THERE WE HAVE IT! Micheal Bay turtles first encounter with Rise!Leo!!!! 3 encounters down 1 to go, which is 2003 and Rise Donnie which I'm really excited for!

As always feel free to leave input and ask questions, I love talking and sharing about this AU ❤️

Sorry for how long this one took! I REALLY struggled drawing Bay!Mikey and you also probably noticed I avoided drawing the other Bay turtles in my preference for silhouettes. They have so many details and I had to reduce them all in order the maximize my speed in drawing (which was already atrocious for this comic) but those details kinda make them who they are visually so I'm just hoping that I atleast got the message across so people can atleast identify Mikey.

Headcanons at the bottom, first is the backstory!💕 (P.S. (R/N) means random name!)

When they found you, you were all alone and crying your eyes out for your mother whom had left you once she deemed you too much to deal with.

Mikey was the first one to approach you, He held out his hands while he crouched down to your level.

He managed to sooth you out of your crying while the other three stood there wondering who could possibly leave their child alone in New York.

Once Mikey had you calmed down, you clung onto him like he was your life line. Like he genuinly couldn't get you to let go of him.

The four brothers had a quiet conversation on what they should do while you were sniffling in Mikey's arms.

Eventually Leo just said they woukd take you home and inquire with Splinter. So, they cut patrol short, and began the walk home.

Mikey talked cheerily to you the whole walk, with you listening intently while giggling every now and again.

Once they arrived back at the Lair, Donnie rushed off to alert Master Splinter of the situation. Mikey managed to set you down on the couch without much fuss, and you looked around curiously.

Donnie walked back into the room with Splinter by his side, and the old rat sighed at the sight of your small form.

He approached you slowly, standing just infront of you with the others standing slightly behind him.

You looked nervously at him, and Splinter smiled warmly at you, doing his best to put you at ease.

"Hello there little one, my name is Splinter, do you know what yours is?" he said gently, sitting across from you on the large couch.

You shook your head, "Mama called me brat!" you said, smiling at Splinter. Your voice was hoarse from your constant crying and the dehydration that came with that.

The four brothers exchanged worried looks with each other and their father, and Leo excused himself to get you a glass of water.

"Hm, how did you end up alone little one?"

You shrugged your shoulders, looking around the Lair curiously, "Mama told me she would be back later."

Leo returned and handed you the glass, "Here you go, drink this." he said as you took the glass excitedly from him.

You chugged down the water, then once you had finished, you wiggled off the couch to place the glass on the table infont of you.

Splinter placed a gentle hand on your shoulder, causing you to turn and face him, "How long have you been alone?"

You skrunched up your face while you thought, eventually you just opened your arms wide as you could, "This many!" you said.

Splinter let out a 'hm', he then picked you up and placed you back on the couch, "Stay here for a moment, young one."

He motioned for his sons to follow him, then walked them to the otherside of the room, you still in their line of sight and they began a hushed conversation.

You looked over at them, your boredom mounting. Eventually they came back over to you, Splinter crouching infront of you.

"How would you like to stay with us little one?"

You nodded happily, smiling widely.

Splinter smiled softly, turning to face his sons, "Then it is settled. I expect you boys to get them nice and settled in."

"Yes, Sensei." Leo said, while Mikey walked over and happily picked you up.

With one final smile your way, Splinter left you with your new brothers, "I'll see you all at dinner then."

Mikey beamed at you as he walked towards the kitchen, "We're gonna be best friends! We'll do finger paintings and I'll teach you how to skateboard-"

"Mikey, slow down, first we need to figure out a name for them." Leo said, taking you from his younger brother and setting you on the table.

"How about (R/N)?" Donnie suggested.

Mikey shook his head, "Nah, that's lame, let's name them (R/N)!"

"They're both stupid, I was thinkin' (Name)." Raph said, shoving his brothers out of the way to hand you a poptart.

You giggled, "(Name)! (Name), (Name) (Name)!" you bit into the sugary pastry and kicked your feet happily.

