he cared for those he had in it, and he was a whole different person whilst he was there.
Home, it was the first time in a long duration of such where he felt as though he could call a place that. But it wasn’t just the environment, it was also those that lived in it alongside him, he loved the mundane aspects, how he could relax on the sofa and not have to worry about the ghosts that were in his scorned past.
“Honey Bee.” Peter called out to his sentimental lover; the only one he could love other than his troublesome young son. The dismissive clatter of dishes reached his ears as they were placed in the kitchen basin, and his love came to stand before him as he was seated on the couch, a tiny monster of his own creation clasped with his arms around his mothers legs.
“Yes darling?” She spoke softly to him, combing through her son’s dark locks with her maternal fingers, and the sight made the big bad wolf smile a real smile, one of happy content. Y/N’s head was cocked to the side as she enquired on why he called for her presence, and the man stood, untangling his child from around his wife’s legs and brought him up into his arms.
Taryn was weightless, yet he weighed down Peter’s heart heavy with loving adoration. He could not wait until he and Y/N procreated another little critter that would run around their home just the same as the one he held did. It was the best thing to ever happen to him, being a father.
He had not watched Malia grow up, and that was nothing short of a shame, but now he had the chance to do better and be there as he was more than well aware of the ever encompassing presence of his youngest child.
“I-“ before he could speak on what he had planned, there was an ever so stiff knock rattling on the front door to his secret haven. A derelict sigh made the man roll his tortured eyes as he steadied Taryn more securely upon his hip, pressing a firm peck to his wife’s temple before stepping towards the entrance to their home and unlocking the barrier that protected all that he cared for to onlooking eyes.
And there on the other side was formidably confused pack members, of which he occasionally aided, his only surviving nephew included. His arm propped more securely around his son as he glared with lack of impression, bemused about his unexpected visitors.
They shouldn’t have been here, he hadn’t even let them know the whereabouts of his address, and thus they must have tracked his scent to here. “Can I help you?” The old alpha scowled, his expression creasing even more when Derek dared to take a step closer. “That’s your son.” His raven haired nephew stated, picking up on the boy’s familiar scent.
“You have a kid, other than Malia?” Stiles retorted, feeling rather glad that his werecoyote girlfriend had not accompanied them to their destination. Scott too was rather surprised, he had expected that Peter had nothing driving his life other than a blood lust for power, however it appeared that they had all been wrong. There was a piece of him that was surprisingly human, and it was something that none of them had ever expected to uncover.
After all he had done, perhaps he had committed his wrong doings for another reason than vengeance; he was protecting his own little pack. “Peter, we need your help.” Scott stated with his soft alpha demeanour, understanding if he were unwilling to give his aid at this particular time. He had never been a fan of Peter, not after changing him to be a werewolf against his will, and especially not after threatening the lives of those he cared about, but he had to admit, he conditioned a heart felt feeling for the man. It wasn’t quite happiness, but it wasn’t not happiness either.
“I guess you’ve caught me in a good mood.” It was something the pack members had rarely witnessed, Peter was hardly generous, but he wanted to try and be a good example for his son. “Come on in - but don’t make yourselves at home. I’d prefer for this to not take too long.”
At least his blunt honesty wasn’t peculiar behaviour, and thus with wary footsteps Stiles was forced by Scott’s hand upon the back of his shoulder to enter the home of Peter Hale. “What’s your kid’s name?” Derek asked, curious about his newly discovered cousin. The kid shyly bowed his head, his locks falling before his eyes as Peter placed him like a feather on the floor.
Taryn was preferable to remain in Peter’s shadow. Tucking his hands around his father’s legs as he adapted to the strangers that his father had invited inside. Without hesitancy, despite the company he had, Peter crouch’s down and comforted his son. “It’s okay, you can introduce yourself. These are… some friends of mine.” He’d have rather proclaimed them as acquaintances however that would unsettle Taryn, and it wasn’t exactly the truth.
“My name is Taryn.” The spawn of Scott’s first enemy quietly spoke, making his father proud for doing so. “Why don’t you go to your room son, I’ll be right in after talking to my friends.” The boy needn’t be told twice, he was shy, especially around the rare amount of strangers he had met, and so he gladly trotted off down the hallway, giddy for his ‘daddy’s friends’ leave.
Peter stood up straighter and cleared his throat. “What is it that you needed from me?” His stoic demeanour returned as he expectedly awaited an answer to those that brought constant chaos into his now calm life. “Perhaps to know who would have a child with you, the mass murderer that went around the town killing only for it all to be blamed on a mountain lion.” Stiles scoffed, shocked that someone would willingly procreate with such a monster.
“That would be me.” A voice startled the sarcastic boy, one of feminine grace and beauty which astounded Stiles whom was gasping at the sight of the goddess like creature that stalked in the room before them. “Do we have a problem here darling, or do I need to rip a tongue or two out to bring some quiet back to our home?” Her eyebrows raised as she glowered upon the folk that were crowded in the entryway, looking to her husband for confirmation.
“It’s fine Y/N.” It wasn’t very often that Peter called her by her name, however he was on edge for the seriousness that was contorting the faces of the pack members. “But what I am wanting to know is what isn’t fine, since I assume that’s what you lot were going to tell me.” Derek inhaled through his nose as Scott stepped closer, understanding that the threat was far larger to Peter than he had earlier anticipated.
“There’s a dead pool for supernatural creatures. They are going to try and kill us for money, your money in fact. And I’m willing to bet your family are on the other parts of the list; so, are you willing to help us protect our kind, or will you run, like you always do? I’d understand if you did the latter, I never knew you had a son and a…”
“Wife.” Y/N finished the sentence for Scott, crossing her arms as she stood closer to her husband. “If you need help, you have mine, I will do anything to protect my son.” It was unexpected however Derek nodded in appreciation for her words. Peter weaved his fingers through hers as he ogled worryingly at his beauty, and he was the beast, a beast that was to be hunted and fighting for the life of his family.
“Our son.” He spoke humbly, becoming protective as he thought of all he had to lose. “Just tell us what you want us to do Scott, but remember, our priority is Taryn, his life is more important than any other to us. I will not save a life if it means risking his, but we will do our best.”
“I understand.” Scott said harmlessly, for the first time gracing his maker with a smile. None of this would have tied the alpha up in this mess if Peter had never bitten him, however there was nothing for him to do that would erase that past. “And thank you, I’m glad that we’re on the same side when it comes to this.”

𝙣𝙤𝙩 𝙢𝙮 𝙜𝙞𝙛! 𝙘𝙧𝙚𝙙𝙨 𝙩𝙤 𝙤𝙬𝙣𝙚𝙧!
Going to Lydia’s cabin over spring break was by far your favorite thing about break. It was a tradition you all started sophomore year. As soon as you guys could drive, it was cabin every spring; and it was always a blast. Lydia’s cabin was gorgeous, and huge! It wouldn’t be dramatic to say there were like 10 bedrooms in that thing. It was massive, complete with a pool, hot-tub, and of course the lake that the backyard deck overlooked.
It was about 6 pm by the time you and your friends arrived. You and Stiles rode in your car, which was quite the hassle. Stiles doesn’t like to leave Roscoe unattended for so long. However, he couldn’t fight the fact that your car was newer (a lot newer) and therefore more reliable to go the 3 hour drive down to the cabin. So, Stiles drove your car. You two pulled up to the cabin and parked behind Scott and Allison in the roundabout driveway; Lydia and Kira in front of them, and Malia and Isaac behind you.
“Finally!” You groan, unbuckling and opening the door to climb out. Stiles does the same and you both stretch after being cooped up for 3 hours. The others park and get out of their cars, grabbing their bags and making their way toward the front door to the cabin.
“Y’all ready to do this?!” Scott tells from the porch, bags in his hands. Your friends woop in unison. “Every year, baby!” Stiles shouts back, grabbing his totes bags. You grab yours and follow your friends inside.
Once inside, everyone disperses, chit chatting while deciding which rooms they’re picking, how long the drive was, how excited they are, etc. You leave Stiles to chat with Scott as you catch up to Lydia and Kira to chat with them as they walk to their room for the week. Allison trots up to you girls, leaving Scott with the boys and Malia.
