so usually I try to write it down from the day i start and document the results from then but I literally forgot lmaoo so heres it broken down into every couple days/every week! ima keep this method tho ngl because its so useful but this is probably gonna be a long post bc i wanna be as raw as possible w ya’ll.

overview

so first and foremost—my season is going to be filled with all of my designs blowing up, making hundreds of dollars a week, improving my relationship with my boyfriend, and getting a new charger. I wrote out everything in detail so that way it was easier for me to understand exactly what I want like shipping out orders and stuff in my new car, taking a trip to NY, collaborating with some designers that I really like + meeting some designers as well, having hella photo shoots, etc! so it starts off with me getting a new car, it’s easier for me to process all of my orders and get yarn/make clothing just because I have a more efficient car.

dec 3-10

this week was full of me reminding myself im living in my season and my whole idea is about my buisness blowing up and a new carr so ngl its already blown up a little cause someone posted my skirt but it slowed down and now its picking back up. one thing that I’m trying to remember is that I’m not going to know how good it is to have a lot of sales unless I know what it’s like to have lower sales like understanding the duality of owning a business that not every single day you’re going to have the most ideal amount of sales, but that time to be creative and breathe will definitely lead you to that outcome in the long run. I made 4 sales this week so its definitely making me feel a little like imposter syndrome like this cant be happening blah blah blah but I quickly redirected my thoughts to, “what happens in my season? my business was meant to blow up, this is what I’m meant to be doing.”

dec 11-18

okay I made 6 more sales, when I started I had 25 now I’m at 35 so I feel hella confident because I’m constantly falling asleep doing SATS. I can literally feel all the excitement and anxiety and nerves that come with an abundance of success. I sold my biggest custom order to a new client, this two piece set and a fur skirt so I’m like damn. its only bigger and better from here. another thing I added was me and my boyfriend are getting better and connecting more and I feel like our relationship is definitely growing in a healthier way. I made around $300 this week from my pieces so I cant even be upset if I wanted to (,:

dec 19-25

so okay new updateee I sold another 3 item set so I made another $100 this week, mind you im writing this the 21st so the week’s not even over yet, and I feel hella confident in my season. I finally finished drafting everything thats happening. im also having a lot of fun maintaining that it’s already mine. I literally spend so much time vaunting. I was meant to be a designer. of course I have sales, im that bitch. people loovee my clothes cause who else is doing it like me? literally nobodyy. this is what gets me to feel more confident too, if you’re not reassuring yourself who is yk? and my relationship is sooo goodd 🥺 like its been so peaceful and my bf has been surprising me with pinterest dates and shit like what is my lifee!!

ima come back and update after my moms bday, I always have a routine for the new year which is expelling all old energy. like cleaning my room, donating clothes, i also sage everything, make new sigils, wash my hair and alll my clothes so yeah lol i have a feeling the new energy will be beautiful.

okay I’ve been learning how to sew and I’ve been getting really really good at it. like making my own pieces by myself—before I used to have my mom help me, but now I actually know how to sew fr. I wanna show y’all so ill insert some things ive made/been making. ngl tho I think ima give it like a week or so more to really saturate my mind because I been listening to this sub by slade and its really been helping but I gotta focus on consistency! so thats really what im focusing on through the 15th so more updates around then!! my goal is to have more posts and get ready for a mini photoshoot.

jan 4th.. coming up with designs that are exactly what I envision/things that ive never seen knit or done in this style. made my collab post but skeptical about when I should make my collab collection so well see but I feel like the things im making rn are multimillion dollar designs like I can feel it in my core. also about to clean my car out soon to trade my car in for the charger of my dreams, apparently my parents were looking for chargers for monthsss and didn’t tell me cause they wanted to surprise me.. for reference y’all I literally have a charger sub i made 5 months ago and was so in my head about it but now i feel like my mind is fully saturated. every time I drive, it feels like im already in a new car, I imagine it in the driveway. I already have it in the 4d so its beyond mine in the 3d.

jan 7.. omg so update, I literally cleaned my car out today and I’m trading it in on friday like what the fuck is my lifee I knew it would happen but this was the first time where I realy put my foot down and envisioned myself driving the car literally everywhere. I race ppl like im in a charger already lmaoo the planes were bound to align sooner or later!! ill insert how it looks when it gets here yall we might have to order it but this is the first step in my journey—I get my charger, my design acc blows up, and so forth. okay hi guys I made 2 sales recently and I just got my charger, everything literally feels like it’s falling into place and it’s kind of surreal. I think I’m gonna make a part two for my results because this post is getting helllla long but I GOT A 2023 CHARGER STX and tbh I wanted an R/T but the only one I could get was 2015 so im just hella happy I got a brand new car and it looks EXACTLY HOW I WANT—black rims, spoiler, it looks so mean!!! ugh im in love. peep my noface air freshener from my last car (,: and it only has 10 miles yall… I love using seasons so much

coming back/moving blogs

hey, been a while, hasn't it? i hope you're all doing well! this is my official coming-back-to-tumblr post, but it's a little different than i had originally planned.

