There was a post I saw about someone who mutually ghosted a guy after a date and kept matching with him and they're not interested but it's the longest "relationship" the person had been in at that point and I'm like. Karen would mutually ghost someone.
She doesn't really tell Brent/Right/Evelyn/Chris his name (he has a double first name, Patrick is not his last name) and just refers to him as "My Guy". Like "Ah damn, My Guy matched again. End my suffering." And when she tries to explain it to Right who does NOT understand how it's different, her logical answer is "it's my God given right to ghost a polite man!"
Also I just imagine her confiding in Paul about Rick and he's like "is his name Patrick" and she's like "kinda". And after that, Paul calls him "Pattycakes" cause he's never even seen the guy so why not give him a funny little nickname. He's allowed to do so at this point probably.

you guys ever read something and it instantly awakens something inside of you you didn't even know existed
anyway i desperately need chan to absentmindedly degrade me in korean while we're fucking and afterwards for him to apologize profusely even though i didn't even understand what he was saying
he'd say some real nasty shit in the heat of the moment and mix languages by accident and after he thinks back on it he'd feel so bad even though i didn't even get it... GOD i don't even know why it's so hot

Rewatched Eddie Begins yesterday and at the start his mom is talking about how Ramon was out of town for each of the kids, and how Adriana had been an emergency C-section. In the retirement party episode the story about little Eddie crashing the truck when his mom went into labor was also Adriana. So Eddie was alone and scared and his mom was in emergency surgery and when his dad finally showed up he needed comfort and got yelled at instead.....

My brain has currently decided that Eddie is the type of person to befriend random people while waiting in lines and I can totally see this man talking to random old ladies at the supermarket so now I have decided that Eddie is the one who can't be left alone without being adopted.

gonna be honest here, and this might be a lil unpopular, but i think Chris Pratt's voice is passable at the very least. Does it sound like mario? no. Is chris pratt a good voice actor? no. but he's not so bad he's distracting.
like it's decent enough that I can watch the movie and get into mario's character even if the voice will always have the "sounds like chris pratt" in the back of my mind. the fact is I'm able to suspend my disbelief for it being christ pratt in favor of enjoying mario's character as a whole.
and like, low-key begging y'all to not weigh the movies worth on how good chris pratt sounds like mario. pls this movie looks fantastic and i'd hate for people to treat it so poorly because one terrible guy had a kind of meh voice for a character

Personally I cant do really early days STARS/RPD era Chreon for a lot of reasons, one being I'm just not interested in it because theyre cops at the time, but the other reason is that like. Part of what Compels me about these two as a pairing is seeing them years down the line when theyve already been in the fight for awhile against bioweapons and all that and theyre on equal footing in their own right. Chris is a BSAA captain, Leon is a capable agent, it puts them on equal ground but it also means that they've already seen so much shit that they Know what each other has been through this whole time.
I think both of them struggle with the notion of wanting a relationship, and even just with friends at times, because they don't to involve anyone on the outside of the fight who doesn't understand the depths of things. People who don't understand that this will probably end in death or heartbreak, or even just watching someone you love get hurt a lot and having to deal with that pain. And its That unique situation that makes Leon and Chris compelling to me personally, because here's two guys in the thick of it who Know the risks and the threats inside and out and they chose to say "No, I'm going to care about you reguardless because its better to go thru this together than alone, even if it hurts" and I dunno man, something about that kind of defiance, especially with how headstrong they are just as separate individuals, it gets me.

Saw someone talking about chris chan saying "i know she's bad but if you don't use EVERYONE'S correct pronouns then you're not really an ally"
Now, when looking over stuff about chris chan, as someone who has seen too many documentaries on the cunt, it is arguable whether or not to use she when talking about him. See, chris had a thing for lesbian pornography, so much so that he really wanted to fuck a lesbian, something he couldn't do as a man... now, as a woman it's different.
Not to go too far into this but, the biyfriend free girl theory. Basically "all women have boyfriends, therefore all the straight women are taken" and thus, becoming a woman meant he could find one because then they wouldn't have boyfriends.
Finally, his kinks. Turns out that chris could be quite open sometimes. So much so that he admitted to wanting to be dominated by a woman. A very common form of domination for men is sissification, the act of turning a man into a woman in a humiliating manner.
Now, these are only three instances. Unfortunately, considering Chris' interactions with women and how he can come off as overtly sexual and creepy it is completely within reason to assume that Chris chan was initially doing it to shag lesbians...
I say initially because I think something at some point clicked in him and he decided that he was better off as a woman. The reason I'm still saying "he" regardless of what I just said is because it still feels like it's built on fetishisation and just stuck. Sure He's probably developed something akin to gender dysphoria now but it feels like it comes from a disingenuous place and there isn't really a straight answer to this, the fact that people tie this to allyship is fucking beyond me.
