Anger and sadness is all giyu felt. Only if he was quicker you would still be alive, breathing and yet your not. Instead your on your knees hunched over with half of your body gone. “Come on… wake up…please” he said while hugging your body or what is left behind. “Don’t leave me… you promised me you wouldn’t” giyu started too shake your “body” “YOU PROMISED ME, YOU SAID YOU WOULD STAY” as Giyu continues to shake your body and yells at you then the kakushi get there and try to take your body. “NO LET GO THEIR STILL ALIVE” some of the kakushi have to try to break his hold on you. After a good while they got your body and started to run back to the headquarters graveyard. “No,no you can’t do this to me” Giyu said on his knees crying for you to come back but you never did. Before Giyu’s last breath he thought of you and how much he wish to see you.

In the future giyu was walking to the gym room to only see… you. Breathing, walking, and talking. He ran up to you and gave you a tight loving hug. But something was wrong with you. You turned around and asked who he was… no you should know him giyu tomioka your lover, husband.. you must be joking you know who he is. As he continues to stare at you with a blank expression you start to get uncomfortable and push him off of you then start to run away… why are you running from your husband… don’t you love him… oh well you will learn to love him again and if not he has other ways.

Rest… Well then let’s go!” He said following the kakushi while holding your cold warm hand. “Poor Mr.Rengoku I feel bad” whispered Tanjiro to Zenitsu and Inosuke. “Let’s just hope he can get over it fast…” said Zenitsu as the three of them started to run to catch up to the kakushi and Rengoku. But yet Rengoku never got over it everyday he would go to your gravestone and said it’s time to wake up now until he was on his last breath.

In the future Rengoku was in the student council office and look through the student council applications and saw a familiar face. Your face. His Love is back for him! They want to join student council so they can have his attention! To have his love again. As he smiled he thought about you and how he is going to take you back to the house so you can live they forever because you love him right you won’t leave him alone again just stay awake there is no need for sleeping then you are with him.

Tengen Uzui

Why did you get in the way. He would rather lose a arm then you, they won but was it really worth it if he can’t see you again. He felt nothing you would think he would be sad, angry, or at least upset but it’s none of those or he was can’t understand what he’s feeling. He can’t even look at you because he knows he could have done better then this. Maybe If he was as strong as Rengoku he could have saved you but no he’s weak. That huge gash on your back could have been his arm. You didn’t NEED to take the hit. Im Tengen Uzui I can take any hit but you… you can’t. So why did you do it. “Your wives needs you, I NEED you,… so why did you have to do it.” As the kakushi got there Tengen just stared at your body and all the things he could have done to save you. Guilt was eating him up. “Mr. Tengen are you okay-“Yeah… please, just take them…” after that day he doesn’t feel like himself anymore. He’s just a shell that’s is slowly cracking until it breaks and that’s exactly what happened, unlocked away slow cracking until he was broken.

In the future Tengen continues to paint this one person that he can’t get out of his head. It’s like the person is haunting him. He slowly redefines the face then someone barges in the room making him mess up. “HEY! You there you mess up my…painting. “ He know that face. That face… it’s the face that haunts him. “Oh sorry I’m friend was chasing me.. I will leave now-“WAIT I mean wait I have a question for you if I may ask” he interrupted, “Oh yea go ahead!” “Can you be my model for my art pieces!” He need you to say yes, cause one he can paint you for eternity, forever and never forget your face ever again and two you will be with him for eternity. There’s no backing down in this one. You won’t be at risk anymore. You’ll be safe with him of course just stay with him and you’ll be happy.

Whenever Tengen came home after a long mission, his welcome was usually the same. He tried to sneak up behind you, wrapping his arms around you and kissing your shoulder, your temple, whatever was within reach. You’d usually drop whatever you were holding and turned around to kiss him back, holding him close.

You knew him, you trusted him, you knew how strong he was. And yet, the relief you felt when you were able to hold him in your arms at such a moment couldn’t compare to any other feeling. The way you’d kiss him was enough to take his breath away, pouring in all the feelings you wouldn’t be able to put in words into those few moments.

You knew he was eager to take a bath, sit down with you for dinner, unwind for the night and talk in bed about everything that happened when you were apart. He relaxed the grip on your waist, and pulled back a little for air, ready to break apart and talk to you. But you couldn’t let him go, not yet. So you pulled him back in, lips chasing after his, and went in for another long, passionate kiss. You could feel him smile into it, gently squeezing your side as if to say ‘I get it, I missed you too’.