i've decided it would be in my best interests to move blogs after a bit of thinking. i feel like coming back here would just feel too awkward for both me and you guys, especially with my now deleted drama post. i just wanna move on from all this bullshit, especially since i've had do deal with a lot of other shit, including college.

it's still @/evrydaygets-darkr, just moved to a different account. i still like the name, so i'm keeping it for now. this account will still be up for archival purposes, but it will never be active again. i hope you understand. as a general life update, i'm done with my first semester of college!! it's been kinda fun so far! i've made a couple friends here and there, and classes (except for math) were super cool!!! i loved most of my professors, and i am honestly excited for the upcoming semester! ive been artblocked to hell and back though, so i don't have much in terms of new art or writing, but i've been trying my best to get out of it. i also gained a new hyperfixation, which is project sekai: colorful stage (abbreviated as pjsk), so i'll probably be posting abt that quite a bit (btw my fav group is wxs and my fav character is tsukasa :3 ), specifically abt stats and achievements w like song completions, maybe some pulls too!

im also gonna put a few updates on aus and oc stories rq:

for my tmc aus: the big ones i'm working on are getting new masterposts and infodumps for the new blog. i would rb posts from this blog to the new one, but due to some personal stuff i don't feel very comfortable doing that. i havent been able to cook much lore-wise for any of them, but i'll probably get back into the swing of things once i start interacting w you guys again. - for specifically father's duty: i'll hopefully have chapter 3 done soon. it's actually been almost done for a while now, i just need to think of the ending. thank you to those who've stuck with me this far <3 (EDIT: all my tmc aus are discontinued. read above for more info)

for murder files: i'm gonna change up the pacing a bit because i feel like i was going a bit too fast with it. i wanna take my time with it and make it feel as real as possible. it might take me a bit to get fully set up bc im probably gonna have to plan a few steps ahead, which i've barely done. i just need time to plan everything out and draw some shit

i will try to post as often as i can to get back into using tumblr like a true tumblrina (even though i see theyve made some more disgusting changes so yay </3 ), though it'll probably take some getting used to.

Hi again.

Because i am bad at focusing, and have too many active projects, heres an update/introduction to something else ive been working on in the background.

I like TTRPGs, but honestly, D&D has gotten on my nerves, and become hard to run. So instead im making my own thing in my own setting. No this is not too much for one person, its not gonna be too complex (hopefully).

The setting is my Stellar Light Setting, and so as part of it i will do a writeup about the setting, and the ideas that drive it. Ill make a longer post about Stellar Light another time but for now, TTRPGs!

So currently the game is also going by the title Stellar Light, so i gotta come up with something different for that. Anyway, im still designing it so anything said here is subject to change, but in general its a Narrative Focused game that will put a strong emphasis on problem solving, and doing things in a non-violent, non-confrontational way.

Im still working out specfics, but will likely have a wide varity of skills, and open ended, flexible ablities. I wanna give the players some cool tools to work with, that may not seem immidetly useful, but if they are creative can be increadibly versitile.

Anyway thats all i got for now, next time, new story?

Im lining that atm. Im currently finishing some concepts I have for this western PMD comic I've been working on for years. Goal is to finally push the prologue before summer ends!

book wise is more like checking out stuff for adult adhd. I just got diagnosed in July? having it was always in the back of my mind so I never researched it proper esp on things like keeping a schedule for like...every little thing, procrastination, life-habits, what works and what doesnt work for me, medication, etc. It's hard but Im trying my best to keep to it!

and besides all that, the casual stuff, I've been focusing on my blog plots and progressing those huhuu. oh! and im starting to research how to stream stuff, set up obs, and all that cool stuff. I wanna start a tube channel or podcast about coffee in fandom ( like think about what kinda coffee would be brewed in the Pokemon world, or in the mushroom kingdom, etc) and recipes mayhaps! I love coffee, I loved being a barista, I love the process....but I hate customer service with a passion so I'd love a new outlet for that!

