I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to you with a heavy heart as my beloved dog, Sophie, is currently unwell. She has been refusing to eat anything, and her temperature is above normal, causing us great concern for her well-being.
As Sophie's condition worsens, I am reaching out to whoever read this for support. Any amount of assistance would be immensely appreciated during this difficult time. Your contribution could help cover her medical expenses and ensure she receives the care she urgently needs.
Alternatively, if you prefer, you can commission me for a drawing in exchange for your generosity. Your support, in any form, would mean the world to us.
Additionally, if you have any advice or recommendations based on similar experiences, we would be grateful for your insights.
Thank you for taking the time to read this letter and for considering our plea for help. Sophie holds a special place in our hearts, and we are determined to do everything we can to ensure her recovery.
Since today is 8th Undertale anniversary, I feel like telling the story about how Undertale absolutely derailed my life in a good way.
(I already told this story on Twitter this spring, but I deleted my Twitter account, so...)
In October of 2015, when Undertale just started to gain hype, my brother suggested for me to play in it. I wasn't interested at first, but after I played Undertale it became one of my favourite games, and the game that changed my life the most.
When I first played Undertale, I was very lonely and not in a good place in my life. Undertale helped me through the hard times, it helped me find out more about myself, in the Undertale fandom I found my first true friends... But there's one more important thing that happened thanks to Undertale...
One autumn day in 2015 I started a dispute about the first fallen child's personality with a stranger on the internet.
Thankfully, that dispute ended pretty peacefully. So me and the stranger on the internet started to talk more about Undertale and our other favourite games, and the things we do in real life. After some time, we felt more like online friends than strangers.
We learned that we only lived 25km away from each other. And we decided to meet in real life, just out of curiosity. We met and enjoyed each other's company. We met again and again, until friendship turned into something bigger as we fell in love with each other.
Our feelings grew and one day we decided that we want to spend our lives together 'till death do us part.
Six months ago our first child was born. And holding this baby in hands, and thinking that without Undertale this baby wouldn't even EXIST... It fills me with such gratitude I can't express in words.
Thank you, Toby Fox @fwugradiation, thank you.
Thank you, Temmie @temmiechang.
Thanks to everyone else who helped with the creation of Undertale in any way. Thank you, thank you...