Do you think you could write something about yandere tengen from demon slayer? I’m obsessed with him!

Same, honestly he and his wives can step on me and I would apologize, I would basically write anything for him. Since it was unclear if you also wanted the wives, I chose to write a meeting scene with yandere tengen Warnings: yandere, kidnapping, reader is weak compared Tengen, Reader curses like a sailor. Reader is fembodied but uses they/them pronoun. It's the first time I'm writing tengen, so please excuse my writing, gimme some advice and if you want some more. I headcannon that everybody in Tengen relathionship love each other, because thats how I view healthy poly relathionships. (All partners love each other and chose to be together)

A destined meeting

"You dropped this, my dear lady." Reader turned around as they were tapped on their shoulder. A man was holding out a packet of dried flowers that were wrapped in their handkerchief. "Thank you." Reader said curtly as the man looked hungerly at Reader. "My name is Uzui Tengen, what's yours?" Tengen questioned trying to engage in a conversation, Reader not wanting to be rude they answered: "My name is Reader, I use gender neutral terms."

"Oh my, I apologize." Reader took the dried flowers back and gave a polite smile. "It's quite alright, you didn't know." Tengen smiled brightly at Reader. "Could I perhaps treat you to a meal to make up for it?"

"Ah, it's really not a big deal, it's not like I am walking around with a sign saying I'm gender neutral." Reader tried as they waved their hands infront of them defensively. Tengen grabbed their hands and smiled brightly once again. "It's quite alright! To be honest, I hate eating alone, it would be a favor towards me really."

"Alright then." Reader relented, they couldn't say no to such a confession. "Arigato!" Tengen shouted happily and guided them to a small pop-up restuarant.

And with that Reader was now in a restuarant with Tengen. The two were eating in silence, Tengen asked a lot of personal questioned and they answered them honestly. But for some reason, it seemed like Tengen already knew those answers. "I got three wives." Tengen told Reader when Reader asked him about his family. "Wow, that's wow, how would they feel about you eating with me?"

"They wouldn't mind." Tengen answered. "They would most likely be excited."

"How come?"

"They want a new friend and a new added one to our relathionship." Tengen answered. "Ahh." Reader replied nodding, trying to shake the creepy feeling coming up. "Would you perhaps feel more comfortable meeting my wives?"

"I suppose, but it's not like we'll meet often, since you just wanted someone to eat food with." Reader rambled trying to get out of that.

"But my dearest Reader, this was a destined meeting."

"What?" Reader now couldn't shake this feeling. It was a feeling of danger. Tengen engulfed Reader in a hug and they felt a prick in their neck. They tried to push away but felt numb, their body was weaker then before. "Don't worry, me and my wifes will take care of you my dear."

Demon Slayer headcanons | their s/o has a nightmare

Characters: Zenitsu, Tengen, Gyokko

Info:

I’m talking about a real bad nightmare, that would make you cry or shiver. This also is gender neutral, because everything I write is gender neutral. The characters I chose are so random… 😆

Zenitsu:

he has no idea what he’s supposed to do

if you would cry because of your nightmare, he would cry too

you two are a crying mess

after a while Zenitsu would take your hand and squeeze it carefully and reassuring

still doesn’t know what to do…

“S/o, please wake up”, Zenitsu said as he carefully put his hand on your shoulder. He noticed that you shivered in your sleep, so he tried to wake you up with a soft squeeze of your shoulder. Suddenly you snapped out of your sleep and almost bumped your head into Zenitsu’s head. It took you a moment to make out where you are and who is in front of you, while Zenitsu just stared at you with wide eyes. When you finally knew what was going on, he slowly opened his mouth to say something, “Don’t worry, it was just a nightmare.” After that it was silent for a whole minute. Then you looked at him with your gorgeous big eyes…

… and sweet salty tears streamed down your cheeks. Zenitsu was shocked at you crying and started panicking, he thought he did something horribly wrong. “SORRY! PLEASE FORGIVE ME WHATEVER I DID WRONG! I’M BEGGING YOU!”