all in all trying to survive my shift rn. two hours to go. am suffering. it keeps me motivated that Ill finally be a successful content creator and quit. ONE DAY.....ITS GONNA HAPPEN. ✨

longer seasons - i don't think this will happen, if miracle mods show up i might stamp them on in a different color but from what i've found it's pretty ingrained in the game that 28 days is the longest and if modders we're going to crack it they might've done it already but when im playing on pretty long life spans i just 💔💔 50+ days seasons would be the dream, but i'd be happy with 45 👀 10 outfits per category - same as before ig, this is probably super niche but i'm not satisfied and i hate having to get into cas to change it up so much bc in my head they have a closet each and i want to mix and match pieces in a realistic way 👚 pack refreshes - tbf, they did set up an expectation for that one which for the looks of it they are done with it; there's so much to fix, dine out in general, mermaids deserve some love in comparison to the other occults, updates to the bodies of water (going in the water in windenburg would be legendary), hu just bug fixes and compatiblity here and there would be nice (more hiking ? power walks in more places? its so weird how they are restricted to ONE place) now by world refreshes - i mean that in my dreams they go back and expand the maps they give us 🗺️🗺️ im greedy and want 2 neighbourhoods for my vampires & spellcasters, a lil more space in moonwood mill, granite falls & del sol valley too why not not gonna happen so i can say wtv an extra space in mt komorebi with apartments and since we're at it in san sequoia too; will def not happen working gallery - ig that might be coming too ?? idk my gallery sucks at times like it wont find any results when there are ?? and i know there are bc if i restrict more it might come up with something?? also just wanted better mechanism for the searches, i never had issues with disturbing content showing up tho so idk i heard some simmers weren't so lucky

bigger households - having to control or monitor 8 human/humanish sims is challeging enough but because pets, because having to fake apartments, because reasons; i use mccc but this workaround brings issues in cas so yea, wishlist ✔️ snakes // lizards - this would've been appropriate to launch with horses imo and i'd love if there had been interaction/compatibility from snakes in the wild and those taller friends & other small pets - small pet options in ts4 are non existent, sorry, birds only exist in that one tree (they are probably happy about not being captive actually), bunnies are also wild (personally im fine with it but i know that its a popular pet so i'd love if it was an option), reptiles don't exist (yet) and rodents are exclusive to the slap-in-the-face-of-this-community pack... 🐁🐇🐢🦎🐍🐦🐜 faeries or other fae kin - i feel like they've hinted at it for quite a while and we've seen it show up in quizzes too?? 🧚‍♀️ so i'm hopeful for this one and hope they are just trying to make sure they properly deliver on it bc there's a lot of fantasy enthusiasts and they deserve it & woodland creatures - personally would love it if the fae pack came with woodsy world and the addition of woodland creatures at least the spiritual kind (like unicorns or a white doe which they possibly alluded to with puzzles - it made me real giddy) bonus points if it has some outdoor retreat compatibility

owning more lots - after winning the lottery or keeping up with a family for generations, sims can accumulate quite a lot of money, there's not a lot of expenses in the life of a sim tbh, travelling only costs one loading screen, gardeing makes you rich and thats ok ig but being able to own a holiday house would be welcomed, not just a business 🏘️ nectar making - when tartosa came but no nectar making i was a bit let down, imagine making or acquiring a special batch for your wedding?? it would've been lovely and appropriate for a wedding pack but ... yeah anyway it comes with the horse pack for some reason so at least it's coming, and only 3 years after juice fizzing 🥂 bands and more instruments - another thing they've hinted at in polls and i kinda wished it to come with HSY yet was not surprised it didn't; that being said we need drums and other instruments like bass and/or contrabass, just more than what we have if we're to have bands plz skating and/or surfing - these two are very different and honestly idk how the latter one would work, i just think they are popular sports we could have; at least skate boards should be easy enough to implement and a cute way for sims to drift around their closed off worlds so i have more hope for that one 🏄

hotels - even if they've been around the franchise and ts4 seems to draw all it's ideas from previous iterations i'm not confident they haven't just been replaced by rental properties but it's not the same, i'd like to be able to meet other guests vacationing on the property without having to engineer everything about it, ordering meals at hotel services and running/owning a hotel also; retirement homes - ELDER SIM LOVE IN GENERAL (canes, health issues, idk im not that old yet ..hum wills & testiments, special interactions) i feel growing together really fucked up on that one but i was not surprised bc it's ts4 and we rely on crumbs mods here and thats why some players stop buying dlc 👵☕👴 the townie refreshes - just pay some fans to do it at this point bc it's taking so long; most of them don't need to be redesigned anyway, just add hot and cold weather outfits, preferences and maybe a sneaky extra trait or lifestyle they could have developed and voilá, finish that chapter disabilities - i don't want it in the form of traits and thing it's rotten to make people to pay for it BUT i'd love to see some disability representation in this game, physical, cognitive and what not. i understand at this point it might be hard to introduce but i think it be really important to have this in the sims and ts4 is about time funerals & cemeteries - death is a part of life, this is a life sim... thats it basically, i want it, i miss it in comparison to previous games, i fake it with parks and inviting guests over, but we shouldn't have to tho seems pretty basic stuff

