Most out of left field, you say?

Beverly and Guinan: They were having a gossipy chat one day in Beverly’s quarters and one thing led to another. Their interactions in Suspicions convinced me of this.

Picard and Guinan: I’m not sure how common of an opinion this is, but for me there is absolutely no question they’ve had sex at least a dozen times. I don’t necessarily think there’s anything romantic going on, though their relationship is obviously close in an indefinable way.

Deanna, Ro, and Riker: There is No Way they didn’t hook up after Conundrum.

Jadzia and Quark: I am ignoring the canon decision to suddenly pretend Quark was in love with Jadzia all along in seasons 6/7 when their relationship is clearly “entirely platonic friends who sleep together frequently”.

Julian and Martok: They absolutely slept together at the Dominion prison camp in By Inferno’s Light. They have slept together multiple times afterward too.

Quark and Garak: They had sex once sometime after Profit and Loss. They both had a terrible time and refuse to ever speak of it again.

Quark and Damar: They were regularly having sex during the Dominion occupation of DS9. You cannot convince me otherwise. They both may or may not have been slightly drunk most of the time.

O’Brien, Keiko, Leeta, and Rom: I am not a huge believer in the typical O’Brien polycule situation, but I am definitely a believer in this alternative, objectively ridiculous polycule. We know O’Brien and Rom became friends, and it is my personal belief that the two married couples got together often, and, well…

Tom and the Doctor: They’ve spent a lot of time together in sickbay, and given both of their personalities, they were bound to try some experimentation. They both pretended it was the others’ idea and they were the one who needed convincing.

Seska and B’Elanna: They were having sex in the Maquis, clearly.

(I just did characters from the 90’s shows for this, since those are the shows with the dynamics I have the strongest opinions on. Also, if anyone for some reason wants more of my thoughts on which Voyager characters have had sex with each other, check out this post I made a little while ago.)

You want Dad Sheldon headcanons? Okay, I think I can oblige . . .

Sheldon documents absolutely everything he can about his baby's development; measurements, hours spent sleeping, bowel movements, literally anything that could be important. These get recorded in his notebooks and on his whiteboards right alongside any scientific breakthroughs he's also working on.

He's also insanely proud whenever the baby reaches a new milestone and will 100% make sure the whole group knows about it, especially if he does it faster than any of their friends' kids.

I have always had this vision of Sheldon working at his whiteboards with baby Leonard strapped to his chest, and he explains everything to him while he's working as if of course the baby can understand. I think this would be a frequent occurrence.

Sheldon is so excited to introduce his baby to everything he loves, like trains and Legos and comic books. When Amy takes away his comic book allowance, he copes by reading the comics he already owns with his kids and getting to experience them anew through their eyes.

We know from Young Sheldon that he did create Parent/Child Agreements for his kids. I don't think he would put something like "no crying on week nights" in there, but I'm sure there are some other ridiculous things added in. Maybe something about not majoring in geology once they get to college. Like Leonard Cooper is days away from starting his university classes and Sheldon reminds him of this, and when Leonard says he never agreed to that, Sheldon whips out the Agreement and shows him his signature which is just a scribble in red crayon because he was 15 months old at the time.

That's all I can think of right now. So in conclusion, Sheldon adores his family. That's it, I feel sure of this.

Honestly!! =))) At this point I'm convinced he acts calm and people just assume he must know what he's doing. The rest is just pure brawn, dedicated followers and the perk of super...demon hearing. To be fair though, I do believe that Kurama being there influences him... in a negative way. He's way too focused on looking cool for his ex-partner (in crime) and he maybe ends up being negligent because of that I really wish we had more content outside of that dynamic just to contrast and compare, although the dynamic itself I do find very interesting.

Hey I saw this post of yours on my dash and I mostly agree though I wanted to say I don't think it's nesscarrily "larries" who only like louis IF he's with harry and would unstan simply if it's "100% proven" he's not bc all these type of "larries" are 100% certain he's with harry. It's more so they ONLY "like him" [or as I see it tolerate him] bc he's their favs BF or husband. Not sure if that's much better, but either way 🥴. I've seen it with both ends as you said where some people also really only like louis and only pretend to care about harry bc he's louis partner.

What really has me 🙄 is every time something like this happens it causes [the same group of bitter people] to go off on the one they "tolerate." I think that despite Dream releasing Johanna from her nightmares, she still has trouble falling asleep and he checks on her dreams from time to time to know if she’s getting enough sleep.........

they're intrigued by one another so I think they would enjoy having long conversations (in dreams maybe??), even though they’d probably have differing opinions on many topics

this one is not even a headcanon but I read a few interviews with Jenna where she says that they ended up liking each other but they wouldn’t tell each other that directly and I was like YEAH that’s exactly it so if they got closer, they would both avoid the topic of what their relationship is like fire. morpheus comes over every night but they both refuse to even think about the possibility of having feelings for each other

and if johanna gets held on a job somewhere and is not home at night, he’s worried but he’d be SO BAD about showing it 

johanna sings snippets from all the songs with dreams/sandman in lyrics sometimes to annoy him but he secretly likes to listen to her voice

I like how the fandom collectively hates Raye Penbar and for what? Not listening to Naomi? I do dislike him to some degree for flat-out disagreeing with Naomi's deduction, but to hate him to an extent cheering for Light when Raye got killed is... disheartening. Light had practically doomed Raye to MU since Raye was the one who wrote the other FBI's names.