Zenitsu cried out for forgiveness to you, he couldn’t stand the thought of you being sad because of a mistake he made. You shocked him with a hug in return, that only confused him further. “You didn’t do anything wrong, Zenitsu. It is just like you said, I was having a nightmare”, you whispered softly into his ear. He returned the hug, now that he was sure that it wasn’t his fault and he did so with just as much love as you did.

Tengen:

I feel like he has a lot of nightmares himself

Tengen will hold you in his big arms and whisper reassuring words to you

he’s like a big comfy teddy bear 🧸

Suma sometimes has nightmares too, he’s experienced

A weak light had woken Tengen up, just slowly opening his eyes, he saw you shivering and squeezed against the head side of the bed. You looked like something had startled you out of your sleep and because of that scare, you turned the light on to calm you down a bit. Tengen then, still half asleep, pushed himself up and set down besides you. “You look scared, are you OK? Did you have an unflashy dream?”, he asked while laying his big muscular arm around your waist.

“Yeah…” “It’s OK now, I’m here with you and I will protect you from any danger.”, he answered reassuringly and pulled you closer so he could hug you tightly.

After cuddling with you for a while, he laid you down besides him and turned the light off again. Then Tengen laid down besides you and continued holding you, one of his hands moved up to your head and started stroking your hair gently.

Gyokko:

he will not understand what is wrong with you until you tell him

how dare you’re scared while someone as strong as him is next to you 😠

brags about how good he is at protecting

he’s not calming, but at least a distraction

“Hyo hyo hyo… Wake up little human”, was the thing that pulled you out of that horrible nightmare. You were panting and sweating because of it while the colorful fish demon next to you just weirdly watched out of one of his pots. “Why are you looking so shocked, there’s nothing here that could hurt you, except maybe me”, he sort of asked. You looked at him, still a little out of breath, “I had a nightmare that scared me.”

Gyokko didn’t look content about your answer, like something about it annoyed or angered him. “Why on earth would you be scared while I am right next to you!? Do you think I’m not strong enough to fight for you? How dare you!”, he began to confront you about having a nightmare, it was truly ridiculous if you thought about it.

“I- it’s not like that…”, you tried to calm him down, but it didn’t help. He had already cut you off and started talking about how strong and great he was. Gyokko continued doing so for around an hour, until he noticed that you had fallen asleep again, he was thinking of waking you up again and confronting you about just drifting off into sleep while he is talking, but finally decides against that idea.

I finally finished! This took me longer than I thought, mostly because of school work… I hope you enjoyed it!

Genuinely scared when he saw you crying. He didn't know what to do. The only thing he could think of doing was telling jokes until you cheered up, that's what helped him calm down his brother!

If that doesn't work he’ll ask you if you'd prefer to be alone, not wanting to upset you more.

If you ask to be left alone:

When you tell him he’ll walk out of the room, standing outside to make sure nobody bothers you.

He feels bad that all he can do is stand outside of the room while you cry to yourself but he'd rather not make things worse.

If you don't want to talk about it she’ll respect your decision and simply take your hand and suggest a few things you could do to get your mind off of it until you're ready.

Hashira as dads HC - Kyojuro, Tengen, Giyuu

This idea just kind of popped up in my head and I wanted to write it. So here it is, enjoy! <3

Although it is dad HC, these headcanons mention no pregnancy, no birth or something like that. There is a 2nd person reader involved, but this one is genderneutral, since these HC will focus mostly on the characters! <3

Also, no wives in Tengen’s part - sowwy

Kyojuro Rengoku

Rengoku is an enthusiastically proud dad. He is so proud of his kids, he’s talking about them a lot, just like he likes to talk about you a lot. It’s a way he shows love, even when none of you are around. Rest assured that he carries around multiple pictures of you and the child(ren) to show to other people, and those pictures get protected as well as any people in his missions.

He is an extremely supportive dad, urging his kids to find out what their dreams are and chase them. He would absolutely love it for them to follow in his footsteps, but if they would rather follow an entirely different path, he would try and learn as much about that hobby, those studies, that job, that anything, just so he can talk with the child in question about it and support them as they work toward their goals.

He will let them explore all kinds of things. Does your kid want to practice twelve hobbies? everything they need for all twelve hobbies will be at the ready. Does your kid just wanna put all their time and effort into one thing? He’s got them. On top of that, if you have multiple kids, he will do his absolute best to balance out the time he spends with all of them, carefully planning shows, games, and other things he wants to be present at, so none of them will feel left out.

