i finished haikyuu yesterday and i have Thoughts™ so be prepared:

i love nishinoya

for real

he and kuroo are probably my favorites

and futakuchi

and shirabu

and terushima

almost all next gen captains, in fact.

my favorite ship is bokuaka

followed closely by iwaoi

and terushira

long live the rare pairs

my favorite arc is the second half of tp 2

or maybe the first

i swear i screamed when they beat aoba johsai

it was more satisfying than even when they beat shiratorizawa

and speaking of shiratorizawa

ushiten for life

and goshiki's an asshole

i love him

i was sad when they lost to karasuno

well

i was also sad when aoba johsai lost :(

kagehina are very smart for volleyball but completely useless for everything else

I don’t realy know what to make of tsukishima and yamaguchi but they are entertaining

yamaguchi is baby tho

also

tskushima being an annoying lil shit

esp w/ tendou

stan

the 3rd gym > any other training camp team

i've known miya atsumu for three seconds and i know i'm going to love him and hate him at the same time

daisuga are the parents of the team

yachi and asahi are the epitome of anxiety

they're hilarious i'm dying

tanaka is amazing

the relationship between nekoma and karasuno is like that weird relationship you have with your cousin that you see once a month

you're always either competing or pissing each other off

all teams are valid but especially aoba johsai, fukurodani, dateko, nekoma and shiratorizawa

so like, everybody.

(karasuno is a given and does not count because they are the mains)

but i love all the teams

they’re my sons

they’re dumbasses

but i love them all the same

oh

and the show needs more girls

Terushima knew his boyfriend stressed too much, and the likelihood that he was overworking himself was high. Shirabu was a handful when he wanted to be. He was a challenge.

“You know, you could always take a break,” Terushima said, moving to stand behind him.

His hands were already out, on Shirabu’s shoulders, working some of the knots out of his muscles. He knew he was tense, but this was surely causing him pain. There was no way anyone could have muscles tense like that all the time and not feel some kind of pain.

“You know, I could always not do that,” Shirabu said, pen continuing to scratch on the paper before him.

“I worry about you, you know. You’re going to overwork yourself.”

Shirabu paused in his writing, glancing back for a moment. His face held an expression of frustration, whether or not it was frustration with Terushima himself, he wouldn’t know.

“If I don’t do this then I won’t be able to keep my place on the volleyball team, you know that Yuuji. Not all of us are naturally as smart as you,” he said.

Terushima raised an eyebrow at him, bending down to place rest his head on his shoulder as his boyfriend turned back to his work. He watched him complete the maths questions on the paper before talking again.

“You know I do study Kenjirou. I just know when to let my brain rest. You should stop working soon.”

“No Yuuji.”

“Kenjirou, please. I’ll even leave you alone if you promise to stop working after you complete your maths work,” he said, nuzzling softly into his boyfriend’s neck.

He felt the sigh escape Shirabu rather than hearing it, and he knew he was winning. His need for attention and the overall wellbeing of his partner was never something he’d let slip easily.

“If I say yes Yuuji, will you at least go downstairs and make some tea?”

He grinned.

“Of course Kenjirou. You have fun now, I’ll be back soon,” he said, pressing a soft kiss to his cheek as he left the room.

He always did get what he wanted, even when the person was the most stubborn person he knew.

Second Gen Captains Skype RP

Hi hi!!! I am looking to make a RP group chat for the second year captains. This will be much like it sounds; we will have a group chat of people rping as certain characters as if they were in the group chat together. This will be on skype, so please take that into consideration. I hope this group chat can bring people together and create some love for these second years that definitely get over looked a lot!!

There are very simple steps to become part of the group!

Have a Skype

Send me an ask or submission with your name, age, pronouns, the character you would like to be, and a short description of how you view your character and how they act. This is just so I can determine if you’re a good fit for our group and also get to know you a little better!

Terushima week day 2 Childhood! I had to do a project in elementary school where you had to make a scrapbook page and take the pictures yourself as a photography unit. So this is Teru doing a project like that. Also, I think Terushima would have to of had longish hair to accomplish the high school look we know and love so that’s why I gave him long hair as a baby. Another thing I love the idea of Terushima being as outgoing as he is because he had really shy friends as a kid. Maybe he wanted to stand out so they won’t feel uncomfortable. Finally there will be no more Kyoutani from this point forward. So enjoy baby kyou while you can.
