Easy 200 Cal Workout:
50 jumping jacks
30 crunches
30 leg lifts each side
50 toe touches
30 russian twists
20 squats
1 minute plank
Do this for 3 sets.
Each set takes ten minutes and burns roughly 75 calories.
(I don’t have a way to actually track the calories I burn I just roughly calculated it. If any of you try this while tracking the calories burned let me know how many it is.)

TW! My Rules
✿ No eating before 11 am
✿ No eating After 7 pm
✿ No more than 700 calories a day(Usually stay under 500)
✿ At least 2 liters of water a day
✿ If you binge, you fast
✿ Listen to subliminals every night
