"The Cook and the Wanderer" is an original piece that has sort of... parable vibes to it? I've been working on it here and there every so often, but it's definitely one of my back-burner projects.

Snippet: There is a man by the side of the king's highway. Night has just begun to fall, and so he has started a fire. He takes an iron pot from his pack and settles it in the coals, letting it warm as he prepares his meal: a hearty soup. He is a good cook, and the meal will be the perfect end to a long, hard day of travel.

There is a man who is running from the king's justice, creeping along the edges of the king's highway; he dares not walk on the road. His feet are weary, and his clothes and skin are torn from the thorns and branches that caught at them as he fled. 

It has been a long, hard day of travel.

A cleric, huh! What kind of spells/cantrips does your death-arbiting cleric have?

embarrassing, but, I actually don't knowwwwwwwww

I've only played DnD for a couple sessions with a DM who was... not expecting? my character to be the way he was? and he had a hard time incorporating me in the game. I was playing an Aasimar "Paladin" X'D so I actually don't know that much about DnD specific mechanics, my understanding of Cleric comes mostly from Everquest 2 and other fantasy games...

I was imagining tho that it'd be something like a traveling religious figure who's made themself out to be a demigod for their healing powers, but is deeply prejudiced about who and what "deserves" to be healed, and ends up boosting villains more often than the heroes...

This got me thinking about my "Osman the Cleric" sona tho, so here's a doodle I did using the laptop's trackpad in msPaint. Not a Tiefling- the horns are something it surgically implanted in, or maybe they grew naturally over the course of it's evil doing.

Anyways!

This is my favorite DnD PC I ever played, Missy! (she/her or he/him)

Her real name is Artemisia, and he's a half-elf and the only child of the religious head of [fantasy theocracy].

She has two moms! Her father traveled a lot during her childhood trying to repair the tension and religious discord that had um. sprouted over the past several decades. Very busy and important guy... she fucking hates him for it!!!

Growing up, she had a hard time... socially. The only reason she wasn't booted out of her formal schooling was because ... her dad is the pope. Unfortunately, Missy found that the best way to get her father's attention (even up to and including him returning home from across the nation...) was to be as unruly as possible.

One day, he showed her a sword that had been passed through their family for generations, and tried to inspire her by telling her about how excited he was to pass it onto her someday...

Hearing this, Missy decided to run away and become a pirate.

For like THREE YEARS she was just like . gone. bye!

There's no cry for attention like fucking Leaving!

And it worked--his father got Megadepression and was probably a really shitty world leader for those three years.

But eventually--after several psychic dreams to her mothers and botched attempts at mending religious schisms by herself, Missy decided that she was ready to reconnect with her father <3 so now things are Ok(?)

Anyways also her friends became death gods at the end of the campaign, but she decided to stay mortal :) now whenever she dies they just kind of bring her back.

He has a GIRLFRIEND(?) who is a girl whose father he killed (it's ok he was a BBEG...) and ok she hated missy for a while but THAT'S OK..... anyways Missy at 19 is now trying to navigate a crush for pretty much the very first time <3

an EVEN FUNNER FACT: her dad was my PC in the campaign my friends and I played previously :)

I have a very important question I have to ask you about Arihels Thighs!! Are they the soft smooshy or the muscliest thicc hams 👀

Ohhooo the thighs.... I think they would definitely be muscly, since he's used to fight in the front lines, exercise, and generally train a lot... I think his thighs are blocks of concrete strong AHHAHAHA he can crush a watermelon between those no problem

I think the belly and booba would be the softest parts, he has a bit of that soft belly on top of the abs and the pecs too, I wanted Arihel's physique to be realistic and 'thick' in the nice way, not in the starved looking hollywood actor way, where his muscles look like they've been vaccumed sealed 😂

So in a general way, firm muscles but also soft in some places. The way it's supposed to be ehehehe

hi ^.^ can we hear some more about your AU and how Vanessa is the Kingpin instead? Like, is she more controlling and ruthless than Wilson, or are they about the same? Do you have a Daredevil in your AU that tries to take her down?

hiiiii yes totally so i havent got any solid ideas for daredevil yet but theyre definitely kicking around and pissing her off lmao!! the thing w/ vanessa as kingpin is shes like. wayyyyy more ruthless than wilson (generally speaking, she has a plot relevant soft spot) bc shes Constantly comparing herself to his legacy and trying to one-up him but like. shes long since past that. the bar was barely off the floor. shes always trying to be stronger and smarter and more dangerous to Prove Herself as The Better Kingpin and a Superior Successor based on this like unattainable ever-moving goalpost she sets for herself, to the point that (brave and indispensable) people around her will be like "oo wilson didnt treat me like that wilson never wouldve made that mistake i miss the old kingpin" to fuck with her, and it makes her wayyy more susceptible to manipulation

I think that Hunter would have a cute little knife tattoo that he poked himself! He would have it inside near his elbow.