more and better apartments - i would like it if we saw more conjoined builds, more apartment builds, both with few floors and plenty, the option to have sims living in different floors of the same building and even having business or community lots in builds that are divided into multiple lots - ambitious ik - bonus points if they update apartments in a way you can own one or more and rent them out - i don't want to play as a landlord, i swear - i just want my sims to be allowed do simbnb while they go for a weekend in the city (which ig u cant bc of the current system/coding idk) or bringing them to more existing worlds but bc of the obstacles to that i have 0 hopes well-crafted worldly words - i see a lot of americancentric choices being made when creating the worlds, it's unrealistic for a global player base and hum.. a life sim and whenever they drop interesting worlds they are always so frigging small you have to sacrifice making a lively town, with people and businesses, if you want you're sim to live in certain environments (or use multibuilds, which is fine ig but it bothers me a bit) and they fail to utilize the common spaces of the neighbourhoods in ways simmers would love to, to bring some life into these worlds; 🌍 the worldly part of it... i am yet to see african like climates and cultures represented, asia is so wide & full of diversity and we get one japan inspired world so far, south america if confined to a destination world if you don't have mods ig (maybe it's changed by now im not sure) and europe while being represented in 3 packs so far - and one of them being the best in terms of lots per world we've had so far - 2 of them have few lots and its all very niche, so in a way i don't need to be able to point to the actual cities that inspired those worlds, it's not my priority just something that crowded and lively that draws from wider range of cultures and that mre people could recognize as close to their experience would be nice 🌏 also more islands maybe im a sulani simp new jobs & careers - i love GTW, it was the first pack i got and sure it deserved a refresh by now and i would welcome it, especially if it meant more careers, i really liked that gameplay feature; that being said i feel like we deserve more job options OR branches. y no dentist ??? i cant think of ideas right now but while playing the game and setting up townies or sims i feel limited a lot trans content fixes - yea i avoid using the in-game system for trans rep (i headcanon a lot and cheat stuff basically) bc its just not the best in general (clothes fit weird, there's no changes in the frame through time as there would be with hormonal treatments - which there arent in the game so makes sense), not in comparison bc i dont know other games to compare it to just real life ig but im not even that informed tbh; i am happy they didnt create a life sim where trans people are erased and don't want them to be discouraged to stop investing in this at all so i try not to mention it but fix the binder at least & here's a tumblr post that helps me a bit something that surprises me - /pos !! because... they don't... a lot of what we see seems to me like repeating the content ideas from older games but spreading it out to make as much dlc as possible; i had a lot of more wow reveal moments with ts2 & ts3 i feel like but cant truly be sure bc brain is mush

are you guys asking if im gonna rewatch new gen ultra bc. you wanna see my thoughts through a liveblog or something? well to go for it briefly:-

Ginga: Not as huge into this as others but I REALLY liked what it was going for and in retrospect how different it was to other Ultra productions and stands out as very memorable and distinct because of that. Everyone always talks about how this is back when they had no budget but literally I never noticed aside from the re-used Kaiju suits (which is a thing in every New Gen Ultra anyway). And uh that one goofy Dark Zagi sequence in da movie. Otherwise it's very visually stunning between Ginga himself and the consistent nature-based sets. Taro sequence in the last episode is the best thing ever made. Solid series, highly recommend!

Ginga S: Find it a little bit lame because it's very clearly made in response to fan complaints that Ginga wasn't like every other Ultraman (I especially don't like Hikaru becoming a military boy and that defining him in every re-appearance) but there's still a lot to love here and there's definitely some standout episodes like Gan-Q. Would find this one of the hardest Ultra series to recommend of the ones I've seen, but if you're already interested then yeah sure it's pretty harmless

X: BEST BEST BEST BEST SHIT EVER. WATCH THIS FUCKING SHOW. Maybe the funniest thing for me to say when it's not even top 3 for me but god if it doesn't feel like it sometimes, this is basically THE way to do a modern update of Ultraman and keeps a very strong balance between episodic plots, interesting character development & focus and a serialised plot and themes. Cannot recommend enough if you're interested in Ultraman