With a baby, he is a strange mix of soft and too much at the same time. Inside voice is something this man does not possess and he will talk to even the smallest of babies like he would to a grown-up. And yet, there is a soft edge to it all, and strangely enough, even his loud encouragements seem to calm the little ones down after a while like they know they are safe whenever that booming voice is near.

He does have some insecurities about being a good father, sometimes overcompensating because he does not want to make the children feel dismissed, ever. He wants desperately not to make the same mistakes his own father did. It’s a vulnerable side that the kids rarely see but is mostly reserved for quiet moments with just you. Reassure him that he’s doing just fine. He is doing his absolute best and he is in no way failing as a parent.

Kyojuro is a big sucker for family outings too. He’s a little too busy for them to happen regularly, especially multiple-day ones, but whenever you can get a day (or multiple) away with the whole family, rest assured that he will have the bags packed and ready before you’ve even posed the question. He wants your kids to experience as much of the world as possible, and he’ll be damned if he isn’t by their side while they do so.

Tengen Uzui

Tengen would want quite a bunch of children. Of course, whatever your opinion is counts too, but he’d like a small squad of flashy miniature Tengen’s, even if it’s just in spirit.

He doesn’t necessarily excel at childcare, but he’ll be damned if he doesn’t do his best. Waking up in the middle of the night to comfort a crying baby, getting a glass of water for an anxious teen, he is usually the first one up whenever anything occurs in the night, leaving you to rest.

You’re a team as parents, so wherever you’re struggling, he helps a little extra and the other way around. Diaper change and other tasks that might not be anyone’s favorite are the kind of tasks you have a turn-based system, so neither of you has to do all of the work.

Stays home with the kids in between missions, and loves for everyone to be home together so you can do activities. Depending on what exactly you do for job, he’d try to make it so that at least one of you is around for the kids at all times.

He is the kind of dad to take his kids on adventures, even when they’re technically still too young to do so. Camping out, trips pretty far away, anything goes, and the kids generally love it, but there are some disasters whenever it turns out to be too long/too much/ too exhausting. He will take care of them, usually ending up carrying a bunch of kids around in order to return home.

Also, the kind of dad to give you heart attacks while playing with the children. He ensures they can never actually get hurt by him, not even accidentally, but you always feel your heart drop when he tosses up one of the toddlers super high or is spinning the elder kids around so hard they actually feel like they’re flying.

He’s generally a fun dad, one that is very heavily involved in his kids’ lives. He is a little strict whenever he feels like a situation calls for it, but will never take any decisions about the kids by himself. Teamwork makes the dream work, right?

Giyuu Tomioka

Giyuu is not a big talker, nor a big communicator in general. It was one of the biggest hurdles to overcome in your relationship initially, and it’s the thing you are most worried about for when you’re going to be parents initially. He insists however that he is fully ready for it, and you have no reasons to doubt his convictions.

When Giyuu handles babies, there is just a certain calm about him that manages to quiet them down faster than anyone else. If there are cries in the middle of the night that cannot be settled with food, a fresh diaper, or another of the obvious remedies, a few minutes in Giyuu’s arms will do the trick most of the time.

He has a special way of communicating with his children, very matter-of-a-factly, but you can recognize there is so much love and respect hidden in his words. He always lets your children explain their side, and always lets them vent their feelings. He asks precise questions and makes some good arguments, even when they are very young and mostly babbling, he seems to know what they want way before you do.

He takes childcare very seriously and takes over some of the housework as well. It’s fairly simple: if only one of you is home while the other is out working, the one at home will take over childcare and see just how much other work can be done. You had never expected Giyuu to do this so diligently, but your heart melted every time you came home to him cleaning up a little, the baby placed correctly in a baby sling, sleeping quietly against his chest, with him talking to them in a quiet voice.

Giyuu gets a tad bit overprotective over his kids. He cannot help it. He just sees so much evil, it is hard to not fear that something might happen to them. Sometimes it results in nightmares or him needing to leave the bed just to check up on them, even when they’re older.

Despite all his involvement and the way he treats the kid(s), he’s also the type of dad to send them over to you whenever he’s doubting whether he’d allow something or not. Be prepared for a lot of “yeah, but dad told me to ask you”.