“So I see you three survived the drive.” You say to them as you three enter Lydia and Kira’s bedroom and they drop their bags to the floor. “Barely, Kira slept the whole time, I was practically asleep at the wheel!” Lydia counters, Kira giggling. “Hey I was catching up on some zzzs for the party we’re having tonight.” Kira replies. “Exactly! I’ve been dreaming about this trip for weeks, I’m dying to party! Allison says excitedly. “I wouldn’t call it a party, Allison.” Lydia says, “I would! You don’t need the whole school to throw a party. All you need is some alcohol, some music—“ “And me.” Lydia interrupts, flipping her hair and giggling.
“So, what’s the deal with you and Stiles this year, things are different.” Allison asks, nudging my shoulder with here. Though this is our third year as a friend group coming down to the cabin, this is the first that me and Stiles are attending as an item. “I don’t think it’ll feel any different than how we are at home. I mean, it’s not like we don’t have sleepovers or party together in Beacon Hills. Why would this be any different?” You say. “Becauseeee it’s a romantic getaway, with a side of friends and fun of course!” Kira interjects.
You scoff at her, playfully rolling your eyes in response. “Oh come onnnnn Y/N, this is the perfect time to make a real sexy move on him.” Lydia chirps in. “Oh please, being sexy is definitely not my thing. That charm doesn’t come that easily for me as it does you, Lyd.” You answer, and Allison giggles, but nonetheless agreeing with you. “I don’t believe that for a second. I know for a fact that Stiles has said how sexy you are just about a million times.” Lydia interjects, and you laugh. “Well yeah, of course he thinks I am, but that doesn’t mean that I think I am.” How did we even get to this topic? “Why don’t we drop this subject, we gotta get ready and pregame.” You say, changing the subject. “Yeah, and God knows you and Lyds need 3-4 business days to get ready.” Allison says, and the four of you laugh.
You leave the girls to unpack and make your way down the hallways to the room that you and Stiles usually stay in. Though this is your first cabin trip as a couple, you two have shared this room since the beginning. You pad into the room to see Stiles already unpacking his clothes and stuffing them into drawers.
“Hey babe, you can have the closet.” He says, glancing over to you briefly while putting his things away. “Thank God, I did not wanna have to play you in rock, paper, scissors.” You say, plopping your bags down on the bed to begin emptying them. “Why, because you always lose?” Stiles asks. “No, because you always cheat.” You reply, and he laughs. “You can’t cheat in rock paper scissors Y/N.” He says. “That’s what a cheater would say.”
“So what’s your plan tonight. What’s this I hear about a girls only pregame?” Stiles asks, baffled at such a thing. “We want to do our makeup and gossip before the bonfire tonight, so we’re just gonna pregame just cuz.” You reply, getting out your makeup bag.
“Why do you guys want to do makeup? We’re not even going anywhere?” Stiles asks, no grasp on the concept. “Stiles, we don’t have to be doing anything special to do our makeup. It’s just something to do for fun, make us feel pretty.” You roll your eyes playfully.
“Well I think you’re pretty all the time.” He says, still finishing up unpacking, but you stop in your tracks.
“Awe, Stilesssss.” You drawl, and he turns to you. “You know what? Nope, no I take it back!” He tries to escape your advances but he’s too late, you’re already wrapping your arms around his neck and peppering his face with kisses. “You’re so adorable.” You say, placing one final kiss on his lips. “I know, it’s part of my charm.” He smirks, and you roll your eyes, turning to finish unpacking.
After settling into your room, you begin to search for your outfit tonight. You all plan on having your fun out on the deck in the backyard that overlooks the lake. And of course, taking advantage of that pool and hot-tub. You pull out one of your bikinis, your chosen outfit, and your makeup bag before walking over to Stiles, who now sat on the bed on his phone. He looks up at you as you approach, and you give him a peck. “I’m getting ready in Lydia and Kira’s room, I’ll see you out there, stud.” You say, and Stiles laughs with an “Okay, have fun,” before you exit.
Cut to you, Allison, Lydia, Malia, and Kira all getting ready for the night. You sit on the floor doing your makeup, Lydia curling her hair in the connected bathroom, Allison and Malia debating outfits, and Kira getting shots ready for the pregame. It’s nice to spend some girls time together without it being supernatural for once.
“So, you and Stiles, huh? Any spicy plans?” Kira asks from beside you. “Why must you guys always insist that me and Stiles fuck every time we’re here?” You ask, recalling many instances through out the years that the girls have tried to hook you up with Stiles. “Because now that you two are finally exclusive, we actually have a reason to expect some devising.” Lydia yells out from the connected bathroom.
“Oh come on, Y/N, haven’t you at least thought about tonight?” Allison asks, settling on some black jean shorts and a gray tank top. “I mean yeah, sure, but I really don’t see the point in day dreaming. You guys act like me and Stiles have never fucked.” You argue.
You finish your makeup and grab your dark green bikini. “Did you at least bring a super sexy bikini to send him overboard.” Lydia asks, strutting out of the bathroom in her scrunchy red two piece. Malia whistles at her and the rest of you laugh. “Lydia, I brought the same bathing suit I wear every year.” You reply, holding up the dark green fabric. Lydia gasps, snatching it out of your grasp. “Y/N you are NOT wearing this. That is practically social suicide. Are you trying to put his dick to sleep?! Not to worry, I have just the thing for you.”
You sit down on the bed by Allison, “Lyds, seriously, that green one is fine.” Malia laughs, “No offense, Y/N, but if I had a dick, it would definitely be soft if you wore that thing.” You just groan in defeat. Lydia grabs a new bikini for you from the bathroom and holds it up for all the girls to see. Everyone whistles and woops but you can’t help but be silent in shock. “Lydia how am I supposed to even fit in that! There’s barely anything covering the top.” You laugh. taking it into your hands. “That’s the whole point, babes. Now let’s hurry up and get this party started!” She says, and as if on cue, you all eek with excitement.
Next thing you know, you’ve got the perfect buzz. You and Allison are the last ones to make it to the back deck. You’re wearing your beat up shoes, some blue jean shorts, and the bikini top, bottoms underneath the shorts. You and Allison step outside to see the boys and Kira already in the pool playing with a volleyball. You two join the girls by the side of the pool and you dig through the cooler for a drink. “Who’s winning?” You ask as you watch Scott and Isaac team up against Kira and Stiles. Malia laughs, “Not sure, can’t keep track over Scott and Stiles’ shit talk.”
You, Allison, Lydia, and Malia talk and drink by the poolside while you guys watch Stiles and Kira get destroyed by Scott and Isaac. The music plays loudly as you turn your head away from the intense volleyball game, “I don’t know about you guys but I’m getting in.” You say, finally past the point from buzzed to tipsy. You stand up, and the girls follow your actions. You take your shoes off and pull your shorts down. And as if almost immediately, Stiles’ eyes are on you. His mouth is practically hanging open at the sight.
You and the girls jump into the pool, screaming from the slightly cool water. You swim up for air and you’re met with Stiles. It seems as if the volleyball game has come to a halt. “About time you joined me.” He says, hands on your waist. You slide your hands up his chest to wrap your arms around his neck. You giggle, “What, you miss me?” He smiles, leaning his head down a little, “Always.” He replies, dipping his head down to envelope your lips with his own.
You two have seemingly forgotten all about the volleyball game until you hear Lydia quip, “Get a room or get your heads in the game!” She shouts, causing you to finally separate from Stiles.
After some volleyball, marco polo, and some racing, you all decide to gather around the fire pit on the deck for a drunk game of Never Have I Ever.
You sit on the deck floor with Malia and Kira, not enough chairs to go around, not you you three minded. “Okay okay, my turn, my turn.” Allison slurs excitedly, “Never have I ever had sex at school.” She says, and everyone looks around as Lydia drops a finger, as well as Stiles and yourself.
“No way!” Kira exclaims to you, Scott and Stiles sharing a high five. “I expected Lydia, but you Y/N?! Who are you and what’ve you done with my best friend?!” Kira yells, Allison crying from laughter. “I knew it!” Alli yells.