Orb: My first Ultraman so I've got a bit of a soft spot... like Ginga I'm not as into this as others but it's ultimately a very good show, and quite unique among Ultraman in how it sets up its characters (we basically never see the defence team outside of one representative; the main character is a distanced loner). It also has Juggler in it which, like, yeah; Juggler! Definitely recommend this one

Geed: BEST BEST BEST BEST SHIT EVER. WATCH THIS FUCKING SHOW. If your sensibilities are more attuned to Kamen Rider stories when it comes to Toku then this will be right up your alley as it shares in common a similar backstory for the hero's powers and is in general much more on the superhero side of things than the sci-fi anthology that Ultraman usually is. It's hard to get into exactly why without major spoilers but it's a wonderful series with a very charming cast that you can't take your eyes off. I was very excited for this one when I started Ultraman and I definitely wasn't disappointed. Highly recommend

R/B: Fucking fantastic! This one I feel gets overlooked quite a bit and gets treated as a bit of an oddball, but it's wonderfully weird and has so much going for it. It's a much more comedic take on Ultraman and very meta on the entire idea of what it means to be Ultraman, all wrapped around a very lovely focus of family and an honestly pretty fun plot as well. The first arc's villain is Kuroto Dan if he was toned down to be a lot more bearable and then the second half's can be a bit slow but has a fair bit to say. Just super recommend

Taiga: I unfortunately couldn't get into this one. Definitely a lot I think it wants to say about the nature of aliens integrating with humans and all the dynamics that contains but I just never found any of the characters terribly compelling enough to get into it... I fully admit I might have been giving it a harder time than it deserved though, and @biomic has recently had a LOT of good to say about it in their liveblog and I recommend you go to them if you want to know its strengths. Not one I can recommend personally, but it's one of those shows that seems to either hit hard for you or doesn't; so I can't say to avoid it or anything like that

Z: BEST BEST BEST BEST BEST SHIT IN THE WORLD WATCH THIS FUCKING SHOW GO TO YOUTUBE RIGHT FUCKING NOW!!! My experience with this one might have a bit of bias due to enjoying it along with everyone due to the simulcast but MAN what a fucking good time with all the strengths of X and more. Really went from a show that was pretty fun but due to unfortunate things behind the scenes could have gone so wrong but absolutely kept things steady to be a consistently great show with a lot to say. Can't recommend enough watch this thing right now it's literally officially subbed on youtube for free

Trigger: Did not like this show at all unfortunately, I find this easily the weakest of all the Ultraman shows I've seen and it definitely doesn't seem like there's a lot of people willing to stick up for it. It's one of those shows that's difficult to find anything to enjoy and you're left just scrounging for SOMETHING to like which you'll forget the moment the show is over. Really wants to be Profound and hit in a similar way that the show it's imitating - Tiga - did but can barely even dream of succeeding. Absolutely can't recommend this show for a second

Decker - It's only been three episodes but I'm finding it surprisingly solid stuff, and can certainly recommend you watch along too! Just a decent Ultraman show with a solid cast at this point. It's literally only been three episodes so I can't say anything more but it's hard to see this going terribly wrong and that at minimum it'll be decent. Recommend, it's on youtube officially with subs for free!

Today's gonna be fun

Edit: omgf Idk if I am stupid but the first episode just might come out in precisely an hour and 1 minute if my math's not wrong. I AM SO NORMAL ABOUT THIS.

Edit ep.1: so. I just finished that. Damnnn okay. I can already tell this will indeed be the best game adaptation of all time. If I didn't see the visuals at the Sarah scene (yk what I mean) I would think I am listening to the cut-scene in the game and not a life-action adaptation of it. The acting is fucking unimaginably great and Ellie is just unbelievably cracking me up. Casting Pedro Pascal as Joel should be rewarded by the Nobel prize for perfection tbh. I love how they kept it true to the game but still added somethin new. Idk how am I supposed to wait till next week, but I will be updating this post after every episode. I it's already obvious to me why this game got so high reviews. And yeah I also cried when I heard the intro soundtrack, almost forgot that.

