Most of the CCs have names that are identifiable on their own, but when they don't you usually take some aspect of their streamer name/gamertag (ex. For the eggs/NPC characters, since they exist because of the Qsmp and never outside of it, I usually just put their name if its distinct enough (Cucurucho) or "qsmp __", like "qsmp pomme".
