Also I had a conversation with an online friend about this, so this has been plaguing my brain into the gay void

Anyway to my point, so like they have control over their flies right? With them being able to turn into their swarms at will and use single fly, etc. I feel like they could decide whether or not they want their hands to be the default aka spooky but when they are around people for a public thing or something, they make their hands appear like the rest of their skin

But in general, Bela (and Daniela, possibly?) have their hands not be the default, because appearances or some other reasons (perhaps angst)?? Cassandra doesn't give a fuck and just keeps her hands as is but changes them for parties or if alcina asks