Ep.2: holy fuck. I love this shit sm. I knew it was gonna happen but Tess stunggg. It was a cute little trick they did there, including her more in the whole episode. The graphics in this show are amazing, so familiar, now just life-action. I am telling you; SHIVERS when I heard the clickers, it was pretty comforting to know what we're afraid of just by hearing it, it was no less scary nonetheless. As always, Ellie's so funny. I always found her personality being so dynamic in the situation she's in. She's both though and humorous. Joel was.. Joel, I think there is nothing to add to that, other than the fact that all of the characters are portrayed amazingly. I have to say, -it sometimes happens that the first episode sets a higher standard and the rest of the show can't keep up- with last of us that didn't happen. It was equally good as the begining. Can't wait for Monday(for the first time in my life)

Ep.3: THIS MF SHOW MAN. the fucking queer joy I felt the whole ass episode, I was smiling sm. Until I wasn't. You see, I like being traumatized the same way, just in a different media. The emotional connection I formed for almost an hour just got smashed. I don't think I even cried more during a show/movie/book. (I cried like that during Crooked kingdom, but I dare say I cried more today). "I am old. I am satisfied. And you were my purpose." I was sobbing. And then when I wiped my face and thought 'okay it's Ellie and Joel again, no more sad shit' it all crumbled with a "-to keep Tess safe". I couldn't fucking breathe. The begining of the episode tho. Ellie fucking slays and so does Joel. When she had her 'dora the explorer' moment I thought 'okay and now there's gonna be a jumpscare and imma shit myself' I DIDN'T EXPECT HER TO GO SO BADASS THO.(to explain, I saw a bigger part of a playthrough of this game years ago, don't remember much and I didn't wanna rewatch for it to feel like the first time). Also, we just saw post-breakout!Joel show some emotions! Hurray! First, he twist his face into a somewhat smile much more than he did before, actually allowing himself to show amusement at Ellie's antics and second, he low-key looks like he's about to actually cry outside the house, but goes to distract himself with something else. That's about it for this ep, just fucking masterpiece. Also YAY SEASON 2! TLOU 2 SPOILER- *idk if to be happy or sad cuz I don't wanna play golf*

Ep.4: so late sorry. Oh my lawd the masters of getting caught in situations of others in action. Can I just say I went "aw that's a cute lady with a very cute voice" and then went "OH OKAY I TAKE IT BACK IM SORRY I DIDNT KNOW WHO U WERE" I got pretty much nothing much to say to this one except the begining!!!! I love the scenes in the forest. First, Ellie finally shows she's afraid and Joel sees it's so unlike her that he lies into her face about being safe then and sacrifices his own sleep to make it a truth, at least for one night. Second of all, the cooking scenes. 20 years old ravioli were gold. And then the coffee sceneeeee. "It smells like burnt shit" and then immediate shot on Joel who's SLURPING the coffee so damn loud on purpose. Also the genuinely surprised "you don't like coffee?" Is so me whenever my friends say it. The end tho. "Did you know diarrhea is hereditary?" I COULDN'T BREATHE. and Joel's lil "Jesus" "this is so stupid" was so great. And the GIGGLES. MELTING.

Ep.5: this was a ride. I am so glad it came early, with the anticipatory ending they pulled last week. This was so good. "He just sounds like that, he has an asshole voice" lmao slapped so much. Most of it was pretty calm too, but when Henry said "idk what you're waiting for man. I am the bad guy cuz I did a bad guy thing" I almost YELLED at the screen "YA U DID A BAD THING BUT WITH A GOOD INTENTION". the ending thoooo. I can say I gasped and flipped off my phone when that bigass motherfucker showed up, ripping people apart. Loved the slow motion before he climbed out, the anticipation moments are amazing in this series. Seeing Ellie so afraid, was really new, both from the game and the series. I am not used to such expression of emotions at all. Also love the way Joel covers her and she's dependent on that cover,looking over at him to have her back. He goes 'go, I've got you' pulling tunnel vision on solely her and her savety. And when u think everything is gonna be okay, "when you turn into a monster, is it still you inside?" I CRIED. The way Ellie doesn't show her fear, the way she's strong for Sam but the way she tries her best to save him. She's told she's special, told she's the cure so she tries to save him. And it fails. I WANTED TO JUMP THROUGH THE SCREEN AND HUG HER THE WAY SHE CRIED. In the end, Kathleen was low-key right. My babes looked fresher than ever after digging two graves tho. "I'm sorry"- Ellie is feeling useless. Contemplates what is this 'imune' shit for anyway when she can't save the people she wants to save. Joel the master of miscommunication pulls a 🤨🤨🤔 and doesn't say shit. They are both just incredibly emotionally constipated.

i dont know what it is but the drops ive been getting from the midsummer courtyard are terrible

at level 80 im mostly getting purple drops, and the few golden drops ive gotten are pretty uh. lackluster

ive been trying to hard to get a golden electro damage goblet but?? ive only managed a purple one so far. at level 80 with a full golden (- the goblet) thundering fury set my lisa is doing a little less than 1k damage per attack q - q

like i get that shes a free starter character but dang. her overload damage is okay though i guess and that is what i mostly use her for anyway........