“Okay okay, enough!” You laugh, “I’ll go, I’ll go! Never Have I Ever gotten caught by my parents.” You say, watching as Allison and Scott drop a finger, as well as Stiles’. “Hey you’ve been caught, drop it.” Stiles points, and you hold up your hands, “Hey we got caught by your dad, not my parents. Doesn’t count.” You argue, and Stiles laughs.
After a long night of games and talking by the fire, everyone slowly retreats to their rooms for the night. All except you and Stiles, who now sit by the fire alone.
“You ready to head in?” Stiles asks, standing up from his seat, finishing the beer in his hand. You stand up as well, and Stiles is under the impression that you’re about to walk inside til you start to undo your shorts buttons. “No way, I wanna test out the hot tub.” You say, sliding your shorts down your silky legs agonizingly slow, practically teasing Stiles.
At first Stiles isn’t convinced to join, “Babe, it’s getting late. We have a whole week to test out the hot tub.” He says, watching in defeat as you walk over and sip a foot into the steaming tub. You step in and make yourself comfortable, eyeing him from afar.
“Oh come on, Stilinski. You really gonna tell me no?” You poke at him, and he shakes his head before walking over and jointing you in the hot tub.
As soon as he sits down beside you though, you’re already standing up in the tub to move and sit in his lap. Stiles is a little take back by your forward actions, but is in no place to complain. You straddle his lap, arms sliding up to grasp his shoulders.
“You’ve fallen into my trap.” You slur, clearly more drunk thank Stiles. Stiles looks at you with hooded eyes, hands moving to splay along your thighs, lightly squeezing whenever he felt necessary. “Well what’re you gonna do now that you’ve lured me in here.” He asks you, his voice low and husky.
You don’t answer, instead dipping your head to connect your lips with his. His large hands wander all over your body, two handfuls of you will never be enough.
You grind into his lap, earning moans of his that slip into your mouth. His mouth peels away from yours to attack your throat, “Stiles,” You let out breathlessly, “no hickeys.” You say, and Stiles hums in response.
Stiles trails his lips from your neck down to you chest, methodically placing wet kisses between the valley of your breasts. Your hands move to tug at his wet, brown locks. Stiles’ hand wisps to your back and up to your neck, pulling the string that holds the two triangles of fabric up.
Stiles pulls the string, watching as your bikini top flips down to reveal yourself to him. Stiles moves your long hair from your shoulders, flipping it behind your back so he can view you in all your glory.
He envelopes a nipple into his mouth without warning, swirling his tongue as he does so. He’s got a free hand groping your other, your nimble fingers yanking at the hair at the base of his head.
You’re grinding down into him hard, and you can feel his boner pressing deliciously between your two swim bottoms.
“Stiles, I need—“ Stiles cuts you off with a searing kiss to the lips, “I know what you need, baby.” He answers, his hand moving down between you two.
Your breaths are harsh and shallow with anticipation as his long fingers move your bottoms to the side, swiping his middle finger through your wet folds agonizingly slow. You moan out, arching into his touch.
Stiles dips his finger into your heat, giving you a few pumps before adding another. You drop your head to his shoulder, your moans right in his ear. But soon enough, his fingers aren’t enough. You need more.
“Stiles, please.” You plead, your hands reaching for the waistband of his swim trunks. “What is it baby, what do you want?” He asks you, taunting you. You grind down on his fingers, “Please, fuck me, Sti.” You beg, and he smirks, hearing exactly what he wanted.
Stiles then pulls his fingers from your heat, and you’re about to dip your hand into his trunks when he stops you. He moves you from his lap to stand in the waist-deep water. You’re not entirely sure what he’s doing until he pushes you towards the edge of the hot tub. He places his hands on your back, pushing you down til your hands grip the edge of the hot tub.
Stiles’ hands leave your body, pulling his trunks down to release his aching erection. Then he’s lining himself up with your entrance, teasing you at first with only the tip. You’re about to whine out for more when his hands find your shoulders, aggressively pushing your front down onto the edge of the hot tub.
Stiles starts to ram into you relentlessly, gripping your shoulders tight as you throw your head back in pleasure.
“Fuck, yeah you like that? This what you wanted, baby?” He dirty talks you from behind, your mouth agape as you let out the most delicious sounds.
“Oh Stiles, yes, yes, you fuck me so good.” You tell him, his cock kissing that special spot inside you with every thrust. Stiles snakes a hand down to where you two meet, his fingers moving to abuse your swollen clit.
It’s not much longer before you’re a complete moaning mess beneath him, your release quickly approaching. “Stiles, I’m close.” You warn him, and he speeds up his pace a bit, chasing his high. His fingers work in circles on your clit until you’re shaking under his hold, orgasm swallowing you whole.
You’re squirming beneath him as he abuses your cunt, riding out your high and his approaches. “Oh fuck, Stiles! Cum in me, please Sti.” You moan, your hands gripping the edge of the hot tub.
Stiles doesn’t need to be told twice. He plows you from behind, hips slapping against you til he’s hunching over you, moaning into your ear as he spills himself into you. “Awe, fuck.”
After a moment, he slows his thrusts before slowly slipping out of your heat. You turn to finally face Stiles, completely fucked out. He yanks his trunks back up and you re-tie your bikini top.
Stiles grabs you by the waist to pull you into his arms, “We should definitely do that again. Soon. Very soon.” He says, placing a kiss to your swollen lips. You agree with him, “Let’s go inside before someone realizes we’ve been out here alone this whole time.” You suggest, and Stiles releases you from his hold and you two step out of the hot tub together.
You saunter in front of him, your ass providing the perfect view for your boyfriend. “Round two upstairs?” Ask as you approach the door inside, Stiles behind you. “All day.” He replies. He watches as you skip your way inside, taking his time strolling behind you.
“I’m so winning this bet with Scott.”

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
a few hours ago, the pack meeting had ended, but stiles thought it would be a nice idea for us to all spend some time at scott’s place to just relax, and spend time together without talking about anything supernatural. we all had a meal together and are now all sat in the living room, watching some movie that stiles chose.
it’s been so nice being with everyone, it’s rare we do this because a majority of the time we are either planning something terrifying, talking about something terrifying, or fighting against something terrifying. there were pizza boxes scattered everywhere, blankets thrown over couples. scott and allison are snuggled up on the other side of the room, lydia and stiles on the middle sofa beside erica, boyd and isaac. i’m sat on the smaller sofa, sitting sideways with my legs over the arm of the chair, on dereks lap. his arm rested around my waist, the other hand on my thighs rubbing small circles on it. it’s like the cosiest and most calm situation we’ve all been in together, and i’m loving every second of it.
every now and again, derek would place small little kisses on my neck, or shoulder. i caught him just before one, and pressed my lips on his in a little peck. he smirked at me, giving me another quick peck before i turned back to the tv screen. ‘stop being cute’ lydia groans from beside us, with a small smile on her face, i giggled, kissing derek again to wind her up. she snickers, looking back at the movie. just as we both did so, a rather intimate scene started to play.
‘oh god, it’s like watching fifty shades with your dad’ stiles says with a fake gag, covering his and lydias eyes. ‘so we can’t watch this together, but we’ve all walked in on each other having sex at some point’, lydia exclaims, eyeing everyone in the room, especially scott and allison, reffering to the incident when literally all of us walked in on them having sex. allison blushed, covering her face with her hands as scott grins proudly.
a particular moment in this scene got to me, one moment where the girl was doing ‘something’ to the guy, and he mumbles to her, ‘you’re doing so good, you’re such a good girl’. that entire sentence made me squeeze my thighs and gulp. derek furrows his brows, feeling my legs pressing together, wondering what was wrong. i saw lydia give me a little look, her being the only one that knows about my little kink. i haven’t even told derek, just because we haven’t been together for too long and i didn’t want to scare him off in case he wasn’t into the same thing.
