Hello, this is a pinned post about Ni.

I’m an amateur freelancer artist (she/her & they/them; Ace; Brazilian), mostly fanartist than original content creator. I like digimon, tokusatsu and sonic. But my main hyperfixated thing to draw is digimon (02/Kizuna/02TB) at the moment.

This blog I also shares stuff from friends because i want people to check it out their cool stuff!! But my main focus here is archiving my own art (stylized icons, doodles, fanfiction, headcanon-theory-metas)

I do have OCs like any other artist! Also fan-made digi species. I’m not good at doodling toku suits so this is why you might not find many doodles of those here, sorry.

I also run an askblog. It was originally named ask-daisuke, and later ask2top. Now the official url is @tomorrows2top (previous urls redirect to the current one!!)

My main ships are: either combination of Ken/Daisuke/Miyako (mostly Daisuke/Miyako), Daisuke/Lui (DaiRui), Takeru/Daisuke/Hikari, Taichi/Menoa, Wallace/Daisuke, Ken/Hikari. (some crackships as Takuya/Daisuke and Takato/Daisuke as well)

Fave blorbos be Daisuke & Rui/Lui lately lol. But i love the 02 group + Frontier group + Appmon group + Ghost Game trio.

Blog 1 - Surveillance

During my lifetime, from 1999-2022, technology has advanced so rapidly and expansively that I remember growing up with a half a meter wide television, yet now I am writing my assignments for my online university degree on an iPad the width of a thick piece of cardboard. Technology has enhanced society enormously across a range of societal, scientific and economic factors, and personally for most people in the world. For example, I live on the other side of the planet from my family, yet I can ring them on my mobile phone anywhere in the world, see their faces and talk to them in real time. However, this extreme enhancement of technology over the past several decades also means an extreme change in privacy and the growth of online surveillance. My mobile, my bank account, my personal information, my photos and essentially everything private to me is accessible and under surveillance through technology. This is technology that I willingly buy and use almost every hour of each day, as do most people around the world. We are all vulnerable to our privacy being breached by hackers, criminals, governments, apps, companies; basically anyone in the world, at anytime, due to our inseparable need for technology. The right to privacy is a fundamental protected human right, as declared in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (1948, cited in ECHR 2018). However, it is becoming more and more common for people’s privacy to be impeached upon through technology, with biometrics, facial recognition technology and surveillance systems creating issues for people’s abilities to live truly privately (Turley 2020). Privacy is highly linked with the increasingly surveillance prone society that we live in today, with surveillance through technology maintaining social norms (Schoenherr 2021). Social media companies use surveillance so that they can create social norms and ideologies, as well as make money by creating targeted advertisements (Schoenherr 2021). This is a type of privacy invasion that is completing legal at the moment, with companies such as Facebook, Netflix and Twitter all listing their surveillance (“cookies”) movements in their terms of service (Facebook 2015; Twitter 2017; Netflix 2017). As our constant connectivity to the internet and technology continues to grow at unprecedented speed, surveillance technologies such as cookies, biometrics and facial recognition will likewise continue to push new extremes to see how far we as a society can go before we feel we have no privacy left at all. Even though privacy is a human right, privacy on the internet is largely uncharted territory, and it will be interesting in years to come to see when we feel that surveillance has gone too far.
