Trying my best to place the events we know about the DSMP’s ancient history into a timeline! Won’t be totally accurate of course, just the order that makes sense to me

DreamXD creates the world

XD drops two books with god power into the world- revival book & death book. c!Mumza Goddess of Death & Callahan might be around by this point, and the Egg 100% is (egg said it has existed thousands of years trapped underground, thousand = millennia, XD said he dropped the books millennia ago) 

Unknown time period. Ancient civilizations exist, like a frog/frog-worshipping people & a totem society. Maybe c!Philza origin?

Totem of Death demigod c!Foolish is active. The Egg and him have some connection.

c!Sam is a king and kind benefactor of his townspeople, best friends with c!Phil.

Sam becomes obsessed with his research on lengthening lifespan, Phil is against messing with the natural order, the friendship falls apart. Sam begins his experiment on clones alone and hooks himself up to the system. 

Red-Eyed Village Wars

TFTSMP Village That Went Mad. Much like the red eyed village, these townspeople likely went crazy due to egg infection- through statues with egg spores inside given by c!Foolish

After destroying a village Foolish becomes a pacifist (we don’t know why or how this happened) possibly meeting c!Eret soon after and beginning their adventures. Also loses memory of the egg.

c!Phil becomes friends with c!Techno. Later he meets Sam again, who has body hopped who knows how many times by now and doesn’t remember him. Goes back to Sam’s now-ruined castle to deliver a message to his real body. (yes, he doesn’t have wings here but he might just not have them out. I don’t think this is current time)

Time passes, the year is sometime after 1857 now. Sir Billiam III finds and is corrupted by the egg, the events of the TFTSMP Masquerade happen. Wild West is around the same time.

More time passes

Sam Bucket rediscovers the egg and gets corrupted after it promises to revive his dog Francis. He realizes what he’s doing and breaks free, then buries himself with the Egg in the hope that nobody will ever find it again and repeat his mistakes.

Putting the first time traveler & inbetween/otherside creation here cause I have no idea where it happens

Majority of characters who are immortal or otherwise still alive by the time of current dsmp have memory problems now (except c!Philza who remembers everything)

Present day