‘what is it?’ derek asks, looking between me and lydia. i blushed, sending her a death glare to keep her mouth shut. she giggles, ‘nothing’, winking at us. i rolled my eyes, hiding my red cheeks from derek. ‘hey look at me, what’s going on?’ he whispers to me, sending shivers down my back. i tried to calm down, before turning to him. ‘it’s nothing, honestly don’t worry’ i smiled, pecking his lips to try and distract him.
my whole calming down thing was pointless as the scene continued, the guy repeats his previous comments, ‘god, you’re doing such a good job for me, such a good girl aren’t you?’ i went bright red again, legs clenching even more than i thought was possible. derek’s eyebrows knit together even more, as he looks at me, his flustered girlfriend and best friend giggling from the other sofa.
the clocks in his brain started moving as he tried to work out what was going on. ‘does the movie make you uncomfortable?’ he asks me, and i shake my head, ‘no, no i’m fine’ i smiled at him, with pink tinted cheeks and nose. dereks phone buzzed from his pocket. he looks down confused, as the only people that really message him are those who sat in this room. i stayed focused on the screen, trying to calm myself down as he kept repeating those words.
derek checks his screen, and it’s a text from lydia;
‘lydia; get her to do something so you can call her a good girl. trust me.’
her text gives derek a slight idea of what's going on, and he smirks at the thought. he leans closer to my ear, whispering to me, ‘hey, how did you do on that biology test by the way?’ i turned my head to look at him with a grin, ‘i passed!’ i whisper exclaimed, as he smirks at me. ‘well done baby,’ he starts as i turn back to the movie with a small smile, ‘... that’s my good girl’ he finishes, with a small squeeze on my thigh, slightly further up this time. he smirked when he felt me freeze and tense up, noticing my cheeks going red again.
‘so, why didn’t you tell me about this little kink sooner?’ he whispers again, pulling me closer in. ‘i don’t know what you’re talking about’, i turn my head away, pretending to be oblivious. ‘come on, be a good girl and tell me’, he presses a kiss against my neck. i let out a breath and turned to him, ‘stopppp’ i whisper- whined.
‘not until you admit it’, he kissed my neck again.  ‘come on, why didn’t you tell me?’ he teases, and i sighed, resting my head between his shoulder and his neck. i whispered back, ‘because i was worried in case you didn’t like that sort of thing, it’s not only the good girl thing, even though that is my favourite, its the whole praise thing, and i didn’t want you to think differently of me’, with an embarrassed and nervous tone. he widens his eyes, lifting my head up with his thumb to look him in the eyes. ‘baby, i like it, a lot’ he smirks. ‘and i can’t wait to show you how amazing you are by being honest with me, tonight’
i blushed, looking down but he catches me with his finger, pulling my blushing mess of a face up to look at his. ‘can you be a good girl and keep quiet until we leave?’ derek raises an eyebrows, running his hand up my thigh again. i nodded, gulping as i lay back against his chest again, covering us up with a blanket. his hand pushes my thighs open gently, and i gasped a little when i felt his fingers tracing up and down my underwear.
‘you okay?’ scott asks from the other end of the room, probably confused as to why i gasped. ‘yeah, i-im okay’ i smiled at him and turned back to the movie. derek chuckled lowly, pressing his fingers down on my clit a little harder this time. i bit the bottom of my lip, pulling the blanket up to my mouth, knowing i might need it soon. his middle finger started tracing small circles around my clit, which he knows it’s one of my favourite things, i let out a breath to cover a moan, pressing the blanket against my mouth to stop any noises escaping.
‘you like that, baby? you’re doing such a good job at keeping quiet’, he whispers, kissing just behind my ear. i nodded a little, getting even more wet from his fast circles moving around my sensitive bud. i reached down, grabbing his other hand, squeezing it as i kept in all my moans.
his fingers intertwine with mine, gripping back. he pressed down even harder on my clit, knowing how to make me cum so fast every time. when me and derek have sex, he makes sure to make me cum at least 3 times before he does. he is just incredible.
my legs began to shake a little, being so close to cumming, i have to cover my mouth with my free hand, as i got so close. ‘cum for me, baby. be a good little girl and cum for me’ he whispers, pressing a kiss my neck, i let out a tiny, almost inaudible moan as i came in my panties, derek slowing down his fingers as he rode me out of my high. i take a deep breath, looking over to make sure nobody knew that just happened. everyone seems pretty engrossed in the movie, and i leaned my head back onto dereks shoulder. he pressed small kisses against my forehead, humming happily as he pulled his hands out from my skirt.
‘you did so amazing baby, i’m so proud of you’ he cooed, snuggling me in closer to him. i smiled, giggling lightly from disbelief this is actually happening. ‘soon as we get home, i’m going to take care of you properly, okay?’ he says in a hushed voice, a small smirk on his face. i got flushed with excitement, also from excitement as he called the loft ‘home’ for the two of us.
‘home? wheres that huh?’ i mumbled, looking up at him through my eyelashes. ‘home for me is wherever you are’ he whispered, pecking my forehead. my heart melted, as i pouted at him. ‘you’re my home, too’ i grinned, leaning up to kiss him a little more passionately than the previous pecks.
‘come on, lets finish this movie so we can get home, these boxers are becoming uncomfortable’ he spoke with a sad look as i laughed quietly at him.
derek walked through the loft door, carrying me with his hands on my ass, my legs wrapped around his waist, lips locked. i yelped a little as the door slammed shut. he smirked, pulling back. ‘you go to the bed and wait for me how i like you to, okay? i’m just going to lock up’ he says, putting me down and kissing my lips again. i nodded, smiling before running away to his bed. i quickly removed my clothes, leaving me in my black lacy underwear and matching bra set, the one i know is his favourite.
he soon returns, smirking as he sees me waiting on his bed just how he likes me to be. he kneels on the end of the bed, crawling up so he’s hovering over me, quickly reconnecting our lips in a deep kiss. one of his hands grips the side of my waist, the other bent beside my head to hold himself up. after a little while of kissing, he kneels up above me, slowly removing his shirt to reveal his amazing body. god, i could stare at him like this for hours, the moonlight spilling through the windows, lighting up the loft and him so perfectly. my hands reach up, slowly running them down his chest and abs, reaching his belt. he smirks down at me, ‘go on, undo it baby’ he murmurs.
i do as he says, undoing his belt quickly and his button. he finishes the job for me, pulling off his jeans leaving him just in his boxers. he leans back down, pressing open mouth kisses along my neck and shoulders. i let out a little moan, wrapping my arms around his neck as he works on mine.
‘now be a good girl, take off your bra for me’ he says, leaning back up as i undo the clasp around my back, letting the bra fall off me, shivering as the slight cold air in the loft brushes against me. ‘oh are you cold baby? don’t worry, i’ll keep you warm’ he says, coming back down and connecting his lips to my chest, sucking lightly as he trails down to my nipples. he falls to the side lightly, laying beside me as his lips work on my nipples, as i let out little moans. the hand that was gripping my waist slowly makes its way down between my thighs, rubbing circles on my inner thighs, teasing me and making me want more.
‘derek, please’ i whined quietly, and his hand instantly moved to cup my heat. i let out a breath as his fingers started moving in small circles like earlier. i let out a breath, trying to pull my own underwear down. i got them half way, and derek pulls them down and lings them across the room. his hand quickly comes back, rubbing one finger up and down my slit. two of his fingers started pushing at my entrance, slipping through my wetness and sliding in easily. i moaned out as he pushed them the whole way, his face coming away from my chest and his lips pressing small kisses against my cheek. his fingers started moving in and out a little faster, as i had to grip onto his shoulder, closing my eyes as i focused on the feeling.
‘i’m going to go a little faster okay? you think you can handle that? i know you can’ he smirks, pecking the corner of my lips as i nodded quickly. he started to pound them into me, curling his fingers every now and again hitting my sweet spot. ‘oh m-my god, derek’ i moaned out, leaning into him, pressing my forehead against mine as he locks eyes with me.
he pecks my lips, ‘that’s not my name right now, what’s my name? come on baby, tell me my name’ he whispered, pounding his fingers into me harder than before. i cried out a, ‘d-daddy, that’s y-you’re name’ i struggled out. he smirks, kissing my lips again, ‘aren’t you such a good little girl, look at your legs shaking from just my fingers, how are you going to be with my dick huh?’ he whispered, head leaning down biting, kissing and sucking my neck. i let out a moan as i felt that familiar knot in my stomach.