Raph smirked triumphantly, "You like that one shorty?"

You nodded, continuing to eat your delicious poptart, "I like (Name)! (Name) is good."

"Well then, (Name), welcome home." Leo said with a smile...

So that's how they found you,

The first night you were there Donnie called April and asked her to bring some toddler stuff.

She showed up with Casey in tow, both confused as hell as to why this stuff was needed.

When they saw you they were all like "Wtf?"

Leo explains the situation and April instantly warmed up to you.

Cooing sweetly at you, while you just looked at your new brothers like, "Who tf is this lady and why is she talking like that."

Casey was just kinda indifferent,

Cool, there's a kid now.

Nice.

Anyway-

So you're now the youngest.

And as the youngest they ADORE you

Mikey relishes is the fact that he is no longer the youngest,

He loves that now he gets to act like a big brother.

But he can get a little carried away sometimes...

He did indeed try to teach you how to skateboard...

Off a precariously built ramp.

Donnie literally screeched when he saw.

The purple clad terrapin snatched you off the skateboard and proceeded to scold Mikey for the next hour.

Safe to say Leo was in charge of you for the next few days to ease Donnie's nerves.

You also have unrestricted access to Donnie's lab.

You can just waddle in on your little feet with zero repercutions.

Unless you break something, depending on what it was will determine how long Donnie will scold you.

Just shoot him some puppy eyes, he'll let it go pretty quick.

Leo tries to meditate with you.

Emphasis on tries.

Sadly he cannot get you to sit still,

Your little toddler brain just gets so bored, you need to get up and move around.

He's tried everything short of glueing you to the ground,

You just can't sit still long enough.

Raph likes to have your company while he's excersising.

Sometimes you'll sit on his shell while he does push-ups and just babble on about the most random shit in the world.

One time, you were talking about Smurfs

And then it turned into a detailed discussion on why you hated algea.

How you got there he had no idea,

But he still finds your ability to change the subject hilarious.

(Raph accidentaly teaches you swear words, oops)

Ahem-

You hate it when the boys have to leave for patrol.

You get all fussy and start crying,

So they make a point not to leave until they're absolutely POSITIVE you are sleeping.

One time, it was Mikey's turn to put you to sleep,

He didn't really check to make sure you had actually fallen asleep before he left.

Which is why while they were out,

Leo received a call from Mikey's phone.

"Mikey why are you calling me, I'm right here."

"What?"

After realizing Mikey didn't have his phone,

Leo answered it.

"Hello?"

"Leo!"

"(Name)?? Did Mikey give you his phone?"

"No! I took it when he tawt I was seepin'! Like a ninja! Can I have cookies and milk?"

*Sigh*

You got a little bit of a lecture when they got back that night.

Leo was trying to teach you that stealing was bad,

Raph thought it was fucking hilarious that Mikey got pick pocketed by a literal toddler,

Mikey was kinda embarrassed, 'cause, well, trained ninja-

Donnie was on Leo's side.

You did not get your cookies and milk,

Well at least not from Leo.

Raph definitly brought you some as a reward for succesfully pulling off your heist.

They are all super protective of you.

When April deems it time for you to start attending school,

All four of them are nervous about it, because if something happens,

They can't be there to protect you.

Eventually they get over it enough to not hide you from the women when she comes to take you to school for the first time.

After Donnie equipt you with a panic button, and multiple, and I mean multiple trackers.

Raph even gave you a swiss army knife, (Just don't tell Leo)

All in all,

They are AMAZING big brothers,

It's chaotic, yes.

It's a bit overwhelming at times,

But no matter what,

You grow up knowing you can always count on your big brothers to be there for you.

𝗯𝗮𝘆! 𝗿𝗮𝗽𝗵𝗮𝗲𝗹 | bedtime argument

Raphael ✷ Grayson ( dating ) MASTERLIST

ᕦ(๏益๏)ᕥ: when stupid argument turn into a cuddle session with the hotheaded ninja.