Tech would have E=MC² (Or whatever the SW equivalent would be) just as an inside joke with himself. It would be above his ankle.

Wrecker would absolutely have like a bomb tattoo bc he thought it would look cool af. And it does. It would be a thigh piece I think.

Crosshair would have a planetary system tattoo on his thigh bc in my head, Crosshair is actually secretly a space nerd and that's why he doesn't shut Tech up when Tech starts talking about space.

I think Echo would have a 5 tattoo inside his hand print tattoo on his chest. <3

to no one’s surprise my most popular fics are the x reader smut ones lmao. they’re not the best things I’ve ever written but like I totally get why that would be the content that’s the most read. out of my other fics I would say it usually tends to align decently? my most recent one is obviously less popular than the other ones but of the two i wrote last year i would say I’m happy with Names being more popular than Saying Something Stupid (Like I Love You)

M: What’s the weirdest AU scenario you’ve ever come up with?  Did it turn into a story?

Venom related: I never actually published it because I wrote it when I was 13, but I did write an Eddie/venom/reader zombie apocalypse AU one shot!

Not Venom related: I had a really wild dream a couple months ago where there was like a TMA high school? it was basically just evil hogwarts— all the people were split into houses based on the entities they were aligned to and the teachers were all aligned with entities too? anyways this then spawned a like disney descendants/monster high type of TMA AU where it was like the children of all the main characters went to high school together and had really derivative names (ex. Jeanine Prentiss or Johanna Sims). it never became anything but it’s still hilarious to me lmao

Yuuji froze. He had refused to confront the gaping emptiness in his mind and soul. Pretend he didn’t miss something, someone, that he didn’t mindlessly reach out to Sukuna’s soul only to find it missing. Pretend he wasn’t disappointed each time. Pretend he didn’t crave the weight of Sukuna’s being. Ever since his death sentence was announced Yuuji couldn’t help but dream there was a way to separate him and Sukuna, to kill the king of curses without dying himself. A terrible selfish desire that Yuuji had suppressed each time (his resolve to accept his death had to remain unwavering, he couldn’t entertain silly wishes like that) that left him full of aching and longing when it was fulfilled. Oh, his whole soul was a blistering wound, hurting from the separation with its second half.

Waking up this time was no different, the excruciating terror chased away by Ying’s soft voice and gentle fingers in their hair, Arlecchino’s head laying on her lap. In the soft moonlight she looked as angelic as ever, woven of starlight, her skin already smooth and unblemished, bearing no mark, the hickeys the Knave left mere hours ago gone too.  Ying never asked if they slept well so neither did Arlecchino, they knew somehow that she didn’t sleep at all. The Princess of the Abyss was smart enough to not leave her back open to a servant of a god, no matter if Arlecchino’s loyalty depended on their personal benefit.

animal ear card! ive made a whole tierlist on all of the people in enstars who've gotten animal ear cards and adonis is one of the very few people whos never gotten one! rei even refers to adonis as a bear constantly in canon. (im not counting horns / demon ears in this) an undead animal ear gacha perhaps, since rei's assigned all of them animals…

a winter card! we've gotten a ton of adonis summer-themed cards but none of them in the wintertime! id love to see a starfes-like card, or even just see him playing in the snow a la mitsuru's snowman card, since adonis has talked about his love for christmas / the holiday season before

in the scene where adonis talks about how his dream is to perform in his home country, he mentions that he has "no intention of dragging everyone from undead along with [him]" because it's "[his] dream alone," which i always saw as a little lonely… id love for there to be a story where undead decides to take their performances overseas for maybe part of the year, in the same way that characters like izumi and shu have! koga has spoken before about how he wants to show off his rock 'n roll to people all over the world and not just in japan, and i think rei leaving his responsibilities behind and going off to sing overseas with undead would be a lovely parallel to his travels overseas in the war era — rather than traveling overseas all alone because he feels obligated to help others, he's traveling for the sake of his selfish desire to stay with undead. and they could FINALLY escape from rhylink

Rat + Iguana + Pig. not necessarily at the same time, too much responsibility. Pigs are very intelligent and very sweet animals and I think iguanas and rats are my favourites and ideal pets... besides cats but I think that goes without saying for me

the beach, any old beach, anywhere near the sea & my grandma's garden because its full of flowers and old garden statues and honestly my grandma's house in general there's loads of life and memories in that place & my local library which I love dearly and has one of my favourite chairs in the world