‘i-i’mg gonna cum’ i managed to get out as my legs began to shake from him pounding his fingers up into me even harder. ‘go on, cum around my fingers honey’ he cooed, feeling me clench around his fingers as i cried out, cumming so hard over his hand. he let out a breathy chuckle, pulling his fingers out of me and sucking them clean.
‘oh look at you, all worn out from just my hand’ he mumbles, thumb stroking my cheek as he kisses my forehead. the way he’s being so rough with me yet so gentle is so amazing. he removes his boxers, his thick cock popping up. even though i have seen it many times before, his size will always amaze me.
he rests between my legs, pressing his lips back onto mine in a passionate kiss. i could feel his tip poking against my entrance, and without any warning he pushes it the entire way in. we both let out a gasp, the feeling of him filling me up shocking us both as if it was the first time.
‘you’re so tight, always so tight for me aren’t you?’ he grunts, hands gripping my hips as he begins to thrust slowly in and out. my eyes started watering from the pleasure, and a tear dripped down my cheek. he paused for a second, leaning down and kissing it away. ‘is this okay, baby? i can stop if you need-’ he starts but i interrupted him, ‘no, no its so good, please keep going’ i whines out and he smirked at me.
he soon picks up the pace again, causing me to cry out. one hand comes up and covers my mouth as i whimpered. he was being so rough with his hips, pounding into me without mercy, but his hands were gently rubbing up and down my waist. i didn’t know someone could be so rough yet so gentle.
‘does that feel good, princess?’ he asks, looking down at himself gliding in and out of me. i nodded quickly, tears filling my eyes again from extreme pleasure. ‘it feels so, fucking, good’ i whined out, gripping the bed sheets beside my hips.
‘how about this? hoe does this feel’ he taunts, bringing his thumb down from my waist to rub circles on my clit. i let out a strangled moan, hands moving up from the sheet to grip his biceps. he looks at me with such soft eyes as tears roll down my cheeks, so close to cumming. i started breathing quicker as his thrusts got harder and finger moved in circles quicker.
‘o-oh my god, i’m gonna cum’ i say, squeezing his arms tighter. he kept up his rhythm as i got closer and closer. ‘cum for me, princess. be a good girl and cum all over me’ he grunts, as i let out a loud moan of his name, his words pushing me over the edge. he fucks me through my orgasm, the feeling of me clenching around him bringing him to his orgasm, as i felt him fill me up with his release. he groans, breathing heavily as he stays still for a moment, still inside of me as we both catch our breath.
my eyes are drenched with tears, my cheeks rosy and forehead a little sweaty. when we’ve both calmed down, he pulls out, quickly puts back on his boxers, an grabs me my underwear and one of his big t shirts. he comes and lays beside me, pulling me onto his chest. ‘that was so good’ i sighed out, snuggling into him.
‘you were so good for me’ he mumbles, kissing my forehead. ‘look at me’. i do as he says, looking up at him with tired eyes. he smiles, using his thumb to wipe my tears away, before kissing my lips so delicately. ‘you okay, baby?’ he murmurs against my lips. i hummed, ‘amazing’ i smiled. ‘thank you’ i finish with.
‘anything for you’ he whispers, pulling me into a closer cuddle, before we both drifted off into a peaceful sleep.
Breakfast and Shocking News
Tumblr media
Pairing: Theo Raeken x Pack member!reader
Characters: Theo Raeken, Pack member!reader, Stiles Stilinski, Isaac Lahey, Scott McCall, Liam Dunbar, Malia Tate (Hale), Lydia Martin, Derek Hale, Peter Hale
Warnings: Fluff, post show, Theo is probably ooc, cute pack moment, Isaac should have been in season 6a/b and the movie so I brought him back, I got lost in tw fanfic tiktoks and now I'm back on tw
Word Count: 918
Is this the start of a series like my gym one for Triple Frontier? Maybe, we'll see.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
You make another bowl of pancake batter, making sure to make more than you did last time. God, that was a mess.
You had to calm down three of them and Stiles should know better than to throw a fit in front of everyone. He's older than them for god's sake.
You shake your head and scoop more batter into the second pan you have going.
Footsteps entering the kitchen alarm you but enough to make you worry.
"Hey," he pecks your cheek.
"Someone else could be up, you know."
"I already checked." He taps his ears.
"Really?" You stare the chimera with a deadpan expression.
"Yeah, really," he says sarcastically, smirking at you afterwards.
"You're not cute."
"Oh, I think you're wrong. I'm," he wraps his arms around your waist. "Adorable and as your adorable boyfriend, it's my duty to tell you that," he pecks your neck, the spot underneath your ear. "Your pancakes are close to burning."
Your eyes widen. "Oh, crap." You remove yourself from his grasp and remove the pancakes from the pans. "Go sit down. You can get started on breakfast before everyone else wakes up."
"As long as you eat with me." He turns off the stove, pulling you with him.
"But I-"
He sits down, pulling you down beside him. He prepares your plate before making his own. "Eat." His free arm wraps around your back, his hand landing on your hip, keeping you close.
"Sometimes I wonder how you were ever a bad guy," you comment, cutting up your pancake.
"Stiles says the same thing but more sarcastically."
"It'd be alarming if he didn't use sarcasm." You look for your glass and realize you didn't get something to drink for either of you. "Do you want milk or juice?" You look in the fridge.
"I'm not Liam."
You purse your lips. "Just because he's younger and doesn't like coffee, doesn't make him a child."
He gives you a look.
"Don't be mean. He's a nice guy."
You reach for a mug in the cabinet.
"He has a crush on you."
"He does not."
"He follows you around like a puppy."
"He says I'm like an older sister to him."
"So, he doesn't get his ass kicked."
"You got punched by him at least three times."
Theo scoffs. "Did he tell you that?"
"Everyone has."
He shakes his head, stabbing his fork into his food. "I let him."
"Sure, you did." You place the mugs beside the plates and sit back down. "I'd still call you to kick somebody's ass for me," you tell him, wanting him to feel better.
"Yeah?"
You nod, "of course I would. Also, not to mention how hot you look when you shifted."
"You think I'm hot?" He turns to you.
You pause in your bite, slowly swallowing. "No?"
"You do. You think I'm hot."
You scoff, pushing him away. "I didn't say that."
"You said I'm hot," he repeats to tease you.
"No," you whine when he leans in.
"What did I just walk into?"
You both freeze, slowly turning to face the human of the pack. "Hey, Stiles."
"Don't "hey Stiles" me." He points between the two of you. "What's a- what's going on here?"
"We're having breakfast."
"You're looking a little close for people having breakfast."
"What's it to you?" Asks Theo.
"Something you want to tell your friendly neighborhood FBI Agent?"
You two glance at one another and shrug. "No."
He nods and ventures over to the coffee maker. "I don't buy it."
Some of the other pack members wander into the kitchen.
"Did Stiles find out?"
"Little bit," you tell her, pinching your fingers together, leaving a bit of space between your thumb and index finger.
"I don't get it."
"He's about to figure it out," Liam tells the were-coyote.
"Oh."
"Wait- you guys know they're dating?!" Stiles screeches.
"Uh," Malia, Liam, and Brett make the same noise.
"No?" Scott chimes in.
"Oh, please. It was painfully obvious from the start."
"How did you get in?" The true alpha asks Peter.
"When I got here," Derek adds.
"When did you get in?" Stiles asks.
"A few minutes ago."
"Is everyone here?" Malia asks.
"Now, we are," Lydia interrupts.
"Great. How many of you knew these two were dating?"
Everyone raises their hands, except for Liam.
"Okay, I'm not the only one."
"I was the one who got them together."
"Oh, great so everyone knew before me."
"Guess so," you shrug.
"Why didn't anyone tell me?"
"We knew you'd judge."
He scoffs, "I wouldn’t-"
"I asked you a hypothetical question and asked how you would feel if I was dating someone from the pack."
"Uh huh... and?"
"You said rip the band aid off and I said Theo. You told me to put the band aid back on and pretended I didn’t say anything after that."
"And your point is?"
