many, many thoughts i have about them. they're definitely a ship that i, personally, love, but that also has its....moments. i adore the energy of s1 and i think the overall potential is amazing as the story progresses. HOWEVER. the actual writing of them doesn't exactly do anyone any favours most of the time. there are certainly other pairings that have more moments to go off of, but even with what they do give us with morgwen, what can be created from it is incredible. as much as i don't like comparing ships, they are very much like an opposite of merthur and that dynamic on it's own is very interesting to me. beyond that, i think both morgana and gwen have a lot of kindness in them, it's the main characteristic presented to us at the start of the show. as morgana's turns and twists, gwen's remains largely the same. there's that divide within them that makes many of the ships on the show so compelling. again, they didn't explore this as much in the show itself, but navigating the trust and love they have for each other is an incredible storyline to have. i'm also a sucker for villain/hero pairings.

overall, i think the writing in the show failed them, even as a platonic ship, which i don't wanna go too much into detail with, as it is not the main point (and we'd be here for days), but the foundation of their relationship, as well as the creators in the fanbase do wonders. they are a definite favourite.

No, you're absolutely right! 😃 I was told to reach out to him about a week ago and was asked if he could have permission to use my "Neilstarion" drawing for his Streamily and for prints at cons for people who want to get something signed, but didn't bring anything themselves. To which I of course said yes!

Even though I had said it wasn't necessary to compensate me, Neil really insisted that he did, which is super sweet of him. But yes! You're right indeed 😊 I'm not sure if other prints will be added besides mine though, but I suppose we'll see. I'm very excited!