"Yeah okay, I'm heading to the car right now..... Oh my god!" I gasped seeing Steve slowly emerge from the shadows behind my car.

As if his timing couldn't be any better Bucky came speeding down the road on his motorcycle. He came to a screeching stop and climbed off the bike grabbing me and blocking me from Steve.

"Are you okay?" He asked holding my face in his hands while he looked me over.

"Yeah, I'm fine. Let's just go...."

"She's fine Buck...." Steve started to say but was cut off by Bucky swinging his left fist into Steve's face.

He went down straight away taken by surprise.

"If you ever come near my family again I'll fucking end you! Don't think I won't" Bucky said through gritted teeth while pointing a finger at the man he had believed was his old friend "I was trying to be civil with you because we had history and because of the kids but none of that is yours!"

I've got a question for you, how do you feel about the fact that Boris and the dark survival and Bendy royale are both a year old? I dunno boutcha, but they felt like fever dreams

bendy royale always has been a joke so i don't really have many feelings about it

boris and the dark survival... you know while an update for it every now and then to keep our interest would be nice, i know how annoying working on multiple projects can be, so perhaps it is for the better they just focus on batdr

speaking of which im a lil baffled people are still surprised its taking so long, especially that plenty of other games also had delays like that: security breach (that finally is gonna come out this month), subnautica: below zero (that finally did come out this spring), and the stanley parable: ultra deluxe which is now gonna release in 2022 and has finally gotten a steam page

but all of those games were set to release in 2019 iirc so batdr's situation seems more like a standard than out of the norm

and we also need to consider that batdr has actually been redone because of the layoffs and not wanting to get in legal trouble, which also results in a way smaller team

like viddy games take time man and a rushed game is forever bad

look at cyberpunk for example, they KNEW they wouldnt be able to finish the game for the release date but they just didnt wanna delay it more so they released a buggy as fuck game, and you think the general public is gonna care that they fix them later? nah, it will go down in our memories as a huge disappointment

same going on with the new GTA remaster, like pushing developers to just release a game and give release dates when they aren't sure when to release it is not good

and i kinda wish gaming communities would stop making it a standard

sunghoon can’t seem to get the moves right for a new dance so he stays up practicing late so you come to comfort him

You remember getting off the phone with sunghoon around 4pm after he said he was going to go practice but it was now 10pm and he hasn’t texted you at all. You understood how much he works and how much effort he put into his job but you still worry, you want him to be healthy and making sure he’s not over pushing himself. Last time you guys had this conversation it didn’t go well, Sunghoon asked you to stop worrying for him and he told you to try and understand where he’s coming from, so after that you’ve never really mentioned it again afraid to cross the line. He usually texts you every two hours or so to give you updates on how its going or to just tell you that he’s still practicing but today was different, you got nothing, no text no call for 6 hours. You didn’t wanna annoy him and spam him with texts so you tried to shake it off.

12am comes around and still nothing so your last resort was to text jake

you: Hey jake! are you with sunghoon by any chance? i can’t seem to reach him :/

jake: i am not but i’ll go check the practice rooms really quick

you: please ! thank you

A couple minutes pass by as you’re watching a drama on your bed with your jammies on, your phone next to you vibrates

jake: he’s still practicing and i heard him sniffling before i walked in, i think he’s crying. he told me to go away before i can tell him to text you

you: oh :(( ima go maybe talk to him for a while

And just like that you grab a hoodie and make your way over to sunghoon, you pick up a couple of snacks to cheer him up plus, you also think he’s been hard on himself so he probably didn’t eat all day. you walk into the building and walk over to the room he was in, you lightly knocked on the door but didn’t think he heard over the loud music that was playing. You peek your head in to see him dancing, thats when he notices you in the mirror, he stops and quickly turns the music off.