"You didn’t want to accept it therefore I didn't actually tell you."
"I can- I can accept it."
"You can't," Isaac pats his shoulder before pushing him out of the way.
"When did you get into town?"
"This morning."
"Hence the big batch for breakfast," you answer.
"You knew he was coming?"
"Of course, I did. I picked him up."
"I did," Theo corrects you.
"It was a team effort, sweetheart." You pat his knee.
"Ew. Please, I'm trying to enjoy my coffee."
"Like you need something else to get you all jittery," you tell the human.
He sarcastically laughs in return.
Can you do a isaac lahey imagine where the reader us on her period and freaks out and doesn't know what to do so lydia tells him what to do
hehe yes omg
period talk (isaac lahey x f!reader)
Tumblr media
warnings: fluff, period talk, dumb boy
a/n: try the drink mentioned if you want to imagine running through hogwarts on a winter day.
↳ masterlist ↳  want to be shipped with a fic character?
Tumblr media
Isaac wouldn't admit it, but he loved the cold weather. He liked when the winter season would hit, and holidays were a topic of conversation. Holidays were the only time his Dad treated him like he was actually proud of him, and despite that fucked up relationship, Isaac couldn't help but romanticize the season. It's why, when Beacon Hills hit a new low for the weather, he was excited to see you at school. Perhaps he could even convince you to skip class and get hot coco with him.
Unfortunately for him, your period had started therefore your mood was sour. The cold just added to your discomfort, and you basically hissed at him when he came by your locker.
"Woah, what did I do?" Isaac recoiled, a nervous laugh on his lips. You took a deep breath before turning and facing him.
"Nothing, you did nothing," you sighed. "I'm just...not doing great."
"Whats wrong?" Isaac inquired, brows furrowed and concern evident on his face. You loved your cute werewolf boyfriend, and while he was very helpful, he probably couldn't do much for you right now.
"I'm on my period," you admitted with a twinge of shame. Talking about these things was never fun, even to someone you trusted. A blush coated Isaac's cheeks as he processed what you said.
"Oh."
"Yeah."
"Should I, uh, do something?" Isaac stammered, hands in his pockets.
"Just be you, I'm a big girl and can handle myself," you chuckled, lightly slapping his arm as you closed your locker and started in the direction of class. Isaac stood in the hallway a moment longer, before deducing a game plan and targeting the area of the school he knew the familiar red head would be. She was typing on her phone when he ran up beside her, backpack slung lazily over his shoulder.
"I need your help," Isaac said hurridly, earning a squeak of surprise form Lydia. She set two angry eyes at him, and he resisted the urge to run away. Women did not like him much today.
"Stop sneaking up on me like that," Lydia rolled her eyes, putting her phone in her purse. "What is it?"
"Y/N is on her period, and I want to help, but I don't know what to do, and you're a girl and you're smart so I thought you'd have some ideas?" Isaac rushed, lips pressed in a thin line as Lydia cocked a brow at him.
"Why do you have to make everything so dramatic?" Lydia huffed, flipping her hair over her shoulder. Isaac sent her a look though that showed that he wasn't going to figure anything out, anytime soon. "Look, unless she asks for products, don't bother trying to buy her them-- you'll likely get the wrong ones anyway. Get her her favorite warm drink, a heating pad, blanket, maybe an activity or something calming."
"Drink, heating pad, blanket, activity, got it," Isaac listed out everything, brows scrunched together in concentration. "Anything else?"
"Yeah, during this time, she's always right. Even if you think she isn't, just agree that you're wrong and she's right. Otherwise, she'll claw your eyes out," Lydia crossed her arms, daring Isaac to challenge her. He stayed quiet though, and she loosened up her stance. "I have to go, have fun, don't get killed."
Isaac was never that great at social cues, but he really liked you, and that was enough. Ignoring the uncomfortable feeling taking pit in his stomach, he skipped out on school to go get the necessary things Lydia listed. Starting off with a butterbeer chai, a concoction you created (two pumps caramel, two pumps toffee, caramel drizzle, and chai); going to CVS for a heating pad and a blanket; then finally the bookstore down the street where he found a book you wanted (after searching through his phone for fifteen minutes trying to find the text where you mentioned wanting a new release). By the time he had finished his grand adventure, school was out and he would be able to surprise you.
You were having a crappy day with a side of more absolute garbage, so you were very pleasantly surprised when your golden hair boyfriend comes bounding up the street as you exit the school building.
"Woah, where's the fire?" you chuckle. You finally take notice of the bags he's carrying, as well as the drink.
"These are for you," Isaac stutters, passing you the drink. You peer in the bag and can't hide the grin on your face as you take in the plethora of supplies he got. "I know you weren't doing well, and I felt bad, so I got some stuff."
"Isaac, you are the sweetest puppy of a boyfriend a girl could ask for," you smile, wanting nothing more than to pick him up and twirl him around (he is too tall, you are too small). "How did you know what to get?"
"I asked Lydia," he mumbles, staring at his feet. You fight back a chuckle.
"Probably the smartest thing you could've done."
"That was my thought process as well," he chimes, scratching the back of his neck and shooting you a grin. You lean up, kissing him on the corner of his mouth and looping his arm through yours.
"C'mon, lets go hide from the cold together and I'll bitch to you about life," you chime, the cold dusting yours and Isaac's cheeks in shades of pink.
"Sounds perfect, just like you," Isaac smiles, kissing the top of your head as you walk off back home.
“Shoot! Y/n/n were gonna be late! Come on.” Maila shouted after seeing the time on Stiles' watch. She jumped up grabbing her bag and y/n’s wrist, pulling her along with her to the class they were gonna be late for.
“Wait-” Stiles called after them but they were already to far away to hear him. “Maila’s sure in a rush. Y/n forgot her sketchbook.”
“Shit. She’s gonna freak. I’ll make sure she gets it.” Scott picks it up. He could tell that a lot of the pages had been used up just by looking at the sides. Throughout the day he hadn’t been able to find his sister to give it back to her, but his will also broke when he couldn’t take it anymore and peaked. But what he found made him keep looking and the more he looked the more concerned he got. The more he realized he hadn't been a good brother.
Later that day after school once Y/n came home she entered their home and sat down in the kitchen where her mom was getting ready to leave for work.
“What's wrong, sweetheart?” Melissa asked upon looking at her daughter and seeing her mood.
“I lost my sketch book at school.” Y/n whined as she rested her head on her folded arms. Not at all happy that anyone could just look in it.
“I’m sure you’ll find it at school tomorrow. Go to the Office tomorrow and see if they found it. “ Melissa suggested hoping that it would help. Y/n was very attached to it so she was sure her daughter was very stressed.
“Yeah.” Y/n grunted that's all she could do.
“I’ll see you and your brother tomorrow.” she told her as she walked over kissing Y/n on the head before leaving to start her long night shift.
“Bye mom.” Y/n could out as her mom shut the door.
With that Y/n decided to grab a snack and headed up stairs to her room. She was alone in there for a while doing homework before Scott came knocking on her bedroom door leaning against the door jam.
“Hey.” he said once, getting her attention. “Found this today. You left it at lunch.”
Y/n looked up and noticed he was holding her missing sketch book. “Thanks. I was worried someone took it.” She replied as she entered her room and handed it to her.
There was a moment of silence before Scott spoke. Trying to figure out what exactly he wanted to say. “Y/n.”
“Hmmm” Y/n hummed not looking up at him.
“I know we’ve been busy the last couple years with all the supernatural stuff-”
“You looked in it didn’t you.” Y/n cut him off, holding her sketchbook tightly to her chest.
“Yeah.” Scott nodded, admitting shamefully. “Y/n, you can talk to me. About anything and everything, at any time. You know that right?”
Y/n shrugged. “We’ve just been so busy and you’ve been dealing with Alpha stuff-”
Scott shook her head as he moved to sit on Y/n’s bed next to her. “I’ve been a terrible brother and I’m sorry. Can we promise we’ll talk more when somethings bothering us?”
Y/n smiled, it was weak but it was enough to encourage Scott. So he pulled her into him, hugging her. Something they hadn’t done in a long time it seemed.
