1. It was a long time ago, i found teenietots in the very beginning of it, and i got into it as a coping mechanism!

2. Usually between 2 and 5

Have you eaten today? Gotta eat so you can be big and strong!!

Take a few big breaths!!

Give your stuffies some cuddles!! They need self care too!!

Make sure your paci, blankies, or any of your comfort things are near you so you’re super comfy cozy!

And most important!! Remember that you are so loved and you can do anything!! If you’re having a hard time, it won’t last forever!! You’re a goodliest kid no matter what!!
