#yamswers #noctc #i feel like perhaps i shouldnt have put d.gray-man under old or weird because a LOT of people were like #''fuck yeah d.gray-man!!!'' BUT in my defense. i hate the updated anime #and the old one came out in like what 2005? ill call it oldish. the mid-late 2000s felt like a weird period #also in my defense: thruout all of my middleschool highschool and college years i never found somebody to talk about it with so i think #that should qualify it as moderately weird for a popular shonen #also its probably a good thing i didnt bc in the isolation of that interest my headcanons became stronger and more specific and #probably would not survive contact with another person at this point—as happens to all interests that grow like mushrooms in the dark #becoming strange and intriguingly self sustaining in the absence of light #actually this is nonsensical i am going to go sleep now #thank u for the ask sorry for the tag ramble sdkgjhskgh and handshake on nostalgia animes