“Yeah, I think I can do that.”
Sharing a Bed For The First Time
Derek :
Tumblr media
He would be a gentleman, letting you choose which side of the bed you want. Ask you if you’re too cold or warm, and grabbing an extra blanket for you. He would let you make the first move as to cuddling. If you didn’t make any moves he would subtly throw an arm over you not making any sort of eye contact. But have a sense of satisfaction when you accept his gesture. Too scared to move for the rest of the night when he sees you sleeping.
Stiles :
Tumblr media
He would totally over prepare everything, spend at least an hour putting together a flat screen TV and preparing a dozen different snacks in case you didn’t like some. Spraying a random good smelling spray over his bed for the heck of it. Once you guys were actually laying down be prepared for him flailing around in 50 different positions until he eventually gives up and falls asleep. Totally brags to Scott the next day.
Scott:
Tumblr media
Would have snuck you in/invite you if his mom took a night shift at the hospital. He would be so sweet, always making sure you were comfortable and felt safe. Probably order some food and eat it in bed. Would be down for any cuddle position even if his arm falls asleep. He would let you fall asleep first so he could watch how peaceful and beautiful you were while sleeping.
Isaac:
Tumblr media
He would undoubtedly be awkward, yet very flirty. Totally take his shirt off and offer it to you. It would be the one of the only times he doesn’t mind not having space. He would use the time between you to have genuine conversations and enjoy the intimate feeling, since it was rare for him to be able to be himself and have someone want to be around him. He would already be planning the next sleepover in his head while you guys fall asleep.
Liam:
Tumblr media
Beforehand, he would second guess everything. Wash his sheets and have everything cleaned up and perfect. Make sure he had plenty of pillows and things to keep you guys busy. And would probably have a panic attack over the phone with Mason on what else he should do. He’d spend 30 mins in the shower and make sure he looked good and smelled good too. Once you were actually there he’d calm down a lot and just laugh awkwardly every time his phone chimed, undoubtedly Mason blowing up his phone with questions. He would teach you some of his favorite video games if he thought that you’d be interested. But once you guys were in bed he’d be such a teddy bear and not keep his limbs to himself.
Brett:
Tumblr media
He would just have to point out your racing heart and nervousness, just to mess with you even more. Smug asshole lmao. No but he’d be really sweet and let you find your comfort zone on your own. He would try and tease you, using his wolf senses to see how to really mess with you and get your heart racing. So you would either have to build a pillow wall against this giant wolf or get ready to fight back with his playfulness. Probably end up being a long night.
Jordan:
Tumblr media
He would make it 100% platonic and not try anything. However, would find a way to make it happen again, and again, and again. Offering you rides, dinner, really a sweet guy. He’d give you your bed space and offer you water or snacks on your nightstand. Let you pick what you want to watch on TV. Much laughter and grinning when you put on a cop series/criminal series and hear him swap war stories and similar situations.
Theo:
Tumblr media
*gif* so cocky and smug. Low key trying to get in your pants the entire time. Very charming and polite though. Would literally stare at you like prey. After he gets control of himself he would start to be more genuine and relaxed. Most likely just stare at you the entire night while you slept, too scared to go to sleep and wake up with you gone.
Aiden:
Tumblr media
Aiden is more light hearted and joking about it. He creates a comforting aura and environment. Jokes about him actually being Ethan. He would one by one take his clothes off and throw it at you, while smiling and just soaking up your shyness. Offers to go sneak out and do something at like 3am.
Hope I’m not too late, could I request a Derek Hale x reader where she (already knowing ab the supernatural) gets tired of Derek constantly disappearing from her life whenever he does that Derek thing until finally she’s fed up with it being the one to disappear this time idk how to end it or go from there but I was thinking of an angsty hurt/comfort with a happy ending🥺! Hope it’s enough, thank you!!
Tumblr media
The hardest part of both being a werewolf and knowing a werewolf is, and will always be, the horrors. The attacks that never cease, the blood always shed. The second hardest part is the strain of being with someone whose life is always in jeopardy purely because of who they are. Although it doesn’t feel nearly as important as the constant threat of hunters, or the latest monster to decide that Beacon Hills should be its new domain, sometimes you swear the second part hangs even more heavily about your heart than the first. Then again, maybe that’s just because of Derek Hale.
Derek is one of the most complicated players on the supernatural chess board. You met him what feels like a lifetime ago, when one of seemingly dozens of supernatural attacks had threatened the lives of Beacon Hills citizens. Derek had saved your life. A month later, you’d saved him from some hunters. The back-and-forth of life saving went on and on until the two of you decided you were better as friends than people a little too important to each other to be acquaintances, and then the boundaries were shifted again when you started dating.
Sometimes, though, on rough nights after long fights and darker ones when you haven’t seen Derek in weeks and he doesn’t seem all that inclined to answer your texts or voicemails, you start to think that entering into a relationship with you is one of Derek’s biggest regrets. It’s not that he doesn’t care for you; Derek has assured you many times over that his feelings for you are stronger even than his loyalties to his pack, his commitment to killing the hunters responsible for the Hale House fire, yet the problem remains.
Derek is all too familiar with the struggle of having a weakness. When his ancestral home burned down with most of his family trapped inside, he learned for the first time that sometimes a mortal blow capable of destroying his life doesn’t have to threaten him specifically. When he loves someone so much that he prioritizes their safety above his own, Derek creates a weakness that hunters and other supernaturals can exploit. He would never forgive himself if you were hurt as a tool to get to him, so Derek has been doing his best to limit the fallout of any supernatural fight onto you.
However, this only seems to drive the two of you apart. Yes, by not being seen in public as often anymore, Derek lowers the possibility that a hunter would try to kidnap you as a hostage, but it also means that you see him less and less frequently. When you do finally manage to meet up, after thoroughly checking to make sure you haven’t been tailed, and only after dark in one of your houses, you’re both exhausted, wrung dry of the same life and spirit that had brought the two of you together in the first place.
It’s not the same anymore. You hate to admit it, but it’s true. Loving Derek is no longer the beautiful victory it had always been. Instead, you feel as if you’ve lost the war. Derek isn’t yours anymore. If he was, you wouldn’t have to hide what the two of you share, you wouldn’t have to constantly stare at the long list of missed calls on your phone and wonder when he’ll ever pick up, if he even wants to anymore. Derek is doing a great job at keeping you safe, but somewhere along the line, the two of you got your priorities mixed up. Now you’re alone and he’s alive, and you don’t know that you’re any happier about it than you would have been if one of you were lost to the hunters.
At this point, why try? Why even bother with the pretense of maintaining the ruse? The two of you might as well not even be together at all. It doesn’t feel like you are, certainly, when you go so long in between visits. Even when the two of you are finally face to face, Derek is harried and brief, hardly staying longer than a few hours before rushing off again, never to be seen for another few months.
It wears away at you like a river at a stone. Your sharp edges, the ones that pierced through his shell so easily at the beginning of it all, have been smoothed to nothingness. Each of your attempts to break through to Derek and coax him into staying even a little longer are brushed off with simple excuses. It’s like you don’t even exist to him anymore.
Fine. Fine. If you’re not a person to him anymore, he will not be a person to you. You pack up your things and leave Beacon Hills early one morning, only telling Scott McCall and Deaton over at the vet so they can contact you if need be. You don’t say a word about your absence to Derek. Why bother? He’s not even in town, hasn’t been for months. When he comes back– if he attempts to come back at all– he can ask one of his friends and hear the same answer that he would from you right now. There’s no point in wasting either of your time any longer.
You’re still engaged in fighting the good fight against the supernatural. Deaton is a longtime friend of yours, and he’d been hearing rumors of a peculiarity a couple of states over. He couldn’t afford to leave Beacon Hills for an extended period of time, being so important to the town as one of its last defenders, so you offered to go instead. It would be good for you, you said. The trip. Being able to clear your head.
Odds are, Deaton had been able to see through that excuse as he has many of your others all throughout your life, but he had just nodded and said that he was grateful for your help. With that, you left town. You’ve been in Beacon Hills for your entire life, excluding brief excursions in the name of school or work or family trips. Never before have you left like this, not entirely sure if you would ever come back, uncertain that the person you love most of all would be there to want you to return.