Furthermore, I don't understand why people are so pissed at Raye for telling her to stop thinking about being an FBI agent. Sure, she's good at it; but being good at something doesn't mean you enjoys it. Naomi, imo, is someone who prefers a quiet, peaceful life over dysfunctional, chaotic ones.

Ironically, had Naomi listened to Raye and not let grief over-consumes her, she wouldn't have been killed either.

Light Yagami was so fucked up for the couple's death, honestly. One being doomed to eternity of nothingness and the other never found.

First, I want to make clear that I don't agree with those in the fandom who think Light did a good thing by killing Raye. I don't think Raye was so bad that he needed to be killed, and those who cheer for that and are on Light's side are quite contradictory in their behaviour, since Light himself is a big, huge sexist.

And honestly, I did feel bad when Raye died. The whole scene was quite sad, because Raye had no way out and Light’s act was horrible, from the beginning to when Raye, in his last moments, turned towards the train to see this asshole looking down on him. Even if I consider what he said to Misora, it’s just awful.

I didn’t even take in consideration the fact that he is condemned to nothingness, so that makes it even worse.

I cannot say why others hate him for, but for me, it’s not even hate. I like exaggerating a bit how I feel towards him (or any character, because of my melodramatic ass), and hate is a strong word. It’s just a bit of dislike for the condescending tone he had and the whole context of Misora’s career.

To become a FBI agent, it takes a lot of time and the minimum required age is 23, after 5-6 years of completing all the requirements.

Naomi starts in Sept. 2001, at age 25, and leaves the bureau in Oct. 2003, when she’s 27. It’s a bit weird to me, because she worked less than all the time she took to get there, and she did that because she wanted to start a family.

I have a different view on Misora’s character than yours. While I don’t think she wants to be in danger 24/7, I still think she liked the FBI work to some extent, and so, the short time she worked and what Raye told her didn’t sit well with me. I truly think she wanted a family, but it was never taken as a possibility for Raye to reduce his work so he could also be quite present at home. Naomi straight up threw her whole career out of the window and, from what we see, it seems to me that Raye was the one to fully convince her to do that.

I understand, it’s 2003. Women were (and still are) expected to take care of the house, but that doesn’t make it any better.

I have also to understand that we didn’t see Raye’s whole character (just his stupidity in stalking Light while wearing the most federal agent outfit ever lmao), so I think we cannot judge his relationship with Misora from that one interaction. I don’t even think Raye is that bad. He just said some out-of-pocket stuff, when Misora tried to be helpful.

And, you can also say that if he maybe had let her help him, they might as well not have died. You cannot blame her for grieving and trying to catch Kira.

You can blame Ohba’s writing for not taking seriously her past as an a FBI agent, because if he had done that, he would’ve realised that what he made her do was pretty stupid for a federal officer.

Another note was released after Death Note, of course, so we don’t know what the L.A.B.B. case was actually about, but if it was slightly similar to what it’s written there, Misora would know not to trust strangers that pretend to be someone without proving it 100%.

But even if it is not, why would a former FBI agent trust a young looking man just because he said he works on the Kira case, makes one (1) effort to get in contact with his dad, and the reception said something about helping his dad in the past. If he works with them on the case, why can’t he just get in contact with L or someone else on the task force? And why does he wait so much to tell her if she says she has some valuable information that can help the case?

I could go on, but you can get the gist of it, and these are questions I believe a former federal agent would make, even if their judgement were clouded by grief. She didn’t seem to be that out of her mind to be unable to make a clear assessment of the situation she was in. And I say this because, first, she gives out a fake ID, and before Light lies to her, she wants to get back to the NPA without him two times.

Sorry, I went off track, but to end this:

Raye is not as bad as I and the fandom pretend him to be. What happened to him and Misora is terrible, just as you said. He didn’t deserve it. And if I remember correctly, I said in one post, in some tags, that if I could save someone, it would actually be him (for reasons related to the plot), and I wouldn’t say that If I truly hated him. He is redeemable, so there’s no need to seriously hate him. I dislike that aspect of him, and we are used in this fandom to make a single detail of a character their whole personality, and it ended up being this in Raye’s case, so that is something we all should work on.

Honestly I'm not really sure tbh but that's a good question! I've thought of it as like a balancing pole a tightrope walker has. I'm not great at this sort of analysis, but maybe then it could be because Elisabeth is at times walking a metaphorical tightrope between life and death, but then again it is not Elisabeth with it but Lucheni so I have no idea really. As to why it is glowing I can't think of anything other than it looks cool! If any one else has any thoughts I would love to hear! I don't think that many of the productions have the glow stick in, although the most well known ones do. Haha no worries, I actually stumbled upon it via a tumblr post myself and loved it, so it is cool I've managed to introduce someone in the same way!