“what are you doing here” sunghoon says as he squishes your cheeks with his palms but you pull him into a hug “im sweaty” he says giggling giving your head a kiss as he pulls away. “ i don’t care” you say looking up to him “how are you? how’s practice going?” you say noticing his puffy eyes, he sighs “hard, i can’t seem to do it right and it’s so frustrating” sunghoon says as he sits on the floor pulling you down to sit as well “it’s too hard and i feel bad for the other members wanting me to do more and match their energy but i can’t” he says looking down at his hands “i’m sure that they know you can do it and they even help you out right?” you say trying to give him a hope. “They do but-“ he sighs biting his to hold back tears “but i feel like i’ve let them down i don’t know why this choreography is so difficult, y/n you don’t know how many times i’ve yelled at myself in the mirror, we got a couple days left to learn the choreography and i don’t want to look bad in front of the coach” you slide over giving him a side hug “hoonie i know you can do it, your members know you can do it as well, and if you do it in front of the coach and make a mistake it’s okay, it’s better to make a mistake in front of them and get advice from a professional than to make a mistake on live tv” he nods taking your advice and looks over to you “wow when did you become so good at giving advice” he said as you faked gasped “i’ve always given great advice... did you eat yet?” you said remembering the snacks you got. Sunghoon looked to the floor and shook his head “I knew it! sunghoon you need to take care of yourself” you said taking the ramen cups out to pour hot water into them from the water machine in the practice room, “hot hot hot” you said quickly setting it down in front of you , “thanks” Sunghoon says eating his chips, you connected your phone to bluetooth and started playing music the first song was afterschool by weeekly, “do you know the dance to this?” you ask him while sitting up on your knees “no” he said shyly shaking his head, “oh my god get up” you say just as the chorus starts you dance along not knowing the correct moves but knowing how it kinda goes, “im not doing that” Sunghoon says laughing trying to sit back down, “well Sunoo will do it with me” you say pouting trying to get him to do it with you. Eventually he caved in and the next thing you knew, you both were trying it “okay thats it! my ramen is gonna get cold” he said taking his sweater off getting ready to eat. You both sat and started eating

“you didn’t have to come, its late” he said picking up the garbage to throw it away, “it’s okay, im glad i came, i gave you a distraction right” you say looking up at him smiling, he sat back down next to you and pulled you in for a hug “thank you, i needed this” he said while you two stayed in silence for a couple minutes you just hummed back “i should get back to practice though” he said sighing “Sunghoon it’s already 2am why not come back tomorrow morning, you need to rest” you say convincing him “will you wake me up early?” he said “yes i promise i will wake you up” you say. “alright, i’ll go only because i really feel drained” he said getting up, putting his hand in font of you to help you up “lets go” you said walking out with him hand in hand making your way back to your apartment

new update schedule!

hello friends!! first of all let me just say wow im sorry for going right off the map the last couple of weeks. i wont be answering all my asks bc theres a LOT but i just want you guys to know that i have read everything single one of them and i want to thank you so so much for all the kind belated birthday wishes and also for checking in on me while ive been MIA?? so many of you checked to see if i was alright which is so sweet?? thank you?? anyway here's why ive been missing yikes :

it seems that literally the minute i turned 23, everything in my life was like,,,,, what if we just implode??? so thats been fun

to make a long story real fuckin short, i have no monies and a lot of very big expenses coming my way very soon so i went into what i like to call Panic Mode, which entails tunnel visioning onto what is stressing me out most until i can find a solution for it

ive spent the last few weeks essentially applying for any job i could find and also trying to scramble because september is officially the start of Honees Grad School Applications, so ive been really trying to fine-tune my applications and my paper and just about everything because if i dont get into any of these phd programs im very screwed (also, applying for grad school?? very expensive!! which is yet another reason i need like 2 more part time jobs)

the good news!! is that i actually did end up getting a job, so im very happy about that! i also just finished testing for a second job (its a translator job so i needed to do like 72 hours of translation tests which hurt me but its okay) and i should be hearing back about that this week so i really hope i get that one too

all of that is to say, i have really missed you guys and writing sundress and planning aus and just everything about this place, but i literally could not concentrate at all any time i sat down to write the next update because i have been a big ball of anxiety about money and school so!

now that im in a better place, im gonna set up an update schedule! because, unfortunately, updating every day is no longer feasible for me until at least mid-january. and i dont wanna just kinda not set up some kind of schedule bc i will absolutely end up disappearing again when life gets hard, so i want some structure both for me and for you guys so that you know what to expect --

for now, im going to be updating twice a week : wednesdays and sundays! im gonna try my best and if i can afford another day of updating, i will adjust the schedule, but i really think two days is all i can promise right now

“I, uh, yeah, I’m good.” Seungcheol laughs it off, shaking his head and letting out a deep breath he didn’t realize he was holding in. “It’s just… Well, I don’t wanna spoil anything but I’m just nervous for tonight.” He bites his bottom lip, remembering when you’d posted the notice to your homepage that basically sealed in the plans you had for him and really, what he had in store for you too.

The two younger males share a look, eyebrows raised. “Whatever’s got you this nervous must be good ‘cause you literally just zoned out and turned into a mannequin for 15 minutes.