WARNINGS: ocs, first pov, cuddling, slight tension, harsh words.

NOTE: this can be read as a reader insert, so enjoy ❤️

IT WAS A PETTY argument, one that I couldn’t even remember how or why it started. But it was still an argument, and it left me fuming with my boyfriend. My very hotheaded, burly, boyfriend – who right now, was lying on his side of the bed, eyes sharp as the Sai he wields as he stared down at me.

"Why are ya' actin' like a brat?" The fuck? His words came off gruff, and the tone he used caused my blood to boil. Did he really just call me a brat?

"Brat? Seriously?" I snipped, the angle I was in giving me a perfect view of his face. I squinted my eyes up at him. I know this was childish, but the petty side of me was strong. So I did the most logical and expected thing any girlfriend would do when pissed off at their boyfriend. I grabbed a handful of my thick duvet, jerking it up my body until it reached under my chin, “I’ll show you a frackin’ brat!”

This time, instead of egging him on to get a rise out of him, I swiftly rolled over and faced away, curling under the blanket to hide myself from his glare. I could feel the bed shift from behind me, dibbing deep from the weight of the burly turtle. There was a gruff huff, and I knew Raphael was even more annoyed now.

I felt the bed shift again, and I could only assume he was rolling onto the back of his shell, given the fact the matress jostled with his movements, as if he were having a little trouble getting comfortable. After that, a deafing silence filled my room and the only sounds was of us breathing. I'm sure a whole hour passed, and by then, I had calmed to the point I started to feel bad.

All I wanted to do now is roll over, curl into his arms, and pepper kisses on his face until he showed me that breath taking smirk I loved so much. But the stubborn side of me wouldn't allow that. Raphael couldn't think what he said earlier was okay. Sure, calling me a Brat pissed me off, but that wasn't the reason I was upset.

He had just come through my window in a pissy mood because things at the lair where tense, him and Leo butting heads again, so naturally he was already upset, with his quick temper and rebellious attitude. I know he had a hard time controlling his actions when it came to following his older brothers demands for their team. But what started our argument was something so so stupid, and I should have known telling him to give Leo a break would set him off.

Raphael just wanted someone to take his side for once, but I didn't, instead I took his older brothers side. Though, it wasn't with ill intent. I only said what I said because it was true. Leo could be an ass sometimes, but the guy had the stress of protecting his younger brothers, and on top of that, he was the leader. And when I tried telling Raph that, it didn't play out the way I had hoped.

"If ya' wanna defend Fearless so bad, why don't ya' date him instead,"

Those words had hurt, but I knew he didn't mean them. It was very, and I mean very rare for Raphael to get snippy with me like that. But tonight, I caught him in one his worst moods, and I should have approched the situation better. Though, I wasn't going to give in and let him think speaking to me like that was okay.

Cause it's not, and he won't do it again. I couldn't give in to his tough-guy charm, which always made my heart flutter in the most alluring way.

I kept my eyes closed, hoping soon, sleep would take me so I wouldn't just fold.

Just as I was starting to relax, and drift into sleep, the feeling of three large fingers incasing the side of my shoulder had me wide awake and on guard. At first, I reached up, pushing his hand away, trying to show him I meant business. But then, the bed dipped as he rolled to face me and a muscled arm around my mid-section made my stubbornness melt away as I was tugged backward into a hard, plastron chest.

His arm slotted under mine as he gently turned my upper half a little so he could see my face, his beak burring into the dip of my shoulder as he laid a small kiss on my skin. A tiny shiver ran down my spine as he let out a small rumble, the deep sound vibrating against my back as he left a trail of soft kisses until he got to my ear and lowly whispered.

"I'm sorry, baby, I shouldn'a spoke to you that way..."

His lips were ghosting over mine as I turned my head, finally getting a good look at those green eyes I loved so much. There was a softness to his gaze, and I could see the regret shining in the pools of his eyes.

