i need to go back to therapy but man i didn’t like my therapist

#i can’t afford it anymore and i jsut was never able to get close with my therapist like we did a lot of good self care and re evaluation #of self defeating and negative self thoughts but her words about friendships and relationships never helped me so i never talked to her abt #that stuff because she was like 'their perception of u does not dictate who u r' which she is correct but its also like i am causing the #crappy things to happy and i am passive aggressive about things when i shouldn't be so i don't talk or think thru things proprely #so i lash out and react and hurt people who i don't mean to and its such a bad cycle #i'm trying my best to unlearn it and i thought i was making baby steps to fixing this issue but i guess i haven't done enough yet #i need like a life coach or some other counselor or just a better therapist #and i need to stop being a pussy and actually go to live and in person therapy session so i stop hiding behind my laptop screen #i need to go back to therapy mannnn im doing so shit rn and i need someone to talk to in an objective manner and help me cope better #2021