At first, the trip feels like a terror. Then you roll down the windows and let the early morning light touch your face with soft, bright fingers; then the breeze cools your face, running over your skin in loose circles; then you start to breathe at last, for the first time in what feels like years. Then you remember that you are still a person worth saving, and maybe even if Derek Hale cannot do that, you can save yourself by leaving.
The miles pass by in moments. You’re long gone by the time anyone starts waking up. Scott knew that you were leaving and told the other teenagers in his pack so they wouldn’t freak out, but he still texts you anyway. Hope you find what you’re looking for.
So do I, you message him back at a red light. Stay safe.
Thanks, he responds, then no more.
You end up in the state of your choice by the middle of the afternoon, booking a room at a hotel so you can have a home base while properly surveying the area. You don’t have a supernatural’s knack for telling when something is wrong, but the hairs on the back of your neck prickle anyway, letting you know that the currents of the wind around this city have a magical edge, a certain element that sets them aside from a normal town. Good. You could use something fantastical and uncommon.
You don’t know when you expect to hear back from Derek. Never, maybe. You had assumed that he wouldn’t try to reach out to you until he got back, which might be anywhere from a few months from now to never. Once he returned to Beacon Hills, Derek could hear from Scott as to why you weren’t there anymore. You and Derek hardly spoke at all anymore, except out of an obligation to make sure you were still alive. He probably wouldn’t care at all.
Yet not a week has gone by before you start getting frantic texts from Derek.
Y/N. You in town?
Why is your house empty?
Scott tells me you left town. Why didn’t you tell me?
Y/N. Please text back. I’m getting worried.
Three missed calls.
Please pick up, sweetheart. I’ll drive over there myself if I have to. Just tell me you’re alive.
You stare at the notifications for a long time, reveling in how they build in intensity, then tap out a message of your own at last:  I’m alive and well.
Derek immediately responds. And you didn’t tell me you were going?
The bright glow of your phone dulls your senses. Nothing feels right, but nothing feels wrong anymore. Loving Derek used to make you feel invincible. Now, you’re just tired, and wishing this exchange would end.
Didn’t think I would have to. You’ve been away for months, and you never tell me when you’re going. Why should I?
Derek doesn’t like that at all. It’s different with me, sweetheart. You know that.
You don’t bother to grace that with a response. Setting your phone on ‘do not disturb,’ you shove the device back in your pocket. It’s good that Derek is unhappy with this turn of events, you decide. For once, he should be the one panicking when he wakes up alone, when he wants to be with the person he loves only for them to disappear without a trace. Why should it be you all the time?
You carry on with your task. As it turns out, the case at hand, the utter unraveling of the supernatural presence in this town, is due to an overactive ancient curse on the town. Deaton talks you through how to shut it down, and once the job is done, you return home, proud of yourself and your accomplishments.
You’re fully expecting Derek to have left town again by the time you got back. He’s been messaging you non stop, but you’ve been leaving most of those messages on ‘unread’ since they all say pretty much the same things:  why wouldn’t you tell me you were going, are you alright, come back ASAP. You message back occasionally to assure him that you’re still alive, but mainly, you think a bit of silence would do the both of you some good.
After arriving back at Beacon Hills, you stop by your house to drop off your belongings before visiting Deaton to debrief. He’s glad to hear of your success, but once both of you have ensured that the town was handled accordingly, he breaks protocol to talk about your personal life instead.
“I think you should talk to Derek Hale,” he says uneasily.
You frown at him. “What?”
Deaton glances around to make sure no customers can overhear you, then continues on. “He’s been a wreck ever since you left. He keeps stopping by the shop to demand information from me. He insisted for a long time that I give him the name of the town you were visiting so he could check on you himself, but I kept it from him because I thought you would need to focus.”
“That was the right call,” you assure him. It would, after all, have been more difficult to juggle both an errant curse and a supremely ticked off boyfriend.
Deaton chuckles good-naturedly. “That was what I had assumed. I would still recommend talking to him, though. These sorts of conflicts are best handled sooner rather than later.”
You nod your agreement, and, after talking a few minutes longer, head out towards Derek’s apartment complex. Although you’ve felt bitterly triumphant in the fact that Derek now knows what it’s like to miss somebody like you’ve been missing him, you fell in love with him for a reason, and that reason was that you liked being around him more than you did with anyone else. You still love him, even if the two of you have been on the fringe of an argument for a while now.
That’s what drives you to his building, what carries you up the interminably long elevator ride, what brings you to knock twice on his door and wait until a quiet voice from inside announces that the door is unlocked.
That’s the first sign that something is wrong. Derek never leaves the door unlocked. Some could call it an overwhelming concern for safety, or just plain paranoia, but Derek’s experienced enough tragedy in his life to go overboard in making sure that he keeps all potential avenues of risk firmly blocked off. The fact that the door is unlocked disquiets you more than you like to admit.
Slowly, carefully, you push the door open. Immediately, you’re struck by the gloomy atmosphere of the place. Derek pulled the curtains over the wide windows of his apartment, making the whole place darker and more lifeless than usual. The lights are off. You can assume that Derek can see thanks to his werewolf senses without needing the fluorescents, but for your human eyes, the whole place just seems as dark and grave as a crypt.
“Derek?” You call out hesitantly.
Silence. Then, a husky voice from the back. “Y/N? Is that you?”
You still can’t see him in the gloom, so you cross the apartment to open the blinds on the large windows, hoping to toss some light on the situation. You know the layout of the place from memory, so many visits here help to solidify your knowledge of each piece of furniture in the apartment. Still, you’re not expecting to see Derek crumpled in a chair on the corner, looking significantly the worse for wear.
You’re at his side in an instant. “Derek? Are you alright?”
“I’m fine,” he says listlessly. “Not like you knew a thing about that, though, disappearing like that.”
Your concern for him starts to fade away, replaced instead by a burning irritation. “So that’s what all of this is about? You’re so hurt that I was the one to leave that you’ve become comatose?”
Derek sits up a little, eyes flashing. “You vanished without a trace and didn’t tell me where you went. I thought you were dead, Y/N. I had to pry information out of Deaton so I even knew you were alive, and when I tried to contact you, you ignored my messages. What the hell was I supposed to think?”
You laugh, although it’s not a happy sound. “Finally, you understand. This is what I deal with every time you leave town, Derek. You never tell me where you’re going or what you’re doing. I sat here in Beacon Hills for months, wondering if you’ll ever come back. I was gone for half the time you usually are and yet it’s far too much for you to handle. How do you think I feel?”
Derek’s lips flatten. “I– I didn’t realize you took it like that. I was just trying to keep you safe. You know how the hunters watch me, and–”
You cut him off, feeling the anger coiling through your stomach. “I know that, Derek. I know that every supernatural in your life that isn’t a part of your pack wants you dead. I know that in your head, this is how you keep me safe, by constantly cutting me out of your life, but has it occurred to you that this isn’t what I want? You could have asked me if this was the way to handle it. If you had even talked to me at all, I would have told you that I don’t care about being safe. Not if it means we’re like this. Not if it means I don’t get to have you at all.”
Derek stands up slowly, until he’s hovering just a few breaths away from you. One of his hands reaches up to cradle your cheek. “I never wanted to hurt you,” he whispers. “I’ve lost so many people in my life. I can’t lose you, too.”
“I know,” you murmur back. “But if you keep going on like this, if you keep pushing me away, you’ll lose me anyway.”
He flinches. “I should have asked you,” he admits. “I can’t erase the past, Y/N, but I can apologize for the present. Will you forgive me?”
“Only if you stay with me,” you answer him.
A ghost of a smile plays upon his lips. “I’ve never had a problem with that. It hurts like hell, leaving you. Always.”
“Then don’t do it anymore,” you urge him. “Stay with me, Derek. Keep me safe by staying with me.”
“I will,” Derek promises.
People in love make a lot of promises. Some are kept, some are broken. Some are forgotten about entirely. Looking at Derek in this half-darkness, though, you have a feeling that this one will be cherished for quite a long time indeed.