My own gaze softened the longer I stared into his eyes, and no words had to be shared, because I knew, he was honestly sorry and he knew he messed up. And he also knew I couldn't stay mad for long, especially not when was staring at me like that, a look I was sure he had learned from Mikey, who oftentimes got anything he wanted when he pulled this expression.

His soft apology had me like putty in his hands, and all I could do in response was nudge my nose against his, laying a soft peck on the scar on his upper lip before grasping the hand that somehow wedged its way on the other side of my head. Turning back around, I sunk into his hold and tugged his arm under my chin, which was slunked over me like a protective blanket. I kissed his knuckles, earning a deep churr in response as he relaxed and laid back, effectively pulling my smaller form closer.

I felt him bury his face into my hair, inhaling deeply "Ya' drive me crazy, babe."

This time, a tiny giggle escaped my lips and I ran my fingers over his forearm, marveling at how rough he was compared to my softness. "You love me for it,"

"Yeah, I do." He murmured, kissing my head once more before dropping his hands to trail the curves of my body that were slotted against his larger form. He rumbled once again, "So fuckin' much,"

(all turtles + reader are adults ♡)

1. raph

c’mon, did you expect anyone else?

being a middle child with three brothers, raph grew up sharing everything he had—his food, his clothes, his personal space. so when he finds someone he has feelings for, he makes a point that he’s not going to share with anyone.

his brothers prefer to take more subtle, graceful methods of claiming their s/os when they feel threatened. raphael does not have a subtle bone in his body.

if someone tries to hit on you while he’s there, he will physically put himself in between the two of you, glaring down at his prey target until they take the hint (and probably flexing his crossed arms as he does so. he doesnt do all of that lifting for nothing).

vern tried to chat you up, once, when you first met. raph swiftly handled it, and you’re not exactly sure what was said, but vern now makes a point to keep a very conservative amount of space between you and him at all times.

a lot of his jealousy comes from insecurity—he definitely thinks you could do better, find someone you could actually walk around with, show off to your friends and go on vacations with.

so how does he cope? by proving his indispensability to you. when you date raph, you don’t lift a finger. need something from the top cabinet? he’s got it in his hands before you even have to ask. want to see a sold out concert? how convenient, he just managed to find some floor seats for you and your friends

don’t ask how he got them, it’s really best for everyone if you don’t actually know (both legally and ethically speaking).

asking someone else for help (god forbid you ask vern or one of his brothers, especially leo) will probably end up in some icy silent treatment and very short yes/no answers to questions that can only be cured by insistent apologies and lots of kisses

2. mikey

oh, our beloved little mikey

mikey spouts confidence, but much like raphael, he is deeply afraid that you’ll leave him for someone whose complexion is a little less green

while raph’s jealousy is defensive, mikey’s is pleading. he needs a lot of verbal reassurance that you’re his, nobody else’s

even when he’s not feeling jealous or insecure about the relationship, he just likes to hear you say it—and once you do, he’ll believe it wholeheartedly, all doubts and anxieties set aside (for the time being, at least)

when you’re around others (and even when you’re not) mikey is extremely physically affectionate, and probably will mention to anyone who will listen in a very unsubtle manner that the two of you are dating and really, really happy together, thank you very much

if you’re sitting, you’re sitting on his lap (or so close that you might as well be). if you’re standing, you can bet that he’s got an arm slung around your waist or your shoulder—just so everyone in the room is clear who you came with and who you’re leaving with

3. donnie

donnie’s jealousy is quiet. he’s much less outward about his feelings of jealousy than raph or mikey, but that doesn’t mean it isn’t there.

when you mention a creepy guy from one of your classes getting a little too close for your comfort, he’ll nod and empathize; little do you know, he’s got the guy’s social security number, address, and name of his childhood pet pulled up on his laptop within seconds.

mysteriously, he doesn’t really show up for class anymore. rumours float around about some pretty shady things hes done being sent to the dean, president, and every RA on campus.

you confront donnie, and he just shrugs innocently. huh, weird, guess it’s a good thing you guys don’t hang out anymore then right? and then he’ll change the subject, but the triumphant gleam in his eye doesn’t go unnoticed

if someone starts to get flirtatious with you while donnie’s around though? all bets are off.

standing at 6’8 and made of pure lean muscle, donnie is fully aware of how intimidating he is, and it radiates off of him.

all it takes is one glare, leering from over your shoulder, and suddenly the person trying to flirt with you has some very important business to handle on the opposite side of the room for the rest of the night.

when you turn around to see donnie standing behind you, one hand on the small of your back, he’s back to his relaxed, smiley self

4. leo

leo is definitely the least jealous of his brothers. he’s confident, bordering on arrogant, and knows what he brings to the table.

i mean, c’mon. the barista who wrote their number on your coffee cup may be cute and share your taste in music, but how many times have they saved new york from an alien invasion? can they do anything to protect you in the event of a foot clan takeover?

didn’t think so.

communicating and trust are monumental to leonardo. right off the bat, he’s very straightforward about his intentions with you, and expects the same level of loyalty from his partner

leo’s trust isn’t easily earned so if he trusts you, then he does so completely and wholeheartedly. if you say that you and someone else are just friends, then he won’t think twice about it

that’s not to say he never gets jealous though. he’s just much more lowkey about it than the others

if you mention offhand being catcalled on your way to the lair one night, you’ll have a private escort for the foreseeable future

hes not big on pda, but you can bet that if he catches someone else’s scent on you, especially another guy, he’ll be extra cuddly when he sees you

he’ll for sure try to play it off though and subtly give you something that smells like him. oh, you seem cold, here’s one of his hoodies that he conveniently had on hand. go ahead and put it on. he’s just looking out for you, no ulterior motives here.

you see right through him, but you’re willing to look the other way for some extra snuggles.

You sat quietly as you listened to your boyfriend ramble his frustrations.

You had arrived at the Lair not long ago, and Donnie had all but dragged you into his lab to keep him company while he fixed Mikey's skateboard.

The orange masked turtle had damaged the equipment while attempting something he was explicitly told not to do, and now Donnie was trying to figure out what exactly was damaged.

He let out another groan of frustration as you rubbed your hand up and down his arm soothingly, "I just don't get it! I can't find the bad part, but it still won't work."

"Maybe you should take a small break, Honey, I'm sure you'll be able to get it after a little rest."

Donnie waved off the suggestion with a sigh, "I'd rather just finish it now. Thank you though, Dearest." he once again began to pick at the wires and components, searching for the faulty piece.

You continued to rub soothing circles on his arms, glancing at the busted skateboard. Your eyes narrowed when something caught your attention.

"Honey, I think I see the problem." You said, gaining your boyfriends attention.

"Huh, where?"

"Look, that conductor isn't in the correct place, that's probably why the power wasn't relaying properly, because it was flowing off course."

Donnie looked to where you were pointing, seeing that you were indeed correct, and one of the conductor outlets had been knocked out of place.

"Wha- How did you see that? Also how did you know the power relay was the issue I couldn't fix?"

You blushed slightly under his gaze of complete awe, figiting nervously with your hands, "I- I just noticed that it didn't really look right, and I was paying attention when you kept testing to see of it was fixed yet. It kept spritzing out so I figured it was a plwer issue."

You looked down at your lap, chuckling nervously when Donnie didn't reply. Before you could react, you felt Donnie's hand under your chin as he guided you up to face him, then he kissed you. Soft and sweet.

When you pulled away, both of you were red as tomatoes, and Donnie was smiling like an idiot, "You are literally a genius! After I finish fixing the conductor, I swear we can spend the rest of the day watching Harry Potter. Ok?"

You nodded happily, going back to simply rubbing circles into Donnie's arm, not knowing how much your simple observation had affected the scientist.
